I just loved the route we took.Very challenging for a 71 year old.So good having a guide who knew how to manage my limitations.I think the marketing for this trek is actually much harder than marketed in all advertising.It should be marketed as high medium to hard.only having 4 people on the trek is not suitable you need to have at least 6 but rather around 10 trekkers.Havind completed the Mt everest base camp with 12 trekkers was far more enjoyable than the one I have done at Anna purna.I was left alone to trek with my guide by my side while the father with 2 sons walked ahead much faster.A larger group would be much better as one would always feel part of the team.Dont get me wrong.The guide and his porters were amazing,considerate and caring.My guide admitted that my walking pace was as good as any in a normal group of 6 to 12 who mostly stayed together. All in all I had an amazing time.Thank you

Our tour was absolutely AMAZING! Bobby our tour guide was the loveliest, knowledgeable, respectful, helpful, friendly and most wonderful guide we could have ever wished for! The bus travel & the driver were fabulous. The variety of things to do blew us in the tour away! Accomodation, buffet breakfast s & other foods we ate was excellent. I would & have already done so, recommended tripadeal to all my family, friends & co-workers! I would not hesitate to go on another tripadeal tour, well done Tripadeal!!😃🥰❤️👌👍👏👏👏👏👏 Thank you!

Guide, Driver and Hotels were sensational! We were well looked after and India was a cultural whirlwind! Would liked to have squeezed a few more sights into each city’s itinerary, but it would be hard to trade in the time spent in the afternoons at the magnificent Oberoi Hotels. Can’t praise our guide, Prishant enough. He was knowledgeable and took care of our every need and really made the experience. The bus and driver were first class. A complete holiday.

This is a well organize trip we were picked up upon arrival, Hotels are good and comfortable, staffs are respectful and breakfast are various. Our tour guide Coco is knowledgeable, funny and tried hard to give as good times and Mr Ha our driver I think need an accolade in loading and unloading our luggage some are big and heavy and of course driving safe from A-Z. Busan is beautiful I enjoyed the optional tours too ,all in all I had a good experience and insight on the culture and ways of life of South Korea I would say this is a great value trip. Suggestions : Why not include the tip to the prize as it almost like a mandatory and maybe warn us before hand that it requires a lot of walking and some climbing steps for the less mobile. I enjoyed this trip .I love the open market tho shopping, eating, good company ,wearing traditional dress is fun learning Korean War history etc.

A fantastic trip for the first time going over there. It does get a bit busy with the itinerary trying to fit so much in, but all the tours were great and don't have any regrets. If you're unsure about an additional tour you can always purchase them while in the area. All the tour guides were excellent, no pressure on tipping, but happy to provide maximum tips as they really took care of us. I think what makes these trips so great is the group of people you travel with. We all got a long really well which made the experiences even better. I'm definitely going back to Vietnam and Cambodia as there is still so much more to do.

What a wonderful holiday. It was so incredible to be there looking at their beautiful wildlife, in the wild. And all the info on the Death March. It made me cry, but I do believe its a great part of the trip. The views from the Saba Tea Plantation was wonderful. Just loved this trip. But have to say first hotel stay was not the best. Wasnt the cleanest place ive been in. And would never want to stay there again. Even their lifts were dangerous, shutting very quick and trapping one if our groups arm. She ended up with bad bruising to her arm. Other than that place everything was perfect. Food did become an issue for me. I have health issues with spicey foods. I felt fobbed off about this, so missed having proper meal. But found if you were a vegetarian you were well catered too. Did find that disappointing 😞 I even challenged myself walking under water and paragliding behind a boat. This trip has it all 💯 recommend it 👌 And can highly recommend James as a tour guild. He is the best ive found on TAD tours.

Loved wildlife. Mari Mari village good. Stop at Sabha tea only disappointment. I wouldn’t do the 2 night extension at the resort again.

I enjoyed my trip to Vietnam and Cambodia with TripADeal. The hotels were all of a high quality with tour guides all very good and knowledgeable. All the optional tours i felt were good value and really worth it, a highlight was Ba Na Hills in Da Nang. The trips are always full on with some early mornings but are worth it. The only minor negatives would be the first tour guide did not offer us water on any days in extremely hot weather but the other 3 guides did as was mentioned TripADeal provide water and the last hotel although nice had a few bugs. Suggestion, I feel the tips for the tour guides should be included in the price so it is already paid not awkward and fair for everyone.

This was our 6th TripADeal Tour, so far previous Tour Leaders were fine but we cannot say the same for Julie also known as Helen from South Korea who was the worst of all. There was communication problems due to the language barrier. She was not clear with instructions and were mostly wrong and confusing. There was no group leadership and some of us could not follow her and ended up walking separate from the group and finding out through fellow passengers where the final meeting point was to catch our Bus Tour. The Itinerary was followed with some order changes but overall it was done as per the scheduled program. The Hotels were mostly well located and satisfactory.

River cruises, food was amazing, accomodation was great and our tour guide Brendan was brilliant!

Heart of China experience. 13/03/2026 Our first trip to China and also using Trip a Deal. Positives This experience was great as we had a wonderful group of Australian travellers to enjoy the wonderful scenery, culture and people of China with. It was a safe, clean and an amazing place to visit. Our first guide ‘Apple’ was excellent, considerate and knowledgeable about each travel experience. Seeing pandas at the Research Centre in Chongqing was amazing. Hotels 4 star but outside city Good value for money. Negatives Unfortunately the second guide didn’t have the same knowledge and was keen to drop us at a location and leave us to explore with no guidance on several occasions. Big Buddha boat trip, dropped us at boat then reappeared afterwards so on the boat the guide only spoke Chinese so we all had no idea what he was saying. Guide raced ahead of the 36 travellers and then he had to wait for the group to catch up so he could of been more considerate and moved at a slower pace as he had to wait for everyone anyway once he reached the destination. He promoted/strongly encouraged travellers to do the optional sight seeing/ food experiences with the implication that you would have to stay on the bus and wait or wouldn’t be able to eat other than having supermarket food and potentially being ill as he didn’t recommend other restaurants. Ciqikou Ancient Town trip, we were dropped off early in morning for an hour to explore as Guide had changed itinerary those that chose not to do this trip were taken by bus 5 minutes away and stayed on bus or sat together while we explored ancient town. The town is free to explore and the guide didn’t come with us so we were paying for nothing!!! The shops were shut and as we hadn’t been told where to go, it was rush and a waste of time. We felt terrible for those people who had been segregated and left on the bus which we found out about on our return. Two individuals had managed to escape and looked around the town despite not paying extra, good on them. We decided not to do any optional experiences after this. Optional Meal at Restaurant, told only supermarket food if we didn’t come. We and 14 others didn’t go but found a lovely local restaurant where 12 of us enjoyed a great meal together and paid much less than the optional meal. We didn’t get food poisoning either!!! The second bus was old and some seats didn’t stay upright. It needed a clean and had items left on there from previous trips. We will do another Trip a Deal trip but l hope that we have a Guide that is truly there for the travellers and cares.

This was an amazing trip. Everything was excellent - accommodation, organisation, information, activities and the most fabulous tour guide, Udi. He was incredible, friendly, knowledgeable and so willing to please. He made us relax even more knowing we were in great hands. The Maldives was out of this world. A real paradise and a fabulously beautiful place. Loved it!

Overall, it was a great trip. There was a couple of suggestions. First one was the visa requirement at the Victoria Falls. We could not do that online due to sponsorship requirements. Although this was not your part that could have been instruction. We opted for Singapore airlines, but it was not direct flight hence extra time we could have come via Qantas directly which should have saved the long travel of 36 hours while going to Victoria Falls we had some issues at Radisson Hotel at Johannesburg. Heating at Cape Town was not working. All the staff was good at Cape Town and looked after us. The guides all great Natasha was full of information. Katherine had been a great help in booking and guiding with booking and vegetarian food. Singapore Airlines was great. In-service and food Safari was excellent. Rovos rail was best experience.

We Loved - the amount of Bottled water that was provided, the tour guides, everything ran smoothly, most places had a swimming pool, hotel positions were great, breakfast on the whole was better than average. Almost every toilet had toilet paper. Grateful for good number of toilet stops on the bus trips Highlights- The excursions that were included in the package were great. Overall seeing the different areas was great and what happens in each area was somewhat different to the previous one. Improvements - Advise people who are looking to do these tours, how much water they will receive so you’re not so worried about the drinking water situation. The buses need better Air Conditioning

The staff at Lion Lodge made the holiday. From the moment we arrived to when we departed they did everything they could to make sure we had the best time. The food was amazing and definitely 5 star. Patrick,Jerry and Joyce in the bar were amazing. Elise was a stand out especially her wonderful laugh. Janique our guide could not do enough to make sure we saw as many animals as we could.

The River safari and stay at. Borneo lodge 2 were the highlights. Discovering the horrors of the Sandakan death march showed the courage of those prisoners. James, our tour guide was brilliant: knowledge, understanding and wonderful sense of humour. Sandakan hotel was okay. All others very high standard. Improvement would be venue for farewell group dinner: long distance for an average meal and very hurried in service and feeling wanted us finished and out.

We absolutely loved our guide, Roger, who was so professional, knowledgeable and caring. 10/10. We loved the choices of options to visit on the tour - a well balanced view of Borneo. 10/10 We loved staying in the jungle, but we were disappointed in the lodge we stayed in. We had hoped that we would be ‘in the rainforest’, ‘Bilit Rainforest lodge’, but it had all been cleared around our lodge and there was nothing to do in the times we didn’t have a planned activity - no walks or nature within the lodge area due to clearing. 6/10 We were EXTREMELY disappointed that our tickets weren’t linked somehow and that our child, a 14YO nervous flyer, was NOT sat next to either of the parents. Malaysia airlines would NOT change this and it was very distressing for him. Suggest that TripADeal link and fix this so other families travelling with kids do NOT have to go through this. Perhaps consider pre-assigned seating together at the time of booking flights. 0/10

The guides we had were amazing . Well organised tour with great accomodation

Our trip began on a bad note. My husband lost his phone at Hanoi airport. I text the phone in a hope someone might reply. They did and it was safe with airport security. The next day at our initial meeting we spoke to Duc, our guide. He said not to worry he would sort it. He did. The phone was delivered safely by the end of the first day. He was so calm, ensured us to relax and enjoy the day. He spent a whole on the phone and sending emails, nothing was a problem to him. 12/10 for Duc, he is informative, organized and funny. A perfect guide. We loved every moment of our trip. Highlights..... Boc Bandi retreat. Seen so many people moaning about the steps. It's on a ****** mountain....!!!!!! It is heaven on earth. The staff, the pool, the food and the company as we had a fab group was 10/10. We are already planning another trip. Accommodation was fab. Staff at all were lovely. My favorite was Corner de VIlle in Hanoi. The trip ran like clockwork. The constant supply of unlimited water was appreciated. Honestly I cannot fault trip a deal. It was our first trip and admit we were a bit dubious but hats off to you all it was fantastic. A trip we will remember forever. Thank you

First our tour guide was fantastic his name was (Hans) the whole trip was great . If we travel again i would still like to have the transport service but with private transport not the bus as we were so early at the airport . Not happy about the seats on the plane home the service I got was terrible the flight attendant was a bit rude gave me no options for breakfast because had ran out, not happy, no snacks not happy, I thought Qantas was improving but yet again they have let me down.

Great trip outline. Lovely guide. Fab bus driver and support person. Only 18 on the tour and all really nice people. Excursions and national parks we visited were excellent - saw lots of wildlife including elephants! The people of Sri Lanka were so friendly and kind. Beautiful food, mountainous areas awesome. Would have liked southern beaches and Galle to be included in trip but not so.

The group we travelled with were great people and it was one of the best holiday and group ever. We did at least 25 trips in the past. Everything was well arranged, the tour guide Kat was fantastic, hotels was very good The only 2 down turn was Singapore airlines with 2 out of the 4 flights the aircrafts were old and no leg room. The second problem is that flying with an ailine that is not part of One World we could not use the lounges. We have lifetime Gold with Qantas. We want to book more trips with TripAdeal but willl not do so if we cannot fly with One World airlines. Other people complaint about the same

Comparing with others from other companies.. No train ride. No tea tea plantation intereraction. Ie not even machines operating. Too many uninteresting temples. No pool at Maldives. Too many buffet meals Accommodation good. Overall We have done quite a few TAD trips. This was disappointing..

We enjoyed our holiday and had the best of all guides Kat. I think TripaDeal need to look at there ratings on walks most of our said moderate fitness but you need high fitness our very fit travelers found the walks hard. We were charged an extra $500.00 per person to arrive 2 days early that is $1000.00. We should have read everything better as we thought that included accommodation but it included nothing. We arrived back on Friday 24/04/26 have rung and spoken to TAD who said there is nothing that can be done, have now put a complaint in with them. Let’s wait and see. This was our third TAD trip.

The tour was great and showed wonderful highlights of Sri Lanka! We loved seeing the elephants and visiting the temples and Sigiriya. The actual destination was amazing but the tour itself was lacking somewhat. The arrival flights got us to the hotel in the early hours of the first travel day so we were exhausted from that and spent most the day in the bus travelling to Sigiraya and then climbed the rock in the heat which I was too exhausted to reach the top. The climate change and time zone change was too much for this in my opinion. We were left wandering outside the park due to the tour guide not communicating That the bus had moved locations. There were danger signs for charging elephants but we were not permitted back into the park as it was closed. We had to wait outside for the bus to drive out. Too much time is spent on the bus travelling. We are meant to find our own meals but had no choice but to eat at the buffets as we were isolated from any other shops or restaurants. The only time we actually got free to time to explore was in Galle and we loved it!! We would always arrive late at accommodation and eat buffet and go to bed due to the isolated accommodation. The 2 night accommodation near Galle was unsatisfactory, no hot water, beds were uncomfortable and the location was far too far away from anything. I couldn’t understand why we were not closer to the beach or in Galle itself. The places we stopped at, silk factory, gem museum, tea farm all just felt like tourist traps and not experiencing the true heart of Sri Lanka. We did not experience Kandy very much, just a look at the lake and off we went again. Didn’t stop in Ella. Numera Eliya was stunning but again we just drove through it all without getting in and fully immersing ourselves in it because we had to keep driving on the bus! The bus was extremely comfortable and we were well looked after, no complaints there. I think the time spent travelling on the bus and lack of food and activity options really needs an overhaul for success.

Our tour guide Coco was brilliant …. Engaging and funny and very knowledgeable about her subject. We visited some amazing places and were given time to visit others in our free time. However the Amethyst factory was a total waste of time. The Hotels were also good quality and in good positions to be able to do things on our own. However the group size of 37 was way too big for the guide to cope with and was difficult for most of us. Also this trip is advertised as a 9 day trip when it is actually 8. How can you count the day we arrive back in Australia at 9.30am? Maybe rectify this in your advertising.

All of the places and sites we saw were fantastic. We had an amazing tour guide Roy who was extremely knowledgeable, so kind and thoughtful. Our first tour trip and it was easy and we met some lovely people and had a lot of fun together .

We had a fantastic time. Our guide in Sri Lanka, Jay, was very knowledgeable and accomadated everyones requests. Our drive, Anu, and his offsider, Chala, were also very helpful and kind. Inthe Maldives we had a wonderful butler, Thusara, who looked after all of our needs and requests. The rest of the staff were very friendly and polite, this made for a very relaxing and fun time.

Hans (our VIP) guide was the best guide I have had on any tour. He has a great sense of humour, is very experienced, and took us to places away from all the other tour groups. Most days we didnt have to be on the bus before 9am, which allowed us to have a leisurely breakfast, and plenty of time to get organised. Our hotels were always within close proximity to a 7eleven, or FamilyMart, and reasonably priced restaurants, which gave us various options for dinner. Our ride on the Oigawa Railway was a pleasant surprise as we were the only tour group there. It allowed us to enjoy the scenery in a pleasant and calm environment. I especially enjoyed the Ninja house in Iga, the museum in Hiroshima, the overnight ferry from Fukuoka to Osaka, the tea tasting experience in Uji, and our beautiful view of Mt Fuji from the lake. We also had an educational evening with a lovely, young Maiko girl, who told us about her life as a Maiko. I also especially enjoyed the amount of free time we had to buy souvenirs along the way. The only thing I was disappointed with was that I could not select or change my seat on the Qantas flights, as we had booked through you and not Qantas. I had my granddaughter with me who would have loved a window seat but we were seated in the centre seats both there and back.

South Korea as a destination was great - interesting culture, friendly locals and great food. The hotels, for the most part were good, especially the Seoul hotel which was in a great location. The group size was the biggest issue. 37 people in a tour was very difficult for the guide to manage. This needs to be addressed by TripADeal for future tours.

The group was way too big. 37 people. It should have been half that number. Very disappointed. We felt that after the train ride the rest of the day was wasted. The amethyst factory was a wasted of time, too expensive.

The Tripadeal South Korea Discovery price is affordable and within our budget. The duration of holiday of 9 days is just right. The hotels are excellent, clean, and provide a great service. The hotels location in Seoul, Jeonju, and Busan are central and strategic, easy access to public transport, close to key attractions, within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The hotel breakfast were excellent including local food. The itinerary of the tour was good. Overall the trip was excellent, memorable, affordable and we had a fantastic time. The improvements: The trip to go amethyst factory in Seoul and Jeonju korean traditional wine museum at Jeonju are time wasting and can be excluded from the itinerary.

I loved driving through the Japan Alps,I loved going to the Geisha show,although it was an optional it was well worth it.The tour was great,nothing more to suggest,I am glad we went at cherry blossom time,although it cost a bit more it was worth it,I actually enjoyed every minute of the Tripadeal tour,I would certainly recommend it to anybody I speak to

Overall the trip was quite good however feel the following updates necessary to improve the overall trip in the future: Hue could removed from this trip and use that time to add to Sapa and Hoi Ann as these places are wonderful and well worth the visit. some buses were great, others below the standard we would expect Additionally 1 guide for the overall trip would work better as some guides were acceptable, othes were great Our last day traveling was not so good, please see below what hhappend: 1. Original trip when we booked AND paid was Syd to Hanoi direct and Ho Chi Minh to Syd direct which influenced the decision to buy 2. ⁠Last day traveling Vietnam to Aus schedule was terrible 3. ⁠Obviously cost saving for TAD 4. Last day fill in time in HCM for 4pm bus trip for 7pm flight to Hanoi 5. ⁠TAD must be aware of the situation at Hanoi airport being the lengthy time from disembarking HCM flight to get to the gate to depart Hanoi, no direct through gates and had to go through security 3 times even though we were given a sticker to transit through 6. ⁠Created a stressful situation for all our group, no time to relax or last minute Duty Free for those interested 7. ⁠TAD please explain why this is happening. 8. ⁠Expect poor reviews from the people involved

A beautiful trip, great guide in Lucky, the driver and assistant were also amazing. I would absolutely recommend Sri Lanka, it's rich in cultural experiencs and amazing scenery. But....I paid for the room upgrade and was extremely disappointed when everyone on the trip, upgraded or not, all stayed at the same hotel and some of which were upgraded to suites et whilst we had standard room everytime. A small, maybe slightly petty peeve, but I certainly would not pay extra for upgrading again and feel quite ripped off that I did this time. Left a slight bad taste in my mouth in an otherwise great holiday

Great trip, was everything we expected. My wife and I had the best time touring Japan and the tour guide was excellent. Can’t recommend it enough, great value for money!

Cape Town tours were great esp Table Mountain and Peninsula tour. Enjoyed safaris. Entry into Botswana was troublesome due to govt inefficiency. We waited hour and a half in long lines for processing. Therefore suggest tour groups leave Vic Falls accommodation much earlier to get to Chobe when gates open, as happens at Kruger. Accommodations were very good. Trip A Deal ensured that we were never left unsupported, with someone always meeting us for transfers and pickups. Overall a very good holiday and my wife and I are already recommending Trip A Deal to others.

The Taj Mahal was my highlight as it was a bucket list item for me. The bus driver Satya was outstanding considering the mayhem that is Indian traffic. All in our group agreed we felt very safe during the trip due to his prowess.

It was great group to travel with and we liked the guide, bus driver and ‘water man’. The hotels were good, though it may have been good to experience one of the traditional palaces, now hotels. Personally we like a bit more time to explore each place, but this suited us well because we had two granddaughters with us. So that there were no decisions to make was perfect for us.

Firstly the guide Sarah and driver Mr D were amazing Sarah's knowledge of Borneo, her friendlyness and amazing memory make her a truly great guide Mr D as we called him was happy polite and great driver, plus always ready to give us old water The trip itself was good, we didn't see any many animals in the wild, but that is the luck of the draw, the other bus did I loved the stay at the lodge and the trips on the river The stay in the hotel on the mountain gave spectacular views The lunch at the Tea Planation was the best lunch in my opinion The ware memorial and hearing about the Death march was just as important to me as other things on the trip. So many Australians are unware of the atrocities that happened there I did the optional farm visit, it was nice we didn't pick any crops but the people were lovely and friendly and I am glad we could help the community with out visit. Also a young man made us all material key rings as presents I gave him a frew ringgetts but they didn't ask for it People on the bus were great, fun group, no one complaiined just had a creat trip finishing around the pool at the Hilton, which was an amazing hotel One thing I would suggest is you switch days for the visit to the island (which had free time after before the farewell dinner) with the Mari Mari village visit (which had the optional visit after and we arrived hom late) that way we would have had the farewell dinner on the last night not the second last night. Great trip, totally recommend Jo

markets and nature areas

Excellent. Good group size (29). Guide James excellent and was our driver (Mr Won?) The program itself was well thought out with reasonable bus travel between locations...maximum 2 hrs one leg...Accommodation ranged from satisfactory to excellent and while the 5 start Hilton at the end was an absolute treat some of the eco offerings were equally as good in different ways

Seeing taj mahal amber fort and scenery in between. Taj hotel was very tired and we had to call for a replacement fridge iron and tv remote. Could have been 1 day shorter as plenty of time to get to airport from agra. Missed out on attractions in delhi as venues were closed but tour leader should have planned day better

Tokyo, Hiroshima memorial, Nara Temple, Open air museum were the highlights of the trip, the gardens and temples are all amazing, but I felt improvements could be made by trying not to cram too much into 1 day, giving more time to explore individual locations and enjoy the environment. Also possibly choose some locations that are not top tourist locations so you ate not battling thousands of other tourists for space.

Overall the trip was great, thoroughly enjoyed the experience, my only suggestion would be the bus component. often we had only 230km for the days distance, however we found that it often meant that we would be 4-6 hours in the bus, spending more time at rest stops than sights. Also the itinerary often says "afternoon at your leisure" but it would be 5pm or later for arrival. I would have thought that 230km, meant early afternoon and then time to explore..... also we often doubled back on ourselves, i am sure that there are sights to see that follow the route of the bus, and dont take us 1hour off route, then 1 hour back just to see them. It seemed that we "wasted" a lot of time, it could have been better planned.

The tour guide Kento & bus driver Tukka were exceptionally professional & could not do enough to help enjoy our tour of Japan. We highly recommend them as they are the most professional tool guide operators I have ever met. The itinerary was exceptionally good. We saw everything at the to guide the tool advertised and they were very satisfied and happy with what was offered..

Julie our guide was excellent. People who we met in our tour group were all friendly & fun to travel with. Coach & coach driver were excellent. Standard of the hotels we stayed in was excellent. South Korea is a fantastic place to visit. Loved the places we saw & experiences we engaged in. Everything was well organised. We thought the tour pace suited us well.

The luxury Sri Lanka trip was amazing! Our family had the best time exploring the beautiful culture, activities and sights that Sri Lanka has to offer, and the tour group of 20, was a lovely group of people, with not an issue from start to finish. Our guide Dulip Fernandez was brilliant and helped us navigate the aspects of the trip, in a way that only a local with deep knowledge of the country could. He was an extremely good guide, and we appreciated his expertise and good humor.

I loved our holiday with Trip a deal. It was full of information, lovely locations, good accommodation.Everything I wanted to see. Our guide,Kenta was fantastic, he went out of our way to make our trip so enjoyable. Our driver Tucker was a fabulous safe driver and very friendly and jovial. I also think it was excellent value for money. Thank you very much for a once in a lifetime experience.

My expectations were far exceeded !! Clermont our guide was brilliant , We only had one meal together as a group which everyone really enjoyed, adding a few more ( arriving/ departing ??) would have been great even if at an added cost or possibly as an optional extra.

I enjoyed the tour very much. I had great company in my neighbours from my home village. There were many highlights: Halong Bay, although it was a bit disappointing due to the large numbers of boats and tourists; Mekong River Delta Tour; Hoi An markets; Chu Chi Tunnels and of course Angor Wat. We had two very professional guides: Mr Nam and Mr Tung. Mr Nam went an extra mile to ensure we had the experience of Train Street with a train. Jennifer could learn a lot from these two young men. Suggestion: it was a very hot day when we visited Angor Wat. I was very glad to get back to the bus. Perhaps an earlier starting time of the visit would have made it more comfortable. (The lunch provided was excellent although the local vendors were very pushy) The logistics of the tour were great. Great organisation of tours, buses, tuk-tuks etc. Very impressive! Many thanks to Trip a Deal. I would highly recommend it.

Cherry blossom was very beautiful in South Korea. The tour guide (Lara) was very friendly & helpful. The driver (Mr Lim) was very on time and professional.

Our guide Alexis Li, was fantastic. So informative, thought of everything and gave us oldies lots of toilet stops. Our hotels in this trip were good, certainly better than previous trips. this standard was good. The trip was good, lots of sights. The trip itinerary needs to be more accurate, we got different versions and then the actual itinerary was different again - this really needs to be more accurate. But value for money was great.

Mimi was a friendly and efficient guide. Motels were clean and well located. Good range of activities for a short trip.

Our guides for our tour were amazing and very knowledgeable. Each Location we visited was intriguing and a definate eye opener. Accomodation and food was the best. The Vietnamese people are very humble and friendly.

Very enjoyable tour, with a lot to see and learn. One of the highlights was UN Memorial Cemetery in Busan, we learnt so much about the Korean War and its effect on its people. Tour guide Heni was nice, friendly, and managed the group well, although at times she was difficult to understand because of her accent and pronunciation. Otherwise, the trip would have been perfect.

Everything was very well organised. The guides were exceptional.

Everything ran so smoothly. Communication from Trip a Deal was accurate. All transfers were seamless. All guides were great communicators. Cambodia & Vietnam are such interesting locations. Excursions were mostly doing things we would never do if we organised the vacation ourselves. Just a great value interesting holiday!

All aspects of the tour met our expectations. From inquiry, to booking, to the transfers, accommodation and cruise were excellent.

The tour guides were excellent and added great value to the holiday. They all added extra trips when we would have had spare time, which was much appreciated. This included going to the summit of Fasipan (Indo China's highest mountain) a bus trip around Saigon, tickets and transport to Hoi-An memories park at night and a dinner cruise on the Saigon River. Ngoc in Hanoi, Hip in Hoi-An and Hue, Tung in Saigon all deserve our thanks for the great work they did in looking after us so well. Great tour guides. The trip covered all the areas we wished to see and had some nice surprises. We would go with Trip A Deal again.

Our trip to Sri Lanka and the Maldives was truly a wonderful experience. In Sri Lanka, we appreciated how much we were able to fit into such a short time, the rich culture, the elephant safari, and the walk to Lion Rock were all fantastic highlights. The accommodation at the Heritance Kandalama was incredible—having monkeys right outside our window was such a unique experience! The itinerary was busy, but we were eager to see it all and took every optional tour available. Throughout the trip, the food was amazing, and we really enjoyed the intimate nature of our small group. The Maldives portion was spectacular, and we cannot thank you enough for the upgrade to a different island. It was a brilliant choice, and our overwater bungalow was incredible. Being able to snorkel directly from our room was a highlight it felt like living in a goldfish bowl, and it was hard to look away from all the marine life swimming by (including black-tipped sharks). We spent most of our time in the water and were glad to have our own gear, though it’s great that equipment is easily available for those who need it. We also felt incredibly lucky during our 'swimming with sharks' tour. Thank you for making this such a special and seamless holiday

This was an unbelievable trip. As a family of 3 we had such an incredible experience and gained a better understanding of the devastation that people of Vietnam and Cambodia went through. We also experienced the beauty of both places and the friendly people and amazing culture. Our tour guides were excellent and very knowledgeable - especially Sun, Hang and Rocky.

The whole trip really. Ha Noi and particularly the boat trip along Halong Bay especially the visit to the Surprise Cave is a must. Visited Ninh Binh. Sapa was another great place visiting the Lao Chai - Ta Van village. Next was the village called Cat Cat - Sin Chai with terrific views of the valley. Next was Da Nang with a lovely beach and of course Hoi An. Hue was next and Lang Co Beach. The visit to Cu Chi Tunnles buily by the Nth Vietnamese also should not be missed. Suggestion to improve this trip would be (if possible) a trip to Long Tan.

We loved the Itinerary. It was so well organised making it easy to enjoy and not have to worry about a thing. Hotels were very comfortable with great amenities and breakfasts. Highly recommend and would organise another in the future.

All three guides were very good. Ngoc was excellent, he provided other things for us to do. Such as organised a birthday dinner and cake for one of the group. Gave alternative activities/ideas if it was too hot - brought forward the times going to places. This was my second Trip a Deal trip there as the experience was just a good as the first one. Look forward to doing another one!

Hotel space is too small, it's hard to put luggage and move.

This was our first trip overseas, everthing went well. Vietnam airlines were fantastic 10 out of 10. All tour guides were great special mention to Nini and Jackie. They were so helpfull and where available at any time for us. We loved all of the places we visited Cambodia being our favourite and we scored the New year celabrations. We have travelled as a couple most holidays but decided for a group holiday on the srilankan maldives tour and seriously can't fault it. Our guide Thillanta(Tiller) was unbelievable with his knowledge and willingness to help everyone in the group. As someone who likes to do my own thing it was nice to share experiences but still have the freedom to do your own discoveries. Definitely recommend the upgrade in hotels.

Well organised A variety of experiences

The trip was packed with incredible events. Highlight was visit to the Great Wall and ferry cruise along the Bund in Shanghai. Both Guides Tina and Allan were excellent hosts, I enjoyed their company a lot. Allan even helped me haggle for prices during shopping. Overall, excellent trip. I bought a Breitling watch.

Everything was very well organised. Vivek was our Tour guide for all but one day, and we cannot praise him enough. He thought of everything and made the trip what it was! Nothing was ever too much trouble.

Amazing trip! Our tour leader, Lara, was really knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Mr Kim, our bus driver, was friendly and very skilled. The hotels were all well-located, clean and comfortable with friendly helpful staff. Highlights were DMZ, bibimbap lunch in Jeonju, Busan and our free day in Seoul where we took the cable car to Seoul tower.

The sights, sounds, history and atmosphere of Vietnam are intoxicating. Our guide Nhan Garven was amazing. His knowledge and love for Vietnam is inspiring. He cared for us like we were family. An amazing young man. Our bus driver had extraordinary driving skills.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Mekong River cruise. Our room was good. Enough room to be comfortable. Bathroom was good. Great water pressure and hot water in the shower. AC worked really well, which is just as well given the temps in the high 30's. Food was really good. Loved the mix of salads provided. Good selection for breakfast. Dinner was always a treat. All the staff were friendly and engaging. If you ever encouter Da Da, Bolin and Sreroth in the restaurant you will be well looked after. These young ladies really made our trip our trip special. They looked after passengers with dietary requirements with special care and attention. They assisted less able passengers by bringing over selections from the buffet. They also spent a thoroughly enjoyable hour teaching us the ancient skills of napkin folding, involving lots of laughter and enjoyment. The excursions were good, showing local life along the Mekong. They were at a pace suitable for older "leisurely" walkers (a phrase coined on another cruise we were on for those walkers who were not as fast on their feet as they used to be😁). We had separate guides for the Cambodian and Vietnam tours. Pun, our guide for Cambodia, had an amazing sense of humour. He was easily understood and very clear in his explanations, and happily answered any and all questions. Khay and Bang were our guides in Vietnam. Again, these young men were great. Excellent explanations, easily understood, great sense of humour. Very happy to recommend this tour.

Meeting the most lovely people on this trip. We all still stay in contact. Meeting new people is great.

Amazing trip and well Organised

The tour was just the right length. I felt that we’d seen a lot of Sri Lanka and had many diverse experiences, from tea plantations to beach resorts. Stays are generally two nights, so you don’t feel rushed. The standard of hotels exceeded expectations and all had pools. The guide was knowledgeable and passionate about his country and did a great job. The bus driver was very safe and competent and the bus was comfortable and cleaned daily. Definitely recommend this tour.

Guide Alexi was kind, excellent and informative and looked out for us all the way. Was able to be slightly flexible at times. Hotels were great and located so that evening meals could be sought easily. Our flight times werent ideal and i think that this side of bookings could be improved- both red eye flights each way. Overall great way to see Taiwan.

We had an amazing cultural experience on this India tour. The days are very full and busy, but that’s exactly what you need to truly experience so much in a short time. I travelled with my 15-year-old daughter, who was the youngest in the group, and it was never an issue. The tour really appealed to her because of the variety of experiences. We always felt safe, and our tour leader, Amil, was incredibly knowledgeable and flexible to the group’s needs. Every city had its own highlights — Jaipur was my favourite, and of course the Taj Mahal was absolutely spectacular. I also really enjoyed travelling from Agra to Delhi by train rather than by bus — it added to the overall experience. Food was not an issue at all — in fact, we received more meals than expected, which was a bonus. I’d definitely recommend doing the optional tours, as most of the group participates and you can feel like you’re missing out if you don’t. The only small suggestion for improvement would be offering a nice cold beer on the bus after hot evening activities. That said, the cold water and Coke provided were great. Overall, a fantastic trip that I would highly recommend.

The trip was organised to the T. The Taj Mahal was amazing, as were all the other destinations. The travel around Indian in a plane, train , boat and bus were all easy and fun. Our Main Tour Guide Charlie was great and gave us lots of helpful information , I felt extremely safe and enjoyed every moment. The other people on the tour were fantastic and like minded. I was extremely satisfied with my Holiday and will definitely be booking another Trip A Deal Holiday.
