I loved my first Trip a Deal Adventure. Having travelled extensively around South East Asia, I can say that Hayashi is the best tour guide I have encountered in 20 years! 5 stars to him for his excellent english, knowledge of the history of Japan, easy going manner and cultural tips. I was happy with seeing so much of the countryside as well as cities, but would have liked another day in Hiroshima, as it was hard to read and absorb much at the crowded museum. A brilliant idea to fly into Tokyo and out of Fukuoka, as it saved time doubling back, and we were able to see many smaller towns. The modular bathrooms were too small for europeans and Australians, but everything was squeaky clean. The Japanese were unfailingly polite and respectful; our country has much to learn from them. I particularly enjoyed the fascinating wasabi farm/business, the Hells of Beppu (loved the footbath in the geothermal hot springs) and the Aso Volcanic museum in the giant crater at Kyushu towards the end of our trip. First trip a deal I’ve done that was actually a small group. The previous 2 were 35 plus. The guides were good, as were the group we were with. The North of Vietnam is awesome, highly recommend this itinerary.

We love China we got to see so much on this trip the culture the history the people the food it was amazing

The trip was well organized, great coaches with plenty of room. Our guide, driver and helper were terrific, our guide Anil was very knowledgeable and gave us a good insight to everywhere we visited, nothing was too rushed. Hotels we’re good with good food options.. The size of the group was great. Very enjoyable holiday will definitely use your company again.

Brendan our guide was amazing! All places we visited were really interesting and enjoyable. Vegetarian meals were really good, the family were over the bones in chicken but realise this is the way they serve, maybe a little more variety too meals, apart from chicken and rice and sweet and sour fish! We loved seeing the animals living freely in jungle! Overall a great experience for the family!

Our guide Pham Zoom was a fantastic source of information. He provided so much history, humility and humour to our trip. The skill of our bus driver Mr Truong was fantastic, we never felt unsafe on the roads. What a legend. One of my highlights was the time spent in Hanoi. What a crazy, wonderful city. And the people of Vietnam are just so lovely, even wth the language barrier they went out of their way to welcome us. The countryside was beautiful and our swim at the waterfall delightful. Our fellow passengers on the tour also helped us enjoy the tour.Overall there were many highlights and I look forward to returning.

It was great experience for us given the first time we visited these three places. The highlights for us is the Taj Mahal which was stunning and the Maldives where we upgraded to the over the water villa which we greatly enjoyed. Both guides for Indi and Sri Lanka were knowledgeable and helpful. The people in our group was great and we got on really well and that also made the trip more enjoyable.

We had an amazing tour of these 3 incredible countries. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking, our group of 24 were fantastic we all got on well. Almedin (Meme) our tour guide was wonderful, always obliging, extremely knowledgeable and a genuinely sincere person. He helped make it a truly memorable experience. Highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to explore the beauty and culture of the Balkans!

I loved the Borneo Nature Park (2) accomodation and jungle cruise - the amount of wildlife was incredible. Brendan Miles our guide for the entire trip was incredible and I think he is the best guide I have had for any trip I have ever had. His knowledge of wildlife and the history of Borneo was extensive and his caring and kind demeanour with a great sense of humour made the journey fun and safe. He also went the extra mile for me by retrieving a lens cap I had dropped in the Bat Cave which was above and beyond anything I expected of him. I can't recommend him enough.

Three hotels in India was very good n felt so comfortable..Tagimahal was very impressive n Amber fort Agra fort were also great to see. The guide was so kind n professional in history. The transport time between the cities was so long 5-6 hours by bus though we understand traffic n road condition in India.

We loved knowing that all accommodation was organised and that we would be picked up from the airport. Our tour guide was there and organised our transport to our hotel. Most of the accommodation was great and all the organised lunches and dinners were awesome. Our timetable worked really well with us able to do all activities bar one due to flooding. I did feel we sent a lot of time in the coach, but I’m a motion sickness sufferer so I probably noticed it more than others. The whole trip was great, we really enjoyed it.

Loved our first day swim on the Emerald Coast Sardinia. What a lovely relaxing start after the long flight Sardinia surprised me. Enjoyed Olbia and the Shepherds Lunch was also a highlight The food and wine was excellent Now have a new favourite tipple -Vermentino Our guide Sylvia was so knowledgeable and showed so much passion and love for her country

Absolutely amazing! I was emotionally overwhelmed by India- it was an experience of a lifetime I will never forget. The sights, the smells & the guide Vineet were incredible! I still shed tears of emotion when reminiscing the fabulous visit to chanting & singing in the Sikh temple after the visit to the wonderful flower market. And being privileged to see the way they feed the people. I was speechless & so emotional at the Taj Mahal - magnificent! The accommodation was all brilliant & all day trips were amazing - so much put into such a short stay. Well done! Sri Lanka a complete contrast but just as wonderful. Especially the safari & seeing the love given to the elephants at the orphanage.I was in heaven at Sigiriya village & never thought I’d be a tea picker!! 😆 TAD you are great!

Loved the whole holiday to Vietnam & enjoyed the time with our fabulous guide & new friends we have made. Hanoi was a busy & great city to wander & explore.

The trip was so well organised with an excellent guide,driver and transport. Hans was informative, respectful and at times humorous and our driver was admired by all on tour. Our night at the mercure hotel and onsen experience so important a japan experience.

The Elephant Safari was absolutely incredible and a major highlight of the the trip.The historic forts were fascinating to explore and rich in culture.Sigiriya Was a must see,which I did but I did not climb this in the scorching afternoon heat.Please plan it either early morning or late afternoon when the temperature is much cooler and more manageable.Hotel Accommodation needs big time improvements! The room quality was highly disappointing.Most of my rooms were stinking of mould.It was so bad that I had to request a room change at midnight just to get a decent habitable space.Some of the hotels seriously need to upgrade their room maintenance and cleanliness standards.The tours significantly lacked historical and cultural information .It felt like we were just being driven from place to place without any meaningful context about the incredible sites we were seeing.Our tour was very pleasant and friendly throughout the trip but I would have appreciated more depth and context about the incredible sites we visited.

We loved this trip! Our tour guide Hans was very knowledgeable but also very humorous, cracking little jokes along the tour to keep us on our toes. We found the tour pace to be excellent, a decent amount of walking is involved, but it is the nature of Japan and everywhere we walked was awesome😊 one thing that might make the tour better would be a quick intro of the other people in attendance, just so there is a little familiarity among the group from the beginning💜

Highlights of our trip were many, however peace memorial at Hiroshima and the nuclear disaster followed by a tsunami at Fukushima were a sight to see!

Our first holiday overseas and we were very happy we chose trip a deal. We were nervous, not knowing what to expect, but very quickly any concerns were put to rest, the trip flowed beautifully, the 3 guides we had were fantastic, they know their country, very helpful with any information or questions and were fun to be with. We were also fortunate to have a fabulous group of people doing the trip with us, we hope to keep in contact with a couple of them. Accommodation was good although hotel in Hoi An had issue with hot water in shower, everyone spoke to had the same problem. Food was amazing and so much of it. The sites visited and day trips we done were great, our hi light was the cruise on junk boat out on Ha Long Bay, would have loved another night out there. We will most definitely do another trip with trip a deal , so easy having everything planned for us and free days to explore ourselves. Thank you trip a deal for great holiday

Wonderful time on the Warriors of China tour. Visited bucket list destinations The Great Wall of China, Terracotta Warriors and Shanghai Bund and newest high rise Shanghai World Financial Centre for great views of the city. A lot of walking involved and so much packed into the daily itinerary. Our group varied in ages from 20 to 92yo. Tour guides were excellent with knowledge of local area. Thank you Leo, John and Lili.

Love, love, love, loved every thing about this trip. The whole process, booking, the info provided, the organisation, the travel arrangements, the hotels, the Guides - King & Sunny but most of all the Country. Simply amazing. My only suggestion for improvement would be the flight from Beijing to Shangai in the middle of the trip was scheduled for late night, then got delayed & so checkin into the hotel was so late & that was an extremely tiring day. Other than than 10 on 10 to Trip a deal.

Our guide was fabulous. Bus was great. Variety of activities was very good. Places visited excellent. Favourites, Plitvice Lakes, The Karst caves, lake Bked.

This was my first TripADeal and I'd highly recommend booking through them - everything ran smoothly from the documentation, assistance ( me having made a stupid error), the flights, the guide, accommodation, and the trip itself. Vietnam Mountain Discovery was a brilliant trip with stunning scenery & lots of culture. The only possible negative was the bus - luckily we only had 14 people, any extras would have been quite uncomfortable

It was great, however too intense and at 67 I struggle a little, very high tempo. Factory visits in China, perhaps could be reduced. China was a very high tempo. Mongolia was much more relaxed in all aspects. Tour Guides in China (Terry, Vivienne, John and Riobert) - all very good and politically Savey. In Mongolia Jay tour guide from Travel buddies was excellent. In finale, well organized, perhaps to include a few days off and reduce the itinerary. In finale, great tour, but I noticed massive cultural difference between China and Mongolia, totally different. Overall, a great experience. Thanks, Miro.

Singapore Airlines is a fabulous airline & the resort was absolutely awesome on every level. There was 12 of us travelling together as friends & none of us could fault anything about the holiday. We would definitely do the same trip again but we would add on Sri Lanka 🙏🏻

We just loved the scenery, layer after layer of mountains, as far as you could see. Visiting the local H'**** Villages and trying a Hot Pot meal with them was memorable. A highlight for us was Ban Gioc Waterfall and the bamboo boat ride up to it, absolutely stunning. Our guide Tom was fun and enthusiastic about the history and culture of his country. We would recommend this trip for those that want to do something a bit different in Vietnam.

An Amazing 20 Days in Vietnam! We have just returned from the Trip-A-Deal Ultimate Vietnam 20 Day Tour, and what an incredible experience it was! From the moment we arrived, the whole tour was exceptionally well organised. The itinerary, accommodation, flights, activities and transportation all came together seamlessly, and the overall value for money was fantastic. A huge highlight was having such wonderful and knowledgeable local tour guides who really brought Vietnam to life. Garven in Northern Vietnam, Annie in Central Vietnam and Tung in Saigon were all fantastic. Their knowledge of their own country, along with their enthusiasm and willingness to share their culture and experiences, made each region feel unique and special. And we have to give a special mention to the drivers! Driving in Vietnam is certainly an experience in itself — with what sometimes seemed like absolutely no road rules! Somehow our drivers managed to navigate the incredible traffic, scooters, cars, buses and everything else with what looked like millimetres to spare. Their skill was seriously impressive and we always felt in safe hands. The accommodation was great, the range of activities kept things interesting, and the itinerary gave us a wonderful opportunity to see so much of Vietnam in 20 days. There was always something happening, but we still had opportunities to wander, explore and soak up the atmosphere. Of course, the food was another big part of the experience. Our only small criticism would be that some meals felt a little too catered towards Western tastes. We would have loved to experience even more of the authentic local Vietnamese food. That said, there were still plenty of delicious meals along the way. And some of our favourite moments were the simple ones — enjoying a cold Vietnamese beer, wandering through the markets and, of course, trying our hand at bartering! Overall, this was an absolutely fantastic way to experience Vietnam. We saw so much, learnt so much and made some wonderful memories along the way. A big thank you to Trip-A-Deal and all the wonderful guides, drivers and people who made our 20-day Vietnam adventure so memorable. We would happily recommend this tour to anyone wanting to experience the beauty, culture, food and organised chaos of Vietnam!

All Trip A Deal guides were excellent in their knowlege and happiness. Although a Tropical Cyclone circled around Harlon Bay for three days, when our group was there, our guide Zu arranged an excellent plan "B". At short notice. This was one of my favourite tour's with TripADeal, my 5th, the small group of 14 people was Awsum. Our guide Tom was the absolute best👌 he went out of his way to look after us & make sure we had fun whilst on the longer bus trip's. I can't recommend him more highly and our driver Hein was also outstanding. The road's & traffic were very scary but he was patient, made us feel Safe & very friendly. We even got on Vietnamese TV. I would recommend this tour to anyone, except if ya get car sick. lol

Loved the time in the jungle- the boat trips and Nature Lodge were brilliant. Seeing orangutans, monkeys and elephants in the wild was fabulous! Brendan was also a sensational guide- knowledgeable, friendly and organised! Can not speak highly enough of him. Thank you. Nature Lodge 2 was fabulous as was the Hilton. I would have liked more included activities in Kota Kinabalu but what we did was great. The buffet meals were really good, especially at Nature Lodge 2, however the last three days we had meals on a lazy Susan rotating table- the variety wasnt great and these meals weren't child friendly (there were a lot of kids on trip). There were 4 lazy Susan meals and all were disappointing....to the point that 24 out of 27 passengers skipped the final included meal.

This was an absolutely incredible experience. From the orangutans in Sandakan to the pygmy elephants at the river lodge (we managed to spy one and heard the trumpet call) we were totally immersed in wildlife and amazing experiences from the get go. All accommodation was great (started with the worst of the four but even then it was fine) and ended on a high at the Hilton KK. THis trip was incredible value for money - with most of the meals included and Borneo an inexpensive place to visit, we had to spend hardly anything and could just focus on enjoying the experience. Massive shout out to out tour guide Brenden from Borneo Trails - he absolutely made the tour for us. He was knowledgeable, diligent, funny and an all round great guide. We couldn't have asked for better. Mr Eppy too (our driver) was brilliant. The highlight was the two days in the jungle lodge and the river cruises looking for wildlife. It was an amazing experience - both the lodge and the bombing up and down the river looking at wildlife and birdlife. Absolutely epic!

We had a wonderful time The tour group all got along well for the whole holiday We enjoyed learning about the lifestyle, culture and the history. I particularly liked learning about the tunnels and ingenuity used during the Vietnam/ US War. Our tour guides were very knowledgeable, helpful and interesting. We were very appreciative of Mr Giang and Miss Lam in Vietnam, and Me Som in Cambodia. Their enthusiasm and knowledge was infectious, which added to our enjoyment. We enjoyed the bus trip from Vietnam to Cambodia. We did not spend too long with paperwork at the border. Our group were very happy that we beat the plane group. Thank you so much for all the advice prior to the trip as it really helped

We were very lucky that we had relatively good weather through out our trip. The highlights of this trip was traveling along the Ha Giang and our visit of the beautiful Ban Gios Waterfall. Also our visit to one of the families in the Lo Lo Chai Village.

Great trip, well organised. Thank you to Bhim and the porters for keeping us safe, especially navigating the many and sometimes slippery stairs. Highly recommend bringing hiking poles.

We loved the ease of travelling with a knowledgeable guide Good motels and food

I loved the mountain scenery from Ha Giang to Dong Van to Cao Bang. I also loved our visits to villages to see the way the local people live. The lunches our guide organised for us along the way were so splendid. Only improvement for me would have been a 2nd night in Ha Giang.

Hotel locations were thre highlight of this trip. Well done, you are close to everything and walking distance to shops, markets, restaurants and highlights.

Had the best time, exceeded all expectations. Our guide was wonderful, accommodation was great. Highlights would be safari, turtle sanctuary, food and company.

We thoroughly enjoyed the whole trip to China, Yangtze river cruise was the highlight of our trip, meals and services on the ship were top notch. Hotels were fabulous. Sam and Jessica our guides were very helpful. Highly recommended.

Loved the whole tour. Especially the mountains up north and scenery was truly beautiful. Small group of 16 guests was good. Flights over and back were red eye flights making it difficult to sleep. However, Malaysian Airlines planes and service was great. Hotels were above our expectations out of Hanoi. Our guide Robin was very good. Our bus driver was also excellent. There was a lot of driving on the coach but this was understandable due to the mountainous regions we travelled through. Really liked how we were met at airport and the same when time to leave as your guide took us all the way to check in counter making it easy and also felt safe.

Enjoyed every minute . There was the right amount of time at all of our destinations. Would be Good if there was some back ground music on the long bus travels between cities.

The trip itinerary was fantastic. Everyday there was something new . You could do extra tours or the tour guides would suggest somewhere to your taste. The tour guides were excellent and nothing was a bother to them.

I particularly liked the quality of the hotels we stayed at during this trip. The weather was great at this time of year especially in the mountain areas.

Trip a Deal package for Singapore and Maldives was AMAZING! Couldn’t fault the package at all. It was a perfect honeymoon and such a perfect value for the money. I loved how it was a tour but still allows us to spend time 1:1 as well as meet new people who was so lovely. I love how everything was so detailed with the information and everything was included. In the lead up, the communication from Trip a Deal was amazing and very prompt at actioning anything. Due to it being our honeymoon, we felt like queen and king as Maldives placed a cake on for us and decorated our bed of ‘Happy Honeymoon.’ Currently looking at other deals from Trip a Deal package

We had a fantastic time on our Tripadeal holiday to Sri Lanka and the Maldives. Our guide, Lalith, made the experience a memorable one with his knowledge, kindness and good humour during our Sri Lanka part. The accommodation was 1st class and the add-on excursions amazing. The Maldives accommodation at Cinnamon Velifushi was 6-star! Beautiful rooms, location, facilities, staff and food.

I really enjoyed my Singapore and Maldives trip with TripADeal. Overall, it was a wonderful and memorable experience. One thing I particularly appreciated was how TripADeal handled the hotel situation. Due to the electricity issues at the original hotel, TripADeal arranged an upgrade for us. I was very happy with the way this was managed, and I felt very fortunate to have been moved to a better hotel. I was also incredibly lucky with the weather in the Maldives. When I first purchased the trip for September, I later checked the weather forecast and saw that rain was expected, so I was a little concerned. Surprisingly, we experienced almost no rain at all during our stay, and the weather was absolutely beautiful. The sunshine and great weather made a huge difference and allowed us to fully enjoy the Maldives. Overall, the combination of the excellent weather, beautiful surroundings, and TripADeal's handling of the hotel upgrade made this a fantastic holiday for me. I’m very grateful for the experience and would definitely consider travelling with TripADeal again.

The highlight is the Rocky Mountain sceneries and the Columbia icefield. Suggest to include a bear watching as part of the tour.

Our tour guide, Tharaka, was informative, gracious and a pleasure to travel with throughout Sri Lanka. The itinerary was full but included some free time, which provided a great balance. The hotels were of a high standard, and the food was delicious. A truly memorable trip that showcased the highlights of beautiful Sri Lanka!

I went on a trip a deal holiday to China with daughter on her very first overseas trip we had a wonderful time together BUT definitely the stand out of our entire experience was our Shanghai tour host JoJo - her expertise and overall knowledge of the entire area was beyond amazing, i could not commend her enough for her kindness and compassion to everyone on our tour. We will definitely be doing another Trip a Deal tour and hoping the next guide is like our JoJo

We had a great group to travel with and our tour guide was excellent. The accommodations were first class and Ha Long Bay was definately a highlight

Every day was amazing, we visited great places each and every day. The additional tours were well organised and worth going on. The tour guide ( Yohei) was a very good guide, well informed and explained, in good detail, about the places and locations we visited. My wife and I both agreed, we could not think of any negatives associated with the trip.

Everything was great especially the hotels, the 3 railway journeys were enjoyable for train fans

I had a great time our guide was very knowledgeable and very helpful and informative. The whole trip was a highlight however below really stood out. My highlights include Day 4 Hualien national park, and the traditional lunch Day 5 the bikes and the tour around the lake at Taitung Day 7 Alishan forest spectacular not so much the tea plantation after.

Scenery throughout the trip was sensational. The Tour group was only 24 which made the bus trip comfortable and enjoyable. All the group got on well and Meme the tour guide was a gem …. Made the trip

The entire tour was fantastic from beginning to end. It was fast paced and managed to fit in some fantastic highlights of China. The tour guides were exceptional - well prepared and incredibly helpful. The day tours and optional tours were informative and enjoyable. Accommodation was outstanding. Great rooms and plenty of dining options nearby. Fantastic tour group with a good mix of ages and nationalities. Our tour was great value and we look forward to our next tripadeal. Would highly recommend.

Mark was a fantastic tour leader, very efficient but laid back Accommodation was great, food was great, lunches were all fresh ingredients in the salad array. Every day had something different to see. Mark had great stories and wonderful information. His love of the country really shone through

Our holiday was absolutely superb from start to finish. The hotels, food, daily tours, and especially our guide Bao and driver Tuan who were amazing. Canoeing through caves, visiting temples, sleeping on a junk in Halong Bay, enjoying traditional meals, and dancing to traditional music made every day unforgettable. We explored villages, swam in the rain, and laughed with total strangers who quickly became friends. We couldn’t have asked for a better group of people or a more memorable experience.

This was a great road trip and cruise- our tour guide Kirk was excellent and had an amazing attitude.

At Robins Camp we went out on our afternoon game drives everyday and we stopped at lovely spots for drinks and munchies, it was a really nice touch to watch the sunset. Our guide Henry was amazing and went out of his way to make our morning and afternoon game drives. We were able to get close to the animals in the vehicle. The Portswood Hotel in Cape Town was a perfect choice. Right near the waterfront area with nice restaurants and shops. All the accommodation was nice and comfortable.

The guides were fantastic! Loved that everything was taken care of. Wonderful experience. Will definitely travel with Tripadeal again!

Fantastic scenery in Vietnam. Our guide was amazing and was always ready on time every day. Could not fault anything the whole trip. Motels were great, days were full but not with lots to see. Can't wait for our next trip with Tripadeal

The whole itinerary was fabulous. This was my first trip overseas and the tour guides were amazing. They all were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I could not fault them. The Terracotta Warriors tour is the perfect introduction to China. I am already looking at my next Trip A Deal tour to China to do different cities and activities.

The whole experience was amazing

Highlight for me was the rocky rail train journey and seeing the wonderful landscapes through the window .Loved the town of Banff too and the period main street vibe.

We had a fantastic experience with TripADeal on the Puglia, Amalfi & the Med adventure. It was a great snapshot of so many beautiful destinations, and although we didn’t spend a lot of time in each place, it gave us a wonderful taste of Italy and Greece. The itinerary was well organised, great value for money, and we came home with some amazing memories. Would definitely travel with TripADeal again! ❤️✈️🌍

TAD organisation was very pleasing. Style and level of accomodation was good. Breakfasts and other meals provided were of excellent quality. Vee our tour guide in Vietnam made our trip extra special with his knowledge and caring manner. He went out of his way to make us feel special and well catered for on the trip. This was our second TAD tour and we have been very happy with both Japan and Vietnam journeys.

The itinerary was fabulous, taking us to places not often covered by common routes, and having us involved with hikes etc. The guide and drivers were professional, helpful and capable.

An amazing holiday with a fantastic group of 42 people across all age ranges. Our guides Papa Leo, Rocky and J.Z. were amazing and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. They changed the timing on the itinerary to ensure we got the best possible experiences. The drivers were also excellent and well as Mary our photographer at the start of the tour. To experience the Great Wall, Terracotta Warriors, Pandas and more was incredible. To be able to chose our own lunch and dinner, from street food to restaurants, on our own, gave us some great interactions with the Chinese people. Cannot recommend the trip enough.

Sights were great and accommodation was excellent

Our Japan trip was excellent, especially Mr.Taro was a suparashi tour guide, his humor made the bus trip enjoyable, he was the best guide ever ,looked after each one of us in a special way. Thank you Mr. suparashi Mr Taro. You will be remembered for your humor and good spirit. The bus driver did a marvelous job and thanks to him for keeping us all safe bus driver too was a Suparashi. We had a wonderful group of 21 and we enjoyed each other's company. God bless one and all. A Big Thank You.

Our guided Forest & John were amazing. They were knowledgeable & friendly. I wished we spent more time at the Great Wall.

Highlights were The Great Wall and The Warriors, also Shanghai. All guides , Forrest, Richard and John were excellent and looked after us extremely well. They certainly knew the times to go to highlights with less crowds as well as Chinese history. Some days were very long but all modes of transport were very good. I was a solo traveller and always felt included.

The hotels were beautiful the tour guides were great I loved Halong Bay. the retreat was good but we all found the steps to our beautiful accommodation a little steep as majority were retired people I loved the golden bridge . The whole trip itself was one im glad I went

Great trip. Both guides very knowledgeable and helpful at all times. They went out of their way to arrange additional tours and activities during free time if anyone wanted to participate. Only come is that one of the hotels did not have a lift to some rooms (Villa Patricia in Mirano/Venice). There were a few couples on the trip that had difficult with stairs. This was easy to accommodate on the tour when walking etc but it was a challenge at the hotel when they had to carry luggage and daypacks etc. The hotel was full so allocating another room wasn’t an option. We did get around it by swapping rooms amongst ourselves.

The whole Discover China holiday was a revelation. Neither of us had any preconceived ideas of what to expect so it was all an amazing surprise! We enjoyed the culture and traditional history of Beijing especially the Great Wall and Tiennamen square. We felt that the first day was a bit full on as we didn't get to the hotel until 2am and we were out at 8.30, it was very hot too. Maybe a slightly later start could be considered. Our guide Angel was very professional and experienced. She really knew her stuff although at times it was information overload. Our Shanghai guide Seven was also very good, though we did have to ask him to slow down as we were a big group. The trip was well organized and every effort was made to ensure things went smoothly. The optional extra trips were a good idea for those who wanted to be with the group or have an option do your own thing. The hotels were adequate for our needs although a bit off the beaten track! We would suggest more information is provided by TripAdeal regarding the domestic transit process at Shanghai airport No one knew about having to wait for bags to be cleared before you could transfer, and it was quite stressful for some. We had a great mixed aged group and everyone got along well. This probably made the trip extra special. Overall it was excellent value and a wonderful experience.

We had the best tour guide ever ..mr taro. Made the longer trips fun with his wonderful sense of humour. When our itinerary needed to change because of weather he took us to other wonderful places

My wife Kim and I have travelled extensively around the world, and the Warriors of China tour genuinely exceeded our expectations. It was an outstanding introduction to mainland China and represented exceptional value for money. The itinerary covered exactly the sort of major attractions a first-time visitor wants to experience, including Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City, the Great Wall, the Terracotta Warriors and the many attractions around Xi'an, Jiangsu and Shanghai. Just as importantly, the organisation on the ground removed much of the difficulty and uncertainty that can come with travelling independently in China. The quality of the guides was exceptional. Nina in Beijing was quite simply one of the best guides we have encountered anywhere in the world. Her English was excellent and she combined history and local knowledge with humour, enthusiasm and an exceptional ability to manage a large and diverse group. Changes to the published itinerary were clearly explained and made for sensible operational reasons. In particular, arranging express access to Tiananmen Square saved us potentially hours of queuing, while visiting the Great Wall early allowed us to experience it before the heat became excessive. Peter also deserves recognition for the assistance he provided and for photographing and filming many of our experiences. Our Beijing driver was professional, safe, friendly and clearly took pride in his work. Rockie maintained the same very high standard in Xi'an. He was knowledgeable, personable and always willing to assist, and our visits to the Terracotta Warriors, Xi'an City Wall and the Tang Dynasty night experience were particular highlights. Again, our driver was excellent. Raymond then looked after us through the final stage around Shanghai and the surrounding cities and continued the exceptionally high standard established by Nina and Rockie. Having one excellent guide on a tour can be fortunate; having three across the different stages says something very positive about the quality of TripADeal's local operating partner. The accommodation throughout was of a consistently high standard. We were also impressed by China Eastern, particularly the cabin crew on our domestic flight, who were among the best we have encountered. There is, however, one area I believe TripADeal should examine with its airline partners. Many couples within our group were allocated seats separately on the international and domestic flights. Kim and I managed to avoid this because I contacted China Eastern before travelling and arranged seats together, but many others were not so fortunate. China Eastern's website and online systems were also extremely difficult to navigate. We understand that group bookings can restrict advance seat selection, but travelling companions—particularly couples booked together—should be seated together wherever practicable. This was one of the very few negatives of the entire experience. Perhaps the greatest surprise, however, was the Chinese people themselves. Everywhere we travelled we found local people friendly, welcoming and willing to help, despite the language barrier. Translation apps, gestures and a willingness to communicate resulted in some wonderful interactions. One of our most memorable evenings occurred when five of us independently visited a local restaurant in Jiangsu for a friend's birthday. The staff spoke virtually no English and we spoke no Chinese, yet they welcomed us warmly, unexpectedly prepared traditional birthday noodles for our friend, explained the significance through a translation app and sang Happy Birthday. When we left, the staff came to farewell us like old friends. Experiences like that leave an extraordinarily positive impression of a country. China itself surpassed our expectations. We found the places we visited remarkably clean, we consistently felt safe, and the combination of ancient history, culture and extraordinary modern development was fascinating. By the end of the tour, many within our group of 46 were already discussing returning to China to explore other parts of the country. TripADeal and its Chinese partners have put together an excellent product. The itinerary, guides, drivers, accommodation and local organisation combined to provide a first-class experience at tremendous value for money. We would highly recommend the Warriors of China tour and would particularly ask that our thanks and commendation be passed to Nina, Peter, Rockie, Raymond and the drivers who looked after us. We arrived expecting to see some of China's great sights. We left also remembering its people—and already thinking about what we would like to see on our next visit.

This was the best trip we have done weather was on outside most most of the trip when it rained we still went out and had fun, our guide Lucky was amazing that man was so funny and helpful can’t thank him enough ❤️ the hospitality was amazing hotels were good I would highly recommend it

Itinerary - 2-3 nights in same hotel allowed me to make the most of each day without word about early mornings, suitcases out etc Our tour leader in the north, Dat Nguyen was the best! Couldn’t fault him. His knowledge, passion for his country and culture and his care for each of us was exceptional Big shoes for the leaders in the South to fill. They were capable and thoughtful Hotels were comfortable Great group of Aussies

The scenery was amazing. Well paced tour, good itinerary. Accommodations were all pleasingly comfortable and of a medium to high standard. Included meals were large. Adequate and frequent bathroom breaks were appreciated.

Tour guide Jade was very knowledgeable and efficient. The tour provided lots of highlihts in terms kf scenery and Kkrean culture. The War Memorial was a a highlight for me as well ad the National Park

We enjoyed our 3rd trip with TripADeal and must say it was excellent. Highlights were the Terracotta Soldiers, The Great Wall, Shanghai and the most favorite the Pinglu Valley Rift took our breath away. Our only disappointment were the flights. We were seated in row 75 (last row before toilets) to and from China. There should be an option to book your own flights or choose your seat for a fee as Chine Eastern website is horrible to use. The Turkiye trip in April 2025 is our favorite trip so far with TripADeal.

All guides were very knowledgeable with past and present information on the places we visited. Loved having everything planned and organised for us. Was nice to hsve option to opt out if we were not wanting to do something due to weather or how we were feeling. Enjoyed getting to know other travellers. Great value for money with the flights, food and transport we were given.

The best local guide, Taro, made every day an experience. Loved the food, teppanyaki, sukiyaki, nigiri, maki, sashimi, yakisoba and all the other small bites - even the egg sandwiches at 7 eleven. Osaka was fabulous and Hiroshima was very solemn and enlightening.

Overall the tour experience was great,my wife and I both really enjoyed the activities and how the itinerary was set out. Our tour guide lucky was awesome. I thought the balance of free time and "tour time" was good.

Our guide & bus driver were fantastic. Accomodation in Sandakan was second-rate.

Stage show Simunye in Vicroria Falls could be recommended.

Lots to love about this tour. Great mix of attractions and activities. From beautiful Temples to rugged mountains, bustling cities and the coastal areas. This tour showcased Koreas history, culture and beauty. The food we discovered was delicious and affordable. Our guide gave us great recommendations. On this tour there is a lot of walking involved and heaps of steps to climb. The tour optional tour days gave us more experiences. Our guide Juine was very informative, caring and had a great sense of humour.
