As a 23-year-old traveller, I really enjoyed my recent “Unbeatable Japan 2026” tour with TripADeal. The trip was very well organised, stress-free, and a great way to explore Japan for the first time. Our tour guide, Jason, welcomed us warmly at the airport and shared useful information about Japanese culture, transport, food, and local customs throughout the journey. He was friendly, patient, and always willing to help every guest in the group. I especially appreciated how caring and responsible he was. He always prioritised the group’s safety, checked that everyone was comfortable, and made sure no one was left behind. Even during meal breaks, he would first help guests order food and settle in before taking time for himself. His positive attitude and organisation made the whole experience much smoother and more enjoyable. The hotels were clean, comfortable, and honestly much better than I expected. The breakfast selections every morning were excellent, with a good variety of food. I also really liked the final hotel arrangement near the airport because it made our early morning departure easy and convenient without any stress. As a younger traveller, I also enjoyed meeting people from different backgrounds and age groups. However, I think it would improve the experience even more if TripADeal considered organising some tours by similar age ranges or travel styles. Since our group included travellers from 18 to 85 years old, the pace and interests sometimes varied quite a lot. Having groups with similar travel energy and activity preferences may help everyone enjoy the trip more comfortably. I would also love to see a few more attractions, shopping stops, or free exploration time included in the itinerary, especially in cities like Osaka and Tokyo. Overall, the tour was a memorable and enjoyable experience, and I would happily travel with TripADeal again in the future.
Jason was a fantastic tour guide that was able to accommodate the needs of the group and was also very friendly and approachable. The holiday itself was a great taster of Japan and definitely has inspired me to want to book another trip
All the highlights were great. Tour guides were excellent
Excellent tour guides Alice Beijing Richard Xi'an Charlie Shanghai Well organised with the highlights. Good hotels. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was we didn't have direct flights although I heard some people did on other tours and so they were available. We arrived at our hotel at 2am on day 2 which was exhausting. Due to delays we arrived at our airport hotel at 12am and had to go back to the airport by 5am for an 8am flight
Our tour with the guide was great, our tour leader was fantastic.
Such variety, great guides and lovely group of people on the tour
The trip was excellent. However, it would have been better: 1. If the tips we gave actually went to the people who provided the service, i.e. the guides and the drivers. We understand that the tips went back to the travel agency and the guides did not get any of it. They only get a straight salary. I felt really bad and gave the guides and drivers tips separately from the tips we had to give per day as they were the ones who provided the exceptional service. 2. If the itinerary for our arrival in Xi'an included the hotpot lunch and performance before we head back to the hotel. Our itinerary had us arrived in Xi'an with optional 50min buffet hotpot lunch that was very rushed, followed by an immediate optional theatre performance. We felt everything was too rushed as the optionals were unexpected and the timing was too rushed. It would be better if the agency had planned for these to manage expectations. It would not add much to the cost of the overall cost of the tour. 3. If we were given more options at the Cresent Lake. We only had the camel ride option. I would prefer to go on the glider ride and know about the toboggan. 4. If we knew about all the optionals. We thought there was only one optional from the itinerary, but we ended up with four optionals. Please update the itinerary. Thank you for asking us for feedback. We would like to make it a better experience for future guests. Sincerely Shirleen Heah
Our guides Alice and Walker were the best. They were so helpful and worked so hard!
Of course, the Great Wall and Warriors were the highlights. I believe people would be prepared to pay a bit more for better airline carriers and hotels closer to major cities. China Eastern - Melbourne Shanghai - provided a meal at lunchtime - 1.5hrs after 11.30 delayed take off. Offered paper cups containing 5cms of water, occasionally. No other drinks. The passenger next to me, asked for a snack for her 4yo - no snacks except stale bread roll from lunch or leftover dessert from lunch trays. Another meal 1.5hrs before landing at 11pm. Soft drink? All gone. Milk for coffee? Milk all gone!! 10.5hr flight. Too short stopover time in Shanghai meant supervised 40mins racing to connection in domestic terminal for Beijing. Finally onboard, exhausted and overheated and offered a cup of drink and a packet of peanuts - 2.5hr flight. Not TAD fault for airline shortcomings but using better standard of airline would be worth paying an extra $500. Over an hour drive to hotel, arriving at 1.30am. Nowhere for drinks or food. First day of sightseeing starts at 8am on the bus - exhausted start to the trip.
Loved all the included attractions but two out of three of our guides weren’t up to pa. Leon and Ivy needed to elaborate more on everything whereas Henry was excellent the entire time.
Food quality was very poor. Info regarding acceptable items on bullet trains was not advised before hand. Many stairs involved in accessing shoreline from cruise vessel.
It managed to cram in so many must see places in Vietnam in just 20 days without feeling rushed. All three of the guides went above and beyond their responsibilities to make the holiday even better. The hotels were all of a high standard.
Great tour guides Jim and KC. Very helpful when things go wrong, and very informative. Easy to relate to. We really enjoyed the tour with the optional extras. Much better than trying to find our own way. We liked the great group of people we were with. Hotel accommodations were good. Breakfasts had plenty of choice, but none of the hotels knew how to cook crispy bacon, or soft eggs 😆 Providing tea bags would be better as the tea was always very weak. There were not many English speaking hotel staff and they relied upon the translation app. This was ok except when ringing the service desk for help. We had cocktails in a hotel bar in Beijing and the staff has no experience in making cocktails. The massages we had in our rooms after a busy day were good. We know why the hotels that where chosen where out of the city somewhat, however it meant we had a lot of bus rides between meals and sightseeing. Too many on some days, which made it very tiring. It would be better to get to the hotel a little earlier each day. We really appreciated staying more than one night in a hotel. We enjoyed the shopping and the opal, tea and silk factories very much. There was four of us on the trip together and we all bought souvenirs, tea, silk scarves etc.
It’s worth it, no doubt about it. Excellent trip — the best and cheapest trip I’ve ever been on. I enjoyed the whole experience. Everything was very well organised from departure to return. I even communicated with the team during the trip, and TripADeal responded immediately. We departed from Sydney as strangers, but our whole TripADeal group returned like one big family. We are still in contact even after the trip, which made the experience even more special. The only downside was that the flight journey was not as high standard as we expected. However, considering the price we paid, it was more than reasonable and definitely great value for money. Now we are already planning our next trip with TripADeal!
China was very different from what I expected apart from all of the cultural experience. It was extremely clean (even the squat toilets we used occasionally). The whole city of Beijing was very enjoyable, the best for us being the Great Wall. Unfortunately, the day of our visit to Tiananmen Square, Forbidden city and other places were marred by heavy rain, however our fabulous guide Sabrina never missed a beat with her information. The Summer Palace was a delight, it was a shame we never had longer as the day was beautiful. We loved our meal with our traditional Chinese family, simply the best we had right through the trip and the family so welcoming. Around Shanghai was amazing, beautiful little towns we visited and then into Shanghai for 2 nights. The ERA acrobatics concert was a must, it was truly amazing. West Lake was another rainy day but still enjoyable as well as the Tea Plantation. The greenery throughout china was quite unexpected with beautiful roses flowering everywhere. Of course who could forget the Pandas, what a surprise to see at least one of them enjoying his bamboo feast and then politely decided to urinate in front of us, it was a real laugh. I would recommend this tour, on the go all the time.
Everything went well. The tour operator was excellent with the guides who were very knowledgeable. All hotels were great and the inclusions were good. Cambodia is such a great destination with a very rich history. The Cambodian people are very welcoming and grateful for the tourists
Loved the Great Wall and Terracotta warriors
Our tour guides, Josephine (Jo) in Beijing and Peter in Shanghai were brilliant. They gave us not only info about the sites we were visiting and history, but also just their general every day living experiences of life in China. They dealt well with some of our co-travellers who wanted to do their own thing but with lots of help from the guides. Very diplomatic. If you have a rating system they should go to the top
Loved this trip, Our tour guide JoJo was amazing!
Excellent tour, beautiful scenery. Traveling through the Canadian Rockies was a highlight as was Whistler. I would suggest putting guests paying the same price in different categories of accommodation is not a good idea. It would have been better to stay in Banff not Canmore. The cruise was also wonderful.
Suggestion - include an extra night on Jeju Island. Highlight - Busan optional day tour. The hotels we stayed in were great and location was also good close to cafes and restaurants.
The overall holiday was average, and certainly value for what we paid. Our first Tour Guide Terry was a very stressful experience. He talked very fast and was hard to understand. He loved to talk about himself and his family and would sing, (he was not a good singer), but he had a captive audience. He was not professional at all. We were charged for hearing aids but his equipment was not charged the first day so we were unable to use them for Tiananmen Square and the Imperial Palace etc. The 2nd day he was going to point out places to us on a Map of China but he didn't bring his things on the bus so was looking for paper from us. He yelled at staff in shops and security guards. After we went to the family house for a home cooked meal, Terry told us on the bus that the family house we went to was clean. All the other host families houses are dirty. This implies that Trip A Deal use dirty homes to host meals. On 17/5 Terry had told us to be at breakfast at 6.10am as we were leaving the hotel at 6.45am. The hotel was not advised of this so we were waiting for the Dining Room to open at 6.30am. Terry rushed into Dining Room at 6.50am to have his breakfast. Terry was always late. We were always waiting for him. On tours he always raced off ahead in front of everyone and we had to try to catch up with him. Terry is also starting up his own Travel Business and told us to contact him if we want to holiday in China. On the 3rd day on the bus he gave us an amount we had to pay for the extras. We were at the front of the bus, and as I was getting the amount out of my body bag around my waist, Terry tried to put his hand in to help. I told him I will get it. He then tried the same thing with my husband. The holiday at this point was feeling stressful. Sam and Laura were wonderful guides. They made you feel stress free, were courteous, spoke clearly, and gave us relevant history, and nothing was too much trouble. The holiday was now enjoyable. All the drivers were great and always had a smile for you.
Highlights - Hoi An, Danang, Ho Chi Minh City, Halong Bay Improvements - better access and safety getting on the boat at Halong Bay, 2 internal flights meant that we lost 2 days of our holiday on travelling, skip the visit to the highlands as 3 nights was too long, the resort had too many steps and the only entertainment was the pool and restaurant and it was boring. Walks were too hard for older tourists. Two more days were needed in Ho Chi Minh city.
Great value for money, happy with accommodation, guides were excellent. Suggestion would be to have more down time between Beijing and Xian as many people arrive in early hours of the morning and start the tour tired. Add an extra day or two to tour and price accordingly to give people more free time and it would be more enjoyable. On the whole we found it a wonderful tour.
It was a very well organised tour, everything ran smoothly. Both tour guides, Sabrina and Faye were so knowledgeable and helpful, and good fun! They were both lovely. I cannot praise them highly enough; they worked so hard. The tour was so interesting, I have come back with a higher understanding of China. I enjoyed the optional tours and did them all. If I have any criticism, it would be that I would have preferred less shopping and more sightseeing. I didn't appreciate the hard sales tactics from some of the factories. Also, I wish you could have a choice between the flight or train from Beijing to Shang Hai. I would have loved the train experience and happy to have paid extra.
The Sepilok Sanctuary was great but a better look at Orangutan would be good. Found Death March info very interesting and informative. The Murri Murri Village experience was great. The accommodation was very good but the tea plantation was not really appropriate. No communication available and a bit isolated. I would have liked ti see the turtles so you might want to add it to the trip. Otherwise had a great tour and the add on at Shangrila Rasa Ria was a welcome rest after a busy tour.
We all had a great time.but there were some areas that would need to be improved. The flights using China Eastern were not the best food selection was poor no choice when they got to us in our seats and no drinks available only fruit juice. the Hotels were not the best and no bar to relax and unwind after each tour. The tour guides and coaches were great. Full on tour and enjoyed.
Great time in Japan, would not have spent 3 days in Tokyo if it was my choice.
Love Everything in Tour Since start from Sydney till back to Sydney. Flights, Accommodation, Food, Services, Tour Guides, Drivers, Everything was So perfect 👌
great scenery. The bus was terrible. Seats were very poor. Long days made for a lot of discomfort on poor bus. Accommodation poor. No lift at one motel and had to carry x2 25 kg suitcases upstairs. 3 hours shopping at Banff and only one hour viewing at lake Louise; poor use of time.
The whole trip was excellent. Loved it from start to finish
Itinerary while busy was amazing and fun.
Our trip was exceptionally well organised from start to finish — the excursions, tour guides, accommodation, transport, and overall coordination were all excellent. We were fortunate to have four tour guides throughout the journey: Annie, Rocky, Seesee, and David. Each of them was absolutely lovely, informative, and highly knowledgeable about the places we visited. They always made everyone feel safe, looked after the group very well, and brought so much fun and positive energy to the experience. Special mention to Annie and Seesee for their amazing singing talents which made the trip even more memorable! China is an incredibly beautiful country. Every place we visited was unique and unforgettable. Thank you for such a wonderful and stress-free travel experience. Highly recommended! Good value for money!!
Great tour and guide Andre with driver Bob Japan is such a beautiful place and so are the people..
The second part of the tour was much nicer than the first part. I'm very glad that we did the tour from Sofia to Zagreb rather than from Zagreb to Sofia, as the places we visited and the accommodation got better as we went, not worse. Fotini as our guide & Robert as our driver both did a fantastic job and made the tour very enjoyable.
Lived all of it
We had a most amazing tour guide "Ben". He was very knowledgeable and speaks clear English. He found us a vegan restaurant in the hussy buzzy area of Asakusa markets in Tokyo. The tour bus driver was very patient and drove us around the country safely. A special thanks to the driver. We loved our trip. The hotels were very good and located in convenient places.
Our tour guide Star who was wonderful and could not do enough for us. Loved the tour but would have liked two days in certain places where we did not get enough time to explore. The hotels were all great. Our group of 22 people was perfect as we did not feel overcrowded on the bus. We all managed a window seat. Will definitely do more trip a deal holidays. Thank you.
Our two main guides ( mia and serena) where both exceptional the othes anna and summer where also grrat but as a groupp we were able to form a bond with mia and serena. I was presently suprised with the excellent accomodation considering the cost of the tour. Overall the proffesional attitude on the tour with the rigjt amount of frirndly banter will llead me to recomend this to others
We loved the location, food and the staff were amazing
the guide Dip the nepalese people the scenery the cleanliness of the country we felt very safe all of the time unique opportunities unexpected delights
Selected sightseeing were fantastic. Tour guides Rainbow, Jim at Beijing and KC and Tom were very helpful and knowledgeable looking after individually with their needs.
I loved it all but would have liked one more night in Jeju Island which would only extend the trip by one extra day. Do not take any nights away though. Our guide, Heni, was superb. She was knowledgeable, passionate about her country, very informative and just an absolutely delightful person. She was very helpful and very well organised. Our hotels were really good. Not a bad one amongst them. Well done. Maybe name badges for the first couple of days would be a good idea. Our driver, Mr Shin (spelling ??) was very good. A really safe and competent driver
Well organized trip. Ivy (Shanghai) and Nina (Beijing) were wonderful guides the best!! Both very helpful and full of knowledge
My highlights was the Great Wall and the terracotta warriors
2026 We have had an awesome trip on the “Best of Japan” package with our guide Edna who was fantastic and we can highly recommend. She ensured we saw the best of everything possible, gave excellent recommendations for food and restaurants and things to do in our free time. She was very knowledgeable and made each day interesting and enjoyable. She took great care of us whatever with whatever we needed and was always helpful, positive and approachable. All our accommodation was excellent and comfortable while being close to all the attractions. This is our first TripaDeal and we look forward to our next adventure with them.
The Great Wall of China Nice and friendly tour guides The bullet train Shanghai night lights
Me and my husband loved everything, enjoyed all the different places, excellent itineraries, well planned and changed my overall experience/ expectations of China. And special mention to our tour guides Tracy in Beijing, she works so hard to keep the group well informed, very friendly and excellent English, we had Maria in Xi’an, very nice young lady and tried her very best , we had Jojo in Shanghai, speaks excellent English, very friendly, very helpful in everything. I can say Jojo and Tracy are our best tour guides of all the travels we’ve been around. Thank you very much to TripADeal.
Food, facilities, clarity of program.
The holiday was fantastic. It exceeded my expectations. The guides were organised, friendly and knowledgeable. The service everywhere was amazing, from restaurants to hotels to the coach drivers. Really can't rate this highly enough.
Hoi an was the very lay back city and nice and quite. A extra day would be good
We had the best time, it was great that all the people on our tour were Australians so not only was the tour awesome we also made new friends.. and the tour guides were fabulous they were very knowledgeable and helpful, our first guide King was so much fun and helpful it was a shame we couldn’t have had him the whole tour, but the others were really good as well.
We loved our Borneo experience in May '26. We were very lucky to see the beautiful Borneo elephants, crocodiles, proboscis monkeys, orang-utans, hornbills and countless other native fauna and flora. Our tour guide Che Che was absolutely the best... going above and beyond to make our holiday so memorable. The people of Borneo are so friendly and we felt safe everywhere we went. We experienced confronting moments especially in Sandakan but also joyful moments , snorkelling, swimming, photographing all the wonderful sights and generally meeting really lovely fellow travellers. TAD enthusiasts!!! We loved every minute and highly recommend this trip.
Another superb TripaDeal experience! From the moment we left until we arrived back home everything was tremendous! Our guide for the tour, Ngoc, is easily one of TripsDeals finest assets! An outstanding fellow and consummate guide. Ngoc was the key to making the trip a truly memorable experience. His knowledge and wisdom shone through and his translation skills were unbeatable. The scenery in the north of Vietnam beggars belief! Having traveled extensively during my career I have seen some extraordinary landscapes and sights but nothing even close to the areas around Ha Giang, Dong Van and Cao Bang. Breathtaking doesn’t even com close to adequately describing it. The whole area is an absolute ’must do’ when one visits Vietnam. I have another TripaDeal adventure to Malaysia in September and have zero doubt it’s going to be another amazing trip!
Everything was well organized, we had a terrific Tour Director, Danielle. Accommodation was excellent, bus driver was excellent and the cruise was fantastic.
The guides were knowledgeable and ensured everyone knew what was happening during their time with us. Chris in Beijing was fabulous, ensuring we were aware of the history of all the sites we visited.
Loved the accomodation and flexibility of activities. We had a good mix of travellers in our group which made it fun. I liked the opportunity to do additional activities that weren’t on our agenda
Loved the Rocky’s The bus tour and stops Catherine was an excellent guide I also loved Ketchikan in Alaska
Enjoyed everything
We loved the visits to wildlife sanctuaries, the river cruises, our guide Roger, our bus driver Eppy, and learning more about the war history.
We loved every place we.visited . Carole our guide , keith the bus driver ,every phone call to trip a dead were professional, taken with care . We would definitely book again
Our coach guide Laura was fantastic. She is so knowledgeable and enthusiastic and looked after us so well. It was a seamless journey and we would recommend it.
We had a great time on our tour in Vietnam. Sights and experiences were amazing. Our guide Tam was terrific, very informative, helpful and friendly.
Southern Japan Discovery - highly recommended. This was our first visit to Japan and it was a wonderful experience. We were really well looked after by our guide, Dragon, and our driver, Abe-San. Dragon was friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable and went out of his way to ensure we all had the best experience possible. We took the opportunity to do all available optional activities and this added depth to our experiences. Abe-San was an excellent driver and luggage wrangler and we always felt safe in his care.
Overall, very good. Quite hard physically for older people but positively challenging. Guide Wheny very good.
Ha Long Bay was magical, spending an overnight on the boat & the little trips to the bay for a dip in the warm water, magical! Hoi An, Danang was also adventurous and beautiful. The ride through the Mekong river, the old town, ride up in the cable car to Ba Na hills was amazing. Cambodia was interesting the the people were lovely. A clean city and less traffic hazzles. Angkor Wat was a highlight especially the sunrise over the old ruins. Absolutely enjoyed our holiday, even though it was hot and sticky. The people in Vietnam and Cambodia were very hospitable and our accommodations were of high standards and clean. Our tour guides Son, Annie, Betty, Huan and Bora were excellent. They went the extra mile to assist us with questions we had and also assisted us at the ATM and money exchange. We would have been lost without them.
Organized all the time great work with our tour guide and captain
The holiday package was well balanced and made the best of the time we had to explore Sri Lanka and The Maldives. Our guide in Sri Lanka was excellent, and helped us to understand the country, its people , some of its customs, and its history. The route through Sri Lanka gave us a good snapshot of some of the geographic wonders the country has to offer. The time we spent in The Maldives was an excellent way to relax, swim, snorkel (we don't dive) and socialise with the small group we were travelling with. All of our accommodation was top class and the provided meals were excellent. This trip compared very favourably with previous TripaDeal small group holidays we have undertaken. We haven't any recommendations for improvement.
We loved the trip. The tour guide Carole n driver Keith were fantastic. Made it very memorable. Highly recommended.
All flights on time the whole way. Excellent tour guides throughout. All accommodation was very good. Tour guide in Kruger, Bea, had exceptional knowledge and enthusiasm. Tour guide, Symphie, in Cape Town was also knowledgeable, very informative, personable, patient and flexible due to weather conditions
Highlights - History of the Sandakan Death March and the visitation to the camp sites and memorial gardens were very moving. The visit to the cultural village and learning about the indigenous way of life and culture. Seeing the wild life in their natural environment. Lowlights - Other than the Hilton stay which was excellent, the remaining hotel accommodation was very basic. However, the staff at all hotels were very friendly, kind and accommodating. Suggestions for improvement - allow options to upgrade to better rooms in the hotels. I would have been happy to pay a bit more to have that alternative. I would like to make special mention of our tour guide Roger and the driver Eppie. They were absolutely brilliant!
The group I travelled with were accomodating, interested and were engaged travellers which makes a trip so much more enjoyable. The guide Garv, was knowledgeable, was proud of his Country and supported the different tour members needs going over and above what would be required. In sone respects he made the tour.
I really enjoyed the coumerant fishing . Fish markets , the dinner with the maiko a highlight . The boat rides were a nice change from the hustle & bustle of the cities . Hirohito J was a very professional & informative tour guide . We were very impressed with his ability & enthusiasm. A bonus for your company. The bus drivers were very friendly & safe drivers . Overall the itinerary covered all the important sites of Japan even the short trip on the bullet train .
Kruger National Park was a once in a lifetime expierience, the accomodation at Mulawa while simple in its setup was great, staff 10/10, food 10/10, overall great! Conversion rates AUD to the SA Rand meant prices were so good, took a pile of cash with us and couldnt spend it! There were no negatives but be warned there is a lot of travel time involved and like Australian winter, warm days cold nights, couple of frosty trips back to the resort after day trips in our open top vehicle but overall probably one of the best trips we have ever been on!
We had an amazing holiday to Canada and Alaska. The Canada Tour was well paced with a good mix of sightseeing, travel and free time. Laura is an amazing guide. Her local know and service are incredible. The cruise with Holland America was also great. We were a little worried about the accommodation going into this but ended up loving our windowed stateroom. Thank you TripADeal for making this possible.
TripAdeal Tanzania & Zanzibar May 2026 We had 4 people on our trip and 4 of us were friends now we have a new bestie as we all got along so well. The bucket list trip to see the animals in the Serengeti National Park was achieved in abundance. The trip was well organised from the first night when we were picked up from the airport Kilamajaro. The driver/guide was a very competent driver, the jeep was comfortable and could handle any bump in the road. We felt safe at all times. The accommodation was fantastic we hardly touched our luggage. We stayed close to nature most nights and heard animals in the forest. The food was excellent and we had plenty with a picnic box for lunch on safari trips. Early starts and good night's sleep everywhere. The trip was absolutely awesome.
Our guide Mam was fantastic. She was full of knowledge and helped everybody out if they didn’t know what was going on. She showed us so many wonderful places and where to eat and I would do another guy tall with her any day she was fantastic. Highly recommend her.
Terracotta warriors The Great Wall
The guides were excellent.
I loved the culture and people of Borneo. The oranatangs and other monkeys like the proboscis monkey's 🐒 were great. A highlight was the cultural day at Mari Mari Cultural village. Very informative and a bit of fun along the way. Our tour leader Roger was a highlight. Very knowledgeable and a friendly approachable person. Can't thank him enough. Our bus driver Eppy was also brilliant and apart from his excellent driving he also kept us hydrated with water regularly. Both Roger and Eppy are quality people and an asset to your company. The food was great and there was plenty to eat. You were never hungry. Thanks for the great trip TripADeal Regards Shane & Alice
We loved all of it, our guides were great and funny. Faye is amazing and so knowledgeable. I have recommended this trip to friends and will be going back again. It was such a differant place tuen i imagined and wuld love to have spent more time at the highlights rather then shopping. In all thanks for a great trip and will be booking again soon. Thanks so much.
Fantastic itinerary, we loved every part of the holiday. Accommodation was very good at both the Muluwa Lodge and The Hyde in Cape Town
I loved the bus tour of Calgary Lake Louise and Banff. Beautiful scenery lots of snow on mountains
My first trip with Trip a Deal and could not be happier. Wonderful value for money with so much packed into the 17 days also allowing free time to explore at leisure. Will certainly be booking with Trip a deal again
This was amazing! Saw the big 5 and the great migration!the people were so humble and friendly! Our tour guide joseph went above and beyond making it such a memorable and smooth experience. I hope that you could include a tour of a local school and maybe let future travellers know that school equipment is a wonderful resource that the children need . We are so privileged here and any small pen paper is so valuable to them
The destinations in the tour were on my wish list and the tour guides were knowledgeable and throughout the tour. I would recommend this tour to anyone wishing to see these highlights of China and encourage anyone to take up the optional activities as they add to the overall experience.
The tour was go go go from the moment we landed. Excellent content of tours and guides with a fabulous group on the bus.
Absolutely loved our trip to Japan from pick up at the airport to drop off at the airport. Everything went wonderfully smooth thanks to Bob our driver and the wonderful Andre our guide. He made sure that we saw everything we could as well as the offered extras that were available to do and well worth it. Would have loved an extra day in Beppu, instead of just the one night. A lot to see and explore there. The cleanliness everywhere we went, the accommodation, the food and the amazing history of this beautiful country is fabulous. I would certainly recommend this trip to anybody thinking of going to Japan.
Good weather and a great guide. Ibis hotel not as good as the others.
The trip was excellent value allowing us to see the amazing sights in a compact and well organised way. Accommodation was good and coaches were modern and comfortable. Guides were great. Patient and helpful .
Good tours of the places of interest en-route. Lunch restaurants (at own cost) tended to have the same fixed menu, were overpriced, some added extra costs onto quoted price & none would accept card payments. Quite limited or no commentary when passing points of interest - eg: A Kings Palace.
Alaskan cruise
Every spot was a WOW moment. I loved the fact we didn't have to take our bags on our train journeys. Well organised and Paul was great looking after us all. Most importantly the trains were fantastic. Loved it all.
Very happy with our trip to Alaska The booking experience with trip a deal was very good, had to issues. Great value for money
Can't speak highly enough of the Tour Guides and Drivers during the tours for the three regions visited. Accommodation was better than expected but some could have been closer to the city centers, the Great Wall and Warriors were spectacular. Couldn't believe the infrastructure both existing and in progress and surprised at the greenery (especially the Roses for kilometers dividing the traffic directions and lanes) Highly recommend this tour.
Our very first Trip a Deal holiday and we loved it! Our guide Chi-Chi was amazing, as was our driver Mamat. So many memorable moments, but the highlight had to be sighting the pygmy/Borneo elephants on the forth, and final, of our river cruises. Food was plentiful and delicious, especially the fruit! (Remember, you don't HAVE to eat the rice provided at most meals!!) Accommodation improved as the tour progressed, but all hotels were clean and provided everything that was needed.
‘Best of Borneo’, I’d do it again tomorrow. I went for the wildlife and it was amazing. There are only two places in the world where you can see Orangutans in the wild and Borneo is one of them. The other amazing animal endemic to Borneo is the Proboscis Monkey. I could observe them for hours. A well rounded tour. Our guide Roland gave us a great insight into the country. The most moving experience was learning about the Sandakan Death March. Many meals were included on this tour, accomodation went from good to excellent and there was a lot to see and do. For me definitely a five star holiday.
It was a very well organised itinerary, everything ran smoothly & efficiently. Our guide Andre was wonderful, nothing was too much trouble & our driver Bob was a star. Accommodation was great, no complaints from me! The optional activities were great too
Accomodation was amazing and the entire experience was fantastic, Highly recommended
