The whole holiday was amazing. So diverse and very interesting. Accommodation was excellent, not always 5 star but excellent in the environment we were in. No complaints at all. Tour guide Dominic was amazing, funny, helpful and went over and above to make our journey memorable. Everything was excellent. No complaints from me at all. Flights were on time with no long waiting times between flights. It was comfortable and efficient. Can’t fault anything at all.

The hotels were great! The guide, Rajiv, was personable and knowledgable. The itinerary was tight, but in just 7 days we wanted to cover as much as possible. Suggest that the meal in Agra at Molecule be on the last night, not the night before the very early start to see the Taj, because that meant a late night followed by an early morning. Although interesting, some of the included textile (etc) visits went on a bit long.

Amazing trip. Danny our tour guide was fantastic. So knowledgeable. Accommodation was great. Unfortunately we never got to see the pygmy elephants. Only downside to this trip and most i have been on with tripadeal is having to fly from a city other than Brisbane where I live. Would highly recommend this trip to anyone.

We loved our trip. Our tour guide was fantastic and the bus driver was amazing. We felt completely safe with his driving, the bus itself was immaculate and so friendly. The itinerary was very good but we did have quite a few optional extras that we were unaware of prior to departure. Some of the optional extras didn't seem to be good value for money, therefore we missed a few of them. My only complaint would be some of the hotels. Most were ordinary but acceptable but one in particular was dreadful (Horoshima) We will definitely be back to do another trip a deal though, and would encourage others to do the same.

Overall a great holiday - we had a fantastic group of just 14 people. Local guides were great. Suggest a change of hotel in Hanoi. The Chalcedony does not have a pool which is very unfortunate as it was extremely hot and humid during our visit. Also, due to "staff shortage" the lobby bar was never open, yet happy hour was advertised all over the lobby. The air conditioning stopped working and we were not informed of this until we complained about it - we moved rooms. Our toilet started producing an abundance of soap suds and the "secure room" that stored our luggage whilst we were in Halong Bay turned out to be the lobby. Open to everyone! First night we were able to dine in the restaurant but next night we were told no dinner service was available. I suggest you research another hotel that does what they advertise. Otherwise hotel in HCMC and Hoi A were fine apart from pool of hotel in HCMC which appears to be abandoned from maintenance. Guide in HCMC - Betty - in particular was excellent! Would have loved an extra night in Halong Bay - maybe extend itinerary by one night? Overall, we loved our tour and will come back to Vietnam in future.

Excellent tour - Wonderful guide Brendan. So knowledgeable and organised. Accommodation was very good. It was a dream come true to firstly go to Sepilok but then to actually see Orangutan, pygmy elephants, proboscis and so many different birdlife. All in all one of the best tours I have ever done. Korea was amazing, the DMZ was fascinating and I learned a lot about the Korean War. As was the UN Memorial Cemetery that I believe touched everyone. We undertook all the optional activities and the only one I would not recommend is the Traditional Jeonju Bibimbap Dinner on Day 4, was disappointing and we found better dinner options for ourselves. The accommodation in Seol at the Ibis Ambassador Seoul Insadong was great, good clean room and the location was excellent a walk across the street and we were in the heart of the city. The Best Western Plus Jeonju Hotel was good and the Asti Hotel in Busan was also good and close to restaurants. Wouldn't recommend the first nights hotel - Royal Emporium Incheon, my shower drain had a considerable amount of hair in it. Breakfasts were pretty basic at all places, Busan was probably the best. But we had been spoilt by doing the Luxury Sri Lanka trip last year. Ms Mimi Lee was great and would highly rate her as a guide. She had good knowledge of all attractions but didn't labour the point. Probably the only issue, I would recommend she nominate someone to be the tail end when we were walking on mass to ensure stragglers didn't get left behind. I don't think anyone was aware I was left behind at the paper making, I was looking in the shop on site at all the different papers, when I walked out everyone had gone. The Busan KTX bullet train was a great experience for us all including keeping quiet. My strongest issue was the trip home. The stopover in Sydney was way to long. Considering Jetstar have flights every hour to Melbourne to put us on a flight mid afternoon 2.20 pm, having arrived in the morning 9.05 am with hours to spare at the airport was unfair. I appreciate that you are allowing for delays but not 6 hours that is wrong. My Queensland travelling companions were home and had done two loads of washing before I had even left Melbourne airport. I have spoken to a number of people about this and it has put them off this Trip a Deal trip sadly.

Overall Sri Lanka was wonderful. The guide was so friendly and knowledgeable. The Maldives was also fabulous. It was a dream. I was very disappointed with the lack of information provided re Horton Plain. No health/fitness information provided. It was quite a difficult hike and there was a lack of how difficult it would be. No mention that someone with asthma mighy struggle. The details should have been more specific.

We loved the diversity of what we saw in Vietnam. A great little taster so we can visit again. Our tour guide Nam was excellent. So informative and compassionate about his country. Mr Ha our bus driver was amazing.

We loved seeing the animals and landscapes. Meals were good. Suggestions for improvements: truck seats uncomfortable and not enough room for tall people (seating too close) and we spent a lot of time travelling!; would have liked a forward view; connections were bad from airports to hotels.

The accommodation in Hanoi was great and also ninh binh. The boat ride around Halong Bay and the river canoes through the caves were great. The overnight accommodation in the Phoenix Cruise boat was also good. The final accommodation in Pu luong was a bit challenging with all the stairs to the top floor and no elevators. We were lucky to have no issues with our bathroom, although the food options were limited at this final stop. The views are amazing.

One thing worth keeping in mind is the style of tour you choose. TripADeal, delivered excellent value by operating on what we’d describe as a budget rather than a cheap model. That means you see all of the major highlights, stay in comfortable accommodation and enjoy a well-organised itinerary, but there simply isn’t time to include every attraction or hidden gem that independent travellers often recommend. We missed a few iconic experiences that frequently appear on travel blogs and social media, such as the famous stilt fishermen near Galle, some of the more secluded beaches along the south coast, and a handful of boutique cafés and viewpoints. That’s not a criticism of the tour - it’s simply the reality of balancing cost, time and inclusions. Anuradhapura The Lake Forest Hotel stunning hotel Jaffna Only needs to be two days not three. Would have been better staying at a place with a pool like Fox - we swam there one afternoon. Nilaveli Pigeon Island Beach Resort - average place The Pigeon Island tour was impressive yet upsetting to see the extent of the damage to the coral reef. Sigiriya Sigiriya Village - stunning place and resort. Would have liked an extra day here. Kandy Cinnamon Citadel was good for the night we were here Nuwara Eliy The Blackpool was local enough. Loved the high tea experience. Ella Moi Ella by DBI is too far out from anywhere. Real shame we didn’t ride the blue train but understand how that system is corrupt and the tickets are all purchased and on sold. Just a shame Needed another day in Ella to chill. Weerawila, Kosgoda, Bentota No real comments here other than it was a nice way to chill out after 2+ weeks travelling. Overall, staying closer to the town we’re visiting so we can easily get to experience local eateries rather than have to eat at the hotel. The additional tours overall were good. Don’t regret any we purchased. Suggest the safari tours need to be later in the day as it’s so hot, we never saw anything of any note. 4pm onwards as it gets cooler the animals start coming out more. Yala is a mess with over 200 vehicles, no room to move once you’re in a nose to tail carpark as we were for over an hour. Bus was small seating wise. A few of us struggled in the tight seats. Thankfully with the small crew we were able to sit sideways and not crush our knees.

The tour guides were brilliant very supportive, informative, helpful and kind. All the hotel rooms were beautiful and the restaurants in the hotels were fantastic except for the Muong Thanh Grand. Sai Gon Centre Hotel. The room was nice but the restaurant was terrible. We had a meal there the first night we arrived, my friend got prawn rice paper rolls the rice paper was so thick and chewy it couldn’t be cut with a knife. I was able to slingshot it across the table. I got the chefs specialty of wok tossed beef with French fries. It was inedible. Breakfast the next morning was a let down as well the pancakes weee stale and days old, there was no fruit it had run out and was never refilled. We weee there before 7 as we had a tour. It was very disappointing as all your other hotels had delicious breakfast and we ate in the hotel restaurants often and they were always first class. This beautiful hotel was let down by its kitchen and some very arrogant wait staff. The reception staff, porters and cleaning staff were amazing. Also you should maybe spring a little more money for the internal flights with vietjet, they were very scary. We sat on the runway going to gho chi min for a very long time while they tested the flap on the left wing, it was squealing like a banshee. I thought for sure we would be taken off the plane so when it took off we were all ****** scared So apart from the **** food at the hotel and the scary flight I would have given 5 stars for my holiday. Entabeni Wildside Tented Campsite was amazing. The staff were so considerate and the guides were awesome. Victoria Falls was also well worth it. The only thing I would change would arrive the night before the drive to the safari. Getting there a day early was a waste of time.

We were very blessed to see many things on this trip. With nature sometimes they dont show up but in our case we saw piggmy elephants,crocodile,hornbills,lots of monkeys and of course the orangutans. We saw them.in the sanctuary and in the wild. Besides the wild life our guide Brendon was the best we have ever had on a trip a deal trip. His knowledge on animals and plant life was outstanding he was also so helpful and caring of our group. Looked after the kids and the older people. He made the trip so much more special and easier. If i had to mention anything it would be the connecting flight times were too long but i do understand sometimes it is hard for flight times.

Fabulous knowledgeable guide Excellent itinerary

Overall, we had a good trip and there were definitely parts we really loved. One thing we found very helpful was the printout our first tour guide gave us with recommended places to eat and other useful information. It made things so much easier when we had some free time. Kate and Win were both fantastic—very welcoming, friendly and full of knowledge. Unfortunately, we didn’t have quite the same experience with our last tour leader. It felt a little more like it was simply a job for him, rather than him really engaging with the group. In saying that, we really appreciated him taking us to Train Street. We loved that experience and think it would make a great organised evening activity to include in the tour. Some of our favourite parts were the Golden Bridge, Hoi An and the Ha Long Bay boat trip. The food on the boat always looked amazing when it was served, but unfortunately, we didn’t find that it tasted as good as it looked. We would have liked a little more downtime, especially in Hoi An, as it felt like a beautiful place to slow down and explore at our own pace. We also would have enjoyed some more hands-on activities rather than mostly sightseeing. Something like lantern making in Hoi An would have been a great way to experience more of the culture and would also have been enjoyable for the children. We aren’t really big-city people, so while the cities were interesting to see, we were also very ready to move on from them. The beach looked beautiful and would have been a lovely place to stop for a day or two. A trip somewhere like Ha Giang would also be a great addition. The buses were comfortable and we were happy with the transport throughout the tour. The small-group tour was promoted as being suitable for families, but we didn’t feel there was much that was specifically catered towards children. There weren’t really any activities included for them, and our rooms weren’t interconnected with our children’s room, even though many of the hotel rooms appeared to connect with other rooms. This made travelling as a family more difficult than it needed to be. We also believe having our luggage checked straight through on connecting flights would have made the journey much less stressful. On our flights home, having to collect our luggage and check in again meant we nearly missed our next flight. Overall, it was a good trip and we are glad we experienced Vietnam. However, based on our experience, I’m not sure we would choose to travel with TripADeal again while travelling with children.

Everything about this trip was amazing. Due to renovations at the original resort, we were moved and given an upgrade, which was great! Our flight times were fantastic. The resort had many free activities that we took advantage of and also had day excursions at a cost to the main island which were amazing.

We just loved the overall experience. My 8 year old son just enjoyed the holiday. The tour guide Mimi was exceptional, very well planned. The hotels were very good except the one in incheon.

First time in my life that I can say I've used the expression 110%. This tour was everything we hoped for AND MORE! Our tour guide Dan went above & beyond the entire trip. With a hard to please combination of young adult children, a tween & 2 middle aged parents, we were delighted at every turn. This is my second outstanding holiday with TripaDeal & I can guarantee it will not be the last.

Accomodation was excellent, tour guides ensured we were at all activities on time and that we were able to get checked through all domestic flights with assistance. There was plenty of downtime in each city to explore. Tipping was based on service satisfaction rather than the guided tip. Other travellers were lovely and respectful in a small group of 12. Would go again. So easy and enjoyable!

We were blown away by the abundance of animals and outstanding accommodation and exceptional guides.

Highlight of our holiday was the cruise on the Nile in the upgrade we got, to sail on the "Iris". The boat was totally amazing ... but the crew were the best thing of all. They were all so attentive and we got on with them soooo well !!!!. Luckily only 3 of us Tripadeal couples that sailed on it, so we had a blast !!!!!!

The tour was great, Khaola was a fantastic guide and well organised making everything run smoothly. The first few hotels had very hard beds, but a lot of the accommodation was very good, comfortable and in good locations. Unfortunately the tour flights were not good- despite several attempts I couldn’t organise a Gluten Free meal for my wife and we couldn’t book seats. The people on our trip were also good, we had many laughs and great shared experiences. Thanks trip-a-deal, we will be booking with you again.

Loved that we saw many wonderful places. It was a very busy itinerary and felt blessed that our group was smaller than usual as it was extremely hot and it enabled us to spread out in the bus. The guide was well organised and did a great job, kept us up to date and supplied lots of information. Driver seemed a very safe driver. Accomodation was good Not always as close to things as one would like

Along bay was gorgeous, loved Train Street in Hanoi. Hoi An was such a relaxing place with great shopping. We went on a basket boat and it was so much fun. Ho Chi Min was great to see at night by rooftop bus and we found a fantastic restaurant called BeBop. Loved the Golden Bridge. We then moved on to Cambodia. It was a vibrant friendly city. We did a tour by tuk tuk with a lovely local. Angkor Wat was incredible in Siem Reap. The guides were great

Very well organised. First class guide Osman and driver Adnan. A great variety of wildlife (unlucky with Pygmy Elephant sightings!!), our guide was very knowledgeable on wildlife, botany and Malaysian culture. All accommodation was of a good standard particularly the new Borneo Eco Lodge 2 and the Hilton in KK. Food was also of a good standard.

We loved Japan for its unique blend of tradition, modern technology, and warm hospitality. Highlights of our trip included seeing iconic landmarks such as Mount Fuji and its beautiful gardens, as well as experiencing Japanese culture by visiting ancient temples, shrines, and historic districts. Overall, our holiday was truly memorable because of Japan's rich culture, stunning scenery, delicious food, efficient transportation, and the friendliness and politeness of its people. Our tour guide, Yujin, was also amazing—friendly, knowledgeable, and always very helpful with our needs. He made our trip even more enjoyable and unforgettable.

Sri Lanka - rich history, culture and beauty nature. Very friendly locals and for curry lovers. All the hotels are great, especially Heritance Kandalama. Heritance Negombo morning shower is cold. Maldives Adaaran Select Hudhuranfushi - Sunset Over Water Villa is perfect in every way. Room 817 where we stayed had a pair of sea turtles living under our villa is extra bonus.

We had a very good tour. Our tour guide Ms Mimi was really excellent. We had very safe driver Mr Hong. The highlight of the tour was visiting demilitarised zone. All the hotels were really good except hotel on first night near Incheon airport

Stayed at elephant lodge. The staff were friendy, helpful and made us feel like family. Outstanding 2 course lunches and 3 course dinners. We were kept busy looking for wild animals with many unforgetable sightings and experiences. All guides were great with our guide AJ who was fantastic. We always felt 100% safe, cared for and his knowledge was outstanding. We hope to come again!!

Great tour group size of 18 Large bus to spread out Hotel rooms spacious for 2 people Excellent tour leader Extra person to assist with luggage etc. Excellent driver Variety of locations with various interests Spices, silk, gem stones all very interesting information & stores if wishing to purchase. Efficient staff at all hotels Downside to The South Lake Resort in Galle was that we were placed in a room near the train line - waking us up at 5.30am each morning.

Borneo Lodge 2, excellent accommodation and river cruises Mari-Mari Cultural Village, a must to get an understanding of the cultures of traditional peoples of Sabah, also provides employment for local young people. Kiulu farm experience, a wonderful opportunity to witness subsistence village life. This is a new community initiative lead by Lyn and deserves support. Disappointing not to stay Sabah Tea Plantation.

Our guide, driver and assistant were all excellent and provided terrific service. The accommodation was generally good apart from Moi Ella which needs improvements to the rooms and secondary dining area, however the staff there were all very good. Although Club Dolphin facilities were good we would have preferred to be near the beach area of Negombo closer to shops, cafes etc., there was nothing near the Dolphin. All the buffet meals at the hotels were delicious with lots of choices. Sometimes more fruit would have been nice rather than all the sweet cakes on offer. Highlights were Sigiriya Lion Rock, tractor and canoe ride, delicious lunch at a village house, Kaudulla National Park safari, train ride from Nuwara Elia to Ella and ESPECIALLY the extra (paid-for) trip to Yala National Park - this should definitely be added as an optional trip in the itinerary, as should a visit to the 9 Arch Bridge at Ella. All our group agreed that the jeep drivers at Wilpattu did not engage with us enough and they mainly drove nose-to-tail to other vehicles which doubtless made animals less likely to be seen. Kaudulla and Yala jeep drivers were very good and knowlegeable about the animals in the park and were better drivers overall.

Great group of travellers, enabled good connections to be made. Guide was friendly, helpful and socially great. Good organisational skills. Although, he could have provided more details about Croatia and Slovenia. Eg long periods of silence on the bus where some information would have improved our understanding of the area.

Singapore was brilliant and longer there would have been better. The Maldives was lovely and 5 days was just enough. Brilliant people and would definitely recommend. Well worth the trip to both and intend to return again

Wonderful Vietnam!! We really enjoyed our recent trip. Our tour guide was fabulous, a swerved all our questions and made every place we visited interesting. We loved the people, the hustle bustle, the food and certainly seeing it first hand was a fabulous experience. Hats off to Trip A Deal

Excellent guides and itinerary with very good accommodation and bus transports. Really loved Hoi An and all the highlights along the way. Nam our northern guide was especially helpful but all were good.

What an amazing holiday. It was my first time to South Africa and it was all about the animals. We loved it! Seeing so many different animals was a highlight for me. The Sebatana Lodge was lovely, quiet and relaxing. The staff were wonderful. Our guide was Nash and he was fantastic, so knowledgeable and amazing tracking skills. I'd go back again tomorrow if I could!

The tour was excellent. The guide in Hanoi called Nam was exceptional and the Tonkin hotel was the best. Awesome location. The only complaint was that the last day was difficult being a late flight out.

Loved the itinerary - saw lots of Sri Lanka in a short time. Thila our host was fantastic, as were the driver and assistant - always very professional. It made our holiday stress free and very enjoyable. Improvements would be an option to travel direct from Perth and meet the group at the destination even if we had to arrive a day earlier it would save flying across the country and back to Melbourne which was a killer of a flight on the way home. However Sri Lankan airways provided excellent service. Also more chance to eat in more authentic restaurants with non western food on a few occasions.

This holiday was amazing. The selection of venues was first class, from the accommodation, facilities, guides and drivers. Transitions were very smooth and the last minute change to the Rovos Rail route was managed well with good communication. This was our first holiday through TripADeal. We appreciated the opportunity for making some specific upgrades. The small group tour ethos is terrific, and we only had 4 adults in our group. From speaking with other travellers, there are so many more areas of attraction in South Africa. It would be amazing to have more tour options in South Africa, with different venues available.

One of my best holidays. I did everything I could on offer. Our tour leader Wayne and driver Victor were awesome. They really made our experience special. I loved the home cooking on the truck. Initially I thought I would not like it but how nice to have salad, fruit and vegetables every day. These guys knew how to cook and there was not one meal that was not great. Best thing was when we did eat out, it was nice. Often when I go away, I just want to come home to home cooking. An absolute surprise on how much I enjoyed this aspect of the trip. The part that I think could be improved is the long day trips, add an extra day on so we can enjoy the hotels more as sometimes we got in so late and enjoy the area a bit more. I think maybe adding in an extra 3-4 days to cut down some long travel would be ideal. Overall, I would come back to Africia again to explore other parts of it. I cannot tell you how much I loved this. I also had friends on FB follow my posts and asked for my itinerary as they said I was busy but could see how much fun I was having.

Loved this tour for it's authenticity - it felt to be more of an experience than a holiday. Opportunities for improvements were that some of the advertised activities really were not a practical fit with the itinerary so we did not get to see this e.g. the fish markets.

Excellent wildlife viewing. Most hotels excellent Too many included meals were Chinese. It would be nice to have Malaysian meals, given the tour was in Malaysia

Our tour guide, Janesh, was fantastic! He was warm, friendly and very knowledgeable. Our driver was kind and patient. Together, they provided a seamless service. Our itinerary to Delhi, Agra and Jaipur did not disappoint! It was everything I imagined it to be and more. I absolutely loved all the Oberoi hotels we stayed at. The attention to detail, level of service, decor and comfort was the epitome of elegance. I was lucky enough to get a free upgrade to a Balcony Room at Rajvillas, and I was blessed with a free upgrade to a Luxury Suite at New Delhi. I had a blast in India, and enjoyed everything about my holiday. Thank you TripADeal!

Our tour guide Sunny was just brilliant. His knowledge of indian culrure was fantastic and he told us in a very informative and amusing way.It was a fantastic mix of activities showing us many of the landmarks of the area while giving us an insight into local culture.

Great tour guides and bus drivers, always happy to answer any questions. Loved the food in Cambodia and Siem Reap a much quieter city to stay.

Loved our small tour group of 10, with an excellent and very knowledgeable guide (Berk) and an even better driver! We certainly saw all the highlights of Turkey, loved Cappadocia, Gallipoli, Lone Pine, Anzac Cove, Troy, all the ancient ruins and temples. Our hotels were all great except the last minute change to our hotel in Cappadocia (that one was really run down, couldn't use the bathroom facilities). Experienced so much more than what we expected to see on this tour of Turkey. Highly recommend, THANK YOU Trip-A-Deal team once again!

Overall it was fantastic, so much to see and do, and well managed by the tour company. Only suggestion is to somehow add in some down time so you can have a rest/freetime, rather than 'go go go'. Accomodation was as expected and the last three nights in Victoria Falls at the Shearwater village was great - a good way to finish the tour.

Finishing the tour in the Maldives after touring Sri Lanka was awesome.Recommend paying the extra for exclusive access and all inclusive stay in ocean villa bungalows.

Excellent would have liked a little more free time in places however. Would love trip a deal to make more tours available in school holidays for teachers. Airline was great and luggage allowance excellent but long connection in Melbourne over 6 hours where others in the tour had 3 from melb to Adel but that was only negative to a fantastic tour.

We loved the 12 Day Vietnam for 2 deal. I was not expecting much from the holiday as it was cheap but was I mistaken. Every aspect of the tour was well planned. Our tour guide Mr Q went over and above looking after our group and ensuring everyone was happy. He kept us well informed of our itinerary/ schedule and also provided a lot of historic & personal stories so we understood Vietnamese culture. It was so much fun. Vietnam will be in my heart forever.

Loved Peru and our guide Frank was excellent - accomodation was good however my sister and I expected twin share as stated in our booking, however on a couple of checkins we were not given twin bed but 1 bed, on asking we were told that this was not specified by trip a deal, this was an inconvenience. Loved the Monestary accomodation in the Sacred Valley

Loved the whole experience, the service from the time we landed from TAD staff, our group from Aus, Radisson Blu at Jo'burg, Kruger stay, the staff and service at Mulawa lodge, the guides and the Safari, Cape Town, The Hyde and their service, trip to Table Mountain, Cruise to Seal Island, trip to the Cape of Good Hope, and return service to the airport. Suggestions for consideration: To include optional considerations in the TAD brochure such as: 1. Mandela House 2. The cradle of human kind 3. Robben Island. 4. Half a day wine tour.

It was very well organised. We had friendly and very knowledgeable tour guides. We were certainly kept busy which can also translate to "we saw a lot!". The hotels were lovely. However, one thing i would probably change is that it would have been nice for the hotels to be closer to the city centre. This is not my first trip to Vietnam. When we travelled to vietnam the first time (2013 pre TAD days) , we made sure to book hotels in the city centre to make it easier for site seeing, dinner etc. Overall, the tour was great value for money, well organised and i would highly recommend especially for people visiting Vietnam for the first time.

From start to the end it was fantastic there was never a security issue and the guide Adam was informative and had a sense of humour I would give this trip 10 out of 10 I’ve also did a previous trip to South Africa and that was 10 out of 10 Iam always going to go with Tripadeal to all my holidays it’s so easy to ride with you guys A big Thankyou John Thompson

Our family of 9 have just returned from the Wild Africa Victoria Falls trip. We loved everything about the trip . Entabeni Wildside was great . We loved our thatched roof hut 🛖. Daisy the Manager and her team were amazing catering to all of our needs . Sooo much food ! . Kamo our guide was exceptional . Sooo passionate and knowledgeable about the African wildlife and very patient with our grandchildren . We saw lots of animals including 3 of the big 5 . Victoria Falls was amazing ! Loved The Elephant Hills Resort . Highly recommend this TAD tour . We flew Qantas direct to JoBurg and return . Great flights and service . Looking forward to our next TAD holiday in May next year . recently travelled to Vietnam and Cambodia with TripADeal, and it was a fantastic experience. The tour was well organised, and our group got along really well, which made the trip even more enjoyable. Our tour guides, Vic, Hip, and Lou, were exceptional. They were knowledgeable, shared fascinating insights into their countries' history and culture, took great care of everyone in the group, and were flexible in tailoring activities to suit the group's interests and needs. The itinerary provided a wonderful opportunity to experience the culture, history, and everyday life of both Vietnam and Cambodia. It was a great balance of iconic sights and authentic local experiences.

Absolutely love everything about our trip to China. From the service we got from TripADeal to our tour guides Jessica in Beijing and JC in Shanghai. Climbing the Great Wall, and Inner Mongolia were the highlights of our trip. Shout out to our tour guide Jessica in Beijing and Inner Mongolia. She was the best. Hi we had the most amazing time in South America the highlights are many from canoeing in the Amazon, visiting the Sacred Inca sites, climbing Machu Picchu, Lake Titicaca and the Uros Islands,Tequille Island. The Iguazu Falls were absolutely spectacular,the tango dancing in Beanes Aires and the Gauchos in Argentina and then Rio De Janerio the whole trip was a very memorable experience. All of our guides were wonderful however our Peru guide … Juan Collada went above and beyond to ensure we all had an amazing time in his Country and even though we had quite a few flights he made everything run smoothly and travelled with us for the 13 days we were in Peru. All the Hotels and staff were beautiful and I could not fault the service we received I would highly recommend this trip such a great group of fellow travellers on our tour as well all of this made our South American adventure one to remember

Angkor Watt was amazing and the highlight of the trip. Service and guide in the north were definitely stand outs. Phnom Penn and the south could really learn a lot about service and how to attract and treat tourists. Eden Beach Resort was a great way to end the trip.

The experience was fantastic and all went off without a hitch, we will definitely doing another TripaDeal holiday. The only downside was the 5 hour transfer to and from Kruger. the to Kruger trip was made even worse due older HiAce with very hard seats. Shame did not have option for flight from Kruger to Cape Town

Good spread of experiences between busy Hanoi city and the more scenic and parts in Ha Long bay. Pu Luong was gorgeous. It was a lovely trip and my first experience would Trip a Deal and based on this would definitely go again.

Great driver/tour guide ( Terry) Good value I think extra night on Thursday Island instead of Horn Island would have been better.

This was a very full itinerary. Our guide was knowledgeable and made our experience fun, informative and pleasant. Every highlight visited was fully explained before arriving and very clear instructions were given to keep the trip running on time. I would definitely recommend this 9 day trip worth doing to get a comprehensive view of Japans highlights.

Miyaki was an amazing tour guide. He shared his knowledge of culture, history and society and spoke good english. He was also entertaining and gave additional tours and extras. He always pointed out where to buy food and what shops to visit. He was excellent 10/10. The hotel rooms are small but are in good locations near convenience stores and restaurants. My only negative was the overnight flights to snd from Japan. A stop over would have been welcome.

Amazing holiday and all of the Trip A Deal tour guides were fantastic. They were so nice and full of information and assistance. I loved it.

Amazing experience, 4 out of the big 5 and so many more animals seen. June trip needed warm gear for cold (2 degrees) mornings and layers to remove as the temps rose to 20avg. Brilliant mix of relaxation and adventure. Staff at Sebatana were amazing and we did not go hungry with so much delicious food served daily. If you are meat adverse you need to be prepared to experience all kinds or be sure to let them know of veg status. Guides were phenomenal, educational and fun whilst safety conscious. Small group of 14 was brilliant and we had ages from 13-60+ in our group who all got on well. Be sure you can handle getting in and out of a safari ute if you want the full experience. We tipped and purchased souvenirs at the airport in rand in cash, organise that before you go we had change from $1000aud per person. Otherwise drinks are a little less than AUD regular prices. Souvenirs at Sebatana are a little pricey. Joberg transfer was fine, Google how to get to the shuttle bus at joberg and watch the YouTube clip if you’re worried. Raddison was fine, you might want to look into activities for the day if you get in early like us, can pay a nominal extra fee to check in early (3pm check in). Highly recommend, especially if you love giraffes x

Sun was an amazing guide, he was very knowledgable regarding the history and war. The locations were amazing, particularly Phu Luong. One suggestion would be to make the trip 17 days and include the south of vietnam or add in Na Dang

Loved the excursions, specially: - Sigirya - the Jeep Safari - the elephant orphanage We felt that we could have spent more time in Ella as a quick visit didn’t do it justice. Understanding the time constraints, we valued the free time. We highly valued the support of all three of the tour staff for our group: Subash Dulip Kusal The hotels were also a great experience and the staff were fantastic.

Lara was so amazing! We had such a great time on the tour! For us, the highlights were definitely Seoul, and Busan - but also loved Jeonju and it’s more “small town” vibe and walkability! Lara was so incredibly kind, and the coach was amazing! Thank you for a great trip! Definitely will be back to Korea.

Was a great holiday with a lovely group of people (21 in total) Well organised & all tour guides were very knowledgeable & helpful Included the overnite cruise in Ha Long Bay - fantastic night - a lot of fun & laughs In my opinion 1 guide was a little over the top by day 2 (Matt Cambodia) Hotels were great overall & in good locations - we chose the premium package so I guess this made a difference Flights were good - we chose to pay extra for Singapore airlines Not sure about paying $450 each for high season as we were there at the end of the season heading into rainy season - the week before (which we just missed out on, I don't believe had this charge). However - being less tourists meant no queues & photos without a hundred other people in them :)

Loved every bit of holiday. Maybe make it a 16 day holiday and add an extra day at Siem Reap and explore the city more (optional tour) or use as a recovery day as the tour is pretty full on.

This tour was an amazing introduction to Sri Lanka. The itinerary allowed for some free time while there were lots of things to see and do along the way. Our guide, Sithu, was lovely, and he was interesting, knowledgeable and friendly and really cared about how we were enjoying the experience. Whenever anyone had an issue, he was on hand and offering to help where he could. The tour did not have many early starts which allowed everyone to be rested and ready to go each day. There were too many highlights to list here. We did something great every day. The hotels were mainly good (only one we wouldn’t rate) but they seemed to be responsive to feedback. For improvement, a better variety of quality lunch options (and maybe a couple of meals included beyond breakfast) would be good.

Loved the whole trip needed more stops, lots of driving, could have done more in Ireland as the 4 days was just driving and nothing to do in the cities we stopped in also hotels need to be closer to centre of towns

Very immersive and awe-inspiring trip to see the wildlife roaming freely in their native surroundings. Mesmerised by the mighty, thundering Victoria Falls.

We loved the sites, the towns and the activities. Our tour guide, the bus driver and his assistant were all very lovely, helpful and accommodating. There were so many highlights - Lion Fortress, the optional Safari, the Elephant Orphanage, Galle Fort, the Temple, the scenery, the food, and the locals were friendly. The tour itself was very well organised with a couple of quiet days with a few busy days in there. The only drama we came upon was trying to find time to do a wash.

We had the most amazing time in beautiful Sri Lanka. Thoroughly enjoyed the tour and was great to travel around and see so much. Our tour guide - Obama, was fantastic!! We felt quite quite isolated in a lot of the hotels as they weren’t close to much and felt this prevented us from getting out and walking the streets.

Ben, our tour guide was exceptional. Really kind, friendly and knowledgeable. He took extra time to teach us about Japanese culture and lifestyle. He also made optional arrangements for free days which was fantastic to have that opportunity.

Loved our tour guide..he was fabulous. The accommodation was all pretty decent too. Ha Long Boat itself was overcrowded but the overnight cruise was lovely. The staff at the Hanoi hotel were super helpful.

Wow! What a trip of a lifetime. We can't believe how much we did, saw and conquered on this trip. All 3 countries gave us unforgettable experiences, and each place was unique in what it revealed to us. You will be overwhelmed with the history and wonderful sites that you will see. I could highlight the whole trip, but I would have to say that the Pyramids of Giza (Egypt), the Hot air Balloon in Cappadocia (Turkiye) and the Glamping and Camel ride at Sunrise in Wadi Rum are my special memories.... but I have many more!! I would do this all again!! We added on a tour to a Nubian Village in Aswan and I would recommend that this be included on the Itinerary. On another note, people often comment on safety in such countries. We never felt unsafe in any of the places we visited and were looked after by our Guides!
