Loved every aspect of the holiday. Malena our tour leader for Spain and Portugal was fantastic. She was robbed of cash at reception at our hotel in Madrid so we felt unsafe at that hotel. The additional tours she offered were great! Toledo was excellent. The Flamenco show in Seville was fantastic. The additional Cascais and Faro tour was also very good. Would have loved to have seen the street with all the umbrellas as an additional tour. I organised an extra tour myself to Farez to see how the Andalusian horses dance which was awesome so you may like to add that to optional tour. The ferry crossing was delayed and no body knew to get their passport stamped on the ferry - the line up and processing time was so long Our tour guide Habib for Morocco was awesome and showed us so much about his country. The optional tours were great including the horse and carriage ride in Marrakech, the camel ride to the oasis and the mosque visit in Casablanca. I have SO many awesome photos!

Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday experience. As we had not travelled overseas for over twenty years, we were not feeling confident to take on organising the trip ourselves. The 2 for 1 deal was extremely good value for money. All the hotels, excursions and transfers were very satisfactory and the whole trip was worry free. Can't wait for our next overseas holiday and we will be looking at Trip a deal to organise another fantastic trip. We also would not hesitate to recommend Trip a deal to our friends and family.

We thought our tour guide Claudia and bus driver Roberto were fantastic. Claudia was very passionate about her country, her knowledge and facts were interesting and nothing was too difficult for Claudia. She was approachable and answered all questions with confidence and if she didn't know something she would source the answer and return. Roberto's driving was capable and cautious and we felt safe at all times. He navigated his way through narrow bridges, busy streets and the open highway with such patience.

It was very organised. Had a wonderful time, the only thing that needs to change is letting msc that tripsadeal need to disembark at the same time to travel to Rome. Great holiday, all the attractions were wonderful. Went like clockwork. Tour guide fantastic. Thanks

Tour was fantastic All the guides were knowledgeable and helpful I loved Rome WOW what a place Maybe could have had another day there and more free time in Pisa but overall, a great trip. Service on MSC cruises was a bit poor

We loved all the cities that we visited. We think Lake Bled should become a part of the tour rather than an optional activity. We found MSC cruises very disappointing. The food was average, the service was mostly below par and requests were often not met. Another cruise line to similar Mediterranean destinations would have been better even if it cost a little more. Our guide was good but information and history could have been better. She was very friendly and helpful. Instructions around tariffs and taxes was confusing and each bus received slightly different information. Guide could have been a bit clearer with departure instructions. I think hand sanitizer and masks should be compulsory on all buses as many people got sick but did not go out and buy masks and then infected others on the bus.

Great guides

This is my fourth Tripadeal tour and the first one where tips for the tour leader and driver were not collected, which was a pleasant surprise. All previous tours, the tip amount was stated and collected by the tour leader. This tour, when to tip and the amount was left up to you, which is how it should be. Thank you Tripadeal for another great trip!

For me Venice was the highlight.

Our Europe trip was excellent and our tour guide. George was amazing with all his knowledge and his organisational skills. Our free days were catered for with optional extras that was organised by our tour leader. The local guide guides that were provided had great insights for the locations . The accommodation was good considering we were travelling in Europe and we know the hotels are very expensive. Highly recommend for a great insight for the grand European trip.

Our Tour Leader Luigi was amazing. He made sure that everyone got the most out of their experience. He was accommodating and diligent in keeping everyone safe and secure. We saw and experienced some amazing things. This was our first trip with Trip a Deal and our first trip to Europe and it won't be our last. Trip A Deal had everything organized, so we had no hassles or unexpected hiccups along the way.
