The variety of activities available gave me a deeper understanding and appreciation of Vietnamese culture and the countries complex history. All three tour guides were excellent. They were knowledgeable, patient and fun. Each day was a highlight for me, I loved every aspect of the holiday.
The guides in each part of our trip in Vietnam were first rate. Very caring. They all went above and beyond for their holiday makers. An extra shout out to Anh in Hanoi for looking after my vegetarian needs the whole of our north Vietnam trip. Only negative was arriving in HoiAn at 10.30pm on our first day there. A whole day wasted. Future tours should look at getting their guests there around midday so they can enjoy some free time there. But that aside - congratulations TripADeal - this was a fantastic itinerary and thoroughly enjoyable holiday. It helped that the cohort of the group were absolutely lovely people and great friendships were made.
1. China beautiful country to visit. Both TripADeal tour guide like Nina in Beijing and John Hu at Suzhou to Shanghai very good tour guide - caring, helpful and knowledgeable. Very professional. 2. Wish the China tours less shopping and more scenic sightseeing. Spend at least 2 hours plus at Jade Factory, Tea, Foot massage, Silk and Pearl factory. 3. Hotel in Beijing and Shanghai very far away from city centre. 4. Hotel bathroom not very clean. 5. Our highlight is the Royal Caribbean cruise to Nagasaki & Fukuoka.
The holiday was well organised and everything went very smoothly. All our guides were fabulous. Most of the motels were great and had pools. Loved the Rosemary Hotel in Hoi An and the Tara Angkor in Siam Reap. We did all the optional tours and especially enjoyed the cooking class ad the Ba Na Hills. The Killing Fields were interesting but very confronting. I'm pleased we went but wouldn't do it again. The only small downside was flying into Ho Chi Minh then having to fly up to Hanoi, would have preferred to fly directly to Hanoi (if it was possible).
The high light of holiday was the camel ride in the dessert , the guy in charge of my camel was excellent . Another high light was seeing the Taj Mahal it is absolutely magnificent . One thing I think should be addressed is that we were never taken or given any time where we could to do some souvenir shopping, you don’t go all that way not to take home something off that country.
We really loved the trip. Maybe if we could have stopped just a little more on our journey to take some photos would have been nice but overall it was great. Tim was an awesome guide.
Loved - how different the country is, history, culture and people were nice. Highlights- Taj Mahal. Things we would have liked to have known - more warning of the details for the internal flights, we couldn’t sit together. How much time we waited for the return trip to begin and take, offer some ideas of things to do while you wait. Take masks, sanitizer, mosquitoes are terrible, take fly spray. The hotel rooms always had mosquitoes in them. There were pigeons nesting in the area we had the cooking class. Some different levels of hygiene that we thought was a bit odd. Transport was always good and often fun. We had a small group which was brilliant. A larger group in a bigger bus would be more of a challenge in some of the traffic we experienced.
The Tour Guides “Mama Nina” and “Trip A Deal” were just fabulous and they created an atmosphere that impacted the whole group of 37 people. The tour seemed to flow and the 9am starts were very helpful. When issues arose due to weather and change of scheduling, everything worked well. I must say I would have liked a half hour or more at some of the tourist sites ( ie Great Wall and a few of the Museums ) and a little less time at some of the high pressured sales places, although they were interesting places and gave great information regarding China. TripADeal may like to know that the final hotel in Shanghai provided rooms that were not clean, however everything else was wonderful. Breakfasts in the hotels were very good. The bus drivers were excellent. We appreciated and enjoyed everything.
We loved our holiday. We would however suggest an update to the trip a deal app so that it is similar to the Royal Caribbean app which details your daily itinerary and also show the optional activities for each day throughout the trip. Also each traveller should be able to log on to the app not just the person who booked it. We would also suggest a night time walking tour through Ninh Binh City as we did that ourselves and thought it was one of the best things we did. Also some night time walking tours through Hoi An or Ho Chi Minh City would also be cool too. Another suggestion could be to have tips the guides included in our up front costs rather than us having to tip each guide and bus driver at the end of their leg of the journey. Vietjet was also a very low budget airline for our luxury trip and cost us delays getting into Ho Chi Minh City which meant we had to walk through the heavily crowded streets to our hotel as the streets were closed due to 50year Unification celebrations taking place
Hotels, breakfasts, guide and transport all good. Strawberry Park hotel in Cameron Highlands did not have fridges in rooms which was quite inconvenient for people with medication or drinks to refrigerate.
It was a fantastic experience from beginning to end. The accommodation, the activities, the daily 3 course meals, the staff and the driver/guides all contributed to making it a wonderful experience. The bonus was seen all the wildlife and big 5, except the lions 🦁.
I had booked and paid for exit rows for my husband and myself. When checking in at Melbourne our seats were changed, they gave the reason as we were too old, nothing indicating that when I booked the seats. I was told I could apply to get the cost refunded. I rang Vietnam airlines and they said I need to go through trip a deal Can someone contact me to follow this up I have the receipts Phone 0407045695
LAN Diep boat great albeit a bit tired looking in appearance in places. Food amazing along with staff being so attentive and helpful. As the weather was very hot and humid, a pool on deck would be great. Also no wifi in rooms just upstairs lounge areas. It would be good for all hotel accomodation to have a pool. Halong Bay cruise was great. Also loved Hoi An and accomodation. Only complaint was THIEN THAI HOTEL in Hanoi. NO HOT WATER in shower. We stayed 2 nights in different rooms ( as had overnight stay at Halong Bay). Both occasions no hot water in shower. Discussed with reception staff who advised to turn tap to far left hand side and allow 5 minutes for hot water to run. Did same and no water came out let alone any hot water! Our tour guide Tony is aware of the problem and said he would also give feedback. In addition their porter was intrusive and came into our rooms on check out looking through the drawers and checking everything. I have travelled many years and not experienced this from a porter ! My suggestion DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL IN FUTURE FOR TRIPADEAL CLIENTS. Rather book a hotel with a rooftop pool especially in humid weather.
The weather was perfect and the company was excellent. The bus was not full which allowed for flexibility with seating and comfort. We had four different buses, ( due to break down and boarder crossings) three guides and three drivers. One team of guide and driver were duds but Ozgur from turkeye and Alex from Albania were excellent…highly recommend! Some hotels were top knotch but few and one or two were downright dingy,(Ohrid). Also, closer to town is always preferred. It’s a lot to see in a short period of time…perhaps extra days in some places would have been good. Overall it was a highly successful tour.
All accommodation, food and activities were great. Glad I packed meds to combat “funny tummy!” The only down side was the length of time and route to get there. Auckland to Melbourne, then waiting hours for next flight Melbourne to Singapore, then waiting hours for next flight Singapore to Hanoi. It took half the time on our return journey with one stop in Singapore for 5 hours. Wonderful trip!
Loved the safari trips Loved the countryside - beautiful and lush and the people were so friendly The program was busy which I loved and the climb up Sygiri Rock Fortress was the highlight
We loved the place and our guide was awesome. India was a fantastic place to visit and the people were so friendly and helpful. The only thing that could be improved is the pace of the holiday. With the Varanasi Extension it was so many early starts and late finishes that we were exhausted by the end.
The group we travelled with all got on really well. We visited the Tsunami museum in our free afternoon - this was a very moving experience and I believe it could be included in the itinerary. The accommodation was excellent although it was a bit remote at times. I would have liked a bit more commentary along the way explaining a bit more about the areas we were passing through.
Everything went smoothly no major flight delays, all hotels were great, the itinerary was comprehensive, the tour guides & drivers were fabulous., the other passengers on the trip were awesome. We had a fun time and would highly recommend the Trip A Deal holiday.
The holiday overall was good value for money and all the activities were good however our final accommodation was less than suitable. It had mould, wet floors, rips in the linen and dampness throughout the room.
We had excellent weather, a friendly tour group and an entertaining guide. The itinerary was perfect for a first trip in Japan / saw lots of great sights in a few days. The food was definitely a highlight and was very affordable… Highly recommend
Itinerary was great, pilensaberg safari Park and accommodation at Ivory Tree lodge was excellent. Saw plenty of animals with a great guide. Meals were great.
The days we spent in the mountains was the highlight. Heip our group leader was fantastic and very knowledgeable. It was very obvious he was passionate about his country and his role in providing local and historic knowledge of Vietnam. My one suggestion is that a list of stores near tge hotel which sold basic consumables such as water, soft drinks, snacks etc would have been helpful on the first day.
The itinerary was perfect and the planning and execution of all elements went without any hiccups. Our guides and drivers were absolutely awesome and could answer all of the questions we had. We were a small group, 5 in total, and it was perfect for us.
From the cruise into Ha Long Bay, the walk through Sun Sot Cave (quite a challenge), paddling through Hang Luon, the Taos Temple in Hanoi with its offerings of Ballantynes Whiskey, the street markets, the rickshaw & Tuk Tuk rides, the train coming through Train street, Cu Chi Tunnels & the Mekong delta, beautiful silk embroided art work in Vietnam to the Killing Fields, Angkor Wat & the floating village, silver jewellery hand crafted, jade & marble works in Cambodia this trip was amazing. Celebrating New Year with water fights & powder dousing in the streets will be something that will not be forgotten in a hurry! Our guides, Tony, Tu, Hang & Sam were great fun , very knowledgable and extremely helpful in very way. If you want to see a lot in a relatively short time, this was the way to do it. Definitely an endurance test not a "relaxing by the pool for hours" holiday although sometime was spent in the pool during happy hour! This was my 3rd Trip a Deal and I totally recommend them!
We loved this holiday. We had the best tour guide in India, Charlie Brown. He kept us safe and looked after us extremely well. The Taj mahal was a highlight. Our guide in Sri Lanka was not so good, but the countryside was awesome. Then, Maldives were perfect. Overall, an amazing holiday. Thank you TripaDeal!
We loved getting to see a lot of different aspects of the country. From the busy cities, to the countryside and the beaches. Our tour guides were really informative and could speak English really well.?
Highlights - Lao Chai Village in the Sapa Highlands Lanterns boat ride - Hoi An Cooking class in Hoi An - great fun We’ve done a number of Tripadeal tours and we really enjoyed the slower pace of this one. Some 3 night stays, early finishes to the days and some later starts made it feel less rushed but we still feel that we got to see a lot. The people were friendly and the food was great. Would highly recommend.
Once again a fantastic holiday with a wonderful group of travelling companions. This is my fourth Trip a Deal holiday and all have been excellent. Have another two booked for this year
Our guides were Michael in Hanoi, Huy in Hoi An, Nia in Ho Chi Minh, Matthew in Phnom Penh, and Vanny and Sam in Siem Reap. Each of these young men was caring and helpful. They shared their local knowledge and stories with genuine interest and humour. Accommodation was comfortable and inviting, activities and options were great, and everything was well planned and priced.
I loved getting to know our tour group, eating lots of delicious food, exploring the different monuments and forts and seeing the Taj Mahal.
Awesome holiday our tour guide Vic was awesome and Son the bus driver was great too.
Our Tour Leader Luigi was amazing. He made sure that everyone got the most out of their experience. He was accommodating and diligent in keeping everyone safe and secure. We saw and experienced some amazing things. This was our first trip with Trip a Deal and our first trip to Europe and it won't be our last. Trip A Deal had everything organized, so we had no hassles or unexpected hiccups along the way.
The guides for this trip were EXCELLENT. They made adjustments based on what we had seen through out the trip. We never felt that we had missed anything. The group of 22 was a perfect number for organisation. One guide had a personal emergency but trip a deal dealt with it professionally. New guide and driver were EXCELLENT. Sights offered in program were worth seeing. The free time allowance was plenty. The buses were modern and comfortable for some of our long day traveling, 4hrs. Plenty of bathroom stops and some time lunch stops. Accommodation could not have been of a higher standard. Breakfast at each hotel was of the highest standard. Nothing could have been improved with this holiday. Highly recommend.
We saw lots of sights & attractions; our guide in India was excellent & included impromptu sights to give us a more realistic experience; bus transport was good, hotels mostly good in India & excellent in Sri Lanka. Our sunrise visit to Taj Mahal was very special. The Dambulla Rock Caves in Sri Lanka were a real surprise & climbing Sigiriya Land Rock was a buzz. Our experiences were varied & it was real value for money. Overall the organisation was very good.
Our guides were very friendly, easy to find and prompt at the airport, knowledgeable and a pleasure to be with. This has a big impact my holiday experience particularly when travelling alone The accommodation and meals provided were very good in every location I don't pick out highlights of any holiday and am very humble to just experience the moment and opportunities that are made available to me. It is then up to me to make the holiday as enjoyable as i can. Thank you for the experiences i have been given
Tour was very well organised and all 3 guides were terrific. Itinerary included a good variety of tours.
My first tour! Absolutely loved everything about our tour. Our guides were friendly and very organised. Lots of interesting facts were shared with us. They all went out of their way. The hotels at Pulong and HoiAn were standout quality. We also had a terrific group of travellers.
So many highlights. The places we visited, the wonderful organisation and guides. The group of people we travelled with. And the accomodation in each place was fantastic.
Met lovely people on our tour friends for life.
The Ultimate African Adventure holiday was amazing. It met all my expectations and more. From the Namib Desert to the Game Park drives in Namibia and Botswana to Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe and Zambia, it was quite incredible. Highly recommend.
Surpassed all expectations, saw animals I had never heard about before, such as kudus, oryx, and those I had only seen in captivity such as elephants, zebras, giraffes, rhinos, hippopotamus, leopards ,wart hogs, impala, baboons, monkeys, lizards, a snake and more. Saw all of these up close! 5 star accommodation, food and service, what more could you ask for?
The turtle conservation and research centre ( not in itinerary) and the maldives
Our Peruvian adventure with Trip A Deal under the extraordinary guidance of our tour manager Jose Baca, was a journey we’ll cherish forever. From the awe-inspiring ruins of Machu Picchu to the monumental stonework of Saqsayhuaman, the sacred glow of the Temple of the Sun, and the lively, cobblestoned streets of Cusco. Your heartfelt hospitality and meticulous attention to detail made us feel not just like travelers, but like family welcomed into your home. Your passion brought each moment to life, crafting memories that will forever hold a special place in our hearts. Again thank you to Jose for sharing Peru’s soul with such care and warmth. With heartfelt gratitude, Felix and Analie
Very good trip.. Overall happy with the complete trip.. Accomodation overall was very good. Thank you
Amazing trip! Both our tour guides Jerry in Beijing and Darren in Shanghai were invaluable in their knowledge and guidance of China!!! Have been recommending this trip to everyone! As a first time visitors to China, it gave us a wonderful introduction to the beautiful people and culture of China.
Halong Bay was the highlight! All good!
Great balanced tour with mix of ancient history, national parks and wildlife, locally culture and interesting excursions. Loved the selection of 5* hotels all different from each other with great facilities.
Everything went so smoothly, from airport pickup to our transfer back to airport for our return journey. We had 8 in our tour group and hubby and everyone got on so well, just like friends travelling together. Our guide/driver Dan, looked after us so well. His respect, kindness and attention to detail was much appreciated. Dan was a wonderful ambassador for Sri Lanka. Our transfers to Our resort on the Maldives were very well organised and the resort was excellent. We loved our second trip a deal adventure, can't wait for our next one.
We loved our trip to Japan and South Korea! We could not fault Trip a deal, everything was so well organised, hotels were great, we loved learning about the cultures and seeing some amazing sights! The best part was the food, we enjoyed everything we ate! We also meet some beautiful people, thanks for a wonderful experience.
Absolutely brilliant! We went to Borneo to see orangutans; we saw so much more! Hornbills, proboscis monkeys, macaques and a family of Pygmy Elephants!!! Our guide was first-class; the best we have ever had. His command of English was excellent; his knowledge of animals and birds was beyond compare. HIGHLY recommend this trip.
The tour was very comprehensive and covered all the highlights. We never felt rushed and had equal time to self explore. It was well structured, well paced and well priced.
Was an amazing trip. So well planned the guide and the group made it so fun and easy travel.
Great itinerary with some nice downtime also. Some great wildlife spotting and our guide Brendan was very knowledgeable and excellent at moving the 30 of us around.
This was our first time with TaD and it didn’t let us down. Great tour guides, accommodation, meals it was excellent Value for money Def will be touring again with TaD
Great guides Hotels and Restaurants were excellent Value for money
Great tour guide “Leia” and excellent bus drivers especially our main driver “Bob”. Great crew on tour. The Tripadeal itinerary was great and the optional tours lovely. The extra optional tours offered once we arrived were good but not necessarily able to be booked. However they are flexible and alternatives are offered or refunds. Japan is very clean and feels safe. The people are very polite and helpful. Lovely country generally. Lots of scenic sights and bustling cities. We tried the trains which at first was daunting but with some initial help we were competent. Some train changing is often necessary but the message is spoken in English and well as Japanese. It’s a great system.
Always get a great taste test of a country with TripADeal so any return travel can be targeted from the experience. Maybe include a train journey to the high country to break up the bus trip.
The pyramids the cruise on the Nile river camel rides it was sad to see so many cats and dogs everywhere our tour guides and bus drivers were so friendly and helpful this was our second holiday using trip a deal and would use them again
Abel Simbel temple was one of many highlights on this trip. I loved the three day cruise on the Nile, this was a much needed break during the trip.
Great value. Malaysia is an underrated destination. The trip was an incredible experience. Opportunity to visit range of cities and tour the countryside. Penang was amazing, incredible food. The final stop, Rebak Island provided rest and relaxation after busy days in the heat and humidity. Recommend visit to Cable Car and Skywalk. Accommodation was very good, clean and in ideal locations. Additional tours to Melaka (day tour) and Half Day Penang Island Discovery Tour were very worthwhile. Overall, the tour was very well organised, helpful guides, thanks Alan. Highly recommend, such great value.
Peru is such a beautiful and welcoming country. Trip A Deal did an excellent job highlighting the key attractions from the chic Barranco, Sacred Valley, the colourful Cusco, the majesty of Machu Picchu and the beauty of Lake Titikaka. The ground staff were very accommodating and the hotels all were conveniently located. Highly recommended.
We loved our Sri Lankan holiday. The hotels were excellent and the itinerary gave us a great overview of the country. We would like to especially thank our guide Rohan. Throughout the tour he provided excellent information including the history of the sites we visited. Our driver was also excellent - he carefully and efficiently drove us round Sri Lanka in our very comfortable bus. We thought the trip was excellent value for money and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend TripADeal to our friends and family.
Excellent Hotels, guides & organisation
Mount Fuji & cruise was good, Hiroshima was an important, poignant moment and the cherry blossoms made it special. The journey back north could have been made quicker and allowed for more activity by using the bullet train or a plane flight - eg Osaka to Tokyo.
The destinations and cultural experiences were amazing. Ha long Bay was so beautiful, the hotels were top quality, our tour guide was very informative and the quality of food that was included in the package was just delicious.
The luxury Sri Lanka Tour was without a doubt one of the best trips I have ever been on in my 74 years. The security of being picked up at the airport and dropped off, the great timekeeping every day trip including shopping and toilet breaks required amazing organisation from our guide Waruna and his team. Waruna was the best guide ever- so knowledgeable and helpful at all times. He is a wonderful asset to your organisation. Everything went like clockwork and we were able to enjoy the amazing hotels and the beautiful out of this world scenery to maximum capacity. My favourite personally was the Safari trip and being so close to the beautiful elephants. I am a strong advocate for TripADeal and encouraging all my friends to take up the opportunity.
Amazing tour and accomodation. Highlights where the trip through the mountains/tea plantations. Some hotels are rather a fair distance away from towns and hence, may get stuck for dinners etc. however, all offered excellent services. Breakfasts was to be commended on and made for a good start.
We loved 1. the accommodations as they were all spectacular 5 star. We loved all of them. 2. The tour guide Rohan was GREAT, very polite, professional, knowledgeable, & helpful. 3. Our coach driver was amazing he drove very safe, was friendly & our coach was always very clean. 4. The included tours & optional tours were all wonderful. 5. The locations visited were great. 6. Singapore airlines were wonderful.
The tour guide Darsha was an organised friendly and helpful person and made it great. I was impressed with the driver and helper. The hotels were a variety and we were kept on out toes with somany things to do.
The sightseeing was amazing - particularly the Tarj Mahal and the Elephant Safari!
Tour guide was the best we have ever had, TrenSan . The absolute highlight was the dinner and show with the Geisha girl, and also Hiroshima, the tour was brilliant.
Trip a deal arranged every thing. Brilliant guides every step and sharing their love for the country’s.
Good organisation
Grand Japan certainly covered all the must-see sights. The pace was just right. We were never rushed with plenty of time allowed at each destination. Our tour guide Colleen was a warm and capable person who added to our overall experience. One of the highlights was driving through the Japanese Alps - the twisting roads and countless tunnels and snow covered mountains was something to remember. The timing was perfect for the cherry blossoms and I would recommend paying the extra amount to travel at the end of March. Their beauty made all the sights even more breathtaking. Himeji Castle with all the blossoms was something I will never forget.
Wonderful trip. Wonderful guide and the places were amazing. Much more than I could have imagined. The temples and tombs were fantastic.
We enjoyed the whole 17 days
Loved the trip the guide and driver were amazing Roland was so knowledgable The accomodation was perfect Enjoyed everything .Only problem was the airline didn’t supply enough water or fluids in flight Thank You for the eperience
To much to tell. Loved both our guides
Excellent guide who had wonderful knowledge of all areas, compassionate to help when needed. Outstanding food and locations. Accommodation was great in all experiences.
Our guides were a wealth of information and tours were great value. The cave experience was unreal. Meals and accommodation could not be faulted.
The whole holiday was excellent including the accomodation, food and attractions. The guide, Roland was very informative, caring and good company. Most meals were included, that was a bonus. Never expected to stay at the Hilton Hotel for 3 nights for that price of the holiday.
I have really had the best holiday ,our Tour guide Colleen was wonderful, The bus drivers helped with the luggage I Loved going to the snow and the heritage listed village Temples were wonderful especially the last one. We purchased as tickets well in advance everthing was so easy.
Great guide and a full range of activities. Hotels were good.
Highlights include the National Museum displaying the treasures from China; the Memorial & history of Chiang Kai-Sek; visits to the indigenous peoples villages & museums; visits to the highlands
This Vietnam holiday definately did not disappoint. This was my third Tripadeal holiday and I always come back home gushing to my family about how wonderful my holiday was. The itinerary was a perfect mix of organised days and free days. My favourite was the Lavender cruise in Ha Long Bay. Our guide Duc was the best, always keen to help out in any way, very entertaining and definately a bonus to the trip. Our group were all wonderful and everyone intermingled, danced, feasted and sang together and have made plans to connect again in the near future.
Our guide Billie, was excellent. I liked being informed about the history of the countries we were passing through. Bus driver, whose name I dont know, was a very good driver and was also very helpful with luggage Nice to see Tourism student, Penny, learning on-the-job.
Got to see some parts of Europe we hadn’t been to
Best holiday ever! First time Ive ever used Tripadeal as normally sort things out myself. It was efficiently managed by Tripadeal and so no stress as where to go when we got to our destinations. The crew organized our luggage so all I had to do was identify my luggage. Sri Lankan highlights included Sigirya Rock fortress, the Elephant National Park, the orphan elephant reehabilitation place, the Buddhist temples, esp the Tooth Relic, the tea factory tour was amazing. Best of all was the 4 nights/5 days in the Maldives Adaaran Rinalhi resort....sheer luxury and lots of pampering at such a beautiful paradise.
The trip covered a wide variety of the country's culture and give us the opportunity to see many tourist attractions and even the simple way of life of the people. Hanoi was a hustle and bustle city and the visit to Ha Long bay was fantastic. Hoi An was exceptional, with the opportunity to see some of the countries treasures, as well as relaxing at the hotel. The markets in Da Nang were fantastic.
Fabulous itinerary. Guides were amazing and generous with their local and historic knowledge. Accommodation generally fabulous.
Great trip. Great selection of activities. The other participants on the trip were very nice people and the Guides were all outstanding. All of the Guides went out of their way to communicate and provide assistance and advice whenever it was required. It was great Teamwork participants and Guides. Based upon my first experience I would highly recommended Trip A Deal Holidays. I will be booking again in the future. Carolyn Harper
I loved the group dynamic, the layout of the itinerary was wonderful and with an amazing guide and driver made for quite a magical trip. The food was amazing throughout the whole trip, and to complete the journey in 5 star style was a pleasant treat.
Right from the beginning of the holiday when we were picked up at the Hanoi airport by friendly staff who helped me sort my phone SIM to the end when we were taxied back to the airport, I felt cared for by experts. I was concerned about getting sick from the food, but we had no problems. The food was delicious, the restaurants well chosen. Our guide was excellent. In Hanoi, he taught us to cross the street, as he guided us around the sights. One of our number had a medical episode, and Son organised the ambulance, and the hospital was good. The choice of locations was perfect. Hanoi was busy and fun, then cruising Halong Bay was beautiful and restful. The activities of walking, climbing, visiting the caves and karaoke were all great. Then we went by bus to visit cultural buildings in Ninh Binh, and onto Puluong. The view from my bed in Puluong was of terraced rice fields, luminous green and beautiful for us tourists, but we noted the hard working locals. Our guide assured us, that every time we went to a silk factory, bamboo factory, had a massage or stayed in a hotel, we were helping the local, hard working Vietnamese people which felt good after their difficult history. I couldn't fault this holiday. Everything went easily, I had a wonderful time, and it was within my budget. Thank you!
My wife and I booked the 10 day highlights of Vietnam. The overall tour was fantastic. Very well organised and great tour guides, transport and accomodation. Highlight of tour was Hoi A with markets, beach and cooking class. Halong Bay cruise was also fantastic with boat accommodation being excellent. The main City Hanoi was crowded and busy but great tour guides experience the world of Vietnam. We had a great group of travellers that we met for the first time and ended the trip with great friends.
We got a pleasant surprise at the wonderful things we saw. We went to a meeting of people and it was amazing a temple gathering with singing and drums. our train ride was super, rickshaw also special . The people at the hotels and staff were a great lot.
Great Tour guide very welcoming and friendly. Loved the ebike ride at Brown St with the 4 wheeler making my wife feel very secure. Good scenery during most tour days. Everybody benefited from the WhatsApp group that was set up enabling us to pass around photos and information. Nice Hotels.
Great hotels, good tour guide, wonderful tourist group of 16
I had a wonderful time. Hotels were amazing, breakfast was very good. Our guide was very informative, calm and considerate. Tour well structured To be honest I can't fault anything. We loved it.
