Excellent well organised tour with wonderful guides. My only suggestion, is the inability to access flight information and change seating prior to flights departure.
Our tour guide Dominic was fantastic, very informative did all he could to make our trip memorable. Accomodation was good, meals were excellent and plenty of food. Tours were great, only thing was bus needed a toilet as public toilets were average.
Our tour guide Claudio was fabulous at communicating instructions and keeping us informed. Two of the hotels were terrible & less than basic. Hotel Alexander Zürich & The Guest house Interlaken - do not send your clients there. They are way below any standard. We loved the excursions planned, especially the Matterhorn.
I give 5 stars for our 5 star China and Yangtze Cruise holiday in every category
Our trip was amazing. Our first tour guide Robin was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly, always ready to please. Our second tour guide John Hu was just as knowledgeable and despite having some difficult travellers in our group he was very professional to keep the tour as pleasant as possible for the rest of us that didn’t complain. We were extremely surprised with China, so clean and advanced.
Really enjoyed the river lodge and cruising on the river. Good variety of locations on the trip. I liked that the trip started with the lower star accomodation ( with extremely hard beds) and that with each new location the accomodation improved. Breakfast could not be faulted at each location.
Loved every minute of our trip. Our guide Clay was amazing. So many highlights but I think my favourites were the mari mari cultural village and the Borneo Nature village. We learnt and saw so much on the river cruises. Accommodation and meals were fantastic
One "WOW" moment after another! Our Guide had a wealth of Egyptian knowledge and took us on a fantastic journey from the pyramids of Cairo to the Oasis city of Sewa where we swam in salt lakes and Cleopatra's pool. We travelled from there to Alexandria to see the amazing Catacombs then to Aswan for 3 nights cruising down to visit the Valley of the Kings which was an absolute highlight. We then spent 3 nights at an all-inclusive resort on the Red Sea! A truly fantastic holiday.
Highlight was our optional trip to Bana Hills and the show “Memoirs of Hoi An” which our tour guide advised us to see and which he organised to get tickets for us. Loved our hotel accomodations as well as the meals offered in said hotels. Very memorable and awesome trip.
Eric was a fantastic guide. we experienced so much - it was a packed busy schedule.
It was fantastic, we loved all the trip , everything was incredible. We had a great group of people on our bus plus towards the end we met some from the other group and they were nice as well . All tour guides were very helpful with changing money and the knowledge along with being able to understand their English . I would like to say our Tour guides Leo, Maggie, Bruce and Walker were all exceptional and if I went again would love them to be our guides . We will be recommending TripADeal to our family and friends once again . The only thing I was disappointed to hear about is that when you come from a state that does not depart you have to book your own tickets and to me this would be stressful as when we went to Japan before Qantas owned 100% TripADeal organised us to fly from Sydney to Brisbane for a reduced fee and organised it all so I was surprised to hear how people could not book their internal flight until the paperwork was sent so they missed all the special prices . At 75 I would not book a trip if not leaving from Sydney or TripADeal organised the full holiday .
The whole of the trip was a highlight, to much to single out any one thing, although the on shore extra experiences available through Holland America were fantastic, Dog sledding, Salmon bake and Seaplane were great, The Tour Guide for the first leg in Canada was exceptional if anything maybe the trip could have been extended a couple of days before starting the Rocky Mountaineer so you got a little bit more in, but overall great
The trip easy well organised, our guide Tim was very good and shared a lot of history and cultural insights which helped our enjoyment of this trip. Hotels were comfortable with good amenities, restaurants and pools.
All aspects of the trip were exceptional. The itinerary was well balanced across the different areas of interest available in Sabah. Accommodation was excellent and the activities well organised and delivered in a professional manner. Particular praise should go to our tour guide (Clay Vincent) and the coach driver (Mamut). Clay added great value to the experience, not only through his knowledge, his assistance and his focus on providing a safe tour, but also through his lovely personality and humour. We finished the tour considering him a friend, not just a tour leader. Mamut shone through as a very safe and courteous driver, taking great care with his passengers, fellow road users and the vehicle itself. My partner and I hope that this feedback can be passed onto them both in some form.
Did not enjoy the rushing from one city to the next and arriving after midnight only to be greeted by the guide with some bananas, pressure selling on the bus at midnight, most of us exhausted then getting into our hotel with NO room service, NO bars or coffee facilities. Told to be up early like 7am for breakfast and out at 8.30am. We were hijacked to some of the guides tours as they cleverly rotated the tours that we alredy paid for, with their own offers so it was difficult getting back to your hotel. Did NOT enjoy the wasted time at the JADE CENTRE, Chineses Herbel Medicines Centre and the Silk Centre and the pressure selling.
i am happy with every aspect of this trip
Tour guides were fantastic, long timeframe between some breakfast and lunches so fuel up. So many amazing highlights, Halong Bay, Hoi An and Ba Na Hill- Golden Bridge just to name a few. Additional activities were great, cooking class and water puppet show fantastic. It’s go go go, so book a few days off after you return home to recover. June in Vietnam is extremely humid, so take additional clothes to refresh. Linen clothing recommended!
The tour guide was fantastic and provided a few little extras to make the trip memorable, i.e. a whiskey tasting at a lookout following our glacier walk, cookies with maple syrup cream in the middle and organizing space at a local bar so we could meet up as a large group for drinks on our last night. We had such a great group of people on the coach it really helped make the trip memorable.
I loved all the game drives and the wildlife we spotted along the journey. Loved all the different landscape we encountered as well
well organized. Good accom.
We saw so many amazing places. The country is mix between old and new, but so full on with so much travelling, we were looking forward to the four day Yangtze cruise so we could relax. Not to be, as each day was lots of stairs, buses and walking. All in all, lots of long train journeys, buses journeys, and long plane flights to get there and home. Maybe a higher level of fitness than “moderate” is actually required. Some of our older travelers struggled.
Loved: Great itinerary, Botswana was magical. Pick ups and drop offs were seamless, the guides were very knowledgeable. Great job. Accommodation was fine, a mix of satisfactory and excellent. Improvements: 1. Could do with an additional day in Cape Town for sightseeing (we went in early and used the Red City-Sightseeing (open-top) busses. 2. Tipping: Incorrect information provided. In line with the instructions provided, we had $US6 per person, per day (total $US156) ready to hand to the LEADER on the first day. However, there was no leader, and we really needed small $US dollar notes for tipping, not $US50 notes. Please CHECK AND CORRECT this detail in the instructions, and it would be helpful if you could include instructions on taking $US in $10, $5 and $1 notes, and a rough amount. As a couple, we used about $US250 as we needed to personally tip hotel staff, drivers and tour guides. This is really important as, once you leave Cape Town, other than airports, there is nowhere to withdraw cash and $US. 3. Zimbabwean Kaza Visa - Instructions provided recommend getting your visa beforehand, however Tripadeal needs to INCUDE TWO PIECES OF CRITICAL INFORMATION. (1) you are entering the country ON FOOT; and (2) you are entering the country at the KAZUNGULA Border Crossing. I RECOMMEND THAT SOMEONE DOES A DUMMY RUN AT FILLING IN THIS VISA FORM SO YOU CAN SEE WHAT I MEAN AND CAN BRIEF THE TEAM WHO ANSWER THE PHONES. Everyone in the group tried to do the Visa in advance, however, I was the only person who managed to figure this out. The Customer service team tried to assist; however, Tripadeal need to make this critical information available to them. There is a lot of confusion about the 'Bus number', but you actually CHANGE VEHICLES, (therefore crossing the border on foot). It's complicated to bring the vehicles across the border so the team on the ground change vehicles. And filling out the form, you need to select WHERE you are entering the country from a drop-down menu, which includes many places you have never heard of.
Loved this tour only thing for me is some places not long enough maybe 3 night stays for all places as 1 night or 2 night not long enough maybe 1 full day tour with 1 free day we will definitely be back need to check out da Nang as we just drove passed there and maybe any chance with the tipping graduation pre tour guide could be included in price some people not happy as it was a hidden cost they all did an amazing job pat on the back to them all xo
Loved the Great Wall Tienaman Square The Lost City Shanghai the Chinese banquets Better access to ATMs and places to use credit cards
I loved the bus trips and the tour guide. All of the beautiful cities and the historical information was great.
The highlights for me were going up the summit of Jungfraujoch and Matterhorn Glacier Paradise Station. Also, the breathtaking natural landscapes I'd seen onboard the trains we're riding.
Great group of fellow travellers, nice size group Accommodation was excellent, provided all that was needed while travelling. Various of trips of offered. Bus and driver was great, good amount of stops for breaks. Our tour guide was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable.
Was a wonderful holiday, good experiences, lovely people on the tour, and tour guides were good (first one more interested in making money, very good at his job but too much information about his private life which was irrelivant) the second guide was a big improvement even though it was his first tour group on his own, very nice and pleasant (Kai). the Hotels were lovely food was good and the tours were really good, all full on days. It wont be my last hope to do more and my 3 friends all enjoyed the trip as well.
Egypt was amazing, seeing all the historical sites fulfilled bucket list moments. Our guide was very good. The food was okay but as I am a vegetarian it was sometimes difficult. The Nile river cruise was a highlight, relaxing & beautiful. Morocco was beautiful, the blend of French & Moroccon culture was wonderful. Having local guides at each city was good. Unfortunately some of our group including me got Morocco belly so missed out on some of the highlights. Probably a bit too much driving, could have spent a day less in Marrakech and an extra day in Casablanca, but still a very good trip.
Loved the scenery and the organisers.. highlights were breakfast at the hotel and the vine bridge experience
Loved seeing so much of Vietnam in one holiday, not having to worry about accommodation, transfers, etc between the different tour venues. One thing to note for future TripADeal tours - we were unaware that most communications whilst on tour would be using WhatsApp. Fortunately, we already had the app on our phone, but at least one couple did not (and you cannot load the app to your phone once overseas) We noticed that this did impact on this couple's experience, feeling 'left out'. Perhaps this could be advised as part of the preparations before leaving on a tour. We had three guides during our tip (one North, one Central, one South) All were good, but sometimes the level of understanding/English, knowledge of history, etc was a bit 'sketchy'. This did not impact significantly on our experience though. Accommodation was mostly very good Perhaps an extra day in Hoi An/ one less day in Hue?
Great value, great group, great tour
We flew in Siem Reap Cambodia and from the start the whole trip was well organised . Our guide in Cambodia was fantastic, his knowledge and passion for his country was fantstic. Cambodia is so very unspoilt and beautiful. We then sailed along the mighty Mekong to Ho Chi Min City Vietnam. Everything on board the Lan Diep was amazing. Wonderful friendly staff and the food was varied and tasty. Vietnam is a whole lot differnet to Cambodia, very fast paced and modern.Again the local guide was wonderful and we were able to move around quite easily by ourselves. As our flight was a late one on the departure day, we were still looked after at a near by hotel untuil it was time to leave for the airport. This is the third trip we have done with Trip A Deal and all we can say is, give it a go, you'll be back to book sosme more.
The trip was very well organized. Our guide was amazing, with a wealth of knowledge and information to keep everyone engaged and entertained on the bus. Her organizational and co-ordination skills saw everything run smoothly, every day. Our bus driver too, was an exceptionally skilled driver and was engaging with everyone on the tour. There were numerous highlights and I believe that the sights we saw were an excellent snapshot of Japan.
Good trip, long flight to Tokyo as only 9hrs from Sydney. Bus driver was excellent. Tour guide needs more training as group not keep together . Eg Time to take photos. Crossing roads, going to toilet. She was friendly, kind, found answers to all our questions.
It was everything that I wanted to see and do.
Highlights included visiting the Great Wall, Terracotta Warrior and Tiananmen Square. Suggestion for improvement would be visiting the Great Wall earlier in the day when it is cooler.
Loved the tour guides, Alice in Beijing and Rainbow in Shanghai they both were very knowledgeable and helpful to all passengers. Highlight was the Great Wall and Grand Canal cruise - hotels were amazing including the breakfasts. Very good value trip
Meeting other travellers from different states
That there was time to explore as well as participate in the tour.
Excellent value. Mainly interested in wildlife and cultural experiences and this satisfied. The extension farm visit was a surprisingly good experience with benefits to the local community. A lack of information on the snorkeling meant this was below par. If I’d known that flippers were in short supply I would have packed my own and could have enjoyed this more thoroughly. That is my only complaint of the whole tour. My guide, Michael, was very knowledgeable.
The highlights of our trip would have to be the tour guides and the people that we traveled with. Small group tour is definitely the way to go, seen some wonderful sites and places and the guides Tony in Vietnam and Adi in India were excellent. Accommodation was ok, some hotels very ordinary and most were out away from the centre of town. Overall we got to see everything we wanted to see and had a great time with our group.
Our guide, Clayton, MADE the trip He was exceptional- professional, knowledgeable & had a great sense ones of humour . . he was perfect The entire trip was amazing . . no complaints only suggestion - On such a fast pace trip, maybe one free afternoon may be appreciated food, accommodation & transport was just fine Well organised- no hiccups or missed “things” - FABULOUS thank you Tripadeal jann
An absolutely fabulous trip, Japan in depth, 25 days, the whole trip was a highlight 😁
Excellent travel experience. I want to go again
Sri Lanka is an interesting place, lovely people. The highlight was the group size not too big (15) the other tourists we great and compatible, the tour leader, driver and bus assistant were excellent made the trip enjoyable. Highlights were snorkelling at Pidgeon Island, Nilaveli Beach, the Hilton in Colombo, and Doubletree, and Sheraton. Cooking class was great in Galle … Would like the tour to include experiencing life of the people in their real environment.
Enjoyed every minute of the holiday, getting to see the wildlife in their natural habitat, the birds, monkeys, crocs, snakes and the amazing flowers in their natural habitat rainforest and the culture. The beautiful sunsets were amazing. Our guide Brendan was fantastic with his exceptional knowledge always ready to give anyone that extra encouragement and helping hand when required. The exceptional driving skills of the bus driver Mr Achoo ensured our safe passage throughout the tour. What a fantastic tour to experience loved it🥰🥰🥰🥰
All the forts and Taj Mahal and Vanarasi were special
Great Wall of China Tiananmen Square Shanghai Suggestion : a traditional dance show
I loved the sight seeing and the guides were incredible. The choice of things to do were great . I felt the guides always had the groups best interest at heart as the weather was so hot that they swapped around itineraries so we would be out of the heat and to make the most of the places we went to.
Great guide (Runa). Accommodation all clean and in good locations. Had a really good group of people on trip. Saw lots of Japan.
The people who where on the trip all so friendly the bus driver so good and the guide he did a wonderful job thanks to them all
The culture the way I living the way they think what they do. Our tour guides were really good. His name was Richard bus driver was Mr. Foo nicknamed them Russell they were good. They took us to places that was a little bit off the beaten track, but we learnt more in that way in certain things. The highlight of the whole trip was a tour itself and their culture.
Loved the land tour, especially Carole our tour guide who was knowledgeable, innovative fun and admired by all on our tour
Fantastic value holiday Excellent accommodation Tour guides were excellent, with Jo Jo outstanding and Vanessa excellent Great sights, Great Wall the standout Recommend this tour to anyone who wants to go to China Bus excellent
Everything was excellent - beyond our expectations - the guides were very helpful and very informative - we really enjoyed our trip - China is so vast and so beautiful - our hotels were very nice and very clean - we have already recommended China tours through TRIP A DEAL to all our families and friends and we are looking forward to another part of China visit very soon - Simply Loved this tour - Special thanks to our guides JASON LIU in Beijing and ROSE YUAN in Suzhou to Shanghai - they were great 👍 - Many thanks to TripADeal for organising such memorable tours - Looking forward to our next tour soon - Cheers 🍻 👏
Great Wall, Terracotta Warriors, silk factory, the history of China's recent development to its present status and the abundance of info provided by all of the tour leaders were all very enthralling and wonderful to experience. We really enjoyed our China tour.
The trip was exactly as stated on the itinerary so it was easy to plan out the things that we wanted to see and do that were not included. Mimi our guide was fantastic and knowledgeable, wherever we were. She shared her love of her country and it was infectious! Hotels were great, all had different highlights but were all placed in great locations. My only improvement would be add 1 more night in Busan and include a trip on the blue line train. A huge thank you to Mimi and Mr Yun, they were integral to the enjoyment of the trip. Korea, we will be back!
I enjoyed the whole trip. The accommodation was great as was the guide and drivers.
The whole trip was fantastic Very well organised The guides were very very good Special shout out to Echo and Celery And Seven our guides Echo and Celery went over and beyond to make everything we wanted possible
Great Wall Shanghai
Great introduction to China. Have always been hesitant to visit but being on a tour was definitely the way to go. Didn’t realise how hard it was to climb The Great Wall. Will definitely be back when I’m fitter! Great knowledgeable tour guides. My only suggestion is it would be great if we could have had name badges as I am very forgetful.
The guide was lovely. Very Informative, knowledgeable, entertaining, witty and generous. Busan was a highlight for me. I could have stayed there longer. Jeju island was a bit of a letdown due to rough weather conditions. We didn’t get to see the female divers, which was something I was looking forward to. Overall, South Korea was an interesting place and I’m glad that I got to experience it.
Our Trip A Deal tour was well organised during a period of World chaos due to war events in the middle East. Our tour itinerary was very full, complex and spread over a very large area with one leg being close to 1000 miles via train. Our 'Trip A Deal' tour guides were excellent, and friendly with deep knowledge of there home nations. We enjoyed our trip and highly recommend the China visit. You can expect an amazing trip to diverse nation.
Loved our guides Angel, Summer & Jessie. Nothing was ever too much trouble. They were very informative on what we were doing each day along with their knowledge of Chinese history that they shared with us. Master Teow was absolutely amazing getting us all around the place in the bus. We were definitely in safe hands with him driving. So much was packed in to our trip as we also opted to do all the optional tours. Highly recommend this trip to everyone.
loved seeing the animals in the wild. chi chi was a wonderful guide and looked after us in every way. loved the mountains, rain forest, the tribute to the australian soldiers who died on the death march, hotels and meals were great although the hotel in sandakan needed a few repairs. the local farm we visited as an extra tour was well worth it and the boat trips on the river were great. we saw many animals and birds in the wild
I recently returned from my trip to China last week, and I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Everything about the trip was very well organised, and all arrangements ran smoothly without any issues. The itinerary was thoughtfully planned, allowing us to see some amazing sights while still having enough time to relax and enjoy each location. The accommodation, transport, and guided tours were all excellent and met my expectations. The tour guides ( Jason and Laura ) were knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Every detail seemed to be taken care of, making the whole journey stress-free and comfortable. Overall, I found the trip to be great value for money and a memorable experience. I would definitely recommend TripADeal to others and would happily travel with them again in the future.
We went on this trip with low expectations, but it turned out to be a pretty eye-opening experience. We discovered some fascinating things about Turkiye, its history and vibrant culture. The hot air balloon ride, the cave hotel stay and seeing the fairy chimneys in Cappadocia were definitely the highlights of our trip. It would be so much better if hotels were located near shops and restaurants.
The garden in HangZhou is beautiful. ShangHai is wonderful too.
Loved every minute of this trip. Chantal our tour guide and Gil our driver were both fantastic and looked after all of us extremely well. We covered a lot of ground and just had a wonderful time.
The highlight was the guide we had - Roland. His knowledge, communication and support was superb.
-Tour guides - local knowledge was invaluable eg obtaining entrance times, best angles for photo's plus their best memory fun things to do, being safe tips, belonging to a group benefits -Tour inclusions and options -hotels -itinerary -number of nights at each location -Terracotta Warriors - vastness cannot be appreciated until you are there -High speed Train travel - seeing the farming communities, industrial landscape and cities go by plus being able to walk around (not strapped in aircraft), chatting to other local train travellers PS under Recommendation below I used 5, meaning 5 out of 5
Excellent tour guide Ben. Well paced tour with good variety. Thoroughly enjoyed cycle through rice paddies & also the Breezy Blue train ride
Having done a similar trip in 1998, I was interested to see any changes that had taken places in the interceding 28 years - and what a change there has been! Positive changes that made the trip so interesting. I was very keen to conquer the Great Wall again and take lots of photos to replace the blurry ones I had taken last time. I’m proud that I could still scale a pretty steep section! I was also looking forward to seeing the Terracotta Warriors again. So much development has taken place to cater for the number of tourists. This was a real highlight for me. The evening cruise along the river in Shanghai to see the light projections was new for me and a wonderful introduction to the city. We had many opportunities to sample food from the different regions and the parks we visited provided a contrast to the huge sprawling cities. The guides were knowledgeable with lots of history and engaging anecdotes, Charlie in Shanghai and Maggie in Xian, in particular, were wonderful and provided lots of fun that brought our whole group together to create memories forever. I really enjoyed this TripADeal adventure!
Our tour leader Melany was excellent, her depth of knowledge and attention to all participants was well received bu all, especially the transport arrangements that included buses, flights, speed boats and ferries. All accommodation was above our expectations
The itinerary was great, the hotels were very good quality, our driver was very skilled and safe, and our guide was top shelf with his English, knowledge, personality and organisational skills. Trip a Deal kept us updated with the necessary details of the trip.
All tours were fantastic. Great Wall of China and Terracotta warriors was unbelievable.
absolutely loved Ulimate Turkey. This was my second TripADeal trip and I chose it based on my previous trip to Egypt which was also fantastic so I’m a repeat traveler. We had an excellent guide who was clearly very knowledgeable about the many and varied experiences and activities we did . I appreciated how he highlighted certain areas so we wouldn’t miss significant things as there was so much to see and at times it could be overwhelming and you didn’t want to miss out. I couldn’t fault the hotels ( customer service in Novotel in Konya was poor but that was probably due to the staff working that day as the hotel itself was great) All other hotels were fantastic and I loved that we were located so centrally I especially loved the ones in Istanbul and Kusadasi and the Portobello at Antalya. I appreciated having a comfortable nights sleep each night in a great bed after long and busy days it really helped managing tiredness. My highlights were so many ! Gallipoli was very moving and I found almost spiritual for me personally. I’ve always wanted to go to Kusadasi to see Ephesus and see the temple of Artemis and that did not disappoint it alone was worth the trip I absolutely loved Izmir and the Agora a real highlight. To be where Alexander the Great had been at Purge an unforgettable experience and to learn about cleopatras pool and that she was there also great. The ancient cities and their history were amazing. Troy was also an unforgettable highlight. To see the ancient walls of Troy and to be in the moment - I don’t have the words to express how surreal this felt. The natural geographical landscapes also highlights standouts were Pamukkale and Cappadocia. Istanbul itself and the Famous site’s incredible I would love to go back to spend more time there and in Izmir. Meals were all amazing and well organised so we didn’t waste time. I liked the traditional meal experience and think that is was helpful to include at least one example of each eg a traditional breakfast lunch and dinner as well as coffee tea ritual. I really appreciated it when we had the opportunity to do this and learn about the food culture . The pace was great I liked that we kept moving and didn’t waste time so we could see as much as we could. I did all the extra tours except the ballooons and loved them all. Something I wasn’t expecting and was a highlight was Rumis house and learning about him and his poetry. I liked the opportunity to go to the museums in Ankara and would have liked to go to the one that had the statues that they found I think in Antalya. I liked going to the leather, carpet and pottery factories to Learn about these traditional industries. The trip was very well organised and seemed seamless I liked that we started early and mostly there at sites at opening so we could be there before it became too busy. I really have nothing but praise for a simply unforgettable experience thank you!!! My only suggestion would be is that there were only two solo travellers and it would have been a better mix to have had a few more as when I enquired I was told there would be. I’ve looked at many trips and the TripADeal model really suits me so I hope there may be more opportunities for solo travellers. Thank you again for a wonderful trip!
Machu Pichu was breathtaking, the sheer size and what has been uncovered is fantastic. Ecuador , the mountains and all other activities were great .Galapagos Islands ,well, were do I start , Isla Lobos the Blue Footed Boobies ,the mating male Frigate bird with its big red breast ,snorkeling with cheeky sea lions , sting rays , sea turtles and lots of other sea life . overall the food and drink were great.
Excellent Tour Guide who had great local knowledge and experience. Also very interactive and helpful highly recommend Trip a deal
It was a great trip with plenty of variety at the different places we went to. The local guides were all good. Especially our guide Nini Nguyen at Hoi An who was extremely good at her job . She was humorous, full of energy and would help with anything that we asked about. She was the best guide that we have had on any tours we have done over the years. She made the trip memorable. The guide in Siem Reap , Phlong Chanbora was also excellent. Like Nini at Hoi An his English was excellent and easier to understand than some of the other guides.
Loved the accommodation, variety of sites visited and ease of travel across Malaysia.
Amazing organisation. Transfers were seamless. Tour guide Mellany was exceptional. Destinations were well curated. Would recommend to anyone.
Love the stunning scenery. Well organised and value for money. Thank you trip a deal.
Accommodation and site seeing is unbelievable. The people and cost of living are amazing.
I have no suggestions for improvements :) The trip was really great and I'm urging everyone who would listen to do this trip with TripADeal company. It was well organized, great balance of activities and free time, awesome interesting itinerary! - history and nature on steroids! Excellent tour guide Dany and caring bus driver who looked after us and kept the bus spick-and-span. I'm looking forward to my next trip with TripADeal :)
Our tour guides Jim and Walker were amazing
So much to love about this tour. A great little taster of China. Feel I need to see more now. Loads of traveling on transport but manageable. Very busy tour but see some amazing places. Most of the accommodation was excellent - only gripe was a couple of rooms smelled like an astray. Guides and drivers were good - Beijing guide amazing and educational. Overall a positive experience and such great value for money.
Another excellent travel package from TAD. We were drawn to this trip with the inclusion of the DMZ and Jeju Island. We were definitely not disappointed. Loved every city we visited and felt like we experienced so much in 2 weeks. The people, food and experiences were exceptional. Accommodation in Seoul and Busan were very close to the subway which we loved using. Convenience stores and restaurants were always close by. Our guide, Heni, shared her love of South Korea with us and provided so much information and background on the history and culture of this fabulous country. Heni went above and beyond by catering to the needs of all participants, especially those who had mobility issues. Loved South Korea. Would gladly return as there is plenty to do and see. Early May was a great time to visit. Weather was pleasant. Such great value with TAD and Cathay Pacific provided great flights.
The flight, trek and accommodation bookings all ran very smoothly. Our guides were fabulous. Very caring and supportive.
I loved everything about the trip our guide Furkan Bicer was excellent he answered all our questions and gave us the history behind every location. Every location was beautiful & dripping with history
Our tour guide, Thila, as well as outdriver and tour assistant were all brilliant, so well informed, happy and helpful. The people of Sri Lanka were always friendly and the country is so vibrant and beautiful. Our wonderful group of travelers on this trip we so much fun, by the end we all felt like family. Only suggestion would be to give a little more time between flights to and from destinations as even with the smallest delays, we had to virtually run through Changi airport to reach our connecting flight.
Our guide Donnie Vung Ng was the best repersentive for you company. He looked after us all very well and showed us his proud country. The tour was the best all the places we visited great value fir money
Historical sites Fabulous leader
All good.
All the destinations were great, couldn't fault anything there. Not having 1 tour leader for the whole trip was disappointing as not all of them were great, certainly knowledgeable but hard to understand at times. I suppose the biggest disappointment was the size of the group, 44 was too many. I have been with TAD before and that seems to be common, I guess 30 would have been better. Overall it was value for money.
The guides were excellent, filling our time in each location with as many activities and sights as possible. Our favourite locations were the steps up to Tianman Cave, The Teracotta Warriors, the pandas, The Impression Lijiang Ethnic Show, the Glass Bridge and the city of Shanghai. The accommodation was good and the food was very reasonably priced and safe to eat. Our tour group of 44 was much too large.. fortunately we were a cooperative group for the tour leaders but sometimes it was very difficult to hear the guide and stay focused and well informed. Some days were very long and wasted, filling in time waiting for internal flights and long train journeys to next location.. not everyone has the stamina for this so possibly some rest days or free time is needed as recovery days in hotels that are close to free time activities. Overall this is a great tour, but the pace is not for everyone.
Accommodation at Kruger was 10/10
We had the best holiday. Great tour guides. I did feel some of the hotels were way too far away from the towns. Did not have a lot of choice of places to eat for dinner.
