So many highlights.....staying in the clouds at Sapa, exploring the streets of Hoi An, enjoying a basket boat ride in Ninh Binh, a kayak journey in Ha Long bay, watching the sunsets. Learning about the history of this complex country and being welcomed by locals. It's been a memorable trip and allowed us a glimpse into this beautiful country

Our guide was fabulous. He had excellent communication and organisational skills, a passion for Sri Lanka and a very personable relationship with everyone in our group. The optional tours that our guide offered were sensational and added to the enjoyment of our trip. It had a good blend of travel, sightseeing, leisure and relaxation. The bus was very comfortable with ample room to spread out. This was our third Trip a Deal tour and it was outstanding. Sri Lanka is a wonderful destination with a wealth of experiences and adventures.

A well organised tour taking in many sights and experiences of northern Vietnam. The local tour guide Duc, was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable about the area and went above and beyond to look after all tour guests. I would definitely recommend this tour to others.

Delivered what was promised, great Tour guides, great accommodation and meals when provided. Additions which were not advertised provided little surprises on some days. Very lucky with our group, all great people.

The trip was more and better than expected. It has been a lifetime bucket list, it was fantastic. Juan went way beyond the call of duty to make sure our holiday was perfect. If you want criticism we struggled with the language which is being selfish. The holiday was full hardly any down time. Really really enjoyed

We loved our holiday to borneo. It very much exceeded our expectations. Such a diverse range of activities. We went because we were interested in the orang-utans but we saw so much more. Very well program and all went to plan. The hotels were amazing, our guide was fabulous and our tour group were excellent company. Ready to book my next trip a deal holiday. Thank you.

our tour guide Valentina was our best guide she was guiding us in Kazakastan & Kryistan, Valentina is very experienced and excellent local knowledge. she is well organised and attentive to all situations. Uzbekistan was hot in particular Bukhara 38c and Tashkent was also hot 41c, out of the 4 stans we visited Uzbekistan was very expensive compared to the other 3 Stans

Loved the chance to get away and visit a new country with everything organised for us.

The whole holiday was absolutely trouble and hassle free. Airport transfers were professionally handled. The Tour Guide spoke excellent English and made the whole visit memorable. Hotel accommodation was adequate and clean. All in all a great Trip A Deal experience!

Amazing holiday package, we saw so much for first time traveling to South Africa. The national Kruger Park was amazing with our travel guide Yana who helped us in spotting the animals. The weather was lovely but bit cold in the tent. The Cape Town was just breathtaking with such a beautiful view. Our hotel was very luxurious and staff at the hotel were very nice and accommodating. Our guide Grawth or 'G' was excellent in guiding through the Cape Town table mountains and coastal drives. He was very knowledgeable and was always on time. Big thank you to 'G'. We had an awesome time and will definitely visit South Africa again.

Our Europe trip was excellent and our tour guide. George was amazing with all his knowledge and his organisational skills. Our free days were catered for with optional extras that was organised by our tour leader. The local guide guides that were provided had great insights for the locations . The accommodation was good considering we were travelling in Europe and we know the hotels are very expensive. Highly recommend for a great insight for the grand European trip.

Love the accommodation in both Singapore and Maldives. Flights were seamless and comfortable. Everything at the Maldives was amazing.

Fantastic experience - every part of the trip was excellent - bus through Rockies, Rocky Mountaineer experience, Cruise of Alaskan Inside passage. Great value for money and well organised process of prebooking, itinerary etc. Had to pay for seat selection on the way to Canada as Air Canada did not sit us together and also did not have a confirmed connecting flight through to Calgary when we arrived at Vancouver - had to be put on a wait list on a full flight (luckily we managed to get on)

We loved that the people in our group were similar ages and were all couples. The group dynamic was excellent. Our local tour guide Kat was fantastic, very informative and helpful, she went over and above to make sure we had an amazing experience and holiday. The time at each location was just right and the activities and sights were terrific. The overnight stay on the Ha Long Bay junk boat was a real highlight, the dinner, drinks and karaoke really bonded the group together and set the tone for the rest of the trip. The accommodation at the Pu Luong Eco Garden was the best, clean and relaxing, the staff were extremely friendly and even knew all our names on the first day of our stay which was very impressive. One small improvement would be for the hotels to provide milk in the rooms for the tea and coffee that was provided. Some hotel rooms also didn’t have a safe. These are minor things and in no way detracted from the overall experience which was amazing. It was one of the best holidays that we have been on. It was excellent value and we made lots of memories with our new friends, the “Sticky Rice” group, sharing photos on our group WhatsApp chat. Thanks Tripadeal for this amazing trip.

From tour guides to help from the customers is very happy all during to visit to many from the list and go extra some places is very excellent.

Our first Tripadeal experience and we loved it. We really appreciated our guide, Hiep, as he was incredibly thorough and gave very clear instructions on all that we were doing. We really liked the Reed Hotel Accommodation. The Hanoi Hotel (Skylark) was adequate, with the bonus of a good location. The Bocbandi Resort was picturesque, but as advertised it was not good for anyone with mobility issues. We handled it but were very conscious of the large number of steps at the resort. We came away from our Vietnam trip very pleased with the whole experience. We are already looking at another trip with you, maybe Japan next year. Thank you

Our guide Berk was always cheerful and was so full of knowledge he really made the trip worthwhile. We travelled long distances but stopped regularly and all the facilities were clean, they were long days but all necessary in order to fit it in. The accommodation provided was excellent, the buffet breakfasts were plentiful. The highlights for us were Ephesus, Pamukkale. The afternoon in the thermsl springs were a perfect break in the middle of the trip. and tge wild landscaoes of Cappadocia. Disappointed that the weather didn't permit hot air ballooning but made up for it with the benefit of our jeep safari seeing them in the air the next day. The leather factory, we assumed would be average but the fashion show was quite amazing. The Turkish dinner in Cappadocia was worthwhile for the entertainment. Very impressed with Turkiye, the hospitality of tgd people, the roads and services are good quality and loved how the nation cares for the stray cats and dogs, and that the homeless are provided food and shelter. Fir us, tge trip was excellent and no adjustment necessary. Thanks for a great experience

We enjoyed the whole experience from arriving at Hanoi airport right to the end of the tour. Our tour guide, Mack, was excellent with his knowledge and guidance at all points on the tour, while our bus driver was also excellent and we felt safe at all times during the tour.

I loved the variety of hotels, the guide Garmini was friendly and knowledgable, and the sites we visited were world heritage standard. The 2 long days on the bus were ardyous but I understand the need to travel to see everyrhing.

The weather in Hawaii was great, Food and shopping was great we had a good time

The whole trip was amazing! Garmony was very helpful, informative and knowledgeable about anything Sri Lankan! The driver and assistant were amazing! The Maldives are stunning! It’s a great place to totally relax. Would highly recommend this trip with Tripadeal!

The tour guide, Cindi, was amazing. She went above and beyond her duty to look after us. She was very helpful and made the 10 days very interesting. A get together of all the travellers before the tour starts would be nice as well as a farewell dinner on the last night.

We loved all aspects of our recent holiday to Peru - the visited sights, the centrally located hotels and above all the amazing organisation of the local travel company. Everything went totally smoothly, easy and stress-free and we cannot give enough credit to our main guide - Ronald Quispe - who was incredibly passionate about his country and tried his utmost to make this holiday an outstanding experience!

It was a fantastic taster of Vietnam and Cambodia. Local tour guides in each location where excellent with their knowledge, ideas and recommendations. People on our tour were a great bunch, so friendly, inclusive, fun and up for a cocktail or beer at every opportunity. The WhatsApp group set up was really helpful to share information along the way. We absolutely loved Sri Lanka and the tour was extraordinary. The tour guide Arch and his team were all fantastic. Every day was an adventure and very enjoyable with the highlight been the jeep safari where we saw a leopard, a bear and herd of elephants. The hotel accommodation was first class and the Sri Lanka food was exceptional. It was a great experience and would highly recommend the tour to family and friends.

This trip was fantastic. the food on the boat and staff were exceptional, the tours were interesting to be able to see what Cambodia is like today and our guides were very informative in Cambodian culture and life in Cambodia . Overall I would recommend anyone to do this trip, We did the Vietnam extension. although it was hot and muggy in Cambodia and Vietnam we still had a fantastic time. Do the Vietnam extension as well you won't regret it

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour with TripADeal. We felt well looked after, got to see a wide variety of Vietnam & Cambodia life, history & culture. We loved the culinary delights & cheap drinks. The guides were great - Tim in Hanoi who got us to Train Street mere minutes before the train came through. Hiphop in Hoi An - she was delightful & enthusiastic & organised. Pine in HCMC - with his great sense of humour, knowledge & kindness.

Loved the 2 Jeep Safaris where we saw many elephants and even the elusive leopard and sloth bear in the wild! The hotels were luxury and the Sri Lankan people were friendly and polite!

Terracotta warriors and the Great Wall where on my bucket list .Tour was very busy our guide in Beijing was great Leo very helpful and knowledgeable. China all over was a great experience to see the country and hear and see the people and how they live great holiday. Trains were a great experience but t you have to be organised to get off in a short time when into station. Shanghai was an interesting experience went to one of the highest buildings. All over the tour was great value thank you .

Our Luxury Sri Lanka trip was amazing!! So much to see and do. We were lucky with Arch - a great tour guide, good weather and none of our accommodation hotels were changed from the TripaDeal final documentation, plus we saw a leopard, sloth bear, crocodile, plus elephants at Yala National Park. We are both 70 and proud to say we climbed Sigiriya Rock - was hard going, but we did it! All (but one) of the accomodation hotels were luxury and the best we have ever stayed in. As most people are saying in reviews here, the start of the tour is very busy, but when there one needs to see as much as possible - then towards the end of the tour we had free days, which was much appreciated to relax and reflect on the fantastic holiday we were having. Reading all the reviews on here gave us a lot of info, especially the guide asking for money at the start of the trip to pay tips at hotels, toilets etc and other extras - we appreciated not having tip/pay for things along the way. There was money left over, so he paid for a drink for everyone at our last night group dinner. We thought this tour would be good but it was excellent, wonderful, amazing and great value from TripaDeal. So glad we booked this trip. PS - a tip, if you like cricket, go to the Galle Cricket Ground and there will be a man there to show you around, including going to the members area. No charge to do this, but did tip him for this unplanned tour.

Highlights of Vietnam. My friend and I had a wonderful time. The hotels in Ho Chi Minh City, Hoi an and Hanoi were welcoming, clean and well situated for easy access. Our tour guides were well informed and took us to some very interesting places in the three areas that we stayed. Ha Long Bay was spectacular! We met some lovely people in our touring group. Flights were appropriate. We enjoyed our 10 days in Vietnam and I’m looking forward to booking our holiday next year to Japan with Trip a deal.

Angkor wat was the highlight of the tour, and also the bamboo train ride in Battambang was fun. Eden beach resort was relaxing.

I loved so many things: the accommodations, trips planned with lovely tour guides, the details provided for each trip, transport with excellent air-conditioned coaches, and the process to take us to cross the Vietnam and Cambodian border. My wife and I both enjoyed the trip very much. We thank TripADeal for organising this holiday, excellent. I do not hesitate to recommend this holiday with TripADeal.

The accommodation was outstanding. The pace of the trip was perfect with some days to just relax around the pool or go shopping. There was a huge variety of food in the restaurants at the hotels and a range of eating styles. Our guide was excellent - very knowledgeable and helpful. Also there to solve any problems. The driver and helper were also very very good. There was a nice mix of cultural and scenic activities as well as many chances to see wildlife. The people of Sri Lanka are very friendly and helpful.

Highlights, India Taj Mahal, and loved exploring all the old Forts. Sri Lanka exploring Lion's Rock Fortress of Sigiriya, the jeep ride in Minneriya National Park elephant spotting, such fun. Watching the beautiful sunset at Galle.

Very well organised, seamless travel and excellent drivers and tour leaders. The scenery is spectacular and the highlight was the Rocky Mountaineer Silver Leaf train. The service on the train was excellent as was the food and unlimited drinks. The guides have such interesting stories and they love their job. We boarded the cruise ship Koningsdam after reaching Vancouver and definitely a balcony room for the views. A great group of 24 to travel with and Nancy our guide on the bus was excellent. We loved it so much we would like to do it again.

Anger what, Hanoi, Halong bay.

India was very different/exciting and to some extent challenging. Sri Lanka was a breath of fresh and relaxing air. Slower and quieter pace. The Maldives were spectulator and the rest we needed .

The way everyone took care of us. Picking us up and transporting us around. The guides and drivers were amazing but I would suggest that the driver had a mike and told us about the countryside, particularly on the 5hr drive From Johannesburg to Hazyview. Accommodation and food were spot on. I was very thankful of the help I got when I had to panic call at Johannesburg airport not being able to find my friends bag. As this was the first time I had travelled with you I was skeptical but I will definitely be using you again and recommending you to my friends and family.

Loved the tour guides knowledge of areas and assistance with shopping questions. Great personalities and sense of humour. Loved Halong Bay where I proposed to my Fiancee in front of our group. The tour was very well planned and covered all areas inclusively. Nothing was a problem. Great value for money holiday and we have recommended Tripadeal to all our friends. Can't wait for our next trip.

The highlights for us were the numerous World Heritage sites throughout the country. We also loved the colonial architecture, the food and the people in general...they were always happy and friendly. Our guide went to great pains to explain the historical events that occurred over the several hundred years in the country, that in itself was mind boggling! We haven't got any suggestions for improvement, the trip encompassed everything one would experience in the country considering the relatively short amount of time available. The accommodation was excellent and if the hotel was situated near a built-up area, we took advantage and explored what the local eateries had to offer. All in all an excellent experience...thank you!

He was adaptable, professional, great sense of humour, knowledgeable and made everything brighter on every part of our adventure. I loved our guided holiday. Transfers to and from hotels from airport with our guide was great. Not every travel service has this. Already have recommended this trip to our friends.

Despite our flight being delayed for 24hrs, once we got to Sri Lanka the whole experience was amazing. The hotels, food, people and tours were great. Our tour guide Jeremy went above and beyond to make our experience phenomenal. We saw/did everything that was on the itinerary and more!

Awesome tour. Well planned. I think one improvement could be to just include the tour tip for the guides in the price. They were great guides but - Michael, Tom and Pine. Highlights were Sapa, Bana Hills, Cu Chi tunnels,

The trip was fantastic great value for money and see a lot of Japan in a short time. It was lovely travelling with like minded people and our guide and driver were fantastic and went well above to ensure we all had a great trip. Touring is a very efficient way of travelling and seeing many sights but can be very tiring as always have early starts and late nights.

We loved our trip. The accomodations were all excellent,our guides were always so helpful .Nila was a wealth of knowledge & took us to some out of the way places that were special.Our highlight & there were many was the optional elephant safari.

Since the beginning of booking Nepal and Bhutan trip, all went smoothly. We got the flight details within a month and allocated with Malaysian Airlines. About 6 weeks before our trip got final itinerary as well as email asking for passport and photo. Bhutan's visa is organised by Trip A Deal. And for Nepal's visa, applied online. On arrival in Nepal, we paid over the counter. This process is clearly mentioned on itinerary. Tour guide picked us up at the airport. We had Nepal tour guides Arjun and Ramesh and Bhutan tour guide, Sangay. They all looked after and entertained us, organised all and our trip is smooth and according to plan. We were on a group of 9 people. Everyone so kind. We ended this trip with beautiful memories and have new friends. Thank you Trip A Deal.

The tour guide, bus driver and tour assistant were great and helped to make the journey very enjoyable. The hotels in Sri Lanka were first class and relaxing after some long days travelling in the coach. The itinerary was just right in terms of how much to see in one day and the rest days. Our holiday was absolutely amazing. Mohini was a great host and showed us everything and went above and beyond the whole trip. There were so many highlights the Shibuya crossing Mount Fuji. We visited Hiroshima on a bullet train also the nightlife in Osaka. Making new friends on the trip was a highlight and made our holiday even better. The accommodation was great all beds comfortable. Everybody always wanted to help you. We saw so much in a short amount of time we already planning on going back with our kids at the end of the year. Thank you so much tripper deal. Loved the Namibian desert areas; copious wildlife;Victoria Falls. Very satisfied with the two Nomad tours staff. Most accomodation was more than acceptable given the locations.

Highlights - Mt Fuji, Hiroshima Peace Park, Bullet Train.

Hoi An and central Vietnam were the highlights. Too much focus on the tourist spots and not enough on the culture. Find an alternative for Ha Long Bay as it's too dirty and touristy for example perhaps Lan Ha Bay or Bai Tu Long Bay.

The content of the holiday was very good, a combination of easy to medium physical levels to suit those on the Tour The highlight overall was our Tour Leader for the 3 weeks 'Pong' as he was known to us - he enhanced and added improvement tour additions en route, some should be considered in this Tour going forward

Great tour guide, accommodation

The holiday was fantastic. Accommodation was all 5 star and fabulous. Although some hotels were changed the substitutes were all sensational. Our tour guide, bus driver and bus assistant were all very skilled and knowledgeable. The itinerary was fabulous and Sri Lanka is a wonderful country full of diverse experiences. I can’t wait to return.

Darsha our guide was amazing along with vice Captain and Captain (driver). Darsha always went the extra mile to ensure we had an amazing tour. Loved the itinerary and highlights. So much to love about Sri Lanka and recommend 15 days Luxury tour.

It was our first visit to Norfolk & the Tripadeal package was brilliant. The tours were excellent & there was enough free time for us to do our own exploring. I wouldn't change anything.

Flights fabulous (Singapore Airlines). India exceeded my expectations. Highlights for me were the Taj Mahal and the Seek Temple. I also loved the Happiness Temple stop.

There were too many highlights to mention. It was the most fabulous trip we had a fantastic time. Our guide Vivek was amazing - so knowledgeable, kind he took great care of us all. We had a fabulous group of people travelling with us which made it even more special The accomodation was great, a bit far away from things but it didn’t matter not much time was spent in hotels. Loved everything about the trip. The guides were excellent- new one in each city and treated the group as family. The small group size was excellent- we only had 15 in our group and this was perfect. We all got on really well which made the experience so fun. The itinerary was really well put together and the optional extras well worth it. I would highly recommend this trip!

The 2for 1 Vietnam was Well organised, we visited great places and our guide Noc was fantastic. He was really knowledgeable and gave us great tips. The transport was hreat. It was our first trip a deal experience and it was all truly amazing.

The trip was amazing! Tripadeal did a fantastic job. The group of people on our tour were lovely and tripadeal made the 4 people with birthdays during our trip feel special on their birthday providing a cake and card as a added unexpected bonus. It was our first holiday on a tour with tripadeal and we loved it so much we are about to book for India next year.

The organisation was excellent. We loved that we got to visit places that as travellers not on a tour we would have not even known about! All the guides and accommodation were superb. We could not fault anything - this was our first TAD but will not be our last!

Well organised and planned. Optional tours were great value and of interest. Hotels were of very good quality in locations that made it easy to walk to various places for dinner or shopping. The tour guide was lovely, full of knowledge, always helpful and ready to give advice or comments. She scheduled and managed the group well. Bus driver was friendly, funny and generous, often buying local snacks to share amongst the bus. Also very hard working, always washing bus at end of day...it was spotless. Overall a great introduction to Japan

Hoi An and Da Nang were the absolute highlight. Also loved the overnight cruise on Halong Bay. All of the guides were fantastic.

The itinerary was really good, seeing all the sights on our list. The tour size of 28 travellers was perfect. The guide, Yasser Omar was fantastic, providing great detail of the sights and solving any issues. One day had only an optional tour, so I believe this should be included in the tour and the price adjusted.

It was excellent value for the money paid. The Lan Diep was wonderful. The staff are amazing and the customer service is great. Minh the guide in Vietnam and Tia in Cambodia were amazing. They made the trip even better.

This experience was brilliant sleeping and being armlength away and being face to face with wild African animals to the countryside. The South African NE country and SW coastline is amazing. We added in Robben Island and the constitution hill tour to top off the already amazing sights. I could have spent the entire time in Kruger but for a taste and amazing scenery we were all impressed. The 2 for 1 deal including flights was cost effective as we paid $6000 (all inclusive of extra optional activities eg. wine tour, cape tour and scenic drive and flights within and return from Australia). Expensive but luxury for my travel experiences. There was additional luxury upgrades for those but we were in awe of the accommodation that we were given.

We had a fantastic group of people on the tour and the guide was brilliant. They places we stayed at and the food wwas great. Saw plenty of wildlife, except no elephants.

Great mix of nature, history/culture, time spent at rainforest lodge and number of trips along the river, one night stop at ea plantation and 3 luxurious nights at Hilton. Suggested add on options at tea plantation eg afternoon tea. Or optional desserts after dinner. KK - suggested one night walking tour to markets or suggested self guided tour Suggested 2nd time Borneo return trip

The Siem Reap was great. The staff and food were fantastic. Smiley our Tour Guide was awesome with so much local knowledge. Loved the rural towns to see how they live. So much in eight days.

The trip was so well organised, it incorporated many aspects of Africa. The driver/guide (Zanele) was outstanding.. giving much invaluable advice & information regarding African culture & traditions. He ensured that we were safe & comfortable at all times. The cook (Francina) did a wonderful job feeding us all.

The itinerary was great - the guide excellent and we really saw key sites of three Japanese cities

The holiday package was awesome. The places we visited in Sril Lanka with our local tour guide Nula drew us in to the local culture and history. Nula made the trip a memorable one for all of us. Kept us interested and always went out of her way to ensure that we were all taken care of. Our bus driver Douma got us to each location on time and without a hitch. Sarli assisted to ensure we had water and made sure we got on and off the bus safely. They made an excellent team. The trip from the Tree Plantation to Galle in the one day was long. Perhaps this could be another day. Paying the extra to go premium didn't disappoint. Maldives was a great location to just relax after a busy touring schedule.
