Seeing sites such as the pyramids, temples and other ancient sites and hearing their history and the Egyptian civilisation from our guide Mohammad was amazing. The hotels were of a very good standard and meals were well catered. Our add on trip to Jordan was very similar. To experience Petra and Wadi and be informed by our excellent guide Hazem was a great experience. Also accommodation and meals was of a very good standard.

My husband and I were very happy with our trip. China Southern airline fed us very well. All the guides were waiting for us at every city. They were entertaining, clear and informative. Each guide worked efficiently and always tried to be helpful. China was surprising -clean and green. The Great Wall and Terracotta Warriors were amazing- more time there would be appreciated. All the accommodation and breakfasts were fantastic. WE Love China!

Loved staying in the lodge along the Kinabatangan River, seeing all the wildlife and birdlife and especially the Bornean Pygmy Elephants.

The guides were very well organised for their part of the tour. Leo and Joe exceptional. Drivers and bus condition very good and appreciated seat belts. Food experiences included and recommended eateries (not included) were good and don’t recall anyone having poor experience (sickness). Some mention of the available hotel laundry in suzhou might have helped packing before departure. Thanks

We had the most amazing holiday thanks in part to our amazing tour guides in both Dubai & Egypt. Both guides were very knowledgeable, fun and very decent humans, we all adored them. This trip exceeded our expectations in every way.

This is my third Trip a Deal holiday! The Italian trip was absolutely beautiful! Flying with Emirates was great, for no extra cost. The group was fairly small at 22 people and we were like family at the end of it. Saw so many iconic and beautiful sights. Tour was lead by Marta, who was really great and Valerio was our very capable bus driver. All accommodation was good and while they were not close to supermarkets they had good restaurants and provided a hearty breakfast each morning. If you want to see this region of Italy for a great price, don't hesitate to book this lovely trip.

Outstanding itinery and guides, hotel accommodations, wonderful landmarks and pandas and friendly local people. Weathers were not all the time every where pleasant but make you wantedcto come back again.

Great guide and local transport to amazing places

We really enjoyed cycling along Mr Brown Ave and the surrounding fields for 2 hrs. The scenery was very beautiful with mountains in the background and expansive green rice fields for picture perfect shots. The pineapple tart making exercise was another highlight and we got to eat it too :) The thousand year old Cypress tree in Alishan was amazing and we witnessed a mass wedding in front of the tree. A very rare sight! Overall an excellent holiday and everyone was very nice and friendly.

Where do I start what a fabulous value for money holiday, action packed everyday. Phyllis our guide was amazing and most accommodating made every day a big adventure. Food was unbelievable delicious 😋 and exciting. Malaysian Airlines wow so accommodating blankets, pillows, food looked after us like royalty can't speak highly enough about them. Am blown away by the whole experience cannot worknout how TAB does it for the price. Will definitely be back. Cheers Cheryl

We had an incredible experience! Carlos is the best tour guide EVER! Nothing was too much trouble and he was always happy to chat, help and share his extensive knowledge of Norway and Finland. Just a suggestion regarding the final day - an 8 hour train ride before flying home to Australia to next day is a lot of travel within 2-3 days. Perhaps an overnight train or flight, day in Helsinki, then flight home would be a better way to finish off an amazing tour.

The accommodation was fantastic, the activities and experiences were incredible, and we couldn’t have asked for a better tour guide and bus driver — they truly made the trip unforgettable. So many great memories made and plenty of laughs along the way. Highly recommend this trip to anyone thinking about visiting Borneo — it’s an experience you won’t forget

We loved this trip, the culture, history and sights of Egypt were amazing. The local tour company were fantastic, we had an exceptional guide in Hesham and all other reps, security etc. always made us feel safe and looked after. So many highlights…Hot air ballooning over the Valley of the Kings was amazing, along with the Great Pyramid and Abu Simbel. Egypt is a must visit for everyone!! The itinerary was packed but there was so much to see so it was necessary. Perhaps the same itinerary but 1 extra day would be better.

We've just returned from our Grand Japan tour and loved every moment. The itinerary was perfectly balanced - from the bright lights of Tokyo to the historic beauty of Kyoto, Osaka and Hiroshima. A special mention to our tour guide, Richard, who was absolutely fantastic - knowledgeable, patient, and full of personality. He went above and beyond to ensure everyone was comfortable and that we experienced the real heart of Japan. His insights, humour and care truly made the trip unforgettable. We can't recommend the trip highly enough - a wonderful way to experience Japan's culture and history.

Highlights were the Great Wall and terracotta warriors. Replace some of the high speed trains with flights. Food was fabulous.

This has been our third Trip a deal Tour, and the most outstanding !!! From the fantadtic Tour Guide (Hesham Nour) to all the amazing destinations ( Hotels were wonderful, location and styles)…sooo many first offs for us ….swimming in Salt Pools to walking inside a Pyramide, hot air ballooning over the Valley of kings and cruising down the Nile !!! A great stay at the Carabeean Resort on the Red Sea for 3 days finished off this amazing trip….thanks heaps Trip a deal 😍

Fantastic holiday. The accommodation and itinerary were fantastic. It was an incredible experience. The only downside were the long flights but I'm assuming that's too keep the total price package cheaper.

I loved the whole tour. The amazing tour guides were very informative & personable. The optional tours were great & added to the overall experience. Tour group fellow passengers were matched well as everyone got along & enjoyed every moment together.

It was a bit hectic. Would have loved to spend more time in the bigger cities and less time traveling on the bus but we did visit many places. Overall, thoroughly enjoyed the trip.

Overnight ferry to Osaka was great. Hiroshima was a eerie experience. Mt Fugi with fresh snow on it and beautiful weather. Ayumi our tour guide was excellent and did everything possible to make our holiday a pleasant experience.

The accomodation was good, but a distance from sites (a $50 Uber trip in Istanbul). The breakfasts were good buffets, with interesting extras like turkisk delight. The bus was comfortable and clean. The driver was excellent. The guide was very knowledgable and pleasent. The planes and itinerary worked well. All over, a good/very good trip for a low price.

My Fuji, The Bullet Train and the old villages.

Loved the way we were taken care of from landing in Changdu till we left for Australia at the end of the holiday. Removed all the stress around finding our way round. Trip a deal packed a lot into those ten days and the guides were excellent. Special mention to Julie, Tina and Theresa also Heather who let us join there group when we lost contact with our group.

We had a great time, everything went very smoothly. We got to see a lot of highlights of Japan. Buses and hotels were very comfortable and in great locations.

The hi-lights of Japan,the tour was fast paced but we expect that as it's a taste of the south. We saw a great deal of Japan and place's to explore if we were to return. All types of transport rail, coach and boat.

A great trip to see some of Japan's culture, people, landmarks and heritage. Everyday provided a new experience with highlights of Nara Park Todaiji temple, Mt Fuji and Hiroshima and tasting different Japanese cuisine. Optional tours are more of a must do if you haven't been to Japan before or not confident to navigate your own way around. Tour guide Yoyo was fantastic, pointing out great detail on places visited, where to eat and also providing background to Japan's culture.

The tour guide, Ahmed was excellent. He was so knowledgeable about history, political situations not only of Turkey but Europe and Mesopotamia. The way he explained/told us was easy to understand and so much information in concise manner. We learned so much from him. Improvements you can make us the bus. As we spend so much time on the road, it would be so good if we can charge our devices through USB pirr or power point. If there is wifi available, it would be even better!

Everything except the Chinese Public Toilets. It was a fantastic opportunity to visit Homeland China and experience many wonderful things. The Terracotta Warriors and The Great Wall were particular highlights. The tour was well organised and the Guides were very helpful.

Very well organised. All hotels 4 star, except in Europe they all turn off the air con at end of summer, and even in October some of the rooms were slightly too warm. Loved Plitvice National Park and the stay in the quaint Ethno House Cabins. Enjoyed visiting Kotor and Mostar. Excellent, knowledgeable guide Kristina, and felt safe in the hands of driver Vangelis. Enjoyed flying with Qatar Airways.

The great mountain climbing.tory The Safari. All the churches and temples. The tea factory., the spice farm. The mountain.s and all the villages. The best tour guide and driver you could find. The food and accommodation. And a great group good size not too many. Infact I enjoyed everything. No negativity.

It was good value for money, we saw a lot of places in South Korea. The accommodation was very good and the transportation was very efficient. The guide was nice and worked very hard although at times she was very difficult to understand as her English could have been better. It was a very big group at over 30 and some of the things we did were too rushed to fully enjoy them. The bus driver was very skilled and efficient. A bit more guidance around the food would have been appreciated to get a fuller view of Korean cuisine. Overall, I was glad I went and enjoyed myself greatly.

The accomodation, food and activities were all excellent. The guides were informative and the staff were exceptional. Managed to see the big 5 so that was great This was my 8th Trip A Deal Trip and again you delivered an excellent travel experience

Loved every minute of this holiday. So well organised, the quality of the hotels was superb. The guides were very obliging and informative, especially Luba. He went above and beyond our expectations. If anything I would suggest including direct flights to South Africa from Perth.

Great variety on the tour that gave a good insight into Cambodian culture old and new. Guides were very informative and friendly and accommodation was on the whole very good. Highlights were Angkor Wat, the bat cave and Phnom Penh. A beautiful country with beautiful people and amazing food that more people should consider visiting!

Provided a brief introduction into all of the countries. Our guide (Jan) included history/location information that helped narrate the passage of time. The itinerary gave a glimpse of all important components as we passed through each country . Not including evening meals gave the opportunity to experience local food

Getting to see a different part of the world, roads less well travelled. Got to see the people, culture and foods of Taiwan. Beautiful scenery and landscape for most part travelled through mountains and valleys.

Congratulations to Trip A Deal for a very organised holiday! Everything was spot on. We really enjoyed our tour guide Nini in Hoi An. She really made the whole time in Hoi An a fun experience. Her local knowledge and sense of humour is amazing! Unfortunately, my husband became ill after the Cu Chi tunnels and we needed to stay in Saigon for a few extra days and not head to Cambodia for the remainder of the trip. Trip A Deal were marvelous and organized our extra accommodation cost to be reimbursed to us. They also changed our flights home from Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh City to Sydney. We thank Trip A Deal for their help with our situation.

Excellent local guide was experienced, knowledgeable and friendly. Main highlight was getting to see a vast array of animals in their natural environment. Accommodation ranged from basic in the more remote areas to 5 Star in Kota Kinabalu. Basic accommodation was clean and tidy and food was good everywhere. Would recommend this tour to those wanting to explore this remote part of the world. It would be much more difficult as an independent traveler.

Fantastic Japan tour at trip a deal. The itinerary is good. Worthed. Will come back again. I didn’t know it 30 kg baggage, I only know it’s 20 kgs.

Good hotels in Japan. Our tour guides Edna and Soya were knowledgeable and spoke English well.

Fell in love with the Sri Lankan people and their culture. Amazing landscapes and wildlife and appreciated the simplicity of their lifestyle. A country that has not been influenced by western culture (yet!)

We loved the whole trip even though it was changed dramatically. We enjoyed the planned days and our free days.

Machu Pichu and Lake Titicaca. We couldn’t have asked for a better tour leader, he was very professional, helpful, thoughtful and caring.

I was truly disappointed that we couldn’t do the mountain experience but understand the circumstances and the road conditions are not perfect for this. The alternative to Po Loung cave and Nim Binh made for a really lovely experience. Thanh provided a really nice atmosphere and we felt safe, well looked after and respected Thanh was able to make sure that we had a voice in any decisions that were made and I really enjoyed that . thank you once again for bringing Thanh into our lives.

We loved the people and their friendly smiles and assistance when we required it. Morocco is a very beautiful country with a huge range of diverse and unique geography. We were welcomed and well supported by our tour leader and our coach driver was always friendly, helpful and of course safe. The Riads were all very different and many rooms varied even within the the one Riad. We loved them all for all sorts of different reasons. We have read many comments about bus size and being too small but the buses from various tour companies all appear about the same apart from the 50ish seat big busses. We preferred the smaller bus with great personal attention from our tour leader and driver. We had a few local tour guides who were fantastic, especially Marrakech. Everyone we had contact with appeared to be genuinely happy to assist us. Our recommendations is go to Morocco with an open mind and heart and drink in a wonderful country it’s culture and its people.

Loved all of the nature aspects, including the river cruises. We were lucky enough to have an excellent guide (Roger) who could provide us with details about all the creatures that we saw. We were also impressed by his knowledge and empathy for the WW2 history aspect of the tour. We believe this tour had the right balance of nature, history, and free time. Highly impressed

I enjoyed all the countries visited. Bus was comfortable. On arrival at Sofia the transfer person did not have a Tripadeal sign , but their travel company name, so we stood around for 45mins. We did not always stop at service stations that had food for lunch (often quite late). Just sold things like potato chips & chocolates. Our guide Emil was very personable. He knew a lot about the geographical and history of places. Drivers were good. The accomodation was very hit and miss. The solo excess paid was not good value for money. When someone asked why solo travellers were never given the rooms with views or a double bed, one hotel said always the best rooms given to couples. Although l did enjoy the trip l do not think it was value for money accomodation wise. Paid an excess for high season but some of the places were getting ready to close down as they said peak season had already finished. Also optional tours should have been included in the trip.

Loved the wildlife we saw in their natural habitat, particularly the orangutan, monkeys and river cruises. Our guide Roger and driver Eppi were both fantastic, and extremely helpful. Very grateful for the cold water. Roger has so much knowledge and enhanced our visit by generously sharing it with us. Loved all we saw and had a great time when we visited the village. (Optional extra). All the local guides were great too. Comfortable bus for travel and hotels were all fine.

Loved Osaka, fabulous lighrs at night, grwat shopping and food. Mt Fuji was awesome and the boat ride on the lake. Bamboo Gove was stunning.

The whole trip was wonderful from the first day. Fantastic accommodation and a very good tour guide Eric and also a great driver. We were fortunate to have very good weather, pretty much the whole time we were there. Sri Lanka is a beautiful country with so much to see. We loved going up into the mountains and seeing all the tea and vegetables that are grown there, it was amazing. The Maldives was a great way to finish off our holiday at the all inclusive Cinnamon Velafushi resort. The over water style accommodation was a beautiful and it was great to step of our private deck and into the beautiful crystal clear water. The whole trip was great value and everything went to schedule, no hold ups.

For the money paid the hotels were comfortable, close to main areas of the city apart from the resort at Kampot, which you needed a tuktuk ride. Metta Spa resort was the best hotel. Staff remembered our room numbers. Staff at Kampot resort were great as well and we were the only guests most of the time. It was pleasing to have a few days at Eden resort just to chill before our flights home. Water was provided each in our hotel plus on the bus. Our guide Wayne and driver Khan were both excellent. Mim was a bit cool on her first day but she warmed up but her driver did not help when we got off the bus and did not provide a small step so for some it was a big step or provide hand sanitizer or wet wipe like Mr Khan. Huge variety of food at breakfast at all hotels and a chef to cook all types of eggs. If you asked for iron etc, the item was provided immediately. Most staff spoke English so easy to communicate and all willing to assist

Great guide, Marta was exceptional in info and organising. So much was packed in a short period of time. Value for money. We would’ve been happy to pay a little more to get access into the major tourist sites ie the. Coliseum, Basilicas, Vatican etc, when we got there and had a real understanding of our daily itinerary it was already booked out. I know the market is governed by price, and Pompeii was an excellent option to include admission but a couple of others would’ve been good and would be happy to pay. But other than that we thank you guys so much for a fantastic holiday. Cheers

Our holiday became a wonderful experience due to our tour guide Dani. His knowledge of history, nature and geography of Borneo made this trip one of our most memorable and pleasant experiences. The accommodation in Sandakan and Proboscis Lodge was comfortable . The accommodation at Mt Kinabalu and Kota Kinabalu were above expectation. The majority of meals were included and enjoyable. The Kinabatangan River boat safaris were full of wildlife. There was ample free time for shopping and relaxing. Overall, a great experience

Nice around the country and highlight popular cities in Japan. Good for first time traveler in Japan -this trip you visit Tokyo , Kyoto , Osaka and also Fujisan. This trip went smooth. Tour guide was nice and other travelers also nice too. Hotels were good and clean and closed by convenient store.

This was our second time returning to the Adaaran resort and we loved it the same. The amazing staff were still the same after 2 years ! The overwater bungalows are still super special and having a butler for the whole time makes the whole experience that much more special. We would have preferred to get our flight details a lot sooner as we missed out being able to upgrade / select our seats for the flights until last minute.

The chance to see a lot of Japan's major attractions, it couldn't have been done better, good price

Two of the Vietnamese guides were exceptionally good at their jobs; Tony and Tung. Spending two days and one night on Halong bay was an amazing experience. Going to Ba Na Hills with our guide, Tu was an incredibly enjoyable day out as well. Angkor Wat and Pra Thom temples in Siem Real were also highlights. The Rosemary Hotel in Hoi An and the Tara Angkor Hotel in Siem Reap were both fantastic accommodations with extraordinarily great staff, making our stay enjoyable.

Some of my favourite highlights from the tour were Mt Aso, the vine rope bridge, and the stunning Ritsurin Gardens. I also chose to do the optional Nagasaki day trip, which was incredibly moving and educational — a truly worthwhile experience. Our tour guide, Yusuke, was absolutely outstanding — easily a 10/10! I honestly can't praise him enough. He set an incredibly high standard for tour guides, and I doubt anyone else will come close. Right from day one, he created a WhatsApp group for our tour, which was a fantastic way to keep everyone informed and connected throughout the trip. The group size of 28 people was just right — not too big, not too small. Thanks to Yusuke’s excellent organisation, we were always on time and everything ran smoothly. Our driver was also wonderful — professional, courteous, and made us feel safe on the road at all times. Overall, this holiday was amazing and fantastic value for money. I’ll be recommending TripADeal to all my friends and family — and I’ll definitely be booking another tour with them in the future!

I had no interest in visiting Japan, though my wife has been before and was keen to let me experience it too. I knew I would enjoy it, though our guide was possibly the highlight for me. Steve's enthusiasm and passion for his country was infectious, and his patience with some of our fellow travellers was nothing short of amazing. Our driver was also excellent at what he did. As for recommendations, I'd say 2 nights in Nagoya instead of the 1 would have been perfect. The city would appear to have too much to explore, where arriving late and leaving early didn't allow for any real exploration, apart from realising more time there was needed.

We loved everything about this holiday. Peru was our favourite. All the guides were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. They looked after us every step of our holiday from sightseeing to making sure we were all checked in at the airport.

I can’t believe we saw so much in such a short time! The agents at TripADeal worked with us as we were adding this tour on to a previously booked cruise, as well as linking our booking with our friends. The tour itself was easy and Soya was so incredibly informative, with new, relevant and interesting information every day. He also had great advice for our free time, and helped us with arrangements when our plans needed to change on the last day. We finished the tour feeling like we had made a new friend. Hotels were for the most part were lovely - sometimes small as expected for Japan, but always clean and I love all the amenities they provide! The hotel in Osaka had a washing machine, which was very handy, and the location was incredible. However provided breakfast was almost inedible, and we ended up grabbing breakfast the following day at the 7-11 across the road.
