Our tour was excellent. Tour guide, Carlos was very informative and he looked after us at every opportunity. Accommodation was great.

We loved the itinerary- it provided a great range of experiences. We loved busy Hanoi and the peaceful mountains. Our guide and Driver were excellent. The driver had some tricky spots in heavy fog and tight squeezes, but he managed the bus with ease. The guide provided great information and recommendations for our leisure time.

Every where we went was a highlight. Seeing the different ways the village people lived was very interesting. Views were amazing. The waterfall was just stunning. We enjoyed everywhere we went. Our tour guide Thanh was exceptional, he was very approachable with any question from any of us. He made life easier with the way he handled our tipping & the way we paid. He was amazing. Plus you could tell he loved his job & passionate about the places he took us to.

Scenery, companions, guide and food were excellent. Flam railway and fjord cruise were superb, as was the Bear Hill Husky ride and complete visit. Our guide responded well to an issue caused by Norwegian railway. Free, independent time was well balanced. More time in Helsinki would have been good.

Absolutely loved this trip! ....Its not a holiday but a full on adventure! ...Certainly a trip to remember! We had a fairly small group on our tour...10 Australians in an overland truck for the 21 nights...A mix of camping in tents and game lodges...fantastic food...animals absolutely everywhere....Our guide and cook made the trip! Informative and well prepared, they took us on a near 6000klm odessy across SA, Namibia and Botswana to Zimbabwe and then back to SA...was nothing short of spectacular! ...not a luxury trip, but its Africa and some of the destinations are very remote! ...Its certainly soul changing and an open mind is a must for this trip!

The excursions, the ship, the dining room, the hospitality of the dining room staff, the cabins, the quality of the guides, the land transport & the food.

Mt Fuji was definately a highlight, we were blessed with perfect weather. I loved the Kyoto option extra day tour. To be honest everything was great if you keep in mind the cost. The hotels are not always in the centre of town but Kito our tour guide would always point out places to eat at each overnight location and where the local supermarket or 7/11 was if we needed anything which was helpful. We had a wonderful very memorable trip.

Highlights of the trip were definitely the Christmas markets. The trip was nice and relaxed with 2/3 nights in each town. I feel like more time could be spent in Prague and Salzburg. George was our tour guide-this is the second trip a deal I have been on with him as tour guide and he always does a great job. Accomodation was lovely-locations were great to be able to go in and out of city if you wanted to explore more. I would definitely go again

Professional customer service. Excellent interaction and communication. Comfortable and efficient transport. Good and clean hotel accommodations. Hotels staff were excellent, professional and understanding.

Eliza our tour guide was fantastic. Very informative of local areas & general knowledge of the country. Well paced and organised trip. Meals that were included were very small. Ok for me, but certainly not enough for a man. The accommodation 10/10 More time was needed for the Santa Village as alot to experience there. We skipped the town walked & talk of Rovaniemi, so we had extra time at the village. Would've rather spent less time in Lulea in favour of exploring Stockholm. Transferred to Airport flight back to Australia, would've been appreciated. Overall, absolutely loved the trip.

The tour was well spaced with plenty of good optional tours on offer. All the guides were excellent especially our guide, Som, in Siem Reap. Som went out of his way to help us. Hoi An and Siem Reap were our favourite places during the trip. From airport pickup in Hanoi to airport drop off in Siem Reap, the tour went very smoothly. Loved it.😀

The flights to Istanbul and return from Cairo were with Qatar airlines were excellent. The adventure through Turkey and Egypt was amazing. A small group of 14 people so plenty of spare room on the bus. The tour guides were an amazing wealth of information and good caring people. The tour through Turkey and Egypt had us soaking up the history, food and culture. Once on the road some days very long and were a test of endurance. However the experience of the sights and adventure outweighed any negatives. Unforgettable adventure to some of the wonders of the world.

Everything - we had a ‘bucket-list’ experience that we’ll never forget. It lived up to all our expectations.

Some of the accomodation was too far out, some of the markets were not operating at the time of the trip but the tour leader and bus driver were excellent and the tour was great overall.

The first night we arrived very late, so we could not enjoy the beautiful hotel or surrounds of that hotel, as we left early the next morning. The Fish Market in Negombo was fantastic, to see how they dried fish etc was really interesting. The hotels were really great, except for one that was dirty but that's not a problem, all the rest were great. It would be good at times if some of them were not so remote, but I understand it's a cost factor. The tour itself was very well run, and the tour guide, driver and assistant were all fantastic. I didn't find Jaffna very interesting and would have preferred an extra night somewhere else, I loved the Northern parts the most; Sigiriya was my favourite and would have loved to have stayed longer there, the highlight for me was climbing the Sigiriya Rock Fortress. Nuwara Eliya was beautiful and interesting. The tea plantation was great and good accommodation there too. The St Andrews Hotel was beautiful, great service and perfect touches ( hot water bottle in your turned down bed) and an open fire. Unfortunately because of the weather we could not do the Hortons Plains trek (which we had both paid for) which was disappointing but understandable for safety reasons. The Ella train ride was awesome as were the Nine Arches Bridge and Ella was a lovely little town. The Turtle Hatchery tour was fantastic in Bentota as well. We could not do the Gangaramya Temple ( we had paid for that) as it was closed but due to weather and road conditions could not be helped. All in all it was a great tour, but because of weather condions at times or leaving later in morning because of personal requests, we didn't have a lot of free time, it seemed very busy and a lot of the time was spent on the bus. In saying that, a cyclone had hit the country, so it would have been challenging navigating all areas, we were lucky as we missed it by a day or two, but the weather was rainy and windy and the staff did an amazing job. ( No one can control that) I would recommend the tour, but perhaps a night in Galle or Ella would have been good too. I know you can select to only do the Western/Southern tours instead of going up North, but they were too short. It was a great group of people and only 12 on the tour, which was great. I really enjoyed the tour for the most part and as I said, would recommend it to anyone.

As we have found previously with Tripadeal, this was a well planned and smoothly actioned package holiday. The local guide was engaging and always ready to help. The choice of bus route and side visits gave us a real sense of the culture.. not only current but also of the traditional aspect. We had enough time but not too much that it dragged.

Everything. A stunningly beautiful place. House biats fabulous as were hotels our guide Dominic extremely good always going over and above. Deepo our driver extremely competent.

All the guides were amazing such a beautiful place. Highlight of course all the animals. All transfers were seamless. Coaches fairly comfortable. Husband is tall so he found some coaches a little light for leg room. Overall an amazing holiday and great value for money.

Special thanks to first tour guide and driver in Hanoi - amazing people and extremely knowledgeable. Highlights were the locations and activities in North Vietnam where we spent the majority of time. Everything went almost too smoothly!

Just overall a fantastic experience with a small group tour of 19. We all got on well. Vietnam is a fantastic country to visit from north to south. Safe and friendly. The local guides were excellent for each section (Mack, Miss Beautiful and Lam).

Uniqueness of Antarctica. Knowledge and experience of the expedition staff onboard the “Seabourn Pursuit”. Three free days to explore Bueros Aires was excellent. Trip a Deal might explore the idea of lounge access for customers.

The Great Budda, Oigawa Railway, Fushimi Inari Shrine, Kinkaku-ji, Himiji Castle, Hiroshima Peace Park and Genbaku DomeKintaiko Bridge, Osaka Castle, Narai-juku and Tsumago-juku. Great scenery and very polite and helpful people. We found moving the cases from the bus to the hotel that wasn't directly at the hotel, tiring, however understand the limitations. Not keen on feeding the seagulls and the deer. We must compliment our tour guide, Sylvia, for her thoroughness and application to assist not only us on this tour, but all of the travellers. She went beyond our expectations.

It was an excellent trip of Northern Vietnam with a fantastic tour guide (Dat) and great bus driver to navigate the tricky mountain roads. Halong bay was a little dissapointing due to the number of boats and tourists in the area but we had a great time on the boat. Great people in our group and 18 was a perfect number, have made many new friends. China Southern airlines were great, food, ontime, and comfortable economy seats. Overall a very enjoyable trip which I would highly reccommend, also an extra free day in Hanoi at the end would have been good.

This trip was excellent. We visited all the major tourist spots we wanted to see which involved some early mornings and long drives but worth it. The accommodation was great and the meals provided were good too. The highlight was our guide Hassan - he really made the trip!

The tour guide was excellent; professional, organised, friendly and informative. Each day was well organised. The sites visited were interesting, the tour guide knew the best location to see the attraction, where to get good photos and gave us local tips to maximise our visit at each site. It was the right balance of organised activities and free time. The accommodation was standard for Japan but would not meet the expectations of some western visitors. They were well located to be able to get around.

My son and I enjoyed the trip. Our Tour Guide Fotini was great, I have mobility issues so walking tours were not possible but at no stage did I feel left out as she would make suggestions that worked for me. There was a good balance of free time to organised time. The whole experience from booking the trip to it's conclusion was so easy. I will be booking holidays through TripADeal again.

We got to see a lot in a short period. Some people might find it slightly hectic, but we enjoy trying to see as much as possible. One suggestion we would have would be regarding payment for optional tours. We found that we were able to pay for these via card, but we believed that we could only for these in cash yen. We could have taken out less cash, meaning we wouldn't have to carry as much over, and wouldn't lose as much on conversion rates.

Our tour guide was very good, super organised and always explained as much as she could. She organised things in line with the weather, told us the best places to eat and kept everything on the move. We loved Tokyo, the Maiko dinner show, Kyoto by the sea and the tour was great. We would love to go back to Japan.

Destination was amazing

Accommodation was great. We got to see northern lights a few nights which was amazing! Not enough time in some places such as Bergen where we arrived at night and then left next morning! Would have like to see glam railway in daylight not at night. Cruise was amazing - staff and food both excellent!

We loved spending time with our Grandchildren, daughter and son-in-law and making wonderful memories. We loved the Halong Bay Cruise.

Excellent holiday with an excellent guide and skillfull driver. Highlights were: Ha Giang; Dong Van; Cao Bang and the journey through those mountain areas. Lovely to see the Hmong village, local crafts and how the Vietnamese produce their food. Our food was served fresh every day and there was plenty of it. Perhaps too much. We enjoyed the Nguom Ngao cave, Ban Gioc waterfall, Hoa Lu and Tam Coc and of course Halong Bay. We took part in every activity and we are in our late 70s. Our hotels were very good especially the Sheraton at Ha Giang. The Muong Thanh Luxury Cao Bang Hotel was reasonably good considering its remote location in a developing country. Taking cash for all purchases is a must as most purchase points don't take card. There were ATMs even in the remote towns. There were only 17 people in our tour group and this helped us all connect with each other. Lots of good memories and photos. Thank you TripADeal

Loved the wildlife and the way Tripadeal went about showing us! The tour guide Dom was fantastic as were the group we travelled with. The Hilton stay to windup was cool too.

Ba Na Hills was great except didn't like the buffet lunch actually didn't any of buffet lunches, Ha Long Bay overnight on junk was excellent, location of our hotel in Saigon was brilliant some hotels no hot water warm at best. Our guides Power especially was a stand out very knowledgeable, organized and went out of his way to help, others we had small problems with communication. Very happy with tour no major issues.

Cambodia is an amazing country with a sad recent history .. This trip I really enjoyed .. great hotels and great guides ..Staying at The Eden Resort was the perfect relaxing end to this great holiday ..

The trip was really well organised. We were well informed in advance of all activities and times we needed to be ready. Our guide was amazing. He was patient and caring and had a fantastic sense of humour. His knowledge of 'all things Egypt' was fantastic. Everything we did and saw were highlights. A fantastic trip.

I'm only discussing Sebatana Private Reserve. Accommodation, staff, food Itinerary was wonderful at the Sebatana Lodge. Our drivers were also excellent. That is why I'm giving a 5 star. Pre-tour was another matter.

Everything was amazing

Loved the friendlines of people from both countries, all the places are wonderful especially loved Hoi An , Ho Chi Minh and Siem Reap. Our guides Dung (Hoi An) , Loi (Ho Chi Minh) and Phany (Siem Reap).

The guides were great, accomodation excellent everywhere, bus drivers very good and I was confident with everyone involved in making my holiday safe and enjoyable. Angkor Wat and Siem Reap was the highlight for me

The whole itinerary is what attracted us this trip. Starting in the North of Vietnam - Hanoi and Halong Bay and then onto the middle at Hoi An (where we did a local cooking class and visited the Ban Na Hills which was wonderful) and then onto Saigon (Mekong Delta, the tunnels and lots of shopping). Then even the bus trip into Cambodia was an experience with the border crossing and various stops. Pnom Penh and Siem Reap were the suprise packets of the trip! The tour guides were excellent and were the selected hotels.

The guides were great and very informative in thier own areas, they told us where to shop and were very helpful at all times.

We had a party of 12 and ranged in age from 20 to mid 70’s, everyone enjoyed the trip.you learn a lot about the difference in cultures of the Cambodians and the Vietnamese, their ways of living, food and beliefs. There was a good balance of rest and tours whilst on the cruise.

Our guide, Dat, was absolutely outstanding. He was professional, respectful and knowledgeable, but blended this seamlessly with humour which ensured our group were engaged and connected. Within the natural constraints of the location, I’m not sure the tour can be easily improved without adding more days, which I don’t believe will necessarily improve the trip.

First time we have travelled with trip a deal and it was fantastic, not one thing that we can complain about. Our tour guy who called himself Vic was awesome, he answer any questions that anyone had and was so helpful everywhere we went. 10 out of 10 for Vic. There are too many places and things we saw that was amazing, and very hard to decide which was the best, it was all good. I suppose one of the many highlights was going to the villages especially the last village. In our opinion there is nothing to change about this trip. We will be travelling with trip a deal again and we would recommend trip a deal to anyone.

This holiday exceeded my expectations in so many ways. Excellent flights with Malaysian Airways, top class hotels, great tour guide and very safe bus driver. Entry to many great places included. The guide and bus driver were excellent. We had a great time and saw some wonderful areas of Vietnam.

We saw a great deal in a short time which was good . We had a terrific guide (Khaoula) & amazing drivers (Toshi-san & Bob-san) The optional tours were good value - we chose to go on all of them. Suggestion : the optional to Hiroshima should be confirmed prior to leaving Australia to allow seating together on the trip. Our group was spread over 3 carriages on the outward journey.

Japan is an amazing place, first of all I loved the tour director/guide Ben and our awesome bus driver Amanosun. The accomodation was for the most part very good. I personally liked Nagano Prefecture and Gifu Prefecture. A little less crowded and absolutely stunning scenery. The mountain view (Northern Alps) from our Nagano Hotel room, was incredible, my lovely wife got emotional at drawing back the curtain and viewing it for the first time. I also loved Fukuyama, the castle, the shops. It was a little less hectic than Osaka. Kobe at night was really enjoyable as well. Kyoto was brilliant but so overcrowded, it was difficult to appreciate the greatness before us. As a automotive lover the Toyota museum was amazing, but 1 hour and 30 minutes was too short a time to experience it. Everybody loved the Shinkansen experience. It was well organised and the guide kept us safe and on track. We also had a group of really nice people.

The most phenomenal group trip we have ever experienced. Everything went without a hitch from transfers to and from the airport, extraordinarily luxurious hotels, ace driver and informative, flexible, attentive guide who mafe the trip special.

The accommodation in all the locations were certainly above our expectations.. the resort in Kampot was great and the also the accom in Koh Rong island was fantastic… The tour guides were very knowledgeable, had very good English and very caring and considerate of all travellers. Consultative when needed and always kept the group informed. The tour itself had a variety of activities which was great and provided rest when neeeded All in all it was an amazing trip, one of the better TripADeal tours we’ve been on..

We had an outstanding guide. If not for him, I doubt that the trip would have been quite so enjoyable.

This was a fabulous trip. The guide was excellent and our group gelled together well. The itinerary was full on with really no time for independent sightseeing, but the included activities were great. I especially loved the elephant safari and staying at Kandalama. The Maldives was a welcome break at the end of the trip, and was lovely, despite the weather making some of the included activities unavailable. Would have been good it the resort offered more activities that could be done during inclement weather.

Very well put together package and Sarah our tour guide was fabulous. Will be returning again in the not so distant future.

Hiroshima and Miyajima was a highlight for me, and the Iwakuni cable car ride was an unexpected treat. Our visit to the Touken World museum was also noteworthy, for those who love history in particular. Good mix of old and new over the itinerary.

We had the best time and experienced the best of Japan. Our tour guide was incredible and very informative. We loved the calmness, the culture, the food, the scenery, the shopping, the magic!!!

the trip was great, the flights and transitions from city to city were handled very well and everything flowed effortlessly, the guides were great and very knowledgeable, the choice of excursions were fantastic and the way you could just hook onto the ones you wanted was brilliant

Tour guide Else was fantastic and both our drivers were also terrific! Loved the boat rides, visiting the whirlpools, vine bridge, castles and temples. The trip certainly hit all the must see places in Southern Japan. I would have loved more free days to explore particularly in Beppu and Kumamoto.

Hotels were amazing, as we our guides Son, Minh, Lam, Bo and especially Rocky who went above and beyond to help a member of our group who lost her phone. Viernam and Cambodia were both amazing and Angkor Wat was the highlight.

We really think that this package was incredible value for money. Having said that, I feel that it was too condensed, for example we stayed in some lovely places, particularly in Sri Lanka, but we weren’t able to take advantage of the facilities when we were arriving after dark and leaving by 8am the next morning. I personally think that the same itinerary, but spread out with an extra day in India and an extra two nights in Sri Lanka would be much better. I also know that would increase the costs, but most people in our group agreed and would be willing to pay the extra money.

Good information spread across the days appropriately, with enough time to explore

Japan & Korea were amazing places to visit. Airport transfers in both countries worked very well. Hotels included as a part of TripaDeal were good quality and well located. Nice balance of guided tour time & free time during most of the trip. Well done TripaDeal. 5 stars to both the Japan & Korea guides. (Hiro & Lara)

Everything was amazing. Every place was outstanding. Our guide Hassan was an exceptional guide. His knowledge of Egypt and the places we visited was so extensive. He was clear and easy to understand an his passion shone through. I cannot believe that I was at the pyramids, climbed one a little and saw the sphinx and rode a camel and had a photo taken in front of the pyramids. Wow. visited the Great Egyptian Museum which was extensive and so much history. Aswan Nile cruise was great. Just to say that I sailed down the Nile is an experience. I think a highlight was Abu Simbel and the relocation was phenomenal. Valley of the Kings was also a highlight. Then the resort was a great way to relax and to say I have swam in the Red Sea is also a bucket list adventure. Wow, wow, wow. I didn’t like the early starts but they were worth it to get to our next adventure. The whole trip was truly remarkable.

Perfect. Got a little taste of everything. Our fourth Trippa in two years. Looking to book our next one in the coming days. Keep up the great deals please.

The places we saw were unbelievable the first was the GEM which is breathtaking from there the sites got only better. You can see it on TV but to see it real is unreal. The guide we had Hassan was a man with a passion for his country and its history and could really tall a story. And had a lot of fun with the group. I say again the we saw you have picked the best l think.

Tour guide was excellent. Very knowledgeable and gave excellent tips on local customs and expectations of local people. Accommodation was great too.

We loved everything, accomodation, food and the animals. To see the animals in the wild was amazing. The history around the ww11 death march eye opening. The extension was worth it. All organised very well and would recommend to everyone.

I loved the whole trip! The tour guides were very knowledgeable and were easy to get along with. The itinerary was filled with the essentials of each city, however would have loved to have an extra day in Ho Chi Minh City. I was very lucky to have been with a great group of people and we got along well. This will be the first of many trip a deal tours!

Our Vietnam/Cambodia five star tour was awesome! The guides were fantastic, everything was so well organised and we stayed at beautiful luxurious hotels. We visited amazing places and ate beautiful food. Although the weather wasn’t the best at times (Central Vietnam) we still made the most of it and had a fantastic time. Our group of 18 got on so well and we ended up a very social group, sharing lots of meals and partying together at night. I’m sure we’ve made some lifetime friends. The trip was ‘full on’ with 8 am departures each day and fairly late return to our hotels sometimes. We chose to do most of the optional extra tours etc; but you could take some downtime if you needed to. Cambodia was a highlight. We really enjoyed our quieter days there. This such a lovely, friendly and safe place (Siem Reap that is). Highlights were many!!! Going on bamboo boats, cruising in Halong Bay, walking through the villages and eating at beautiful restaurants. The BBQ night up in the mountains was special and brought all of our group closer together. The steps up to our rooms (200+ of them) might night not be suitable for everyone though. Our guides, Andy (north VN), Luong (central VN), Mr Viet (south VN) and Mr Vong (Sien Reap) were terrific, although Mr Viet is new to TrioAdeal, and his English wasn’t as good - he needs a bit more experience. Highly recommend this trio to anyone.

All accommodation was excellent in quality and location. The activities were a must do....well organised and learnt so much of the countries and the people.

Very good value, nice hotels - the Arctic glass igloo was a truly amazing experience especially because we saw the Northern lights there. The trip was well organised and flowed smoothly between all the different methods of transport which we felt was a great variety of coaches, rail, ferry and ship. I think a bus tour of Helsinki should be included. Our guide Petra was wonderful, she gave lots of information and repeated it so that everyone heard, she has a great sense of humour, good leadership skills and patience. Highly recommend Petra. I would like to see a little more guidance on the clothing to take in the very cold areas we went to. The temperature was -20 and even though I had read to wear layers and 2 pairs of socks I needed to buy a better coat, gloves and merino wool socks. Thanks for the great organising, it was a wonderful trip, the experience of a lifetime.

Loved all aspects of the tour. The tour guides were great with excellent knowledge of the countries, the histories and all the attractions, events. The itinerary was very full and we covered a lot of the countries and attractions.

Sth Korea was excellent and the tour guide Lara is exceptional. Japan was also very good however there is a lot of free time so we pre-prepared some great extra activities and sightseeing if you feel confident using the subways (can YouTube how). These are our best memories of the trip!! Otherwise there are optional add on activities offered in Japan not on the itinerary so you won’t be bored. Two amazingly beautiful countries and cultures, we can highly recommend visiting them in Autumn (early Nov). Thanks trip a deal!

The variety of activities was great, however some spots we didn't have enough time to really appreciate our surroundings - the Orangutans were the highlight for me.

New York has been on my bucket list for a long time. When this deal came up I jumped at it. I planned to spend my birthday with my daughter in New York. It was fantastic!!!!!! We saw all the sites I wanted to visit, no line ups to worry about. Our accommodation at the New Yorker was brilliant because it was so central to where we wanted to go. Penn Station a block away, Times Square, Bryant Park so close.

The trip was great and full of all the highlights. Our guide Jade and driver Mr Lee were excellent.

Highlights were Table Mountain in Cape town, Seeing Cape of Good Hope, Kruger National Park, Victoria Falls, Chobe National Park. Close up with Lions, Elephants Buffaloes Hippos, Crocodiles, etc in Chobe. Everything went very well. Couldn't fault any of it.

The hotels we stayed in were clean and comfortable. Breakfast in all hotels were substantial and a great way to start the day.

Our Highlights of Vietnam trip was phenomenal. From the moment we landed until the day we left we were spoilt with the spectacular sights, sounds, tastes and people of Vietnam! Our highlights were the Cu Chi tunnels, Ba Na Hills with the glorious Golden Bridge (despite it being a foggy day, the mist actually added to the experience and gave the hands a more glorious feel and look), Halong Bay in the junk Boat, the bamboo boat ride along the ‘Halong Bay of the Mountains’, Danang, Hanoi, and the fabulous Train Street!!!!! Our tour guides Nia Nguyen and Mia Dung were PHENOMENAL!
