I loved everything about it. Seeing all the places, hearing all the stories and myths from the guides and the accommodation was excellent.
Amazing guide Daniel took us everywhere got to meet some great people highly recommend this trip it's amazing scenery breathtaking people wonderful and the whole trip so organised the only thing was our accommodation with all the steps very hard when you are older
Great balance of places we visited. The hotels where all clean and great breakfasts. Our tour guide Andre was the best. He knew all the places and the history. He was amazing handling all the different people and requests and looked after us 24 hours. Also the driver was excellent. The bus also was very comfortable. We cannot fault all aspects of our first TripADeal trip and are already planning our next. Thank you Michael and Margaret Smith
Loved meeting the friendly people of both Vietnam and Cambodia, highlights were sunrise at Ankor Wat and visit to the Genocide Museum and thought accomodation standard for cost of trip was outstanding.
The whole lot of it - the itinerary was well planned and executed in both continents - made possible through the excellent tour guides - Yusuf in Turkey and Hesham in Egypt. A true insight with inspiration into the ancient history of both countries, against the current cultural environment.
I enjoyed all of it
We loved seeing the major sites in China, the guides were excellent and it was great to be picked up and dropped off everywhere we went. The highlights for us were definitely climbing the great wall, seeing the Terracotta Warriors and hearing the guide's insights into how people live in China.
Our tour guide and driver made this trip extra special with their genuine care and kindness. So many amazing sites. The food is amazing. Everything was well organised. Customer service here in Australia are wonderful too. Friendly and helpful.
Loved everything about the tour. The quality of the coach, hotels and food were outstanding. Our tour guide, Udi, was fantastic, as was our driver and the assistant. We went on two safaris and saw a multitude of wildlife including elephants and a leopard in Yala National Park. All our excursions were interesting and we had a good amount of free time to relax and enjoy the 5* hotels. It was fantastic!
Loved the local people, maybe less shrine/temples and perhaps some other cultural events or places. Loved Mt Fuji, Ninja House, Nara Deer Park and Dotonbori shopping district.
There was nothing to complain about. Everything starting with our tour guide Mert, he was a walking encyclopaedia. His knowledge and love of his country was electric. Our coach driver was simply the best. Our accommodations were comfortable and met our needs. The sites we visited were all spectacular.
It was fantastic, exceeded my expectation 🙏❤️🇱🇰
Firstly, the tour was AMAZING!!! Best value for money. Secondly, the 3 tour guides were so wonderfully hilarious and helpful and knowledgeable. Thirdly, China was emaculate! So clean and tidy. (Smoggy, but we knew that would be the case!) P.s. the food was delicious!!
We loved our 5* Vietnam holiday. Great itinary we could never have organised ourselves with beaut and unexpected destinations. Good accommodation , skilled guides and drivers. Loved the mountain areas in northen VN, Hoi An and markets in Saigon. We also had a terrific group of travel companions.. Well done TAD
The tour was everything we thought it would be. We visited great places with an incredible guide (Silvia) and a skilled and friendly coach Captain (Ishi). Whilst the days were full on the reward was the ability to see so many places and sites in a short period of time. The hotels were mostly in great positions to access dining and local areas of interest and although the rooms are small all but one were modern, clean and comfortable. This tour is a great balance of wonderful places of interest, with time to explore if you wanted to, although we chose all of the optional tours and were glad that we did. Going in Autumn provided excellent weather for travelling. Even though some sites were extremely crowded Silvia planned our schedule to give us the maximum opportunity to see the best of each place we visited. The breakfasts (included) were fine and we loved the Japanese food at the venues recommended by Silvia along the way. We recommend this tour. It provided exceptional value for money and a great first Trip A Deal experience.
Smooth travel arrangements. Loved that the trip was 8 days which allowed most time to fully explore. Highlights of NY - Brooklyn Bridge at sunrise, central park
Loved getting to see some of the not so touristy places and the friendliness of our guide and of course the beautiful country of Japan
Tour guide Dragon was fantastic - very kind and knowledgeable. We felt that the Mt Fuji tour could have skipped the boat trip as there were plenty of other photo opportunities. This would have allowed further time for something else to be added to itinerary. Deer park was enjoyable and visiting the Shinkawa? crossing was fun.
The tour was great, and for the most part well organized. There were some people who got messed around with flights, but for me it was all great. The hotels were good. The guide, Leia was an absolute standout. She made the tour so enjoyable. I would go back to Japan, but only on a tour run by her.
I loved how the guide made sure that we were informed about our destination. Japan was amazing , met all my expectations. Guide and driver very friendly, professional and organised. We didn't have to wait for long periods of time because Eddie was so well organised. Fellow travellers were all very friendly and inclusive of everyone, this was important to me as I was travelling solo. Full days, got to see alot of this beautiful country. Great value for money and I will definitely be doing more tours with tripadeal. I will be highly recommending this company.
Absolutely loved the whole experience, everything amazing. So well organised and the tour guides very knowledgeable and helpful. Would have no hesitation in recommending this trip to anyone. First rate.
Enjoyed the small group of only 19 people. The guides were pleasant ,helpful, and knowledgeable, especially Betty, our guide in HCM city and Lien in DaNang. The accommodation was good as were the meals provided.
The hotels, guides, fellow travellers, weather, itinerary, transport were all good.
Loved the opportunity to see wildlife and gain a glimpse of life in Sabah. Visiting sites related to the Sandakan POW camp and Death marches were poignant moments. The trip was well balanced with just the right number of activities and free time. Kurt is a fantastic guide, his knowledge, sense of humor and willingness to help was excellent. The Captain (aka Pop-eye) is a highly skilled and safe driver.
Everything was perfect, flights, accommodation, transport, sight seen, food. The only disappointment was lack of English with the safari tour guides and lack of knowledge's about natures. We couldn't learn much at all about wildlife or day to day life of the local people.
It was an excellent holiday with a lot of variety from visiting the cities, staying overnight on Ha Long Bay, canoeing through caves. staying in the hills and visiting local villages. A great varied holiday with lots of different experiences. We also had an excellent group of people to travel with. Some of the 3 night stays though could have been reduced to 2 nights and double check your itinerary for free time especially in Ho Chi MIn City. We had 3 different tour guides (depending on the region) and our first tour guide was the best by far. Our only disappointment was the long delay from Vietnam Airlines with an unexpected delay at Ho Chi Min City on our way to Hanoi resulting in arriving at our motel 1.30 am. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate booking another holiday with Trip A Deal and will more than likely be booking one next year.
The elephant safari tour was fabulous! We got to see a herd of 13 elephants up close and personal and the experience was pure magic! Heritage Kandaluma hotel was bliss! The hike to Sirigiya rock was great with spectacular views!
Places visited were all good, guides excellent, hotels very good to good, and transport (and drivers) all excellent. I really liked Dunhuang as a place to visit, together with the Mogao caves and the Mingsha dunes. Had a fun evening eating and drinking at the night market too. I also enjoyed the trip from Lanzhou to the Bingling grottoes, very interesting. And of course the Terracotta Warriors.
Loved all the sights we visited especially the Pyramids, Valley of the Kings and all the temples. Our guide Mostafa was very knowledgeable about all the sites and was always there to answer any questions we had. I really appreciate how he switched visits to places around so we could miss the crowds. An improvement would be more time at some of the places. The Grand Egyptian Museum for one...
We had a wonderful time with lovely people. Our guide, Raji, in India was one of the best. An intelligent man with lots of knowledge of the areas we were visiting. He made our week tour of India fascinating and easy. The bus driver was amazing too. Our accommodation was good and the food lovely. I think the highlights would be the Taj Mahal, Gandi’s memorial and the elephant safari in Sri Lanka. Sri Lanka was beautiful and our guide try to accommodate everyone’s requests. Again the accommodation was good as was the food. The Lion Rock and the accommodation there was the best. Our flights in Malaysia Air and Air India were very good. We had a wonderful holiday.
The highlights were definitely the three wonderful tour guides we had, Tim,Win and Kate absolutely couldn’t do enough for us, plus beautiful people with great senses of humour . The tour stops were all more than we expected in variety and uniqueness. I love mid and North Vietnam, if I had a choice I would skip Saigon and go to smaller cities. Plus the airport there is insane, two and half hours to get to the boarding gate. All in all I loved the trip, Vietnam is insanely beautiful with the friendliest people. Fantastic trip…thank you.
Excellent destinations Wonderful tour guides, Tina, Jennifer & Michael Professional, skilled coach drives Excellent hotels Wide variety at hotel breakfasts
We were lucky to arrive in the afternoon of day one which ment we were refreshed and ready to go on day two. All our guides were knowledgeable and helpful. All information and details were provided as needed and everything went to plan. This trip exceeded our expectations. We met some lovey like minded people. Mixed ages from young adults to retired.
An excellent mix of the highlights China has to offer with outstanding tour guides.
Yasser - our guide was fantastic. Well organised. Got to see all the things I wanted too
Fantastic trip and great value. We had the best tour guides, Robin, Rocky and Jack. Nothing was to much trouble. Hotels were geat as was all the tours. Highly reccommend.
Highlights I love most was the evening Aarti ceremony at the Ganges was unreal and the Taj Mahal.
Good value for money. Victor and Taro were great travel guide/driver.
The hot air balloon was the highlight of the trip. Also, the Cappadocia area was another stand out.
The guides were fantastic and made it fun too. Hotels all beautiful and good breakfasts. We were lucky with very good weather.
Amazing
Visiting the Taj-Mahal. Also going to the Sikh temple and the Hare Krishna temple they were incredible. The step well.
We loved every part of our trip and all the travel guides were excellent, especially Yung in Hoi An, Tony in Hanoi / Halong Bay and Bo in Phnom Phen. Accommodation was wonderful, large rooms, reasonably close to middle of towns and cities. Saw all the sights we were hoping to see.
Everything about the holiday was great! Our guides, the bus, the hotels, the buffet breakfasts and more importantly what we did in Sri Lanka was all fantastic.
The Japanese scenery and people, Kenta our Guide, Hinde our driver, our fellow travellers and the variety of our trip from bullet train, the old train up to the mountains to the overnight ferry.
The itinerary was spot on, the Indian Guide Vishall was probably one of the best guides we have ever had. Fantastic
The holiday was excellent. The guides were very informative and made our trip successful. Nina and Darren were exceptionally helpful and friendly. It was wonderful to know that our needs would be met, and that we would be able to get to our destinations safely and easily. I would highly recommend the trip. My experiences will remain with me forever.
Fantastic itinerary. Exceptional guide Mert. Experienced driver Yakob. Great value for money. Very comfortable hotels. Particularly loved the hot air balloon experience in Cappadocia and the ancient cities. My first Trip a Deal tour but it won’t be my last🤗
Honestly it was awesome first time going one of these tours and it was awesome Eddie was a great guide and perfect weather the whole time it was amazing I will definitely be booking another through trip a deal
The visits to animal sanctuaries were excellent. The Hilton and Shangri La were excellent Great tour guides
I booked this for my wife, she had a marvelous time, she loved it. I was once a tour guide (round Australia camping tours), I found our guide Kirk to be an excellent guide, extremely knowledgeable and helpful, he has a great personality as well, he is an asset to your company.
We loved how well it was organised except for the first flights from Sydney to Beijing. We couldn’t understand why on earth we flew to Shanghai and then to Beijing instead of taking a direct flight to Beijing. It was chaotic start to the trip and we were exhausted. It took days to recover as we did not go to bed before 2:30am then to start early morning. Other than that trip was well organised, guides were good, helpful and knowledgeable. We loved China. My favourite was Xian, I loved the rich history. As for the hotels, except the language barrier with staff, we enjoyed all. Distant to hotels was an issue as we constantly travelled. Not sure why they were chosen from so far away. Bus driver was excellent and very pleasant. All in all it was good value for the money we paid.
Great scenery. Tahn was a great guide and went over and beyond to look after his travellers. Hotels were ok considering the location. Bus travel was long but there really isn’t any option . The bus was comfortable. We had a great group so thoroughly enjoyed our holiday!
Well organised and viewed amazing sights. All the tour guilds and bus drivers did an excellent job. Would highly recommend this tour.
Very well organised the three tour guides were fantastic and helpful only problem went the wrong time coz it’s freezing and snowing this time of the year
Loved our tour guide Mimmi - so funny, kind and full of knowledge.
Great trip, our guide (Osker) was fantactic, on the ball and made the trip a real experience thanks Tripadeal
Excellent weather made for a fantastic trip. Small group of 8 - fantastic camaraderie with a mix of ages. On the ground operator, guide, porters - outstanding. Already thinking about the next trek!
Ben was an amazing tour guide. His knowledge that he shared was incredible and his care and concern for passengers was outstanding. We had the best time ever!
Whole Package Ben excellent Drivers best practice
Loved the accommodation Guides were great - a bit more ‘free time to roam’ in places would have been good. Wonderful value and didn’t expect such quality!!
Absolutely loved this holiday. Had amazing experiences. Things I've never done or seen. Climbed Sigiriya Rock Fortress. With amazing views at the top. Did the Elephant Safari, and had baby elephants playing in mud beside our Jeep. Saw a Leopard on a rock in Yala, and more elephants and a number of other animals. All the hotels were fabulous, every one a little bit different. The hilight being the Heritance Kandalama, which was so very different from anything I've ever seen, Built around and on the natural rock.
Well organised holiday by Trip A Deal. Seeing the Taj at Sunrise was the highlight for my husband and myself. The guide, Raj did everything possible to make the trip a memorable one.
We loved everything about our trip and every day was filled with highlights. One improvement which our guide provided was a short trip on the bullet train as the day trip to Hiroshima was out of our budget.
Overall, this trip was a very pleasant and culturally enriching experience. I'm grateful to the organizers and thank you the Chinese government for their convenience. I will visit other cities in my homeland soon.
Evening boat trip in Shanghai Great hotels Awesome guides (JZ and Regina and Fay) Great towns and cities visited
The trip was well organized and executed on by Trip a Deal. The excitement and exploring China and leaning about the cultural of the country was first class. This was my second Trip a Deal holiday, and it lived up to my expectations. Same as last time Memories and experiences made that will never be forgotten. The trip was action packed always on the go no time wasted we saw and experienced all that was possible with in 17 days. The guilds always were interesting and accommodating and always did their best to show case their country. No one in the tour group was left disappointed. Can't wait to book another holiday.
The convenience of being on tour was awesome. The ease our tour guide Steve brought to the tour made everything enjoyable
Fantastic experience, the tour party got on well together and the local guides were a fountain of knowledge. No request was to much.
Really enjoyed seeing the wonderful sights in everywhere we visited in Japan. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and kept us entertained on the bus going back and forth from the hotel. Some hotels had very deep baths with the shower overhead and I had difficulty using them. The location of the hotels was good, close to shops where you could buy snacks to have during the long bus journeys. I would certainly recommend this tour to anyone wishing to have a lovely holiday in Japan.
Experiencing the culture, history and architecture in India. Brilliant tour guide for that leg of the journey. Iconic landmarks in both India and Sri Lanka but so different. Would recommend adding the Calypso train to the tour in Sri Lanka. Great value for money
Game drive
The Great Wall of China, Forbidden City & Shanghai river cruise
Mekong River cruise and outings, food, staff all wonderful. Vietnam highlights as well
All inclusions as per itinerary were delivered. Guides were organised and well informed. Accommodation was good. Two of our guides - Tony in Hanoi and Betty in Saigon were very good in particular.
Beautiful place and people. Our guide was great .
I have just returned from Spirit of South America tour and I have been SO happy with Trip a Deal and the holiday overall. Everything was so well organised from the flights, communication, transport and guides. I could not be more happy. The guides were ALL so knowledgable and clear with their instructions and organisation of the group. I could not fault any of them. The comfort of the buses used to get us for A to B was fabulous. It was all so easy. I also loved all the tours and sights chosen for us to visit. So interesting and fabulous. I would use Trip A deal again in a heartbeat. So grateful for the experience.
Everything was well organised and James was a fabulous tour director. He was very caring and knowledgeable. Most of the accommodation was great and well located, just Rebak island could do with some maintenance but the staff there were amazing
Dragon our tour guide was excellent. Went over and above to make sure we were taken care of. He even created an extra optional tour. Loved seeing Mt Fuji and Hiroshima peace garden.
We are so happy that we went to egypt Our guide was unbelieveble. Knew so much about egypt And sll the extrs tours we went on We sre so happy that we did all of those. He wad so organaised . We had a red team amd a blue team. We were in the red team and we all had a great time. Would from now on to go througj tripper dreal as it was the best holiday we evet had So organaised. Loved every minute of it Thank ypu sooo much. Saskia inderwisch
The trip was amazing everything that was planned is what happened without any hidden cost. Our tour guide Eddie was wonderful so full of knowledge about his country. Saw some great places that we wouldn’t have seen if doing the trip on our own. Just would like to recommend maybe staying a couple more night in place like Tokyo, Osaka, Mt Fuji etc more than the one night. Other than that it was the perfect holiday. Will definitely do it again and recommend to friends. Thank trip a deal for the wonderful service and making it so easy 🥰
The tour guides were amazing, each had an amazing knowledge of their country and its heritage. The bus drivers helped us in any way they could, even a morning greeting. It was a very busy trip with everything we needed to see. Our most significant problem was Etihad Airways. One of the best holidays we have had. We had a terrific group of 17 people who all got along well together. Tripadeal has always provided an excellent holiday. I would recommend your holidays to anyone. Thankyou
The pace of the trip was good. The guide (Clay) was excellent. We saw lots of wildlife and rainforests. We liked that a lot of the meals were included in the price. The accommodation was excellent and the whole group was fun to be with.
Zangjiajie
The itinerary is exactly as you expect with a big bus tour and this one really ticks the highlights. The guides all had excellent knowledge and kept us on time and safe. Big shoutout to Papa Leo for getting us "babies" through the Beijing section. He is endlessly entertaining and really goes the extra mile to ensure we all had the perfect trip. Accommodation standard is excellent but is not centrally located. Definitely turning into a dumpling after all the excellent food.
the wall acrobatic show terracotta warriors light show cruise
It’s a cliche to say everything but the truth is everything was amazing about this trip , our guide Clay seriously the kindest most knowledgeable funny man always looking out for us, the trip was so interesting the fellow travellers were so nice and friendly some will stay friends and travel buddies for life
Amazing tour guises. Tony. Jenny betty. I ended up brwaking wrist. Betty /jenny looked after me so well. I give them an 11 out of 10 for service. Helpful and informative. Pleaae relay my gratatude to them both. Amazing. All our tour loved them.
The highlight of the Indian & Bhutan Discovery Trip was most certainly the day out to the Tiger's Nest Monastery in Paro, Bhutan and a view of Kanchenjunga in the Himalayas from Darjeeling. Being in Thimpu (Bhutan) for the first World Peace for Prayer (2025) event made the journey extra special! My two suggestions for improvements on the overall trip would be an extra night in Paro (Bhutan) and an extra night stopover in the tea gardens on the way to the Bhutan border from Darjeeling. Definitely a memorable and enjoyable trip with the ideal small group!
Our holiday was fabulous. We had 3 tour guides who were incredibly knowledgeable and didn’t wait until we arrived to talk about Chinese history and life today. They were on the job the whole time. Rainbow offered tissues at every toilet stop and described generational cultures very generously using her own family as an example. It was a pretty hectic schedule but we saw everything and more in our time there. Fabulous pricing and accommodation very good. Thank you and please pass on our thoughts to all involved.
It was a wonderful trip thanks to a fantastic Guide Mona Haglund. All our expectations were met in that we saw and have been able to capture the Northern Lights both in Nortway and Finland. Our travel buddies were caring, thoughtful and great to travel with. There were no incidents and we all had fun. The weather was certainly very good overall.
Trip was very well planned with transfer to locations made very easy. Would be a great option to select and prepay the optional tours at the initial purchase
Good tour with beautiful scenery. Alot of time travelling between places but do to the roads it is understandable. I woyld highly recommend the tour leader introduce seat rotation on the coach.
The DMZ and Busan. Learnt so much about the Korean War and its effect on its people.
I highly recommend the Ultimate Vietnam 🇻🇳 holiday. The accommodation was perfect and located mostly within walking distance to restaurants. We had the most amazing time and our group had a lot of fun. There were so many highlights from the overnight Ha Long bay cruise to the hustle and bustle of Ho Chi Minh city. Our tour guides Johnny, Mot & Hang kept us updated each day. They were really informative and had so much local knowledge. The transportation was excellent.
Fantastic trip, guides were great. So many great experiences. Lots of memories made. Can’t wait to book another trip.
Was full paced as it had to be to get to all the wonderful attractions, any slower and we wouldn’t have got it all done. The guides did a wonderful job to manage us all with good humour to ensure it all got done. Guides also provided lots of wonderful cultural background and history. Great Wall, Terracotta Warriors and the Cliff walk were our favourites but everything else was wonderful too.
All Castle visits are excellent! The mountains & trees along the way going from diff places are amazing. The garden we visited are all pretty! The cruise to whirpooll is what an experience. Hotel accom. is good, clean & easy to understand how to use. Thanks. M. Cabrera
This was my first trip to Southern Japan and it was amazing. Highlights include a picturesque canal cruise in a long boat rowed by a singing oarsman, a visit to a castle where we explored all its rooms, taken on a boat to view mysterious swirling whirlpools in the sea, visited amazing Takachiho Gorge, Mt Aso active volcano, walked on ancient vine rope bridge, Onsens and Osaka’s Dotonburi - the kitchen capital of Japan. Hotels were very good and clean, offering delicious breakfast and located close to restaurants and shopping centres.
