Highlight of our tour was the tour guide, Dr. Bruce CHERRY. He displayed an incredible depth of knowledge about all things English, Scottish and Irish! And furthermore he was a great organiser and showed considerable concern for his customers. Tremendous and thoroughly recommended!

We really enjoyed the flow of the places we visited and appreciated having plenty of free time to explore. Since it was part of a tour, the fast pace and limited time at each location were to be expected. We were lucky to have an amazing guide in London, France, and Italy, Dimitrios, who went out of his way to make our experience special. He took the initiative to bring us to Paris during our free time for a Seine River cruise and even accompanied us on the train to Paris and back to the hotel at night. His knowledge, fluency in English, and calm way made our trip both pleasant and memorable. The cruise was a delightful first experience for us. The stops along the way were wonderful, offering us lovely moments and inspiring us to return for further adventures.

Tour Guide Demetris was fantastic. Very patient given 34 people to cater for, all with different needs and expectations. Loved the whole trip. For us, everything was organised perfectly and we enjoyed everything. Demetris even arranged additional activities not noted on the itinerary for those interested. Demetris made everything simple supplying very detailed information at every part of the trip. Itinerary for us was great as it gave enough time in each place to check out the main highlights and get a feel for each place. Location of a couple of the hotels was definitely not ideal as they were not near any facilities. (Many people were not happy about this). My wife and I enjoyed the whole experience immensely but I feel that it wasn’t what some others on the tour were expecting. (I feel that some may not have looked at the advertised itinerary properly before booking, as everything on the itinerary was well covered, plus plenty of extras added by Demetris to enhance our experience).

The holiday was a great 'taster'. It was excellent value. We loved all the opportunities and the balance between led activities and free time. Our tour leader was excellent and added to our trip in such a positive way. His knowledge, humor and professionalism was appreciated. His local knowledge and special care to make sure we had lots of meaningful experiences was highly valued. We had an awesome coach driver in England and Scotland. He worked well with the tour leader and was highly skilled and personable. We would have really appreciated if he could have continued with us to Ireland. Our connection and trust was another important aspect of our trip. His extra care with things like music, water, cleaning of the bus and looking out for the needs of passengers was outstanding. In terms of 'tasting' - an additional day in London would be great - even a self directed day. With the traffic it was really impossible on the guided part to do more than look quickly from the bus at many important things. It would also be valued to have an overnight stay in Wales - perhaps on the night before the ferry. We only drove through it. The position of our London, Edenborough, Glasgow, York and Bristol accommodation was awesome. It allowed us to maximise our time. The position of the Dublin accommodation would be better closer to town. The Liverpool accommodation could be changed to Wales. Galway was fun and closer accommodation there would also be valued. The included breakfasts were great. There were always plenty of options provided for us to access dinner and lunch. The size of 37 people was a functional size - any more would have impacted timing and access to activities.

Great selection of cities and activities. Great tour guide (Giorgos Pirros), passionate, incredibly knowledgeable, very good sense of humor. Looking always after his clients, offering the best options.

Our Europe trip was excellent and our tour guide. George was amazing with all his knowledge and his organisational skills. Our free days were catered for with optional extras that was organised by our tour leader. The local guide guides that were provided had great insights for the locations . The accommodation was good considering we were travelling in Europe and we know the hotels are very expensive. Highly recommend for a great insight for the grand European trip.

Iceland is an amazing country, from its folklore to the rugged landscape - truly beautiful. Glacier Beach was a highlight for us. Saw glimpses of the Northern lights, but not that WOW factor. A 10 - 14 day Iceland itinerary would have been better than having 3 days in London. 7 days not longer enough. Would have loved to see the north part of Iceland.

The whole trip was amazing mainly because of our wonderful guide Thinasis Brianas he was so good in all the places we went and went out of his way to show us as much as he could in the time we had every part from the hotels to the places we went was so well planned and the cruise with MSC was a wonderful way to end the trip. It really was a trip of a lifetime and I thank you for that

George our tour guide was excellent having great knowledge, experience and enthusiasm. It was great having our tour of each city’s highlights arranged for us, especially considering, this was the first time we traveled to Europe. Our tour group became like a family caring and looking out for each other. Highly recommend

Everything done as per itinerary and more. Our guide Irena was excellent. Our group of 30 was best I have traveled with on any bus tours .

Everything was organised very well and the tour guide was able to suggest other possible tours, walks, etc that might be of interest. Visiting the number of places that we did, seeing amazing palaces, cathedrals, gardens, mountain ranges and more while on a luxurious coach with everything planned for made it extremely enjoyable.

Were promised transfers from Heathrow but they were not at airport on our arrival. Itinerary was quite good. I just felt everything was very rushed. Disappointed we went to Paris and only got to see the Eiffel Tower from a distance, this was a huge let down for me. Hotels in London and lucerne were not up to standard. Lucerne in particular had a very dangerous shower /bath that had to be climbed into, not great for someone with a bad back. Booked twin share with a friend but on first night after a huge flight from Australia had to share a bed with friend. Was then told twin beds are never guaranteed. Just not good enough when travelling with a friend. MSC cruises was not a great cruise line avoid at all costs, ques for everything, food not the best have had much better on other cruises. Only 2 tenders used on shore days resulting in long ques in the hot sun. Overall the ship was old and needed a revamp.

Great bunch of people on our tour. Suggest a meet and greet dinner and or drinks as well as exchange of numbers and or creation of a group (what’s app). Excellent your guide, who was very knowledgeable and ensured our overall safety and schedules were followed. Flights were good, however an option to upgrade with trip a deal would be great as dealing direct with airlines was difficult (Singapore airlines). Also an option for extended stopovers. Accomodation was satisfactory but no amenities (hairdryer, ironing board, laundry) - some accomodation was inaccessible without transfer (Florence : Tuscany) and this was difficult for dinners or accessing towns. Cruise was not great, MSC has lots of additionally charges and the overall capacity of the boat and facilities available on the boat were at a stretch. This boat also appeared to mainly have locals holidaying who were less tolerant of overseas travellers.

Our tour guide Irene was fantastic. It was very relaxing and easy having all the accommodations, airfares and transfers organised for you! We could simply enjoy. Loved the free time we had to explore our new surroundings at our leisure. Some of the stop overs were incredible and extra time would have been awesome, others we stayed at(Genoa) not great and would have preferred to drive by. Nice, Dubrovnik, Cinque Terra, Zakynthos, Bari were awesome but our time there was limited. Group size was great too. You wouldn’t want to big a group. We will definitely be booking with trip a deal again! Friendly, helpful customer service! Organised. MSC were a bit trickier to deal with. Website & apps not user friendly and customer service lacking prior to the trip. Great service once on board. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
