We had a wonderful time . We chose all the extra Optional Activities/day trips that we offered to us so that we got the full experience of Japan. Which made for a very busy full on experience. The tour leader/ Guide and driver made our trip they were fantastic, they went above and beyond to make our trip so wonderful. We loved the Architecture, Culture and food. The Itinerary of our trip was very good even though we arrived home back in Australia exhausted, we would have never seen everything that we saw if we had organised ourselves so we are very happy that we went with the Tour Best of Japan. We enjoyed everywhere we went from Toyko to Fukuoka. Highlights: Hokone Open Air Museum we would have loved longer there as so much to see and take in. We also did TeamLad Koyto ours with the support of our tour guide and that was a feature for anyone who loves the arts… We will never forget the experience that we had with a Maiko(apprentice Geisha), it was fantastic. Really we enjoyed everything this tour had to offer. Thank you Trip a deal.
Loved our trip and the guides did a great job with two standing out as exceptional. David & Matt spoke English very well and their service was 5 star 😀
I loved that there were no surprises. The itinerary was very informative. The tours and guided were well organised. Accommodation was great, staff was friendly and provided directions to restaurants and attractions in the area
We had a great time, got to see so many different parts and landmarks of Japan. Optional tours were good, gave you an opportunity to see more without having to try and work it out yourself. Our tour guide Danny was awesome very helpful and always available to answer any questions we had.
Great guides! Lilly in Xi’an Jessica in Beijing Charlie in Shanghai All very knowledgeable and accomodating. Shanghai accomodation was a little outdated. Good was great in all our venues.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Review – 16 Days Wonders of Peru Our 16-day tour through Peru was truly an unforgettable experience from start to finish. Every part of the journey was exceptionally well organised, allowing us to enjoy the beauty, history, and culture of Peru without stress. We explored incredible places including Lima, Cusco, the Sacred Valley, Machu Picchu, Lake Titicaca, and the Amazon, each offering something unique and breathtaking. The itinerary was perfectly balanced with sightseeing, culture, nature, and time to relax. A special thanks to all the guides and organisers who were knowledgeable, caring, punctual, and professional throughout the trip. Their passion for Peru made the experience even more meaningful. Transportation, hotels, and activities were all arranged smoothly, and we always felt safe and well looked after. Peru is an amazing country with rich history, delicious food, stunning landscapes, and warm people. This tour exceeded our expectations in every way. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a comprehensive and memorable Peru adventure! Very special thanks to our guide Luis Velarde
Cong, the tour guide, was excellent. He ensured that we had clear and timely information, and was consistently pleasant. The hotels were great, except for the hard mattresses in the hotel in Dong Van. The boat trip on Halong Bay was a disappointment. Key points are below. 1. The boat used is clearly due for a refit. For example, in the bathroom in my cabin, the shower water flowed under duck boards over a steel surface. Retained water after a shower provided a haven for insects and mould. A most unsanitary situation. 2. Further, I was concerned to note that some life rafts were missing from the top deck. 3. In addition, no safety briefing or instructions were provided to passengers. 4. Karaoke was blasted at high volume into the cabins, disturbing those who had retired. Inappropriate and unpleasant. The buses used were good, and were clean at all times. Re the flights: I did not receive correct flights until 25 April, less than 2 weeks before I was due to fly. This left me insufficient time to get a visa, particularly given that the relevant Vietnamese Government agency was shutdown for weekends and several public holidays. I had to engage an agent to ensure I received a visa in time, at a cost of USD 55. I would be pleased to receive a refund for the difference between the USD 55 I paid, and the USD 25 I would have paid if I had been able to get a regular visa: USD 30.
The holiday was great, very busy schedule, some long days. Not impressed with Latam Airlines, 18 of us had a connecting flight cancelled, while we were mid air, and left to figure out how to get to a different airport, where the new flight was, and our luggage was flown to another airport, unattended., this resulted in a journey of 8 extra hours before we got to our hotel, was due to land at 6pm, we got to hotel at 2am, and had a 8am start to the day. My luggage was also all wet, when I finally got it. We did the Galapagos extension, for the cost of $5000 pp, the 1st hotel there " De Jevu", was a dump, literally. Old furniture, dirty rooms, pathetic breakfast served, mouldy showers, full of young backpackers. Compared to all of the other places we stayed, it was disgusting, and was a long distance from town, 20 minute walk. The included tours were great, our guides were good. The Galapagos guide was not at the airport to meet us, we asked another tour company to try and find him, they spoke with him, he was 45 minutes away, his explanation was his office did not know he lived on an island, and he told them his situation their response was " they can just wait" , not impressed. Could not the value for what we paid extra for this tour. $10000 is a lot! We had a total of 15 flights on this tour, some of the group were bumped off flights, luggage was misplaced, some were put on standby. Location of the hotels, apart from 1 Galapagos, were perfect, centrally located. We got to see all of the highlights of the countries we visited. A couple of downtime days would have been good, some were in the itinerary, but optional tours were offered, so no actual free days. Have come home exhausted, lucky we are retired.
The weather was lovely, and the food was both delicious and affordable. Although the rain made the night market a bit less enjoyable, we still had a wonderful experience. There was so much information about each destination that it felt a little overwhelming at times, but overall we had a great time in Taiwan and would love to explore more of Asia in the future.
It’s was an amazing holiday, wished we would have more time in Opatija and Dubrovnik. It was disappointing that the tour guide lacked knowledge and didn’t seemed prepared, however the tour guide we had in other locations made up it. Our second Bus driver seemed to have been smoking in the bus as it constantly smelled of smoked.
Best trip that we have been on! Itineray fantastic offering everything promised. Kurt, our guide was amazing as was our driver. Couldnt find anything negative.
Provide wi fi on tour buses Provide phone charging points on tour buses Note: The tour guide on this trip was excellent. Name Miyaki (Mickey) More direct flights preferred. Inconvenient to land in Sydney and then to fly to Melbourne No activity on last day in Osaka. Perhaps an optional tour? Our guide (Miyaki) organised a tour by his own initiative above and beyond his normal duty.
We enjoyed our holiday very much but a few things can be improved. In future please be sure to either arrange for dining arrangements or at least an easy to read map of the local area so your clients could find places to eat. On more than three occasions we were left high & dry without any information which I found annoying & unacceptable as we were all tired from the day’s activities & arriving to a new location without adequate dining shouldn’t happen. Please also arrange for the hotels to supply remotes for the air conditioners that are in English, either that or at least a printout on the air conditioners controls in English. Remember that we are generally tired when we arrive at the hotels & the hotel staff don’t speak English which makes the most basic of things a battle. Another suggestion would be that hotels that TripADeal frequent should have English speaking staff. We need to be able to communicate, it’s not much to ask. Also on your Japanese trips please ensure a visit to a Sumo wrestling match is available & also a visit to a Sushi restaurant, neither of which we got to experience. I was also hoping to be able to visit either Toyota, Mazda or Suzuki during an optional tour. Japan is a large car manufacturer & yet this was totally ignored. The coach driver Hiro was excellent, always friendly, on time & professional.
Our TripaDeal 'Unbeatable Japan' holiday was fantastic! My wife and I enjoyed the many places we visited, the people we met on tour and our friendly and helpful tour guide named Lynn. She made such a difference with her humour and knowledge of Japan and its history. An example of one of the benefits which comes with an English-speaking TripaDeal tour guide is that my wife is gluten intolerant and in Japan gluten-free foods are not widely known or catered for - however, Lynn was able to direct and guide us towards restaurant options which catered for suitable meals. Our kind bus driver named Shima was very capable and the bus was modern and comfortable. We visited some of Japan's most iconic attractions and experienced great food along the way. If you're looking for a worry-free way to visit Japan TripaDeal is the way to go.
Great guide. Last minute change to our itinerary meant we only had 1 home stay not two. Despite entering my new passport details online when booking this trip and checking by phone with tripadeal to ensure the new passport details have been used I arrived at the airport to discover tripadeal had used my old passport to book.Luckily I had a photo of my old passport and Singapore airlines did a correction. This is the second time tripadeal have done this, the first time was not so easy to correct.
We had great hotels and the guides were all great
The holiday was perfectly paced with excellent guides and very safe drivers. The hotels were very clean, well located and with friendly staff. The variety of different places to visit was excellent. Airport transfers and hotel pick ups went like clockwork. Some free time is available on some days which is appreciated. All the extra tours were well worth doing. Our guide Ms Hip in cental vietnam was one of the best we have ever had.
It was an amazing trip, our guide grace did a fantastic job! Went to many beautiful and amazing places, gardens, temples, old towns , food and shopping markets. Our bus driver did a wonderful job, very professional, kept the bus immaculate, got us everywhere on time . The only downfall of the trip was a large group, we had 40 people our tour, it was hard work constantly getting people back to meeting point on time , took forever to get everyone on and off the bus at each stop
The tour was great, with well balanced experiences paced out well over the duration of the trip. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and the bus driver excellent. We were kept well updated on daily activities and the group got along fabulously. Would definitely recommend this trip to others.
We loved Peru! Our main highlight was of course Machu Pichu. The train trip up was so scenic and the site amazing. Seeing everything from the Amazon to the coast and then the Andes was amazing. The South American people and the culture was great to experience. The Sacred Valley has magnificent views and Lake Titicaca is such an experience visiting Uros floating islands and Taquile Island. All this made even better because of our wonderful guide Luis!
Accomodation was good, the tours were good although the end of trip it was lacking, we didn’t have any information at our last destination of when we are getting picked up or what we were doing for the days. Flight was delayed for a day so we missed first day of trip. With the flights it was the cheapest so extremely long stop overs when not needed. Felt like we missed the trip with it.
Overall the trip was fantastic. The motel in Dong van wasn’t the best and the breakfast there was terrible. The coach driver was new and drove erratically at times.
The Vietnam Mountain Discovery Tour was absolutely amazing!! The scenery and landscape of Vietnam is truly breathtaking. The places we visited truly showed Vietnam and how the Vietnamese people live. I loved every minute of it. And our tour guide Cong was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and made sure everyone was looked after and catered for. He is definitely an asset to TripaDeal!! Thankyou for this amazing adventure!! I would highly recommend this trip!!
Loved Nepal and Sri Lanka
Highlights Tour guide Phyllis - she was exceptional Also, the wildlife and the adventure. Improvements Orangutans and Sun bears tour should have had more time and narration - as we viewed them like at a zoo Disappointing The accommodation The Elopura Hotel was the worst accommodation we have ever experienced, just awful such a shame. Sabah Tea Plantation was an extreme waste of time could easily leave out Malaysia Airline was OK however they were unable to complete the connecting flight to Sandakan which made us very anxious prior to trip starting
Our guide and driver were great from start to finish. very knowledgeable !
Beautiful scenery. Hotels we're well located. Plitvice Lakes, Pliva Lakes with water mills were exceptional. Jayce stop was interesting. Bazaars in Sarajevo and learning about the Bosnian war added interest to the tour. A few more photo stops would have been nice. Some hotels did not have tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms.
Every place we visited had its own unique attractions. I am happy with most of them except the in Kobe with foot bath. I was expecting the foot bath in the salon where it attended by the staff but surprised to be told to sit near a long drain with the water coming from the mountain n soaked the feet.
Our tour guide, Joey, was superb. Our driver, Matsuoka San, was an excellent driver. The itinerary was well thought out though some days I felt there was too much coach travel. The hotel locations were good except for Osaka as it would be more convenient to have a closer metro station and it would have been lovely to stay in Takayama rather than Gifu. My biggest disappointment was in relation to the flights. If I was to consider another TripADeal trip, I would probably look at booking my own flights as I do not want a stopover if there are direct flights available i.e. Melbourne to Tokyo. I realise that there are no direct flights Osaka to Melbourne but I would have chosen a stopover that suited me better. I very much enjoyed the trip, and Joey definitely added a lot to that.
Very well organised tour with beautiful natural sightseeing.
The holiday in total was great and I loved the time at the eco lodge and the river cruises. Improvements would be the first hotel we stayed at in kuching. It was smelly and moldy. Many of us had issues with our rooms and the breakfast was horrible. The location is great but sad to look out the window and see a nicer hotel next door with a pool. We all looked up the price difference and was not much different. The cultural village was ok in kuching but then we did one again in kota kinabula. I wasn't looking forward to doing one again as the one in kuching was ok and such a hot day but the one in kota kinabula was so much better. I feel like you dont need to do the one in kuching. We had a 7 hour bus drive one day and lunch was supplied but everyone got food from the petrol station as the lunch was not refrigeratored. The lunch for vegetarians was cheese on on bread and a boiled egg. For meat eaters chicken on a **** and boiled egg. The trip was great so just some minor changes.
Our tour guide, Kito, was sensational, knowledgeable and very funny! The itinerary was jam-packed with a wide variety of unique experiences. We had perfect warm weather. An afternoon or two of free time would have been appreciated.
We enjoyed every part of the 'Best of Borneo' holiday. Our tour guide, Dany was very informative, charismatic and ensured that we all got to experience as much as possible. Our driver, Chu ensured we all got to and from our daily destinations on tie and safely. The other people in our tour group were so much fun to spend the time with. The accommodation & tours were excellent. We saw so much wildlife: pygmy elephants, orangutans, proboscis, macaque & red leaf monkeys, crocodiles, many birds & insects. Each day was packed with something new and interesting to experience. We'd highly recommend this holiday.
There was a lot packed into this holiday. So much done in a couple of weeks, just about right amount of things. The people we were with were great as well.
I loved the tour guide, good knowledge he had and the places we went to . Great to have more than a day off for yourself in the big cities. I would have prefer to have the option of choosing better rooms in hotels for an extra cost.
First day attraction was the Meiji shrine was disappointing we went in via a car park not the entrance missed the sake barrels and the history spending only 10 minutes there before opening hours. That was disappointing. Getting into the one night stay hotels late not being able to explore the cities that we were actually in was also disappointing staying in Gifu and seeing the castle but not getting in until after it closed and not being able to go there and visit was very sad because we’re up and left by 8 o’clock the next morning travel back from Hiroshima to Osaka and catching a bullet train for 10 minutes as just a tester was also sad when really we didn’t need to spend 4-5 hours on the bus all of that time on a bus. We could’ve caught the bullet train back and had more time in an Osaka for that day. Would’ve been a better option. The hotel in Osaka even though the location was great the hotel was way too small and couldn’t even see out the window because there was an apartment building right on top of it. Kyoto by the bay was lovely and different unique the open air museum in herkone was unnecessary. The lift chair over to Mount Fuji‘s lava pits was different and unique. Would’ve been great to go one further. Stop actually see over the lava pit instead of just stopping at that first station you needed to explain all of your optional extra tours a bit better because some of them sounded so plain and nothing but doing them was a little bit better so explain to people you go and see the lava pits would’ve been a great option. It’s l good trip for those who have not investigated and understand what there is to see in Japan and are happy to just get on a bus and go for those were a bit more inquisitive. Those are a bit more adventurous. Those who want to see more and understand more it is lacking.. and seeing that the optional extras could cost people or couples up to $5000 in extra cost was astounding.
American Airlines are so unprofessional and unhelpful after having to return to Australia 6hrs into our flight to LA due to a medical emergency. No communication for the next departure times 3hrs on the phone to their obviously off shore booking line as most customer service representatives did not understand/speak English. The AA staff at Sydney airport were very helpful in my time of need however the staff on board our AA flights were not happy to be of service and quiet rude which really surprised me. To fly Qantas on my return journey was such a positive experience after our flights with AA. I actually let them know how amazing it felt to be on the flight with such a wonderful caring professional team. Thank you Qantas staff!!
Great trip, good tour guide. Tipping, I know you tip according to there service but you give us a guide and they want more. Correspondence from Holland America is told to traveller but guide received nothing from trip a deal to say boarding time changed. Great value for money and some good motels.
Everything went smoothly, was exactly as advertised.
Love the beautiful scenery and friendly locals. We had a fantastic tour guide Kat in Hanoi made our experience very special and fun
The tour was good. The structure was flexible. Except in Chongqin, we could decide to join or not joining optional tours. We could organize our own tour in Chengdu by Taxi without speaking Chinese. Zhangtiajie was beautiful. The tour guide, Oscar was excellent in communication and local knowledge. Chengdu was a good place to visit . I do not enjoy the tour program in Chongqin particularly the old town and the night river cruise. The hotels were comfortable even they were not in the central areas. The bullet train was excellent. The flights ok.
Loved the itinerary around central and southern China's beautiful scenery. The highlight of the trip was the afternoon spent walking in the Zhangjiajie Mountains with all the amazing peaks. Also the Optional Day trip on the Li River near Guilin was another highlight, not to mention the Pandas in Chengdu. We had 3 different Guides during the trip all were excellent. Also loved the company of my fellow travelers.
We very much enjoyed our TripADeal Japan holiday. It was jam-packed with sights and highlights of some of Japan's tourist attractions and visits to iconic places. It was amazing to see Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto and Mount Fiji. To ride the Bullet Train from Osaka to Hiroshima and to visit the site of the A-bomb and see it's devistating aftermath at the Museum. It was also amazing to see iconic shrines and various attractions other that Japan has to offer. Overall the adventure was fast-paced and jam packed with interesting places. Danny, our Tour Guide was amazing and informative and was always available if additional information was needed.
Our guide “Joey” was by far the best tour guide we have ever experienced, any where with any company.
Japan itself, the people, our tour guide and driver - felt very safe with both of them. We had a great bunch of people on our tour. Some of the hotel rooms were very small but they were clean. Looking forward to our Canada Alaska trip a deal in August.
Seeing Mt Fuji with no clouds in the sky. The weather was perfect. We went to a great variety of places. Kito, our guide and the bus driver were excellent.
Loved Roy our guide. Loved the countryside the culture and the people. Sharing the experiences with other Aussies was an added unexpected great experience also. Let’s face it Aussies are the best !
Rainforest and trips up the river.Amazing wildlife. Loved the Hilton hotel.Very luxurious, beautiful way to end the holiday Our tour guide was amazing. Would highly recommend her knowledge and genuine care for everybody's needs. Our driver did an amazing job on difficult roads, and we always felt safe with his driving
Great trip and fantastic guide. Highlights were Mt Fuji, Hiroshima and Kyoto.
Had the bestest holiday in Vietnam and Cambodia. Our guides were super nice and helpful. The hotels just perfect. The group members so fun and caring. Learnt a lot about both Vietnam and Cambodia on all the varies tours we did. Busy but super fun. Can highly recommend this trip. I've already booked my next trip-a-deal trip to India.
Our holiday to Vietnam was more than we had expected. The tour guides were fantastic. But the guide we had in Hoi A was exeptional. If we went out for diner she would book a car and the restaurant we were going to. She never left any of the group behind and cared for everyone. She wanted to be known as Miss Pretty. I would recommend this holiday to anyone who is thinking of going. TripADeal does a fantastic job. We met other groups and they could not faultless TAD. We will be going back. Alex
The Luxury Sri Lanka trip was very well organised, with a good mix of activities to allow us to experience the highlights of this part of the country. The Tour leader was knowledgeable and helpful to the group.
This was our first Trip a Deal holiday and first time to Vietnam and Cambodia. We loved every single moment! The accommodation in every city was beautiful and well above our expectations. The tour guides were wonderful and very knowledgeable. They were full of helpful advice which provided us with the confidence to negotiate each city on our own during our free time. The included tours were absolutely incredible, as were the optional tours (we did everything on offer). Ample time at each destination was available. Yes there were a few stops at ‘shopping’ places but these were also incredibly interesting, offering insight into the culture of each country. We didn’t feel pressured to buy anything. I wouldn’t change a thing - everything was absolutely amazing. Thank you so much for one of the most incredible adventures we’ve undertaken.
All the details were as described. We had great accommodation in Singapore and The Maldives. It was such a beautiful place in the Maldives and we could relax and enjoy it all. Even my GF diet was easy to manage One of the best memories was snorkelling with the fish❣️
everything ran smoothly from our flights with singapore air lines to our hotels and the tour guide. the cruise on how long bay was exceptional and a delight to relax and just admire the senary.
Great cruise line (Seabourn - 2 category suite upgrade!), comfortable accommodation & transfers, very good QANTAS flight Sydney/Tokyo . Have not returned yet on flight from Vancouver - stayed on in Canada. Fantastic value for money….
This was my first group tour trip and my first time to Vietnam and it was a fabulous experience, from having everything arranged to lovely hotels, great tour guides and meeting a whole bunch of wonderful new friends. All of our guides, Lam, Dung and Binh were kind and spoke very good English, on our days off they all gave us some fabulous tips on where to go and where to eat even where to get the best hair wash and mani pedi's. Whilst I was with a group I was also a solo traveler and not once did I feel uncomfortable or unsafe and if you are a solo traveler this is possibly the best way to do it. You're involved in group activities but not forced to do anything at all and can spend a day by the pool drinking cocktail if you want to skip an activity. If you don't pick some of the options when booking your tour guide will offer them to you when you meet. I highly recommend going to Ba Na Hills and if you're like me a terrified of heights just close your eyes in the cable car on the way up and sit backwards on the way down. The food is fresh and delicious there's always bottled water in your room and the staff are more than happy to serve you cocktails around the pool. I have also made some lovely new friends from all over Australia. Thank you to the team at Trip a Deal for a wonderful holiday. I'm already searching for my next destination.
What an unforgettable holiday from start to finish. From the moment we arrived in Calgary, we were surrounded by some of the most breathtaking scenery in the world. The Sulphar Mountain gondola was a fantastic surprise stop as was visiting the home of the Calgary Olympics. The the alpine beauty of Banff and the incredible journey onboard the Rocky Mountaineer made every moment feel magical. Travelling in Goldleaf service with panoramic windows, delicious meals and spectacular mountain views and waterfalls and rivers between Banff, Kamloops and Vancouver was truly a highlight of the trip. Our adventure continued with a 7-night Alaskan Inside Passage cruise, visiting the charming frontier towns of Skagway, Juneau and Ketchikan. The scenery was simply spectacular — glaciers, snow-capped mountains and pristine wilderness everywhere we looked. Cruising through Glacier Bay National Park and witnessing the towering glaciers up close was absolutely breathtaking. This holiday was the perfect mix of adventure, relaxation, wildlife and natural beauty. We returned home with amazing memories, thousands of photos and experiences we will treasure forever. A true trip of a lifetime.
It was very nice to travel in China with the group and English speaking tour guides provided In Beijing and Shanghai. Accommodation was very nice Great wall of China, Tianmen Square was very interesting. High speed train ride in Shanghai, many historic places and original silk factory, various places garden and lakes was so good . Even we were very tired because of the long drive but the trip alot.
The scenery, the cruise , the people .
We enjoyed all tours but what we did not enjoy was the start to our days (breakfast) isn't catered for western cultures, very minimal western options to select from. Our guides were amazing and brought to life China's culture and give them a 10/10 for their efforts and knowledge.
The whole trip was amazing Well organized , great choice and standard of accommodation. The tour guides were very knowledgeable and friendly I would not change a thing Thank you
Overall a very good trip. Hotels are ok, Beijing hotel a bit rundown. Probably need an extra day (free) in Shanghai as loads to see, and take out one of the other South China cities as they didnt offer as much as Shanghai. Both guides were very good and were happy to share their subjct matter.
Did not have high expectations as I am not keen on organised tours. This tour was magnificent, a fabulous tour guide Dany and driver Chui. Both went above and beyond to help and be of assistance. Also had 27 persons on our coach and everyone got on so well, one big happy family. Loved the orangatangs and combucha monkeys. The memorial to the soldiers of the Sandokan death march was very touching and a must visit. All the staff at every accommodation stop was attentive and friendly
We loved the ease of the trip knowing that everything had been arranged and taken care of for us. All we had to do was to turn up and enjoy the experience. We also loved the quality of the accommodation and transportation, and the expert and very knowledgeable guides in each location, with special mention here to: our guide in ha Long Bay (sorry cant remember his name) Thanh Tu Nguyen in Hoi An, Loi Nguyen in Ho Chi Minh City, Boray in Phnom Penh, and Rocky in Siem Reap. All were excellent. We loved the excursions and also the optional extras which we took advantage of.
Just returned from a wonderful Vietnam and Cambodia trip with TripADeal. The tour was very well organised, with a great mix of culture, history and sightseeing. Highlights included Ha Long Bay, the beautiful Hoi An Ancient Town and the incredible Angkor Wat in Cambodia. The guides were friendly and knowledgeable, the food was delicious and travelling throughout the trip was easy and stress free. A fantastic experience and great value for money. Thank you TripADeal! :::
Loved the mountain scenery, walking through villages. Our driver was very good and safe. Oh guide Hiep was well informed, friendly, helpful, caring ……excellent! Especially enjoyed the last evening when he offered to take us on a final tour of Inner Hanoi and to a restaurant. Our accommodation was good and well situated in old town centres. The itinerary was well paced and varied.
The whole holiday was amazing n so well organised. Danielle our tour guide albeit for 3 days was terrific. Accommodation was good. Rocky mountineer was fabulous. Cruise was extremely well organised n very helpful all around. Highlight for me was doing off shore excursion dog sled ride.
It was nice to get away from the big cities and enjoyed the lush green countryside with its' majestic high mountains where we were above cloud, looking down at deep valleys. Its rawness and wilderness is one to behold and admire. The simplicity of local life is amazing with the display of culture and the show of tenacity and friendliness of the villagers.
Local guides were brilliant, itinerary was good. It would have been good to have a farewell dinner for the group.
It was my first trip with TripAdeal. Well organised, the Beijing tour guide Nena was very polite and excellent. The Shanghai tour guide Sunny was amazing. In a nutshell it was well planned, organised tour my husband and I enjoyed it and made new friends. We planning another one next year with Tripadeal. A job well done
Trip was great but perhaps needed another night in ollaytambo before returning to Cuzco.
Great highlight tour of Turkiye. Our guide was fabulous and very knowledgeable The BVS Bosphorus Hotel was very average. The cave hotel in Cappadocia was great.
Itinerary, accommodation, staff and inclusions were fantastic. To many “extra” excursion, and to busy to enjoy. In think fewer and less busy excursion would be better.
Seeing so many animals in their natural environment was amazing. A rare sighting of a pack of wild dogs was the highlight. Unfortunately, we didn't see any animal from the cat family. The whole trip was well organised, the Safari trips great, Muluwa Lodge was amazing and Canopy by Hilton in Cape Town was very good and central.
Ticked all the boxes for me. However would have liked more sightseeing in Brazil, with the guide
We had an amazing trip to Vietnam with TripADeal. The itinerary was fabulous and very well organised with a great mix of sightseeing, culture, food and free time. Every destination was beautiful and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Our tour guides were outstanding. We had 3 guides in total and all were friendly, knowledgeable, organised and always happy to help. They really made the experience even more enjoyable and ensured everyone had a fantastic time. We loved every minute of the trip and made so many wonderful memories. Highly recommend this tour and would definitely travel with TripADeal again!
We had a great time and visited a lot of places in the time frame. Very good value for money
Wow, what a fabulous holiday. Every day was hive of activity and we managed to fit so much into those 20 days. All three tour guides were brilliant, looking after us all (including dietary requirements - we required Gluten Free food) and organising our time. Some of our itinerary was re-arranged to ensure we had the best experience and everything ran smoothly and to schedule. Extra options were given to us to fill any free time and we grabbed those opportunities which enhanced our experience, as they were all fantastic. Our hotels were all high quality and in convenient locations too. Highly recommend.
It was very good deal, every moment enjoyed
We had a great holiday / adventure, a few key areas: 1) our guide was excellent 2) the accommodation was comfortable 3) The food was great 4) The tours were good, we enjoyed the wildlife. We felt there could have been more talks by guides of the sanctuary’s we visited to learn more on the orangutan’s and sun bears. 5) The groups were quite big 6) Great value for money
I loved the whole adventure. I would highly recommend Trip a Deal to anyone. It was so organised and stress free. This was my first time to Vietnam and what a beautiful country it is. The accommodation was all good-clean and well managed. A couple of the rooms were very small but still nice. I would have liked to have had a market or two incorporated into the day trips, although we did do them by ourselves in our free time. The group of people we were with were all fantastic. Thank you so much for a wonderful carefree holiday…..you do a fantastic job. Kindest regards, Debra Pickering
Well organised and supported by the guides. All three were awesome. Happy to help with any queries, issues. Especially the north (Anh)and south guide. (Nick). Variety of experiences, from craziness of the cities to Hoi An to the villages and rice fields in the countryside.
Absolutely loved Ha Long Bay overnight boat stay & our impromptu dance party with our whole group aged from 19 to 82. Impressed with the quality of accommodation venues. Guides were engaging and informative..
Cathy and I absolutely loved our Vietnam/Cambodia discovery trip!! Hotels were great, tour guides were awesome and the meals were fantastic. Hard to find any faults really. We made some nice friends that we will hopefully have a reunion with. One thing I could suggest is including a couple of nights in a beachfront hotel in Da Nang on the way to Hoi An. The beach looked amazing from the bus on the way to the airport. Thanks Trip a Deal. We are looking at China for next year!!
Guides and drivers were fabulous. Hotels very comfortable; staff very friendly.
We have many highlights of our trip. There was so much to see in Peru. It exceeded expectations. All accommodation was good and very well located. It was great to visit all the major attractions in the countries. We visited Machu Puchu and Iguazo Falls which were absolutely fascinating! The Amazon was beautiful. Our tour guide in Peru Oscar was outstanding!! He was so professional, organised, friendly and we all loved him and wished he would stay with us during the whole tour. We loved the overall tour and would recommend it to everyone.
This holiday was a great cross section between urban and rural environments. The iconic tourist attractions were very crowded but still worth visiting. Access to markets and shops was good. There was a good balance of organised activities and free time !!
I loved the fact that it was a small amount of people on the boat, therefore it was very socially comfortable everyone very friendly, just think the boat need a little bit of TLC, maybe the furniture The Regency Angkor Hotel Siem Reap was absolutely amazing would highly recommend this place to anyone 5 stars to this hotel
Loved the Rockies and Heather our tour guide was amazing taking us to beautiful spots for picnic lunches was special. Also could not fault Holland America food great and lots of activities offered.
Loved everything about this holiday It was a 10 out of 10 experience.we will never forget.
The river cruises were the best
Superb Guide (Clay) and fantastic driver (Popie?). Very well organised, great bus load of people on the tour. So much to see and do. One of my best holidays.
Happy with everything.
Fabulous trip! Small group was great as we generally had 2x6 in the safari trucks! All guides and drivers were knowledgable and friendly. Accomodation and included meals all excellent! Could travel from Kruger be direct to Victoria Falls? 6 hours in a mini bus back to Johannesburg was long and wasted a day really. Would travel with Trip A Deal again for sure!
Great trip, safaris were excellent seeing lots of wildlife, highlight watching the mother and 1 month old baby elephant having fun wallowing in the mud. Trip was well run with our guide Sujee always keeping us informed and making sure we were all ok and having a good time. Would definitely recommend.
Everything was outstanding. Tour guide was exceptional, accommodation excellent, scenery exquisite- couldn’t fault anything .
Excellent and satisfactory Accommodation, history from Tour Guide Lathife was excellent, culture of the people, tours themselves were great, the bus helper was great.
Our whole holiday from beginning to end was absolutely wonderful. The group we travelled with were beautiful people who were easy to get along with, our tour leader Jesus C. was very helpful in every way (available 25 hours a day - his words :), great sense of humour and made all the wonders we saw seem mind boggling due to his wealth of knowledge. Getting gluten free food was a breeze thanks to Jesus, Latam airlines were wonderful to travel with and all our accommodation was lovely. Peru is such a beautiful country, we absolutely loved Ollytambo, wished we could have had an extra day there but unfortunately not possible. It is a town full of character and very nice people. We adored all the Inca sights especially Rainbow Mountain and Machu Pichu even though we loved all of them. So much history to see and explore. The different altitudes took a while to adjust to but that was just an added experience. Highly recommend to anyone thinking of travelling there.
