Excellent value for money. Our guide Roland was fabulous as was our driver. A very well organised trip.

The whole experience was great; India is totally unique. Felt safe the whole time and have seen and done things I never imagined I would ever do.

We enjoyed the whole experience. The tour guide and transport very good. Most of the accommodation was good to very good with one exception. The room was very small. Overall we had a very good experience.

Saw the sights of Sri Lanka. Our guide Sithu was awesome, as were his driver and support staff. Only 8 days and a little bit rushed, but still great!

Our recent trip to Southern Thailand was awesome. Our tour guide Yui was fantastic. Yui went above and beyond to ensure that everyone’s needs were met. The tour group was a mixture of people from different backgrounds and locations with everyone being prepared to participate and get to know each other. The sights that we saw were exciting and memorable and there was a good mixture of planned activities and free time. I would recommend the trip.

Tan our first guide was especially helpful and went out of his way to help. He made the trip fun and interesting. We loved the diversity of places we went from crazy busy Hanoi to high in the hills where we walked down through villages then onto Ha Long Bay. Our second guide was also very good. It makes a big difference when guides are fluent in English. Drivers did very good too negotiating heavy traffic conditions.

The holiday was a great 'taster'. It was excellent value. We loved all the opportunities and the balance between led activities and free time. Our tour leader was excellent and added to our trip in such a positive way. His knowledge, humor and professionalism was appreciated. His local knowledge and special care to make sure we had lots of meaningful experiences was highly valued. We had an awesome coach driver in England and Scotland. He worked well with the tour leader and was highly skilled and personable. We would have really appreciated if he could have continued with us to Ireland. Our connection and trust was another important aspect of our trip. His extra care with things like music, water, cleaning of the bus and looking out for the needs of passengers was outstanding. In terms of 'tasting' - an additional day in London would be great - even a self directed day. With the traffic it was really impossible on the guided part to do more than look quickly from the bus at many important things. It would also be valued to have an overnight stay in Wales - perhaps on the night before the ferry. We only drove through it. The position of our London, Edenborough, Glasgow, York and Bristol accommodation was awesome. It allowed us to maximise our time. The position of the Dublin accommodation would be better closer to town. The Liverpool accommodation could be changed to Wales. Galway was fun and closer accommodation there would also be valued. The included breakfasts were great. There were always plenty of options provided for us to access dinner and lunch. The size of 37 people was a functional size - any more would have impacted timing and access to activities.

Our guide was very knowledgeable, the transportation was great, the hotel accommodation was truly 5 star and the places visited were magical.

Fabulous fun-filled 10 days. Every day got better than the last, and we went from one adventure to another. Our guide was AMAZING and really made our holiday with his incredible breadth of knowledge, his humour, and his command of the English language. Highlights? Well the whole trip- seeing all 5 primates/crocs/pygmy elephant/snorkelling/para-sailing/learning about the Sandakan Death Marches (overwhelmingly sad) at the War Memorial/wonderful accommodation/fabulous food everywhere. LOVED this incredible holiday - thank you Trip-a-Deal - and a MASSIVE THANK YOU TO ROLAND (our guide).

We have many highlights of our trip. Galapagos was amazing and loved the snorkeling. There was so much to see in Peru. It exceeded expectations. The Amazon was beautiful. Most of the tours were wonderful. However the half day trip to Rio was disappointing as there was possibilities to see more for example the viaduct is located around the corner from the steps but we didn’t get a chance to see it. So we had to visit the same location during our free time to see the viaduct which is a key tourism site . Our tour guide in Peru Eddie was outstanding!! He was so professional, organised, friendly and we all loved him and wished he would stay with us during the whole tour. I loved the overall tour and would recommend it to everyone!!

From the moment we landed till the time we left, our group was looked after, informed and provided with the best experience you could possibly hope for. Our guide James was so knowledgeable and went above and beyond what you would expect of a guide. Our group have left each other as friends that will stay in touch. Trip of a life time. Malaysia was incredible, we did and saw so much. Accomodation was great, it wasn’t ritzy but it was all well located, clean and welcoming. If I could recommend any ideas it would be to maybe provide a printout of each area you stay with details of eateries shopping etc within short walking distance that have been recommended. I will definitely be doing and recommending Tripadeal. Thank you for this wonderful experience

We had an amazing trip. We loved the cultural experiences, the contrast between city and country, the food and the people. Our tour guide Tam was excellent ensuring the trip went smoothly. He was a font of knowledge just not about practical matters but about history and culture. I would recommend Trip a Deal employing him to train new tour guides. He is the best tour guide I've had on a tour and I appreciate how he shaped our experience.

As per usual Trip A Deal exceeded all expectations. We have travelled with you 7 previous times and always recommend your trips to our friends. This trip was even more special as we travelled to a third world country and visited deep in the jungle. Our guide PAUL was exceptional and went out of his way to look after us and explain everything in detail. We saw everything you advertised and more. The accommodation was great even in the jungle. The meals supplied ( which were plenty ) were high quality and the location of the hotels were central and very clean. To finish the tour in luxury hotels (Hilton and Shangri La ) for the last five nights just topped off the experience. Can not fault the tour and as I said Trip A Deal did not let us down. SPECIAL Mention to out guide , PAUL. He has not been with your company that long however was proud that he was working for trip a deal and should be acknowledged for his professionalism and care he showed us during the entire tour. Everything was great

Hanoi and Northern Vietnam were great. Optional excursions were good value overall except excursion to Ba Na Hills. Quite pricey for what it was.

The trip was really good, from start to finish, we could not stay overnight at Ha Long Bay due to weather but that was ok, I would have enjoyed more time in Hoi An, I would definitely go back there, also in Siem Reap I would add on the floating village as an activity as I had been there before and suggested it to the group that had stayed on for the extra days, our tour guide was happy to assist us and provide the tour, it was a real highlight for the 8 of us that stayed on, highly recommend to any future guests

Well organised and explanations of future plans and what to take were good. Hotels were all of a good standard as were the vehicles and drivers. Our guide Yui was excellent- very knowledgeable about her country and very organised and friendly. She couldn’t do enough for us and everyone had good things to say about her. She accompanied us to the airport and saw us all the way through. She even took photos of the group and individuals to share with us which was a nice touch. Thoroughly recommend her. The last day was very long and hot- perhaps omit the temple visit as we had already seen a temple and just visit Phuket old town. Rawai was nice but a long way to go and traffic was heavy so we didn’t get to hotel till late. Perhaps start with Rawai and then move to Phuket old town, and Nai Yang. The Tiger Temple climb was very difficult for everyone in the heat- I wouldn’t suggest it, even for the fit in that heat. Perhaps only as an early morning climb. The night market was great- Yui provided us with a good variety of things to try. Overall a great trip with enough variety without being over taxing, and enough free time. Recommend to anyone.

Great holiday. Dragon was a fantastic guide. He was friendly, warm, knowledgeable about his country, culture, history and geography. Dragon was enthusiastic entertaining and a great storyteller. He was empathic and took a caring approach when dealing with my partner who was slow and in pain from an injury to his buttocks and hamstring a few days prior to the trip. The hotels were mainly excellent bar 2 which had tiny rooms and quite a walk to the main entrance. The tour was well paced and the sites and experiences excellent. I enjoyed Hakone, cherry blossom, Mt Fuji, the little old Edo villages. I enjoyed the sword making facility and dressing up in a Kimono. I also loved Kyoto and the Maiko dinner. I also enjoyed the outdoor art and sculpture park.

We had the most amazing guide in Khaoula. She made thee trip so enjoyable and fun. Highlight was the Maiko dinner in Kyoto as we were lucky enough to to have a Geisha attend as well, but the quality of the food alone was worth it. Absolutely Devine. All activities where amazing.

This tour was an excellent introduction to the main highlights of Japan and South Korea and offered amazing value. The itinerary was enjoyable, well paced, and a great way to experience both countries for the first time. Our tour guides — Silvia in Japan and Heni in South Korea — together with their coach‑driving partners, were professional, approachable, enthusiastic, and very patient. Each guide brought her own style, yet both were clearly committed to doing their best for the group. Their efforts made the trip even more enjoyable, and I sincerely thank them both. I would happily recommend this tour to anyone looking for a good‑value and well‑organised introduction to Japan and South Korea.

Really enjoyed this trip. It was the first I’ve done with Trip a Deal and the first trip I’ve done solo. Our guide Nam was excellent. Very pleasant, very professional and knowledgeable. I believe this made a huge difference to our trip. The driver was also excellent, helpful and so pleasant. Nothing was a problem for them.

The tour guide and porters on the trek were exceptional and I enjoyed every day during the trip. Seeing three Rhinos close up on our safari in Chitwan National Park was icing on the cake!

On this trip everything was perfect. Through Sri Lanka every hotel, staff, tour guide Eric were amazing. To top it off Maldives were more than I expected. I’m definitely going back to Maldives just this time Singapore. Need to see some other countries😊

What an absolute amazing holiday. The mountains tour was simply beautiful. The scenery, the people, the food…all fantastic. The tour was very well organized with enough down time to rest and explore the towns. Our tour guide, Hiep, was the best! So friendly, knowledgeable, funny and patient. I will definitely use trip a deal for future holidays.

We had the best guide ever. Ben talked and explained everything along the way. He was always available to talk to either when all together or on our free time. Our drivers were fantastic as there were some mountainous curvy drives. Although we had long days, we most definitely covered a lot of Taiwan. It was great to travel on other modes of transport, trains and a cruise on Sun Moon Lake. Stops were made enough for toilet stops and to stretch our legs.

Location of hotels were central and in general very comfortable. Tour guide knowledge was excellent! History of each district and landmarks was incredible.

It was everything I could ask for apart from sunburn, woul definitely book again. Our host Michael was a delight and the driver and his spotter, were a delight. Trying to download photos but don't know why it won't download them 😕

We had the absolute pleasure of having Tim as our tour guide on our recent holiday to Vietnam, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Tim was incredibly kind, patient, and always made sure everyone felt comfortable and included. His knowledge of Vietnam—its history, culture, and hidden gems—was outstanding and added so much depth to every part of the journey. What really set Tim apart was his ability to bring the group together. He made us feel less like tourists and more like a family travelling together, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from start to finish. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he went above and beyond to make sure everyone had the best possible experience. Thanks to Tim, our trip wasn’t just a holiday—it was something truly special that we’ll always remember. We feel very lucky to have had him as our guide and would highly recommend him to anyone visiting Vietnam.

1. level of accommodation at the first three destinations was under standard, the Hilton at Kota was great 2. tour guide Sara was fantastic, however she did not take into account everyones vote for any changes to certain spots 3. food options were limited in the more rural places

Fabulous trip…. Saw so much and got to Machu Picchu, life long dream. Tour guide, Claudio was fantastic, as were all the staff from Valencia Travel. So well organised, caring and knowledgeable. So many highlights … Rainbow Mountain, soaking in hot springs at Aguas Callientes, visiting the families on the floating islands on Lake Titicaca. A whirlwind trip, early starts most mornings, and probably would have liked a free afternoon now and then, but overall highly recommend this trip.

To start off we had three great tour guides, a fun group of Aussies and the hotels were excellent. There is no doubt that places like the Hoi An river lantern cruise and markets were a stand out, as of cause was Ha Long bay, both the on ship experience and the incredible caves. The three-hour cruise at Ninh Binh on the tiny four-person bamboo boats was fun and going through those caves was breath taking. Visiting the Cu Chi Tunnels was an eye opener as was the war museum in Saigon. The Golden Bridge (Cầu Vàng) and the Sun World Ba Na Hills theme park in Da Nang was a lot of fun. All in all we had a marvellous time, thank you Trip a Deal.

Temples, climbing volcano’s, snorkeling with a couple turtles and a shark. Our guide was great. He was always looking out for us. I felt really safe.

First time using TripaDeal excellent pick up at the airport was easy, drop off easy. Time our tour guide was excellent also our driver, nothing was too difficult for him and he was always available to help in any way. Food was amazing and plenty of it. We learned so much about Vietnam from Tim. Thank you TripaDeal.

We found our Sri Lankan guide (Eric) to be very good and extremely helpful for any questions we had. The hotels we stayed at were all amazing. Our highlight was the elephant safari

The 3 guides were brilliant….. The information they provided made the trip because they explained very well the history and the future of Vietnam. In Hanoi perhaps a trip to the Ho Chi Minh memorial might be a good idea to add ? He was after all a very big player in the history of Vietnam. We drove passed because I asked. It was very good to see and I think all tourist’s would enjoy that. So good that our guide Zoom could adjust and do a drive by… A big thank you to Zoom !!!!!

Anzac Day ceremonies were unforgettable

Loved the variety of activities and tours. Hotels were comfortable and well located. Our guide Mimi was very knowledgeable and caring. Good value for money.

Loved Sth Korea. Very clean country. Loved the beautiful countryside and mountains. I hadn't planned on doing the DMZ but changed my mind and glad I did as I enjoyed the day. For the ladies Korea has lots of reasonably priced beauty products. Our tour leader Lara was lovely and knowledgeable on the history of Korea and our driver Mr Lim did a good job getting us safely around the country. The hotels were also very good, no complaints there. I highly recommend seeing South Korea.

We enjoyed the whole trip, the elephant safari and the views all along the trip were highlights. Our guide Chabby was excellent his knowledge was encyclopedic. We had a group of 16, which was the ideal size. The Maldives was a more relaxing experience on a beautiful island.

The trip was full of seeing the highlights of both Japan and South Korea. There were probably lots of other sights to see but we saw everything the itinerary noted. The tour guides were both very knowledgeable of their country and explained a lot of history to us. Both tour guides were different in their own right, although the Japan tour guide Yusuke gave recommendations about where to eat etc.. it would 've been extremely difficult to do the same in South Korea because there are soo many food options to choose from. Great value and I recommend this trip.

Paul the guide was excellent

Our tour guide Gift and his driver Casper were the absolute best 100% of the time. The scenery and animals were amazing, and so many of them even though it was wet season. There are a lot of long days due to driving to get to all of the places but it is worth it. Border crossings were always fun, seeing what food would be taken!

Highlights:- getting up to level 5 Mt Fuji and visiting Hiroshima. Overall very interesting trip. I like to observe us much as possible from the varity and makes of cars to looking at flora.

great group and tour. Marriot in Mulu was exceptional

Mt Fuji was definitely my highlight. We were there on a perfect day and went to the fifth station. To see it up close and personal was amazing. Followed by Hiroshima where I learnt a bit more about it that I didn’t know. Hakones outdoor sculpture museum was another highlight for me. Beautiful gardens and amazing sculptures. Geisha dinner was great although expensive. The rest of trip was a bonus. The trip was value for money. We met some lovely people . It would be good to have name tags until we got to know people. Also would be great to have a final dinner with everyone included in the price to say goodbye. Otherwise we were very happy. The Japanese are lovely people and an amazing culture. I can’t seem to upload a photo so sorry about that. Jason our guide was great.

Loved all the places we visited, our driver and guide (Sujith) were amazing. Some days can be long however we are covering a lot of ground. I feel like you really need at least 2 days in one place so you can take it all in and explore. Food was great, people warm and friendly! 4 days in Maldives at the end was a perfect way to relax after Sri Lanka. This tour is value for money, you don't have to think too much and you get a true sense of Sri Lanka through the guides. Sujith/ Obama enjoyed sharing his country, the history and traditions with us. He really made the trip special.

Loved it, seeing the Pygmy elephants was the highlight for us. Dom and Matt where excellent.

The tour gave us a good overview of Malaysia and how all the different cultures have come to this country and retained their original heritage but added a Malay flavour on top. Travelling in different regions of the country showed us the beautiful places Malaysia has to offer for travellers and tourists. The Magical Malaysia tour was well planned and our guide Gerald Ramesh was just fantastic, he went above and beyond what is expected from a guide, he made sure eveonye was included everywhere we went and his knowledge and history of Malaysia was truely impressive. This was our first trip with an organised tour as we usually organise our own travel but we enjoyed not having to worry about anything as it was all organised by TripaDeal so we simply enjoyed the experience, we are now looking at doing another TripaDeal tour later on this year.

Our guide Kentaro was excellent nothing was too much trouble for him & I loved his daily weather report & tips. The itinerary was excellent, I’ve recommended this trip to all my friends, loved it.

Halong Bay boat trip was great due to evwryone joining in Karaoke. It let everyone get to know one another Bana Hills was great as too was AngkorWat

Our guide Dom was amazing and really made the trip 5 star.

The accomodation was excellent. We enjoyed all aspects of our tour, except for the visits to the commercial tourist businesses. Eg wood shop, mask making business etc. Other historical visits were very interesting. Our guide Lakmal, was very informative and gave very wise advice to keep us all out of trouble.

We had a great trip. We enjoyed being in a small group of 20 people which was the perfect amount of people. The people in our group were great, everyone had a great time and there was plenty of time to do your own thing if you wanted to and you didn’t choose to do the optional activities. We did the optional activities which were fantastic and provided an opportunity to see key areas and icons of Vietnam. The trip was well organised and accommodation was great. The tour guides we had were amazing and very knowledgeable, nothing was a hassle. The guides looked after us very well and provided excellent recommendations for food, drinks and sites during free time. This was our first group tour and we truly loved every moment. This was my first experience of holidaying with TripADeal and I have come home with nothing but good memories of the group and the exceptional performance of our Tour Leader, Bus Driver and Assistant. The Tour Leader, Danny, was in part historian, sociologist and the imparter of wisdom. The itinerary included all the areas that gave a rounded summary of the various regions of Sri Lanka. The hotel accommodation was exceptional.

Very well planned ! Saw so many things

The booking and payment process was seamless. Great communication as our booking changed before we travelled. Flights were great and transfers were very good. Resort was 5 star, accomodation beautiful clean and well maintained. Food and service was amazing. Highlights were the service from the staff and the beautiful location. The resort was stunning and the location perfect.

Our guide Kito and our driver were excellent, can not fault them. They were so helpful and wanted everyone to see as much as possible so went out of their way to ensure it happened. The whole programme was well organised. The blend of tour time, travel time and our own time was very appropriate and ensured we had a good time. The group on our tour were fabulous and we all got on well. We highly recommend this to everyone of our friends.

Loved the Sri Lanka and Maldives luxury trip I was worried I would not get to see much of Sri Lanka but we managed to see a lot and got to experience a good mixture of nature.,culture and sights. The Maldives was sensational and a perfect way to end the trip. We had a small group which made the trip perfect and our tour guide Angelo,Driver D and tour assistant Kamahl were fabulous and ensured we had the best time and were safe throughout our journey

My first Trip A Deal. Well planned itinerary to cover major tourist attractions. Very crowded. Taroko Gorge the highlight. Pleased to be able to enter despite walks still closed, only walked to temple. Superlative leader nickname Pork Chop added a lot to the trip. We knew every detail for each day and a preview for next day. Appreciated all the bathroom and meal stops. PC helped with ordering delicious ocal food at markets and all queries. Excellent drivers. Loved the 4711's. Great company. Very well organised trip from initial booking. Most efficient check ins and hotels locations within few minutes walk to food places. Thanks for a great trip.

Great holiday with great service and accommodation.

A wonderful and well considered itinerary. Finishing off at the Maldives was a perfect finish to a great holiday. We found the couple of 2 x night stopovers were at the right time and accommodation all good quality. Highlights were seeing the elephants in their natural and safe environment along with the walk through Horton Plains.

Our holiday was so well planned from the very first phone call. The accommodation was amazing and the tours were well organised. All Tour Guides were outstanding and could not be more helpful. The destination was amazing.

The trip was fantastic, our guide Sam, was easy to talk too and made us feel welcome and comfortable. Lovely hotels, some early mornings and big days on the bus, this had to happen because of the distance. Would recommend this trip.

Everything went very smoothly All accommodation was good. Mishra, our guide was possibly the main contributor to the success of the tour. Nothing was ever a problem for him . His information on India and the places we were visiting was excellent. He always had things in place. Best guide ever. All places visited met our expectations but the Taj Majal is ultimately the highlight. Tripadeal offer a remarkable tour for the cost. The only down side was the extreme heat. In hindsight we should have paid extra to go in the cooler months. Great driver on bus who navigated India's chaotic traffic very well. As for the additional tours that were on offer some days being so long they could not be appreciated due to the fairly packed days of sightseeing. Will recommend the tour and hopefully do Tripadeal again soon.

We had an absolutely amazing time exploring Vietnam! Our journey through the north—Sapa, Hanoi, and Halong Bay—was unforgettable, made even more special by our guide Tam. He was calm and placid, knowledgeable, friendly, and always ready to help, which really enhanced our experience. The coach drivers also deserve a mention for being safe and reliable throughout the trip. In Hoi An, our guide Mot brought great energy with his humor and friendliness. Each destination had something unique to offer: the breathtaking scenery of Sapa, the colorful charm of Hoi An, and the rich culture of Ninh Binh and Hue. Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City were incredibly busy, full of constant scooter traffic, but that added to their vibrant atmosphere. Despite the hustle and bustle, both cities had fantastic food, with plenty of great restaurants to enjoy local cuisine. The food was delicious, affordable, and always a highlight. Our hotels were clean, comfortable, and of excellent quality. We also opted for some extra activities, which were well worth it and added even more fun to the trip. We also traveled with a wonderful group—18 of us in total from 3 countries—and everyone got along so well. By the end of the trip, it felt like more than just a tour group, and we’ve come away with some truly special, lifelong friendships. Although the weather was hot and humid, it didn’t take away from what was truly a fantastic and memorable experience. Highly recommend this tour! Ultimate Vietnam!

All accomodation, the itinerary was great. Felt like we even had time to relax and time to do things we wanted to do as well.

We loved most things about our holiday. Our tour guide Brendan was full of knowledge and he really looked like he enjoyed his work and getting to know the people on the tour. The river cruise was just awesome and we were very happy with the accommodation that we stayed in.

We had an excellent trip. This was our first with Tripadeal but we will definitely do more. Our guides were all very good but must point out that Huy Nguyen in Hanoi was exceptional. We were happy with all the hotels. Ha Long Bay could be 2 nights stay and perhaps Hoi An an extra night as there is so much to see and can't do it all in a short time. I loved all the tours, the guides were very knowledgeable at every stop. Tony our guide in Hanoi, Lam in Ho Chi Minh and Sam in Siem Reap were fantastic, very happy personality and helpful answering any questions we had.

Loved every minute! Roger was an amazing guide with a wealth of knowledge and very approachable, friendly demeanour.

We traveled with a great group of people which really enhanced our experience. Our tour guide Duc was just fantastic couldn’t do enough for us, very caring and attentive. Bus driver also very good. Particularly enjoyed Halong Bay and Pu Long beautiful countryside.

Our tour was absolutely AMAZING! Bobby our tour guide was the loveliest, knowledgeable, respectful, helpful, friendly and most wonderful guide we could have ever wished for! The bus travel & the driver were fabulous. The variety of things to do blew us in the tour away! Accomodation, buffet breakfast s & other foods we ate was excellent.
