Kentaro our tour guide made the trip very enjoyable with his information, jokes and knowledge overall about Japan. We saw the areas we wished to and met many nice people. Our driver was very professional and competent. The hotel rooms were a good standard but far too warm. The breakfasts were good quality and plentiful.

All were run smoothly by tour leader. India is a very nice to visit. I did my bucket list Taj Mahal visit, so proud of it. In Sri Lanka hotels were excellent. Sightseeing were more relaxing to visit beautiful Sri Lanka. I really enjoyed my trips. Looking forward for my second trip in November. I recommend TripADeal to all my friends & relatives is an excellent tour company.

The island of Noonu is beautiful. The resort takes full advantage of it. The food was exemplary - all meals are buffet, but the food is plated up to make each meal feel like a banquet. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to help. The all-inclusive nature of the offering adds to the enjoyment - no need to sign for drinks and food. We can really recommend the parasailing to get the aerial views of the island.

This tour exceeded our expectations in every way. Brilliant Tour Guides, incredible sightseeing, great food, good accommodation and great organization. There is no doubt that this tour is fast paced and somewhat relentless (early morning starts, late arrivals, hours of walking and lots of stairs), but nothing that wasn't warned in the itinerary mobility details. The standout though was the lengths the Tour Guides went to make sure everything flowed like clockwork, we saw and experienced everything available in the best possible way, and everyone got what they wanted out of the trip. They were superb (especially Nina in Beijing). As our first Tripadeal tour we were blown away at how good it was. China is an incredible place to visit and we highly rate Tripadeal as the tour company to use.

Tour itinerary was as expected with railway ride, visiting native Taiwanese villages and lots if exposure to local foid as highlights The tour guide Po Han deserves five plus stars for being very kind and patient, especially with some elderly members of the group. He was also very clear and informative in both tour information and trip logistics And he made himself availabble 24/7 through the tour. Excellent guide!

Completely satisfy from A to Z. We have had a fantastic tour in Japan. The tour guide was great. She took care so well for everyone on this trip. We had the great time . 9 days tour seemed not long enough. Hopefully we will be back for longer tour in future.

Excellent introduction to Tokyo for first timers. Nagano was another highlight. Would be good to combine the third last and second last night into a two night stay.3

Loved all the locations, and accommodations although they were varied. Each experience was special. Our guide, James, and driver, Ashtri were excellent.

I had the best experiences in both India and Sri Lanka. We saw and did so much exceeded my expectations. Loved every minute of each day packed full of places to see, the knowledge of our wonderful guides, our drivers and helpers onboard.

I loved the country side views each day. The inland sea was fantastic especially the boat ride we enjoyed. Beppu hot springs was Lovely could of had an extra half hour to explore more.

Loved the whole trip. Very busy and hectic bit saw so much within the time. King, Bruce, Maria and Kevin were all fantastic guides. Essy to understand and could not do enough to assist you .

The snow monkees were definitely the highlight of the trip. Tokyo is always great to visit. The Japanese Alps were white with snow, it was so beautiful! All our hotels were good.

Enjoyed the great hotels and especially the upgrade water villa in Maldives / the Sri Lanka elephant jeep safari excursion was a highlight and Lion claw mountain hike in Sigiriya was hot but worth the hike / Maldives was a real treat to relax and enjoy a few days of eating and drinking heheh

Our guide Henry was a wonderful source of information and resource on a day to day basis An excellent guide! All the sights were incredible and worth the time and effort

We simply loved it all ! at times it was a bit too hectic for our age group (Rhonda 75, me 79) but we survived it . the Hotels were all very nice and had friendly staff. The guides were great and their attention to detail was amazing but we did have trouble understanding Maria. We thought Jack was outstanding and we all had lots of laughs with him and Adam. They gave us all great insight on everything to do with China. We hope to return there sometime (in our next life) Thanks again Trip A Deal for a fantastic trip

The main highlights was, the great well organised tour guides that we had on our trip. Having tour guides that were flexible to create a wonderful China experience. Our highlights were, the Pandas, Summer palace, the Shanghai night cruise and the ability of our driver to take us in and out of the countryside. (Our drivers were first class bus drivers). As we did do this same trip two years ago, we found this trip was greatly improved from last time. Some of the improvements were; Accommodation, was always close to shops etc. We had more free time. We saw a lot more of China (less time on freeways). Our tour guides told us a lot more on China’s history etc.

The variety of our tours was fabulous our guide was great very caring and helpful, having so many meals included was a bonus. Sadakan and the history of it mt kinabala and the memorial gardens was quite emotional but worth every minute and of course the orang utans and probosus monkeys and the river trip all brilliant

Highlights: Our guide Duc. He was a lot of fun and very knowledgeable. He was very thoughtful and nothing was too much trouble. The mix of a large town and countryside as well as villages was a good experience. Ha Long Bay was worth visiting My only suggestion would be less time in Hanoi

Our guide Brendan, was very informative and could not do enough for us. He smoothed the way for the whole trip. If we had our time over, we would not have chosen at the Shanghai-La resort. Everything there cost too much. Borneo has been on our bucket list and did not disappoint.

It was truly an incredible experience. My husband and I had such a wonderful time and still can’t believe how much we managed to see and do in just 10 days. Everything was so well organised, and Trip A Deal even ensured the airline was aware of our dietary requirements, which made the journey smooth and stress-free. The Great Wall was absolutely breathtaking, and the night river cruise in Shanghai was simply magical. The serene lakes in Wuxi, the beautiful tea gardens, and the stunning West Lake were all picture-perfect—each place more beautiful than the last. The gardens felt like something out of a painting. A special mention to the delicious chincreams—definitely a must-try! And don’t forget to pick up a silk scarf from a local silk factory as a lovely keepsake. What made the trip even more memorable was the warmth and kindness of the people—we felt so welcomed everywhere we went

Loved the 20 day trip to Vietnam. Places we visited were spot on. Accommodation was mostly as expected, or better. The guides were brilliant - Hung in Hanoi, Nguyen (Win) in Hoi An and Tiny in Ho Chi Minh City. All guides were friendly, accommodating and helpful, spoke excellent English and went out of their way to assist us where possible.

All our tour guides have very good grasps of the historical knowledge and cultural significance of the places we visited. They can be commended on their engaging personality; friendly and approachable. Tiananmen Square, Great Wall, Terracotta Soldiers, Shanghai night boat ride experiences stood out. The trip to Suzhou Lanliyuan Silk Factory is another highlight, so much so I was enticed to buy their silk merchandises e.g. doona, pillow and pillow cases, and scarf. A big shout out to our tour guides, a very organised King, our tour guide in Beijing. Bubbly Vivian, our tour guide in Xian and finally but not the least Laura our tour guide in Shanghai who helped me buy a cough syrup in a local pharmacy which I badly needed. Lastly, I cannot fault the selection of hotel accommodations.

Trip was well organised and all guides and drivers were extremely helpful and friendly. Highlights were the Great Wall and the Warriors, but we really enjoyed the whole trip - the itinerary was excellent, with a good mix of interesting places to see. Although most lunches were not included, we were taken to restaurants that were very reasonably priced and the food was delicious! We enjoyed the whole experience with a great group of fellow travellers.

Our guide Anne was excellent. Very knowledgeable and experienced. One of the best guides i've had on tour. A suggestion would be to try to include more time at Kaohsiung. The area along Love River is so beautifully presented with lots of points of interest it would have been lovely to balance the fast pace of the tour with some free time there. The hotels were well located and of high standard. I thoroughly enjoyed the trip.

I traveled with my family from Australia to this incredible country. The experience we had on this tour was amazing, the guides, the activities, and everything overall were really great. I would like to give a special shout-out to our wonderful guide, Molly. At that time, my mother had surgery in Beijing, and our guide Jason kindly helped us order a taxi. Later, in Shanghai and Wuxi, Molly went with us to the hospital and supported us throughout the process. We are truly grateful for all the support, care, and kindness she showed to my mother and our family.

The communication and information provided was excellent. The international flights were great. The tour guides were brilliant and very informative. Or the tourist attractions were amazing The hotels were exceptional and the buffet breakfast were next level. The optional activities were worth every cent. It was fun meeting new people in our tour group. We made some great friends.

Everything worked well and we enjoyed the cruise although being Hawaii it was expensive. Spending time on Waikiki beach was lovely and the islands were beautiful. Thanks Tripadeal.

I love the bread fast provided in all the hotels. The hotels are mostly near shopping centres. The tour director, Mohini is very approachable and helpful. She helped me navigate the steep slopes of the castles. Highlights of the tour were the Ritsurin Garden, the volcanic hot springs, and the whirlpool watching expedition .

Highly appreciated as it was covered From culturally featured Ubud to rugged islands of Lembongan& Penida and bustling Sanur/Denpasar.

The accommodation was good value better than some hotels we've stayed in australia. The aisia tropical resort was beautiful would pay a fortune for that in australia. Best breakfast was at Reed Hotel Ninh Binh Breakfast at West Lake was not quite as good as other hotels we've stayed in. Not much cereal options or juices or fresh fruit. And they do not refill often enough missed out on some things Jams in bowls not a great option better I individual packs. Tea and Coffee options could be improved in all the stays. Tips for future travellers take lots of cash for outside hotels. Wise card not available at many ATM's or hotels. Most ATM's only allow you to take 3,000,000 vnd per transaction but you can do multiple just a fee in vietnam was $171 for 3Mill Cash is king over in Vietnam Tip not many speak English make sure to download translator and make sure you have internet access for maps and apps. In Hanoi traffic chaotic Download grab app taxis are only $3 to $5 cheaper than a rickshaw. Tipping you need notes like 50,000 and 100,000 vnd notes. Massage at reed expect 100000 vnd for the masseurs. Overall for what we did and got in accommodation and food it was exceptional value. Big tip your tour guide expects $10 per person per day in cash either AUD OR VND. if you don't do their tours don't pay for that day. Pay them at end of trip. In Vietnam love AUD.

The trip ran smoothly with excellent drivers and tour guides. We were guided to safe eating areas and driven to beautiful out of the way areas.

This was our 2026 annual girls trip and we all had an absolute ball. We had 4 girls on our trip this year and 20 people in our tour group. Everyone was a blessing and so easy to get along with. The accommodation was fantastic, some of the beds were hard so be sure to ask for an extra topper when you arrive if you like a soft bed. When going to Ha Long Bay for your overnight cruise, you are encouraged to only take an overnight bag and leave your larger bags at the hotel, this is good as there is limited space in your cabin however, a things to pack list would of been helpful. Be sure to take enclosed shoes for your cave tour. The tour ran very smooth and everything went to plan. We would 100% recommend this tour.

Everything was great, we had a positive experience with a great bunch of people, James was a great guide very knowledgeable and nothing was too hard or a problem, Ashtree was a great driver too, we saw some amazing places. The last 3 nights at the Hilton were luxury plus and a great way to end the holiday.

Our holiday to Vietnam was amazing and we can honestly say it's the best holiday we have ever been on. The sights, the food, the people and everything we did was just fantastic. We were on a tour with 21 people and we all kept saying how wonderful it was that we were all put together as we all got on amazingly well and had so much fun together. Our tour guides could not have been any better. Not only were they so organised and friendly, they also continuously went out of their way to provide us with added extras and suggestions for other things to see and do. They were also very knowledgeable about the country where we learnt a lot about the history, culture and beliefs of Vietnam. All in all an amazing experience and would love to do it all again!

Having a group of 12 was amazing. Two of our tour guides stood out and went way beyond. tan in Hanoi was absolutely amazing. He really made that part of the holiday l. He booked hotels joined in with everything helped us so much. Tam in Hoi An also went beyond. My husband birthday while we were there she booked a restaurant and bought a cake along. She was amazing. She gave us our group name(Stcky Rice). We all stuck like sticky rice. We were so used to extra care from Tan and Tam that when we got to Saigon it was really good and also Mr Wong in Cambodia was good too We loved the smaller group

Enjoyed the trip very much. All the tour guides (Mack, Huy and Tiny) were great, especially Huy (in Hoi An) and Tiny (in Ho Chi Minh) were excellent. They were very attentive to the group and look after us very well. The information provided to the group were relevant and very interesting. In Cambodia, both Lucky and Rocky gave details that were emotional at times due to some personal details. Great insight.

China was awesome-great trip

The trip was well-organised and we enjoyed every moment of it. The guides explained clearly our day to day activities. Seeing the Great Wall in the snow was an amazing experience! We greatly appreciated the support the different guides gave us to get onto the trains, and their advice about places to get food.

The elephant safari was a stand out experience and a must do for those seeing Sri Lanka. The standard of accommodation selected were of a high for a premium package purchase. All hotels were 5 star. The Maldives stay was a wonderful relaxing way to finish the trip.

Loved the tour guide and bus driver Itinerary was great. Only hotel I did not like was The Vessel Hotel the room was way too small Loved the ferry ride at Mount Fuji. It was snowing and cold but such a beautiful experience Rickshaw ride at the Bamboo place was awesome and fun

We loved our Vietnam Cambodia holiday. There was so much to do especially Hanlon Bay on the overnight boat was excellent. The guides were amazing taking special note of how knowledgeable and caring Annie in Hoi A was and Bora in Cambodia. We will definitely do a trip a deal holiday again.

We had a most enjoyable holiday in Japan. Silvia our guide and Captain the coach driver was excellent in serving us on this trip. Silvia would advise us on the best place to stand to get the best photo and the best view. Captain drove well through the narrow lanes and navigated his way effortlessly.

Trend was an amazing guide. She was so friendly. Our driver was really good and he was a great driver. The optional tours offered were great and good value. The hotels were in good locations and it was goid to have breakfast available.

I felt like I m home once I landed on China soil, and a warm welcome from the tour leader,Joe. We were happy and excited to visit the Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City of China and the Great Wall of China.Jessica was awesome, she never let us feel bore when on bus or sightseeing who gave plenty of information.She was helpful and friendly too when we were in Beijing. The photographer also very nice and helpful ; took many photographs during the trip in Beijing.He made album which made us unforgettable memories. We had a very good time with Joe too,when in Shanghai, Suzhou,Wuxi and Hsnzhou .A great place to visit. You have to go on this tour! It’s a full on discovery trip with amazing highlights everyday, especially if you choose to go on the optional activities. We absolutely loved it and met some great people who we went out for dinner and drinks with frequently. The local guides in each location were amazing, so thanks to Lun, Annie, Zedd, Veasna & Bora. This was our first tour group holiday and we wouldn’t hesitate in doing another one now.

The accomodation was beyond expectation. The whole trip was well organised. The bus driver Thuc was an awesome driver totally felt safe, he managed the loop road magnificantly. Can not speka more highly of tour guide Dat, he was very knowledgeable andspoke extremely good english also had the best sense of humor. Would highly recommend this trip

The entire holiday was excellent!! There was a fantastic group of people on this trip which made it even better! Transfers were great, guides were excellent and couldn't do enough for us! We saw fabulous sights, history and each guide explained culture and customs so well! 👏 Cuisine was outstanding as well. TripaDeal were amazing when our flights had to be re-arranged due to the middle east. Seamless! This was our second adventure with TripaDeal and I highly recommend them to everyone! Prices are fantastic value. We chose to pay a little more and go 5 star and it was worth it. The only suggestion I woukd make is to fly directly if possible instead of connecting flights. However I understand that this possibly keeps costs low. Thank you again, TripaDeal.

Great wall of China was awesome so was silk factory- the person giving the talk was amusing and interesting. Both guides on the Tour were great. It would be good if you could include Disneyland as a tour or optional extra for Shanghai as I think this would appeal to a lot of people.

Such great value for money. China was a bucket list trip for my mum and it far exceeded our expectations. Booking was easy, communications were clear, and it was easy to speak to Trip-a-deal staff for questions. Our Beijing guide Sabrina helped us to explore so many parts of the City, while our Shanghai guide Kevin was amazing as we toured Suzhou, Wuxi, Hangzhou and Shanghai. Nothing was too much trouble for our guides, and they were there from start to finish.

Variety of attractions visited were a highlight and it was awesometo see Mt Fuji. The guide, Ben was excellent and provided insights into the history culture, people and geography of Japan. I don't have any suggestions on how you could make this better. It was great value.

Our Luxury Sri Lanka holiday included some amazing wildlife safaris and ample down time to enjoy non-tour activities. There is some amazing beaches and beautiful jungle scenery. Climbing Sigiriya was certainly a highlight and the views from the top were well worth the climb. Our luxury hotels were generally very nice however there were significant variations in the standard of 'Luxury' but overall met expectations. A favourite was the converted Tea Plantation Factory - very quirky! Our driver was amazing and got us where we needed to go safely, efficiently and in a well cared for bus. Our tour guide excelled in knowledge of his island and was passionate about his job. This is another good value Trip a Deal experience and we have done several

The guide Taru Aran and driver Indo san were amazing. Probably 1 too many post towns but otherwise it’s a good program. This was our 2nd trip a deal. We will do more. Snow monkeys were great. We were blessed to get snow. Hotels were mostly pretty good-best was the Mercure with a wonderful Onsen.

we loved our trip and we were glad that we were able to get a taste of China in such a short span of days - we owe it to our wonderful guides Vanessa and Alice who were outstanding at communicating the history and context behind all of the sites. The accomodation was great and still had ammenities near to where we stay which was convenient.

We seen so many different parts of Japan in such a short time. Dragon our tour guide was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and made the trip very enjoyable. We also love we had the option to do our own thing.

Suggestion: name tags on arrival to help older people get to know their fellow travellers. This could be as easy as asking the travellers to bring one with them or our travel guide to purchase before our arrival.

Loved the culture, history, side trips, and meeting local people. One of the many highlights was climbing the Great Wall when it was covered in snow and the local landscape transforming into a winter wonderland. For suggestions I would say to include the Terracotta Warriors or at least go to a local museum to see some even if you had to increase the price of the package. Anyway 10/10 for the trip.

Loved the tour guides! Loved the people, loved the country. Think that Koh Rong Sanloem could’ve been just two nights instead, and that additional night added somewhere else.

Great wall of china, accommodation, tour guides were excellent. Tour was well organised busses always on time. 2 days in Shanghai were excellent,. I also enjoyed the stops in the other cities,.

For the price I paid as a solo traveller the tour was great. The accomodation was amazing and everything ran smoothly. The tour included alot and I did all the optional inclusions. Iwas always going to do them but it didn’t give you much choice to not do them. Overall a great holiday

It was vey good value for money and covered key historical sights, and scenic highlights. The tour guides were well educated and catered for the group exceptionally well. They went above and beyond.

Seeing the Temples and Shrines Visiting Hiroshima Our tour guide put on an extra tour for Tokyo which we found excellent. Found bus travel long, perhaps a bullet train to have more free time in cities. Could do with extra day in Tokyo

Overall your incredible China tour was amazing, but unfortunately the local guide in Beijing (Tina) is too commercial and a little bit money oriented. She offer us optional activities with lunch at her sister's house and the food was not as good as she was offering. But your local guide in Shanghai ( Angela) was professional. She was quite good in her position as a tour guide with telling us some information about china and has great sense of humour.

We just absolutely loved our Antarctica holiday experience. Could not fault anything. It was beyond our expectations. From Crew Staff Ship. It was perfect loved the experience. Would highly recommend this once in a lifetime journey. From seeing whales up close and penquins and snow and icebergs just magical

We were surprised at the number of archeological sites in Mexico and these were some of our highlights. The pyramids were all different. Every day we had a different experience of Mexico. The food was also varied and interesting such as grasshopper, cactus, worms, crickets, Jamaica, Mezcal, mole. Our tour guide Sixta was a wealth of knowledge and she freely shared this with us. Sixta was very helpful, patient and accommodating, doing much more than was on the tour schedule, taking us on walking tours of all the towns that we stayed in. Sixta made the tour so much more enjoyable. Our driver Sergio was a very skillful driver especially on the narrow stretches of road. He was also very helpful and friendly. It was also good that there were no optional tours. Everyone did everything together. No other decisions and added expenses were required.

Our tour of the Philippines. What an adventure! Beautiful sites and scenery, well organised, and, although a lot of places visited in 15 days, not overly rushed. Hotels and transport really good and well organised. The Philippines is a beautiful place for a holiday. Sites, scenery, history and culture were fantastic. Most importantly, the Philippine people themselves were very welcoming and extremely friendly.

Well planned trip to see lots. We only wish that we had more time in each region. Tour Guides where great. We felt safe and Trip A Deal did a great job to get us home when flights were cancelled. We will be booking more trips in the future.

This holiday was extremely well organised. All the iconic locations were visited. The BaNa Hills were very surprising. I would recommend a visit to the floating village in Siem Reap. The tour guides were very good.

Both Vietnam and Cambodia are Very interesting countries to visit. We lived their history and nature's beauty, it's disheartening to know what the people went through. We loved our 12-day holiday to Vietnam (north)! Overall, the value for money proposition (2 for 1) could not be beat. The Trip-A-Deal team are excellent to work with - professional, timely, thorough, friendly and responsive. The package inclusions - flights, accommodation, meals, transport, guided tours and activities - exceeded our expectations. The immersive itinerary was well-considered allowing us to have plenty of adventures including sight-seeing, hiking and cultural experiences with locals. Totally looked after from start to finish. All the places that would be on anyones wish list plus the options for different add on experiences that may or may not have been known about or explored if not for the amazing tour guides.

The tour guide was very good and made sure everyone felt comfortable. The island area of the country we visited was lovely. It was a busy schedule and maybe some of the day trips could have been a little shorter.

Wild life and fortunate enough to have fine weather throughout this eco tour. Meals were plentiful and interesting andsomething for everyone to enjoy. Afternoon tea at Borneo nature lodge with local cakes were delicious n appreciated. Accommodation was comfortable andwhere it wasn't luxurious ,it was clean and conveniently located eg in Sanda kand. Great to finish off at a5 star in Hilton KK. Swimming pool in Hilton was a bonus. Tour guide was very knowledgeable and we learnt alot about the place ,culture, people. Roland looked after us very well. We stayed 2 nights at KK RasaRia resort which we liked. Would highly recommend this package.

I was a small Lone traveler so the highlight for me was the rest of the group who were so welcoming and friendly as always though the trip deal holiday was fantastic every need was anticipated organisation outstanding The lion lodge was wonderful staff couldn’t do enough for us So easy to follow all instructions Good tours to break up the journey each way to the lodge with just the right amount of time at each
