This was the best trip we have done weather was on outside most most of the trip when it rained we still went out and had fun, our guide Lucky was amazing that man was so funny and helpful can’t thank him enough ❤️ the hospitality was amazing hotels were good I would highly recommend it

Itinerary - 2-3 nights in same hotel allowed me to make the most of each day without word about early mornings, suitcases out etc Our tour leader in the north, Dat Nguyen was the best! Couldn’t fault him. His knowledge, passion for his country and culture and his care for each of us was exceptional Big shoes for the leaders in the South to fill. They were capable and thoughtful Hotels were comfortable Great group of Aussies

The scenery was amazing. Well paced tour, good itinerary. Accommodations were all pleasingly comfortable and of a medium to high standard. Included meals were large. Adequate and frequent bathroom breaks were appreciated.

Tour guide Jade was very knowledgeable and efficient. The tour provided lots of highlihts in terms kf scenery and Kkrean culture. The War Memorial was a a highlight for me as well ad the National Park

We enjoyed our 3rd trip with TripADeal and must say it was excellent. Highlights were the Terracotta Soldiers, The Great Wall, Shanghai and the most favorite the Pinglu Valley Rift took our breath away. Our only disappointment were the flights. We were seated in row 75 (last row before toilets) to and from China. There should be an option to book your own flights or choose your seat for a fee as Chine Eastern website is horrible to use. The Turkiye trip in April 2025 is our favorite trip so far with TripADeal.

All guides were very knowledgeable with past and present information on the places we visited. Loved having everything planned and organised for us. Was nice to hsve option to opt out if we were not wanting to do something due to weather or how we were feeling. Enjoyed getting to know other travellers. Great value for money with the flights, food and transport we were given.

The best local guide, Taro, made every day an experience. Loved the food, teppanyaki, sukiyaki, nigiri, maki, sashimi, yakisoba and all the other small bites - even the egg sandwiches at 7 eleven. Osaka was fabulous and Hiroshima was very solemn and enlightening.

Overall the tour experience was great,my wife and I both really enjoyed the activities and how the itinerary was set out. Our tour guide lucky was awesome. I thought the balance of free time and "tour time" was good.

Our guide & bus driver were fantastic. Accomodation in Sandakan was second-rate.

Stage show Simunye in Vicroria Falls could be recommended.

Lots to love about this tour. Great mix of attractions and activities. From beautiful Temples to rugged mountains, bustling cities and the coastal areas. This tour showcased Koreas history, culture and beauty. The food we discovered was delicious and affordable. Our guide gave us great recommendations. On this tour there is a lot of walking involved and heaps of steps to climb. The tour optional tour days gave us more experiences. Our guide Juine was very informative, caring and had a great sense of humour.

Extremely impressed with China's growth, its culture and modernisation. Loved all the provinces visited especially enjoyed Xian and Guilin for its love of tradition . Enjoyed seeing the youth in traditional gowns and felt their pride of the nation. Traveling thru the tour to walk the Great wall,or Mt Wuling or Suzhou seeing all the newly inhabited buildings and as well as derelict towns and rebuild of roads and train lines was impressive. Enjoyed the forest tours Mt Wuling, Great wall, Snowy cave, Yangtze 3 dam gorge all fantastic locations. Safe and clean and made easy for older people to mobilise and see these historical amazing places. The tour directors were informative, helpful, and efficient. Made sure we got the most out of our day. Flights ceair was basic . Gave u little options to check in online and pre book seats. Difficult to contact via phone or online. And we were blocked due to the tour being a group booking. More ability to communicate and upgrade would have made our flight more comfortable. Tour director in Beijing whilst efficient lacked respect of Australian culture and norms. Hotels the Pulman in Shuzhou was truly 5 star. The Sheraton in Xian was not, the rooms had a mouldy smell and left me coughing overnight. These are but a few negatives which I am sure TAD will easily fix. Thank you for an experience of a life time. Will definitely visit again.

The whole trip was excellent, accommodation, meals and tours all great, The Rovos Rail journey was outstanding as was the safari trips at White Ivory Lodge. More flight options from Sydney to Joberg would be a great asset.

Etosha was a highlight for me, but so hard to choose there were so many. Accom was fantastic, with the exception of Stalag 19 in Keetmanshoop. The guys Jojo and Gift were fantastic. Maybe outline travelling hours not Klm's in itinerary, some days are 10-12 hrs. Trip of a life time.

From the Great Wall of China, Summer Palace, Shanghai, Suzhou, beautiful gardens, canal boat rides and so many other amazing places, every day was filled with great memories. The headline sites & cruise were great. I felt the long day of travel on the bus could have been planned better. Our stops were terrible. They could have been geared to More interesting things. We stopped at a “farm shop” for lunch , a truck stop, and a random lake for a picnic. But a few km down the track was a little ghost town which we drove right past but would have been great to stop there to see how people lived in the gold rush. The tour guide was ok but I felt she could have made the trip better by being more insightful about historical events, though she did tell us Lots of random stories about local legends. Lake Louise, Banff, Sun peaks & Whistler were superb.

Small group size was good. Loved Vietnam - balance of culture and nature. So colourful. Food amazing. Tour guides Minh (north) and Nick (south) were amazing hosts - proud of their country and patient and kind adding to our positive experience. Buffett breakfast good quality at each hotel. Thanks for highlighting eco friendly and not 5 star in pu Luong - food average. Communication prior to holiday was reliable. ALL transfers were reliable and well communicated. Loved our driver from Singapore to Changi - can’t recall his name. Will definitely consider trip a deal for our next holiday.

Loved the places we saw with fantastic scenery all around. Our tour guide, Carole, was great and very well organised. She kept us well informed on what we were doing and was very knowledgeable on the areas we visited. Would've liked more breakfasts included or facilities to make simple breakfast in hotel rooms

It was such a fun holiday. We really enjoyed it. Vietnam is a beautiful country. And our guide and driver were both wonderful!

Our Filipino family 10pax enjoyed this tour, although we struggled with our stay at bocandi resort, due to room allocation, our tour guide Lee Hanoi did his best, above and beyond service especially to our elderly in the group, there’s no boredom in our trip. Lee was very friendly, polite and respectful.

All tour guides were knowledgeable and helpful. Favourite experience by far was the Cambodian Elephant Sanctuary - offered as an optional trip when we were in Siem Reap. That being said, all day trips were absolutely brilliant. Phnom Penh had the most tragic trips with The Killing Fields and S-21 Genocide Prison but so important for us to know this history for fear it repeats itself! Best markets also were in Phnom Penh although Siem Reap markets were great also. Eat wisely and drink bottled water and stay away from ice! There are very inexpensive laundry options at all stops so pack very light but bring a good size suitcase because the markets are also fantastic for clothes, shoes and souvenirs and even if you think you won’t buy anything, you will! Will definitely travel with TripADeal again.

The entire journey was one WOW moment after the other. Each day offered a new experience of wonder, whether it be landscape or adventure or animals. Would have loved an extra 2 or 3 days, comprising a night extra in 2 or 3 places, to enjoy their facilities and slow the pace a little. Truck could do with some updating, with seats and headrests requiring regarding, camp chairs and esky ready to be updated. We were lucky enough to have Jojo and Gift as our guide/chef/driver, and they were always upbeat with great quantities and flavours of food.

We loved everything, Yellowstone national park was magnificent. All the places we visited and stayed at was amazing, especially sun peaks kamplooops. The inside passage cruise was fantastic, the stops were great as well.

Was a wonderful trip visiting Sri Lanka we visited so many great places stayed at lovely accomodation with a great bunch of people would highly recommend.

Overall, great value for the whole trip, including optional tours. Loved that we cover quite a bit of sightseeing within a short period of time, from Beijing, thru Xian, Suzhou, Hangzhou, Wuxi and Shanghai. Meals (lunch and dinner) included were quite similar and would have loved to be able to try some special local dishes, like peking duck. All the guides (Adam, Jessie and especially Walker) were knowledgeable, helpful and made great efforts to look after everyone.

Sightseeing was excellent as were the guides. Yangshuo trip and Great Rift Valley were highlights. Too much tourist shopping! Too many optional tours really bump up the cost.

I loved the high standard of organisation and flexibility of the guides added to the quality of the experiences. Our itinerary seemed superbly timed and we frequently avoided the long ques being faced by other tours. Our guides Leo, Rick and JZ were all outstanding, knowledgeable, helpful, encouraging and engaging. The experiences offered were first class and I particularly enjoyed crossing of bucket list items such as the terracotta warriors, Great Wall, acrobatic show and pandas. The other sight seeing opportunities were top class certainly added to my experience. Accommodation was very comfortable and provided all the services needed. The locations offered many local dining options as well as in house dining for the less adventurous. Our bus drivers were all very professional and I always felt comfortable and safe in their care.

Sri Lanka packs a mighty punch in terms of the diversity - landscape, food, climate, architecture, destinations - in such a compact island. The tour took in so much of this variety alongside top notch hotels making it a real luxurious and endlessly interesting trip. I’ve already recommended TripADeal and Sri Lanka to my friends and family and look forward to returning again.

The tour guide was the real highlight. He was very informative and helpful. The driver deserves a special mention too. The accommodation was very good and the breakfasts were good.

A visit to a foreign country always creates anticipation and expectation. In this case we had seen and heard a lot prior to arrival but the reality was exceeded in very respect. The people were polite, friendly and charming and the sights and scenery were stunning. It was a diverse landscape from the coastal fishing villages the open savanna country to the verdant and abundant hill country. This is without doubt one of the best trips we have done (and there have been many). A competent and informative guide, with a comfortable coach and amazing accommodation made this whole trip well worthwhile and we highly recommend it.

Guide 1 well organised and stay in Hanoi brilliant move to Puluong ok but hard to navigate the resort for the not so physically fit. One night to long in Puluong add it to Ninh binh as it’s a great place and top accommodation. Ha long bay fantastic and great vessel and staff. Guide 2 in Hoi an average and could have been told about the beach in Da Nang would have been great. Guide 3 in Saigon brilliant and great tours and enough free time Overall an amazing place and will return one day Thank you

Excellent value for money, great sightseeing in a beautiful country, interesting food, but above all, the guide Hazli and driver Rashid went ‘above and beyond’ to ensure our trip was successful. I have done 21 trips inthe last two decades and this is the first with Trip a Deal. It will not be the last. My enjoyment of the trip was due to a great mix of passengers, but mostly due to the efforts of the guide Hazli, whom I cannot praise more highly.

Tour guide Hazli was great. Tour plan was well organised. Borneo is a unique destination, with animals , flora and POW memorials. We learnt and saw so much in the wild. Interesting history with War memorials

Highlights was the safari at Etebeni, could not fault the staff, the food, the itinerary, the whole experience was amazing! Would highly recommend to everyone. Victoria Falls was breathtaking and our guide was friendly and welcoming. Opted for a Singapore stop over on the way back to break up the trip the only downside with that is not having a direct flight to Johannesburg to start with. Otherwise another amazing trip a deal experience.

The trip was so much more than I expected. Such a diverse range of things to do. All the add ons were great. The only improvement would be suggestions for our free time and more time for each activity. Some things felt rushed

The Driver/guide we had from Emu Run was excellent. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Loved every place we visited. I would state, that the guide was unaware of any list for optional extras, which Rachel advised me would be discussed on the first day of the tour. Also, every place out there took card only, and not cash as was stated in our itinerary.

Where do I start! From the booking which was amazing, Georgia was so helpful with all the information and kept me posted.this was my first Trip a Deal and I’m hooked. Everything was arranged from the plane, to transfers to buses and the fantastic guides.it was great it was not too big and the mix of people was great. I was happy that I could just sit back and enjoy the tour, or get really involved with some of the option day trips the guides could organise. They were so knowledgeable and obviously had a great passion for their countries. The accommodation was always comfortable around 3-4 stars. I would recommend Trip a Deal, and I am looking at booking my next trip.

We loved the vast variety of experiences from small villages to animal safaris to tea plantations. It was great to have the rest days as some of the days were action packed. Being a small group we were able to make connections with everyone. Every morning as we boarded the bus Suni handed us a flower which was a beautiful thoughtful gesture. Suni was a very confident capable driver who drove carefully in often challenging conditions. was very caring and ensured we safely made it across roads and found our way safely back to the bus. Sujee was an amazing caring guide with a wealth of knowledge, fantastic communication skills and he showed a genuine interest in assisting us , when required. We were made to feel like a big happy family. My only suggestion was to reschedule the Lion Rock climb earlier in the day as the climb was extremely hot in the afternoon sun and humidity.

Well organised trip . Our tour guide/driver Mark very knowledgeable across all aspects of trip. Highlights were Fruit Bat Falls and reaching the tip of the Cape.

Tata our hostess was amazing! Tata was passionate and knowledgable about all the locations and history. Our accomodation was exceptional, overall a really enjoyable experience.

The whole experience went very well. The local tour operators were exceptionally good. The accommodation provided was also first class. We managed to see and do everything we hoped to do. This is an experience that everyone should have before they get too old to do the harder walks/climbs. Whilst everywhere is spectacular, the Kings Canyon Rim Walk was the absolute jewel in the crown for us. There really is no place quite like the Red Centre of Australia.

Enjoyed every stop on our trip, loved the Warriors, climbed the Great Wall to the 12th station, Shanghai was wonderful at night, the cruise down the Yangtze river was a great experience and to crown it off the last stop of Guilin was different from the rest of the big cities with a fantastic trip on a bamboo raft down the Li river where the scenery unbelievable and saw the fishermen using Cormorants to catch fish. Incredible Holiday.

I loved how well organised the whole trip was, including transport and the itinerary. Everything was made easy and on time. Al operators were knowledgeable and respectful and ensure we were safe and well looked after.

It was a fantastic holiday very well organised and our guide was outstanding! The highlights were definitely Ha Long Bay cruise and Pu Luong stay. My only suggestion for improvement would be less nights in Hanoi perhaps staying in the Nimh Binh region for a night instead. Flying direct into Hanoi rather than through Saigon would also have been better, but otherwise it was all fantastic value for money and everything I hoped for. It was also great travelling with a group of similar age.

The basic tour price was reasonable, however our upgrade to buisness class didn't seem to take the original flight fare into account. A little pricey. The guides were good and knowledgeable and got on well with everyone. Transport was good quality and comfortable. Well organised getting in to all venues.

The trip was fantastic in all aspects! Small numbers of people and the guides were exceptional !!! A big shout out to handsome Harry in ho chi Ming , zoom in Hanoi and Ming in hoi an

I had a wonderful time Nomad tours did a great job the guide was very professional and organised and a good cook all our meals were delicious and plentiful, even when the truck wasn’t ready another was sourced. The group was a good size and a lovely bunch of people. The accommodation was a mixed bag from good to just ok. Though the options in some places were limited by having to find somewhere to park the truck. The last week of the tour was a bit challenging with too much time in the truck travelling on terrible roads which made it very slow going with very early starts and late arrival to our next stop which cut into our time to enjoy our destination. But overall a great trip the game drives and balloon ride were amazing. And the people we met were very welcoming and friendly.

Holiday was awesome, its great for first time visiting a country to get a taste of what its like. The events i did included; boat rides, walking, tourist hot spots etc. Highly recommend the deals they have.

Wow! What a fantastic tour. This was my first experience of a tour with Trip a Deal and it did not disappoint. Everything was taken care of, and our local guide in each destination was absolutely wonderful. They were all helpful and went out of their way to make sure each of us were happy and ok. Thank you to Johnny in North Vietnam, Hip in Central Vietnam, Eric in South Vietnam, Borey in Phenom Penh, and Onn in Siam Reap. Having our cruise in Ha Long Bay to only our tour group was wonderful. Hoi An was stunning. Cu Chi Tunnels and the War Musuem in Ho Chi Minh were eye opening. All of Cambodia was superb. Onn took me and the last couple to the floating village in Siam Reap and I recommend that be part of the tour itinerary as I’m sure a lot of travellers would love to see that before flying home. I travel vlogged all the way through to add to my memories. Will definitely book another trip with Trip a Deal soon!

An experience we will never forget. We saw and did so much, from climbing enormous sand dunes to watching cheetahs run down their prey. The only downside was the distance traveled on bad roads, but that was all part of the African adventure. I have been bitten by the Africa bug and suspect we’ll be back in the not too distant future. If you’re thinking about it, just do it.

Highlight was our Tour guide and organisation everything went like clockwork. Extra tours offered were too expensive and could be found on other websites for close to half price.

I loved everything. The locations we went to were designed for maximum impact and they didn’t disappoint. The hotels were good and had good breakfasts. Although a fairly packed itinerary there was still some free time to enjoy unplanned activities. The bus driver was excellent and kept us all safe on some particularly hair raising roads.

This trip was amazing, Mixture of culture through Ubud, amazing scenery, and beach side relaxation We also really enjoyed the dinner at the traditional village, and the Balinese dancing demonstration from the children

We had land contention only. So felt last and first day we not included. That’s ok. Loved the areas we seen. So impressed with driver on the wet rainy flooding days. I was very emotional at Hiroshima. I had no idea about Japan really it was my first time. And I looked at TAD as my introduction at age 69. I love art, and gardens, so would have liked to have skipped shopping g hours and had the option of gardens, and galleries. Maybe there could be themed TAD tours. All in all great experience. Runa our guide was lovely and very knowledgeable on history. Ps skip the deer park. Naru. Tourist trap. Cruel for the deer. Thankyou.

Halong Bay cruise was amazing. Would have been better if we had less guides.

A Great Value trip with excellent sightseeing and attractions.

The itinerary was very good- we experienced the rain forests( and saw many wild animals), mountain, and beach resorts. Accomodation was clean and food provided was great. Our guide, Paul was excellent- informative, helpful and patient. The only downside was the flights - Brisbane to Melbourne to Kuala Lumpur to Sabah And then back home the same way.

Nina was amazing, Marco the driver was also great. Hotels too far out when you don’t have access to a car. Well organised, saw a lot met great people.

everything went like clockwork !! the hotels lived up to what was promised, the guides were great ( mr minh in the north was a delight and Nick in the south was a really fun man to be around . Mr Huy in central Vietnam was a little more reserved, but a good guide also.) i have a food intolerance which was really well catered for, something i did have unfounded worries about. No need to book too many optional tours before you go, as the guide can arrange them for the same price the day before....the days are full, so sometimes it is nice to have some time out. when in Hanoi i would definitely go to the Hanoi Memories show ( google it ) as it is absolutely wonderful !! You'll have an amazing time

Tom, our tour guide really made the trip easy. His English was really good and was always willing to go above and beyond to cater to our needs. The tour was good, it was busy though so not too much down time but we knew that going in. Some of the activities coupled with the heat really can take it out if you so some extra down time would be nice. The hotel in Pu Long was satisfactory, it was just a bit run down, the food was limited, but mindful we just came from the Pan Pacific in Hanoi which is amazing, so its not really a fair comparison. Maybe 2 nights there would suffice and an extra day in nihn bihn or hanoi would have been better as there isn't much around Pu Long. Overall champagne complaints really, we were pleased and overly grateful to the team for the effort they put in to make sure our trip went to plan.

Had a wonderful trip on Natural Wonders of China. We had 3 wonderful guides in Molly, Sherry and Henry. Our tour group was really good and mixed in well. The sights were excellent. The buses, train and all the Hotels were top class. One suggestion for Molly in Chengdu when visiting the Giant Panda Breeding Centre is to allow oldies like me to go on the shuttle bus to the top and walk down or even do the shuttle bus again. As we did the tour the day after arriving after a drive and then 3 flights I was still jet lagged. Loved the Leshan Giant Buddha, Kung Fu Show in Emeishan, visiting the Avatar mountain, experiencing the 12 escalators to the top of the Tianmen mountain, the Bailong Elevator, the Glass bridge and the picturesque area of Guilin. Something impressive every day and our guides showed us all of that through their passion for their country.

Was a fantastic trip our first ever group tour and was pleasantly surprised at how good it was! Great places to visit, though think we could have done with one more night in Zhangjiajie location. Would also have liked the opportunity to add extra days onto our stay. We were the only ones to go to Beijing from Guilin and we were amazingly able to arrange a last minute dash to the Great Wall but would have liked the flexibility to add an extra night or two to see more of Beijing. We are fairly active but think that a few people struggled with the pace of the Zhangjiajie section. We were ever so grateful to Steven for getting us to all the attractions, he had a difficult time trying to manage people with different fitness etc. His English was not as good as Leila’s but he was really good! All our guides were great! We flew Cathay Pacific & it was fabulous; would have been good to have it detailed that we could only get Qantas points via entering details at airport as on way there, we checked in online and we were unaware our frequent flyer number wasn’t automatically registered and we missed out on points 😔 Also would have been good to be told we had to purchase own breakfast on last morning in Beijing before checking in. Other than that, great experience!

This was our First Trip A Deal holiday and it won't be our last. It was fantastic value for money and the Vietnam Mountain Discovery Tour was beyond expectations. Our tour guide Thanh was amazing and went far beyond what was needed to ensure all went to plan. We would highly recommend this tour if you are looking to visit Vietnam and see a beautiful country outside of the big busy cities.

Loved the food and accommodation was great, Ben the quide was very good and consciences. Maybe a bit more time to stop for photos would have been nice.

Our guide Jeremy and his team dinnet and Karim were fantastic and accomodating of any request or questions. The accomodation was great quality and every one was a different style. Not a fan of fish markets but to see how the people work hard to get the rich their delicacies was interesting and well coordinated to watch. There was plenty of excursions but a good mix of down time to relax at the pool. If you are looking for a cultural experience take this trip.

The guide was excellent. One of the two best we have ever had. Typical extended time between flights now that Qantas has taken over. The land content however was excellent.

We had a wonderful holiday - we got to visit many different places that I couldnt organise on my own and they were all so different. Our guide Dragon was very friendly and knowledgeable and he shared lots of information about Japan and the sights we were visiting. The only thing that could have been improved was the bus - our trip had alot of driving and the bus was old and uncomfortable for long trips.

We are lucky that we had a very nice group of people that got on well together. Our tour guide Huong is very knowledgable and helpful.

I loved everything about this holiday. The tour guides were amazing, Hang, Jennifer and Duc all went out of their way to make our experience wanting to go back for more of Vietnam.

There were many highlights but My favourite highlight would be seeing the Orangutans in their natural habitat. Our guide, Michael was absolutely amazing, his knowledge, passion & experience in research shine through & he’s such a delightful man. Eppi our bus driver was a lovely young man & his driving abilities were excellent. He kept us safe.

Our trip was amazing we loved Vietnam from food, to different places, people Vietnamese and fellow travellers, coffee, beer and tour guide Hung Nguyen everything was great. Our tour included Ha Noi, Ha Long Bay, Nim Binh and Pu Luong we loved all of them but Ha Long Bay left a wonderful impression it was such a beautiful place it was a dream come true. Pu Luong was just as beautiful didn’t know much about it before but now I would recommend for anyone that wants to see the country side and the jungle it’s well worth it. Again I want to thank our tour guide Hung who was so welcoming, funny, helpful and his knowledge and love of his country was so nice to see.

The Host Dragon was amazing. He answered all our silly questions, had a great sense of humour and kept us all in line. Some of the additional tours offered could have been better, seemed to be a bit expensive for what they were but we still had an amazing experience. Unfortunately the weather wasn't amazing for some of it but you can't control the weather. Everything was very well organised and seemed to all go to plan. Amazing people in the group also.

Great trip. Excellent guides especially last one Vivian who I can’t believe is new. She was by far the best one we had.

We had an amazing trip to Kenya, Tanzania, Malawi and Zambia. Highlights included the many safaris and animal sightings and visits to landmarks, such as Victoria Falls, Ngorongoro Crater, Lake Malawi and beaches of Zanzibar. We also enjoyed the visits to villages and markets as well as the huge variety of accommodation and meals. Our guide and driver were fantastic. We covered about 6000 km over the three weeks and roads were bumpy as you would expect in third world countries so this isn’t a trip for everyone but we loved it.

We learned so much about the culture , traditions, landscape, food, and beautiful people of Japan during our trip, thanks to Ben, our helpful, experienced, organised and professional guide. Thanks also to Kabayashi SAN for a safe and comfortable bus journey. There were many, varied experiences along the way including the Maiko dinner, Hakone National Park, Bulletin train, , Meiji Shrine, Japanese gardens and Sculpture Park. An amazing introduction to Japan!
