The trip was excellent but due to the various arrival times on the first day, many people were unable to get money out before we got on the boat in HaLong Bay. We were then expected to pay cash for our drinks on the boat as the card machine wasn’t working. It was supposed to be ‘happy hour’ but I ended up paying $30 AUD for one vodka and soda; one beer and one water. Everyone commented on how high their drink bill was. We were also expected to tip the boat crew - this was not in our tour documents. I didn’t find the tour guide in Hanoi (Tam) that helpful. All the other guides in Vietnam (Hoiy and Lam) and Cambodia (Lucky and Sam) were fantastic. I also did the Cooking Class in Hoi An and did not enjoy it and would not recommend it. There was only 4 from my tour who did this class and we were joined with 2 other tours - making a very large group. Our table was very much an afterthought.

All areas of the tour were seamless in organisation. The team leader (Clay) was pivotal to our experience. He ensured that everyone was catered for and encouraged a sense of fun that we all gladly welcomed. The timing, choice of venues and accommodations throughout the tour were well selected and suited all members of the tour group..

Absolutely loved this tour right from the beginning. We had our flights split which made it easier for us with a layover of about 3 hours in Singapore it went quickly and we were refreshed and ready to go when we landed in Hanoi. Arrived in Hanoi our Guide was very friendly and easy to find at front of Airport. Hotel was very comfortable, great breakfast and wonderful staff. Halong Bay overnight cruise was absolutely wonderful I had my Birthday on board and Trip-a-Deal had organized a cake. Thank you very much Trip-a-Deal. The cabins were very comfortable with a balcony loved it. The crew were very friendly and attentive and the food you had a great choice. Itinerary was good loved the cave hike and the Scenery is beautiful. Back to Hanoi next day, our Guide Thray (pronounced three) was a lovely young man very knowledgeable and friendly we did a walking tour with him, and he took us to a beautiful restaurant for lunch. Experienced Train Street at night. We did our own wandering around seeing sights we wanted to see like the B52 bomber that had crashed into water lake in middle of town. Onto Hoi An we met our guide Dungmai or Beautiful for short. She was exceptional she went above and beyond to make sure our experience of her hometown was enjoyable. Highlights were the Golden hand bridge, Coconut boats and the Night Lantern Festival. Dungmai had us up early to beat the rush hour up in the hills of the Hand Bridge and French village, at first wasn't too happy being up so early but we all soon realized why when we got there, we were just ahead of all the crowds and huge crowds they were. It was still very busy on the bridge but that was really only place that was extremely busy. When arriving at restaurant for lunch we were just ahead of all the crowds again which was great. Dungmai next day took us into main part of town on river learnt about the history and the floods that they have had last one 2025. Dungmai then organized for who would like to see the Night Markets and Lantern festival at night. she made sure we were always safe and did an amazing job. Followed onto Ho Chi Min City flights were good and quick. We had been to this city before. Very fast paced and traffic everywhere. Hotel very comfortable again and well situated. On our free day we did the open-air bus city tour it was great and not expensive. Harry our guide was exceptional again he showed us his hometown by boat ride on the Mekong Delta, and we got see and eat lots of different things and he took us on a river ride in canoes through the coconut palm groves. Enjoyed being in Ho Chi Min city again. Then went to Phnom Pehn Guide was Vresna. We didn't purchase Killing field tour only because we had done it before. We did a 3-hr. Tuk Tuk tour with Nick great informative tour with free beer and water. We got to see a lot in 3 hrs. Hotel was exceptional and the staff were too. Restaurant and roof top pool area were wonderful, great views of the city. We then went by bus 6 hrs. this was the only part of trip nobody was really happy with the bus that was supplied was not as comfortable as all the other buses we had been on for short trips and this was a long bus ride Asian size seats and hard there was quiet a few sore backs after that ride. Did not want to fly (costs more) and you don't get to see the countryside. Going through border was pretty easy we had already purchased our Visas before leaving Australia this actually made it easier and quicker for us; we had to wait for others that were purchasing on site. Took about an hour maybe bit more. Onto Siem Reap, hotel was exceptional. Our guide Rocky was extremely experienced and knowledgeable. Angkor Wat, what can I say stunning an experience I won't forget one of my bucket list things to see so glad I did. Rocky organized sunrise tour for the ones who wanted to. The weather did not cooperate with us that morning, but it was still stunning bit cloudy for a beautiful sunrise picture, but we got a few. Went back to hotel for breakfast then start our Angkor Wat tour. Rocky knew his stuff and was a great photographer (he worked for Kodak I think years ago) very friendly, helpful guide with photo shoots. We did the Tonle Sap Tour saw the 1000 lingas and went to Waterfalls of Kulen. Bit of a climb up and down steps but well worth it. There was only a few of us that went swimming into the waterfall, I'm so glad I did. Beautiful lunch out and the Khmer Palm village and views were stunning. We had free time in Siem Reap we had massage and went to markets, and Pub Street is great, wonderful atmosphere wonderful food. Cheers bar and Restaurant is a must to go to. On our last night Rocky had organized for the ones who wanted to see the Cultural Show at another Hotel with buffet. We arrived at 5-star hotel the buffet was massive so much selection from Salads, BBQ meats, fish dishes, stir fry's noodles and vegetables, starters and desserts the number of choices was astonishing. The cultural show with traditional dancing was well worth seeing. We had our flight home from Siem Reap Airport it is only new opened October 2025 great easy to get through airport we flew onto Singapore had a layover of 7 hrs. We did the free Singapore Bus tour even though we had visited Singapore last December. It was great to see the sights again. We had been supplied with a free lounge pass by Trip-a-Deal (thankyou) we really appreciated being able to come back from bus tour have something to eat and a shower before our flight to Brisbane. We were so glad to have the split flights this time for our Trip-a-Deal trip it made a great deal of difference for our travelling time both ways. As with a previous Trip-a-deal Trip the flights and flying time were not convenient for us at all and left us jetlagged/tired for the entire trip. Thank you Trip-a-Deal for a wonderful experience this time. We are currently looking at a future trip the 5-Star China and Yangtze Cruise for end 2027.

Mongolia is a wonderful Country with so much history. I feel the following improvements could be made. There were 2 people in particular on the trip which constantly complained which was very disappointing. I feel your trip notes need to explain more fully: 1. That there are mostly no roads in Mongolia and the trip is hard going for some. 2. A Ger is a glorified tent and the luxuries of home do not exist 3. The food is Mongolian, not Australian and travelers need to embrace the countries culture. 4. This is a budget trip, and not all Ger's have double beds and whatever else they were complaining about. Options that could be offered to improve the trip would be an upgrade to a Ger with private facilities; a number of the camps had these and I feel this could be an 'upgrade' option that Trip A Deal could offer. The family stay on the first night is not necessary. A visit to the family is sufficient as this was by far the worst Ger, very dirty, full of bugs etc The gifts that everyone took were not really required. I feel a gift of some food items, which can be bought very easily in the country, would have served them better. They do not need head torches, colouring books, pencils etc. Trip A Deal should seek some guidance from the local operator as to what would be best, to give as a thank you. I personally loved the trip, and for the money it was amazing. I will certainly be returning. However, the trip was marred by the rudeness of at least two of the passengers. Relating the food on the last night to worse the Road Kill, not respecting the people, filling out Google reviews regarding the Ger's etc etc. Privileged White Australians who want 5 star premium treatment on a budget tour!!

Loved cruise on Ha Long Bay. The accommodation was superior, food & staff. We would have enjoyed a 3rd day. Our guide in Trang was exceptional in Hanoi. Loved the old city. All guides were on time and had exceptable knowledge & time management skills. Our had 15 which was an ideal size. We combined with our second group to have 30 of us to travel together on our own bus from Ho Chi Min, so no Stress. Lol did all the visa paperwork. However you need to revise the cost of the Visa application is now US$40. Some members had only the US$30 which has not been amended in your itinerary documentation. Also the E Visa application information needs to be expanded to include that ALL fields must be completed. Everyone had experienced problems. I will send a fact sheet which is now available. Tipping: This information needs to be revised to state the tip is for bus drivers, boat drivers etc. Our 2nd group did not provide a tip which was an embrassment On our China tour we were explained by the guide it is paid into a consoliditated bank then paid out all the assistants involved in the trip. Flights were very good but we (2) elderly people had an (8) hour lay over in Ho Chi Min. Our flights were changed (5) days prior to departure. A guide told us they are sometimes changed during the quiet season to balance flight numbers. This was a 5.15am start from Seam Reap for 9.30 departure to Ho Chi Min. We then did not depart Ho Chi Min until 8.45pm to Sydney. In 56 years of flying this has been the longest lay over which could have been more manageable. Our original flights would have been more acceptable Meanwhile other members flying to Sydney via Hanoi from Seam Reap was later a start with NO long lay over. Vietnam Airlines were very good and their new airport (opens early 2027 will be added value to trips. The whole deal was value for money & we had a great mix of Australians (mid 50s to early 70s) with one 28 year old. On the whole the trip was managed by a team of professionals in both Vietnam na Cambodia. I first went to Vietnam in 2000 and other trips have been shore excursions from cruise ships. Love cruising from Hong Kong to Singapore. This has already been my 3rd Trip A Deal Holiday. Will be looking out for more deals. The single travel supplement is high for solo people, so may be include dropping this as a promotion Deal. I would recommend Trip A Deal holidays to all travellers. Regard Denise (Port Macquarie)

All arranged so we could see any/all the highlights. The Guides were great, full of local knowledge and kept everyone safe. Ha Long and Siem Reap were my goals and it has been surpassed. Originally we booked Premiym that was cancelled of which I have no regrets. Hotels were good, clean and well placed to explore on our own. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Well organised tour and mostly lovely hotels. Our guide Vin was very friendly helpful and informative managing to keep us on time throughout the tour. We had only 8 in our group therefore had a smaller bus so no wifi or usb outlets for phone charging. Comfortable seats and great driver and helper. We managed to see a lot of Sri Lanka in our 8 days due the well organised staff. Most of our hotels were great although a way out of town exempt for the last hotel in Galle which was 7-10 klms out of town and well below standard not having a TV, wardrobe or cupboards of any sort. Bathroom had sewerage smell and the shower didn’t drain. Staff were lovely and food was great thankfully.

Our first but won't be our last holiday using TripADeal I hope as this trip really was wonderful with such professional organisations that had everything run smoothly. A few opinions on content of optional activities, as we included them all to pur package. All trips were interesting and gave us an extension of the areas local features however, the Full Day Cape Winelands Tour was our most disappointing tour option due to the choice in wineries visited. The first winery had little time for our small group of 6 people and the wines by all 6 people in our group were not favourites to any of us. To drive over 90 minutes to this winery to sit and have 8 wines tasted and no food offered and little conversation but wine poured was unacceptable by our group. We all made comments to our tour guide to be noted down. Our second winery was a beautiful setting with better wines but only offered red wines, so not favourable for white wine drinkers and again no food offered. Our final winery, the best by far was wonderful with both red and white wines and where we also had time four our lunch which was on offer first before the wine tastings. This of course was now well after 1pm and the tasting offered a selection of cheeses but again we had just eaten lunch. I hope you can understand that the flow of this tour did not work well and should be looked at for future tours. Prehsps offering a suggested itinerary of coffee stop on way for food tastings of local produce or a winery offering cheese, crackers with tastings. Also include both white and red tastings at every winery. O do believe as in Africa one winery I heard about has Africa animals which would of definitely interested others in our tour group that didn't partake in the winery tour. Peninsular tour was amazing and faultless. Cape Town Tour would have been nice to include the waterfront area more and even Robben Island history or trip especially when weather permitted us from going up to Table Mountain. On a whole this trip for a introductory to South Africa included a variety of areas covered and animals seen to give us the joy of South Africa and wanting us to return. Ndhula Lodge Tented lodge offered a different accommodation style to the hotels we stayed and a real African feel to wilderness that was luxurious. We do feel the trip could have another spare day added, especially in Cape Town to allow a down day if you are taking on all the extra optional tours so you have a day to shop or do Robben Island or allows a second chance to see Table Mountain if weather allows. Overall a 5 star TripADeal trip experienced and enjoyed. Thank you Brenda and Rudolph Veenbaas

Where to start! Our first time on an organised tour, we loved the ease of hopping on and off a bus, being led by a super-knowledgable, English-speaking, guide (Brendin). The activities are well spaced, and each wildlife encounter left us in awe. The Night walk offered at the lodge was a hidden gem, with some of the most gorgeous birdlife spotted, as well as monkeys, and a crocodile! The historical and cultural visits were so interesting, and at times quite moving. Oh and the sunsets! So beautiful. Food was tasty and plentiful, although I think I will pass on rice for a while! All in all - best trip I have ever had!

The food was amazing, the staff could not do enough for you and the port destination were perfect.

The tour was well run organised by all of the guides in Vietnam and Cambodia. The guides were pleasant and fun to deal with , (eg: Nini in Hoi Ann). They spoke English well and were able to communicate. People who were injured on the tour were helped and the guides coordinated their return. The places shown were great. Some of the hotels were good such as the Rosemary in Hoi Ann and the Tara Angkor in Siem Reap. . While booking this deal, there were some hick ups re: ticketing and flights back. Communications from Airlines showed flights were changed while Trip a Deal said they were the same. There was confusion. But all resolved in the end . This was our first tour ever and it was just great. No issues. It was fun and enjoyable with just the right amount of rest days. Would highly reccomend

The scenery was incredible. The service was incredible and Lori our tour guide was incredible. We saw bears, sea otters, seals, whales, salmon, bald eagles and other birds.

The entire journey was amazing. After arrival, making your own way to the first nights accommodation in my opinion was good in order to allow to get your own feel and preparation for the land leg. The tour guide was amazing and what's more the guide grew up in the area and one of the cities we stopped. She had a tremendous knowledge base and was a great source of local information, including documentary level knowledge of the Rockies and the wildlife. The coach driver was very professional and accommodating and had a great personality. He (the coach driver) was a very alert driver an averted a near miss due to other negligent road users. Was sad to say goodbye at the time they dropped us off at the cruise portion. The cruise was equally sensational. Definitely a must provider of great holiday packages. The Communications (both via email and phone conversation) from the outset was very professional, and far exceeded my expectations. Trip-A-Deal = A+. Sincerely, thanks for a great holiday!!

Loved Nepal and the people. The guide was a little to protective and was difficult to wander from the group although was informative. Asked for a chemist and coffee but was unable to assist. Indian guide was professional and helpful however less personable. Tour in India was a lot of travelling too much perhaps an option to fly could be made available. Same in Nepal. You can fly back from Chitwan which may save a day for relaxing or shopping.

Great accommodation and itinerary. Our tour guide was difficult to understand but very easy going and accommodating.

This was our first Trip a Deal and I was apprehensive before leaving home. There was no need to be. From the moment we arrived at the airport to arriving back in Australia it was well organised. We were updated on tours and schedules at each location we arrived at. The guides were very informative and happy to answer any questions we might have. The drivers were very good. The accommodation was excellent.

We had fabulous time on our 17day Vietnam holiday. Our tour guide Mack was exceptional. He helped with great suggestions for places to eat, activities and just made the whole experience easy and stress free. The bus driver was also great. Felt very safe in their hands.

High value for money. Mack our tour guide was informative about not only the itinerary, but very knowledgeable about the country and its history. Mack was also a great help in suggesting places to visit and where to eat in our free time. He was upbeat, attentive and responsive at all times and made all our activities seamless. A true ambassador for the tour and Trip a Deal. All agreed he made our holiday so much more enjoyable. In short, he is a gem!!

Mostly good hotel choices

The tour had sites for everyone, loved seeing the wild animals Elephants orangutans lots of different birds and monkeys. Our stay at the Borneo Nature Lodge 2 was amazing. Spectacular sunsets on Mount Kinabalu, Learnt alot about the Australian soldiers in WWII. The highlight was our fabulous guide we had Rodger he was so knowledgeable, funny and just a genuinely wonderful person, he definitely made the trip so enjoyable. Great value for money.

A well paced trip - a great way to really get the feel of life in the north, mid and south regions of the country without wasting time travelling in between (you fly). Our guides Mr Q, Hip and Sang were excellent in each region. Definitely do the Mekong Delta optional tour and take yourself to the War Remnants Museum in Saigon. All accommodation was very good, especially the Kimdo Royal Hotel in Saigon (which was SO close to everything 😊).

The holiday was nothing short of AMAZING. This was our first trip a deal and I expect won't be the last. The tour was planned very well. I feel like we did not stay too long in any particular area. I liked how the accommodation styles changed and finishing off at the Hilton was soooooo good. We did the extension as Rasa Ria, I feel like we didn't need to as the Hilton surpassed the resort on all counts. A special mention to our guide Sarah and driver Mr Wan - keep these two. Sarah made our trip 10/10. Feedback for trip a deal - your staff at call centre were always so helpful and explained things very clear. Communication is excellent. The tour was planned and scheduled very well. I am looking forward to April 2028 tour releases as I am pretty sure we will be booking another great tour again! Thankyou

I loved seeing a new country, it was a very interesting trip. This was my second Trip a deal tour and I was very impressed with the quality of the tour. Our tour guide was excellent, his knowledge is amazing so I learnt a lot about Borneo that I didn’t know. He kept our group entertained and engaged, his name is Melvin.

Was a treat having everything organised. The itinerary was well done, a great mix of things to see. Great food and accommodation. Clay our tour guide was excellent. Overall a wonderful trip.

Loved the whole package! Excellent value, with a fabulous mix of history, nature, culture, regional, city, beach. Our guide, Roger was amazing with his wealth of knowledge and amazing stories!

We were very happy with everything. Just one suggestion - the driver who picked us up on arrival in Tokyo would have been easier to find if he wasn't just sitting in his car.

The guides, Mr Q in the north, Ms Hip in the centre And Ms Hang in Saigon we're all very informative, attentive and made sure everyone had a great time. We did all the optional tours and enjoyed them. Train street in Hanoi should be part of the tour.

This trip was excellent across the board. The activities and pace of implementation was good, accommodation and food was great value, transport was good too, and our tour guide Hazli and driver Eppi were both excellent. Hazli was warm, knowledgeable, attentive, good natured and efficient.

The visit to the Elephant Reserve at Dambulla was outstanding & should be included in all tours as it is exceptional value & a great experience. Also the visit to the orphaned Elephants was a great experience & pleasing to see that they weren't in a small enclosure.

Have travelled extensively, including eight tours with Trip-A-Deal and this was the best trip we have done. The scenery in southern Africa, especially Namibia and Victoria Falls was spectacular! The highlights were of course the game drives where we saw so much wildlife many of which were very close. I would recommend the accommodation upgrade as the lodge style accommodation was spacious and better than most hotel rooms we've had on other trips. Although this trip is at the upper end of the scale cost wise, nearly all meals are included so we only spent on souvenirs and drinks making budgeting easy once you are there. Our three tour guides were well organised, knowledgeable and great fun to travel with. I highly recommend this unique and unforgettable experience!!

Our holiday was absolutely wonderful. It was go go go but we got to see alot of SA, Namibia, Botswana and Victoria Falls in a short period of time. Our river cruise in Botswana was a highlight along with Dune 45! Our guide/chef/driver were phenomenal and always had a huge smile on their face, nothing was an issue. Thank you for an amazing holiday - we are so very grateful

Our trip went like clockwork all aspects where taken care of from pick at the airport and entry to Kruger National Park! The park was great , a basic bush camp ⛺️ Staff were great all requests handled and nothing seemed to be a problem! We were lucky to see a variety of animals on our morning and afternoon safaris . Would recommend this trip to anyone that’s wants a back to nature' adventure.

Great guide who was very knowledgeable about Malaysia. Perfect balance of planned activities & free time.

Well planned, excellently lead and broad based program and experience. The program was varied, timely and interesting. With one exception (Sandakan) the accommodation was better than normally experienced on such trips-including breakfasts at all venues. The tour leader Hazli was almost without peer from our experience - informed, empathetic and dedicated, supported by Eppy (driver) we have never enjoyed a better team. Despite the best endeavours and several excellent visits to likely locations, such is the nature of animals in the wild that viewing was slightly underwhelming with the Pigmy Elephant not being observed. Just an observation (or lack of) not a criticism..

This was my first trip a deal holiday and I was blown away at how organised it was from start to finish. All 3 guides in the 3 main city’s were amazing. I loved the way they stayed with us at the airports until they knew we were all checked in safely. At no point did I feel like I had been left alone. The group we had was amazing, even some of the guides and the staff on the boat in Halon bay said they don’t get groups were every person is having so much fun together, and 90% of the group did the Tia Chi on the boat in the morning and the captain said he normally only gets 2-3 people who do it. The entire experience was amazing. I probably wouldn’t go back to Vietnam for a holiday but for the highlights this trip covered everything.

Loved our tour guide NASA - he was knowledgeable, personable, approachable and very funny. He spent time getting to know everyone. Nothing was too much trouble for him. (We did have quite a few wingers and whiners on tour - some people should just stay at home) ... The drivers were amazing also I don't have a highlight as I LOVED it all... I was nervous about the vegetarian food - it was delicious and very well catered for and I was concerned for the toilet facilities - they were cleaner than our public facilities in Australia. I was really impressed by the cleanliness of all the facilities Thank you for a wonderful adventure - I will definitely use TRIPADEAL again and soon!! Bev

Sri Lanka is beautiful and we enjoyed it a lot !! Waruna and team were very helpful and they were happy to assist even after hours. They provided lots of advice on how to look after ourselves on our own Hotels were excellent. I had only one issue on all hotels: the TV system was not easy to navigate and was very confusing for us foreigners. Happy to recommend this trip :)

Trip was well organised and met expectations. Tour guides were very good but it would’ve been nice to have the same one throughout the trip instead of three. Accomodation was great however first hotel in Kuching was perhaps not up to the same standard as the rest. Itinerary was well paced..

It was great value for money. The land content of the trip was very good. The trip ran very smoothly and we had no problems at all. The guide and the driver were both excellent. The itinerary was very good. We were happy with the range of activities. Personally would like even more opportunity to see the animals.

Holiday was well organised, perfect amount of free time and optional extras. Sometime it would be more beneficial to have town tours on evening we arrive instead of the next day, Accomodation was well located.

The Great Wall, The Warriors, Shanghai, The people, the food and just everything

Had a great time. Hotels were good and locations spectacular. Duc, our tour guide, was magnificent. His friendly manner and knowledge of the history and geography made it an interesting trip. Only place we didn’t like was the beach stop in Halong Bay, it was packed with people and no place to sit out of the sun. Everywhere else was fantastic.

Learning A lot about Vietnam lifestyle culture and being able to see the real Vietnam

Torri gates were amazing. Our tour guide was fantastic. Kyoto and Osaka were lovely. Bamboo forest and the golden temple were great to see. Having the free days in Tokyo was amazing too to be able to experience what we wanted there (Disneyland and The Making of Harry Potter). Breakfast at first hotel in Tokyo was not ‘Western’ as such and could have been better. Having a bit more time at places would have also been good (I.e amazing that we got to see so much but it felt at times though that meant we were rushing).

We love the experience of exploring new cultures. We were happy with the accommodation, included meals and our tour guides were mostly good. We travel light but the bus drivers have a hard job with all the big suitcases, so my husband helped. Some people can't handle their own luggage. The mobility of some people was restricted and some couldn't walk 100m without complaining and wanting to sit down. One passenger was special assistance and was wheeled through the airport. Sometimes we had to get a van/bus due to people unable to walk, even to a restaurant which I think is unfair for the group. We will most likely do trip a deal again and hope that the mobility of travellers is screened.

The whole holiday was amazing. So diverse and very interesting. Accommodation was excellent, not always 5 star but excellent in the environment we were in. No complaints at all. Tour guide Dominic was amazing, funny, helpful and went over and above to make our journey memorable. Everything was excellent. No complaints from me at all. Flights were on time with no long waiting times between flights. It was comfortable and efficient. Can’t fault anything at all.

The hotels were great! The guide, Rajiv, was personable and knowledgable. The itinerary was tight, but in just 7 days we wanted to cover as much as possible. Suggest that the meal in Agra at Molecule be on the last night, not the night before the very early start to see the Taj, because that meant a late night followed by an early morning. Although interesting, some of the included textile (etc) visits went on a bit long.

Amazing trip. Danny our tour guide was fantastic. So knowledgeable. Accommodation was great. Unfortunately we never got to see the pygmy elephants. Only downside to this trip and most i have been on with tripadeal is having to fly from a city other than Brisbane where I live. Would highly recommend this trip to anyone.

Excellent tour - Wonderful guide Brendan. So knowledgeable and organised. Accommodation was very good. It was a dream come true to firstly go to Sepilok but then to actually see Orangutan, pygmy elephants, proboscis and so many different birdlife. All in all one of the best tours I have ever done. We loved the diversity of what we saw in Vietnam. A great little taster so we can visit again. Our tour guide Nam was excellent. So informative and compassionate about his country. Mr Ha our bus driver was amazing.

The accommodation in Hanoi was great and also ninh binh. The boat ride around Halong Bay and the river canoes through the caves were great. The overnight accommodation in the Phoenix Cruise boat was also good. The final accommodation in Pu luong was a bit challenging with all the stairs to the top floor and no elevators. We were lucky to have no issues with our bathroom, although the food options were limited at this final stop. The views are amazing.

We were very blessed to see many things on this trip. With nature sometimes they dont show up but in our case we saw piggmy elephants,crocodile,hornbills,lots of monkeys and of course the orangutans. We saw them.in the sanctuary and in the wild. Besides the wild life our guide Brendon was the best we have ever had on a trip a deal trip. His knowledge on animals and plant life was outstanding he was also so helpful and caring of our group. Looked after the kids and the older people. He made the trip so much more special and easier. If i had to mention anything it would be the connecting flight times were too long but i do understand sometimes it is hard for flight times.

Everything about this trip was amazing. Due to renovations at the original resort, we were moved and given an upgrade, which was great! Our flight times were fantastic. The resort had many free activities that we took advantage of and also had day excursions at a cost to the main island which were amazing.

We just loved the overall experience. My 8 year old son just enjoyed the holiday. The tour guide Mimi was exceptional, very well planned. The hotels were very good except the one in incheon.

First time in my life that I can say I've used the expression 110%. This tour was everything we hoped for AND MORE! Our tour guide Dan went above & beyond the entire trip. With a hard to please combination of young adult children, a tween & 2 middle aged parents, we were delighted at every turn. This is my second outstanding holiday with TripaDeal & I can guarantee it will not be the last.

Accomodation was excellent, tour guides ensured we were at all activities on time and that we were able to get checked through all domestic flights with assistance. There was plenty of downtime in each city to explore. Tipping was based on service satisfaction rather than the guided tip. Other travellers were lovely and respectful in a small group of 12. Would go again. So easy and enjoyable!

We were blown away by the abundance of animals and outstanding accommodation and exceptional guides.

Highlight of our holiday was the cruise on the Nile in the upgrade we got, to sail on the "Iris". The boat was totally amazing ... but the crew were the best thing of all. They were all so attentive and we got on with them soooo well !!!!. Luckily only 3 of us Tripadeal couples that sailed on it, so we had a blast !!!!!!

The tour was great, Khaola was a fantastic guide and well organised making everything run smoothly. The first few hotels had very hard beds, but a lot of the accommodation was very good, comfortable and in good locations. Unfortunately the tour flights were not good- despite several attempts I couldn’t organise a Gluten Free meal for my wife and we couldn’t book seats. The people on our trip were also good, we had many laughs and great shared experiences. Thanks trip-a-deal, we will be booking with you again.

Loved that we saw many wonderful places. It was a very busy itinerary and felt blessed that our group was smaller than usual as it was extremely hot and it enabled us to spread out in the bus. The guide was well organised and did a great job, kept us up to date and supplied lots of information. Driver seemed a very safe driver. Accomodation was good Not always as close to things as one would like

Along bay was gorgeous, loved Train Street in Hanoi. Hoi An was such a relaxing place with great shopping. We went on a basket boat and it was so much fun. Ho Chi Min was great to see at night by rooftop bus and we found a fantastic restaurant called BeBop. Loved the Golden Bridge. We then moved on to Cambodia. It was a vibrant friendly city. We did a tour by tuk tuk with a lovely local. Angkor Wat was incredible in Siem Reap. The guides were great

Very well organised. First class guide Osman and driver Adnan. A great variety of wildlife (unlucky with Pygmy Elephant sightings!!), our guide was very knowledgeable on wildlife, botany and Malaysian culture. All accommodation was of a good standard particularly the new Borneo Eco Lodge 2 and the Hilton in KK. Food was also of a good standard.

We loved Japan for its unique blend of tradition, modern technology, and warm hospitality. Highlights of our trip included seeing iconic landmarks such as Mount Fuji and its beautiful gardens, as well as experiencing Japanese culture by visiting ancient temples, shrines, and historic districts. Overall, our holiday was truly memorable because of Japan's rich culture, stunning scenery, delicious food, efficient transportation, and the friendliness and politeness of its people. Our tour guide, Yujin, was also amazing—friendly, knowledgeable, and always very helpful with our needs. He made our trip even more enjoyable and unforgettable.

Sri Lanka - rich history, culture and beauty nature. Very friendly locals and for curry lovers. All the hotels are great, especially Heritance Kandalama. Heritance Negombo morning shower is cold. Maldives Adaaran Select Hudhuranfushi - Sunset Over Water Villa is perfect in every way. Room 817 where we stayed had a pair of sea turtles living under our villa is extra bonus.

We had a very good tour. Our tour guide Ms Mimi was really excellent. We had very safe driver Mr Hong. The highlight of the tour was visiting demilitarised zone. All the hotels were really good except hotel on first night near Incheon airport

Stayed at elephant lodge. The staff were friendy, helpful and made us feel like family. Outstanding 2 course lunches and 3 course dinners. We were kept busy looking for wild animals with many unforgetable sightings and experiences. All guides were great with our guide AJ who was fantastic. We always felt 100% safe, cared for and his knowledge was outstanding. We hope to come again!!

Great tour group size of 18 Large bus to spread out Hotel rooms spacious for 2 people Excellent tour leader Extra person to assist with luggage etc. Excellent driver Variety of locations with various interests Spices, silk, gem stones all very interesting information & stores if wishing to purchase. Efficient staff at all hotels Downside to The South Lake Resort in Galle was that we were placed in a room near the train line - waking us up at 5.30am each morning.

Borneo Lodge 2, excellent accommodation and river cruises Mari-Mari Cultural Village, a must to get an understanding of the cultures of traditional peoples of Sabah, also provides employment for local young people. Kiulu farm experience, a wonderful opportunity to witness subsistence village life. This is a new community initiative lead by Lyn and deserves support. Disappointing not to stay Sabah Tea Plantation.

Our guide, driver and assistant were all excellent and provided terrific service. The accommodation was generally good apart from Moi Ella which needs improvements to the rooms and secondary dining area, however the staff there were all very good. Although Club Dolphin facilities were good we would have preferred to be near the beach area of Negombo closer to shops, cafes etc., there was nothing near the Dolphin. All the buffet meals at the hotels were delicious with lots of choices. Sometimes more fruit would have been nice rather than all the sweet cakes on offer. Highlights were Sigiriya Lion Rock, tractor and canoe ride, delicious lunch at a village house, Kaudulla National Park safari, train ride from Nuwara Elia to Ella and ESPECIALLY the extra (paid-for) trip to Yala National Park - this should definitely be added as an optional trip in the itinerary, as should a visit to the 9 Arch Bridge at Ella. All our group agreed that the jeep drivers at Wilpattu did not engage with us enough and they mainly drove nose-to-tail to other vehicles which doubtless made animals less likely to be seen. Kaudulla and Yala jeep drivers were very good and knowlegeable about the animals in the park and were better drivers overall.

Great group of travellers, enabled good connections to be made. Guide was friendly, helpful and socially great. Good organisational skills. Although, he could have provided more details about Croatia and Slovenia. Eg long periods of silence on the bus where some information would have improved our understanding of the area.

Great tour group with a lovely guide (Zoom). Had a fantastic time and cant wait to go back. A good balance of seeing the busy city and then relaxing mountains

Singapore was brilliant and longer there would have been better. The Maldives was lovely and 5 days was just enough. Brilliant people and would definitely recommend. Well worth the trip to both and intend to return again

Loved our trip, the only negative was it was bit full on for a 75 year old. The Guides were absolutely fantastic, both were very knowledgeable about the Chinese heritage. We had an awesome group of mixed Aussies and Aussie/Asians. We had so much fun I would recommend this trip to everyone.

Excellent guides and itinerary with very good accommodation and bus transports. Really loved Hoi An and all the highlights along the way. Nam our northern guide was especially helpful but all were good.

What an amazing holiday. It was my first time to South Africa and it was all about the animals. We loved it! Seeing so many different animals was a highlight for me. The Sebatana Lodge was lovely, quiet and relaxing. The staff were wonderful. Our guide was Nash and he was fantastic, so knowledgeable and amazing tracking skills. I'd go back again tomorrow if I could!

The tour was excellent. The guide in Hanoi called Nam was exceptional and the Tonkin hotel was the best. Awesome location. The only complaint was that the last day was difficult being a late flight out.

Loved the itinerary - saw lots of Sri Lanka in a short time. Thila our host was fantastic, as were the driver and assistant - always very professional. It made our holiday stress free and very enjoyable. Improvements would be an option to travel direct from Perth and meet the group at the destination even if we had to arrive a day earlier it would save flying across the country and back to Melbourne which was a killer of a flight on the way home. However Sri Lankan airways provided excellent service. Also more chance to eat in more authentic restaurants with non western food on a few occasions.

This holiday was amazing. The selection of venues was first class, from the accommodation, facilities, guides and drivers. Transitions were very smooth and the last minute change to the Rovos Rail route was managed well with good communication. This was our first holiday through TripADeal. We appreciated the opportunity for making some specific upgrades. The small group tour ethos is terrific, and we only had 4 adults in our group. From speaking with other travellers, there are so many more areas of attraction in South Africa. It would be amazing to have more tour options in South Africa, with different venues available.

One of my best holidays. I did everything I could on offer. Our tour leader Wayne and driver Victor were awesome. They really made our experience special. I loved the home cooking on the truck. Initially I thought I would not like it but how nice to have salad, fruit and vegetables every day. These guys knew how to cook and there was not one meal that was not great. Best thing was when we did eat out, it was nice. Often when I go away, I just want to come home to home cooking. An absolute surprise on how much I enjoyed this aspect of the trip. The part that I think could be improved is the long day trips, add an extra day on so we can enjoy the hotels more as sometimes we got in so late and enjoy the area a bit more. I think maybe adding in an extra 3-4 days to cut down some long travel would be ideal. Overall, I would come back to Africia again to explore other parts of it. I cannot tell you how much I loved this. I also had friends on FB follow my posts and asked for my itinerary as they said I was busy but could see how much fun I was having.

Loved this tour for it's authenticity - it felt to be more of an experience than a holiday. Opportunities for improvements were that some of the advertised activities really were not a practical fit with the itinerary so we did not get to see this e.g. the fish markets.

Excellent wildlife viewing. Most hotels excellent Too many included meals were Chinese. It would be nice to have Malaysian meals, given the tour was in Malaysia

Our tour guide, Janesh, was fantastic! He was warm, friendly and very knowledgeable. Our driver was kind and patient. Together, they provided a seamless service. Our itinerary to Delhi, Agra and Jaipur did not disappoint! It was everything I imagined it to be and more. I absolutely loved all the Oberoi hotels we stayed at. The attention to detail, level of service, decor and comfort was the epitome of elegance. I was lucky enough to get a free upgrade to a Balcony Room at Rajvillas, and I was blessed with a free upgrade to a Luxury Suite at New Delhi. I had a blast in India, and enjoyed everything about my holiday. Thank you TripADeal!

Our tour guide Sunny was just brilliant. His knowledge of indian culrure was fantastic and he told us in a very informative and amusing way.It was a fantastic mix of activities showing us many of the landmarks of the area while giving us an insight into local culture.

Great tour guides and bus drivers, always happy to answer any questions. Loved the food in Cambodia and Siem Reap a much quieter city to stay.
