I was a small Lone traveler so the highlight for me was the rest of the group who were so welcoming and friendly as always though the trip deal holiday was fantastic every need was anticipated organisation outstanding The lion lodge was wonderful staff couldn’t do enough for us So easy to follow all instructions Good tours to break up the journey each way to the lodge with just the right amount of time at each

Highlights for me were the Grest Wall, seeing Panda’s at Beijing zoo & Shanghai Our guide Jack in Shanghai was exceptional, nothing was too much trouble for him!

This was our first TripADeal experience and we would certainly use it again based on this experience.

We weren’t picked up at the airport which was awkward. A different TripADeal guide helped - (dat) he was great. We loved everything and our guide (Duc) was really good. Highlights was countryside, Pu Luong, hieu waterfall and I even enjoyed ha long bay despite the unexpected crowd (maybe you should prepare people for this).

Sri Lanka was amazing. I loved the Tea Plantations tour and Galle. Most of our accommodation was in beautiful surroundings and overall I was happy with it. The Maldives was the highlight. We were very lucky to have been upgraded and it was outstanding the whole experience.

All places visited were most interesting and impressive

Excellent guide, comfortable bus, great accommodation, enjoyable itinerary. Each day filled with great things to see, loved climbing Lion Rock. The scenery through mountains was breathtaking and visit to tea factory very interesting. Cave Temples amazing, Elephant Safari and orphanage a lot of fun. Loved Galle Fort and resort at Bentota a perfect way to end an amazing holiday

The safari’s in Kruger & Chobe National Parks, incredible. River cruises seeing the animals from a different perspective. The up front & close experience with the wild animals. Truly unbelievable.

Amazing cultural experience highlighting all of the main attractions across Japan. Highly experienced tour guide provided daily information about te locations we were visiting both culturally and food experiences. Tour was great value for money. Will definitely go back to Japan at another in the future.

Great itinerary. We saw a lot of the countryside on the optional trips which were excellent as were the guides/drivers. The optional safari in Chobe National Park is highly recommended. The accommodation was a mixed bag but overall comfortable. My only regret is I would liked to have had an extra day in Cape Town to discover more of its history and more days in Botswana. That country looks so interesting. But C'est la vie. Next time.

Both our guides were excellent and knowledgeable. I loved Luang Prabang and the river cruise. Kayaking at Vang Vieng was very good. Didn't like the capital very much. The breakfasts at Vang Vieng and Luand Prabang were not very good. The hotel at Luang Prabang was the best and very nice

The tour was great. Our guide Grace was so helpful and knowledgeable. Seeing the snow monkey was the highlight of the trip, it’s a really gorgeous place.

Beautiful, chaotic, serene, messy India! Fantastic tour with a wonderful tour leader, Prashant, bus driver ‘Lucky’ and assistant ‘Harry’. So many amazing places visited, meals eaten and friends made. Excellent value for money and highly recommend this tour. Be prepared to be amazed, humbled, empowered and grateful. Thank you, India.

Great trip - idyllic location with crystal cleat water, white sandy beaches, snorkelling, sea life, amazing food, all inclusive package, wonderful service and a well run resort. Everything we hoped for in our first trip to the Maldives. Impressed with Trip a Deal - package and inclusions exactly as stated and no issues. The only thing that would make it better would a later speedboat back to Male for those flying out at 11.30pm.

Loved the country, the people, the elephants, the weather and the accommodation.

We found the Hellfire Pass and the War Memorial amazing places to visit and experience. It reminds us of the sacrifices of the Australian soldiers and their allies made to fight and protect our way of life we are now enjoying. Erawan falls is another highlight of the trip as well as the Khao Sok National Park. We enjoyed very much swimming the warm water just outside the Laguna resort accommodation and mesmerising the natural landscape, wildlife and rainforest ecosystem around the area. Special mention to our tour guide Nyla for keeping us informed about our daily activities and looking after all of us to ensure we are safe and well during the tour. She demonstrated her ability and willingness to assist us in any way we needed assistance. A big thumbs up to her effort and performance.

The Swan Hellenic cruise was AMAZING!! The boat , crew and activities were very well organised and outstanding!! The food was excellent too! We had very close up wildlife encounters that were unbelievable!!! I will never forget that experience of feeding whales so close to us!! Buenos Aires is so unexpectedly beautiful! There was so much to see and the food was fabulous! I would just say GO!!!!!

The holiday was excellent, good paced and we captured all the sites we wanted in a trip like this. The highlights were the not advertised option to fly over everest and the Himalyan range abd off course the Taj Mahal.

A stress free holiday is what everyone needs and this delivered. The pace of the holiday, the places we saw, the culture we experienced all cleverly put together. What made the holiday so special was the professionalism of our guide Giri and our driver Krishna. We were also very fortunate to have two other travellers that made the trip lots of fun.

Loved it all. The archeological sites especially Teotihuaca, and fiesta on the canals at Xochimilco were highlights. And we were lucky enough to witness a wedding celbration in the plaza of San Domingo church in Oxana. And the cactus forest and cenotes were natural wonders we had never seen before.

Southern Thailand is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! The Trip-a-deal itinerary was great with a nice mix of busy and relaxed tours, with the standout being the Four Island tour. The destinations were nice and close together with only a few hours of commute between hotels required. Our tour guide was fantastic and we have made some good friends with the other travellers with in the group. Highly recommended 😊

This is my third Trip a Deal holiday, and certainly won't be my last. As usual, I found the office staff very helpful during the lead, providing prompt resolution to any queries I had, and always maintaining good communication about the processes involved in the lead-up to the holiday. I loved our guide, Brendan, and the accommodation provided ranged from good to excellent. All activities were as promised - immersive, informative, heartwarming and moving.

Mexico had so many hidden treasures that were included in the itinerary - making this a memorable holiday. It was run smoothly and efficiently including the handling of some unrest in the country while we were on tour.

Sixta, our Tour guide, was extremely knowledgable on the places we visited. Having studied Archaeology, definiitely made the trip all the more enjoyable. We needed more time in Mexico City and a number of us thought the boat ride was a waste of time that could have otherwise been spent looking at the Templo Major Mexico City. Highlights Chichen Itza, Izmal and Oaxaca.

The tour guide Anil was a great ambassador for India. The tour flowed and he was on top of everything. The red Forte and Forte Agra were awesome. Then there was the Taj Mahal overall glad to have been with people on the tour and glad we went. Highly recommended 👌.

Being in Hoi An over the Lunar New Year. The atmosphere was amazing and we enjoyed the lantern boat ride. Also, Halong Bay was stunning! Definitely a highlight.

The mountain region of Northern Vietnam is a beautiful area, full of wonderful scenery. Our group all got on well together, and our guide Lee was excellent.

We had a fantastic guide Dilip, who made sure everyone was happy and everything went smoothly. All the hotels were pretty good, with a variety of hotels - single level with open bar and lounge, to multi storey and one condominium complex. We particularly loved the historic sites, while others were more interested in safaris. We visited many cultural and craft places, including a farm, cooking demonstration, woodworking, tea factory and a dance and music cultural show. Highlights for us were Sigyria and Polunurra ancient city. We also managed to visit The Temples of the Sacred Tooth in Kandy despite it not being on the itinerary, but our guide made it happen. Galle is charming. Beautiful countryside with a variety of landscapes, lush jungle, lovely beaches, charming people and delicious food. Two buses with 18 or 19 people on each so a small group. Do not hesitate to book this tour.

The location was awesome, amazing scenery and the exceptional interaction with wildlife in its natural environment. Swan Hellenic cruise company was 5 star, I would recommend for anyone to do this once in a life time trip.

The sightseeing was great we got so much done and the accommodation was also very nice. Great value for money and great way to meet other travellers

Vietnam continues to impress. Friendly people plenty to do and see. Guides were good.

Well organised, good accommodation central to sights, local knowledge was good, thorough advice n information pre-trip. Lots of options, reasonable flexibility to times and delays, kept to schedules well. Good communication generally with TaDeal and with tour guides. Paragon in Ho Chi Min , restaurant was pretty bad and front steps were a killer for older people. Siem Reap Elephant Sanctuary - totally brilliant experience! Absolute highlight! We had a fabulous trip, great cost, professionally excellent.

I loved everything about the Cruise on the Queen Elizabeth, it had class style and everything Royal about it. The islands we stopped at were really nice and the people were so very friendly,

I loved every minute of the Best of Borneo, and my friend and myself are still feeling so blessed to have had such an amazing holiday, and amazed at the incredible value for money. Our guide, Brendan Miles, was outstanding. The bus driver, Mr Kumsee (? spelling) was superb. All the accommodation was excellent standard. The food was plentiful, varied and really, really good. And the wildlife - AMAZING - we saw lots, but have to say the experience of Brendan certainly helped enormously in spotting the wildlife in the “wild”.

So many to see in this tour of the Golden Triangle of India Rajastan, Tis tour was led well without any major troubles by Anil, the tour guide together with his assistant and the driver. The hotels were all 5 star however there was a few issues with some services.

The Vietnam mountain discovery tour was unforgettable. Our fantastic and funny tour guide, Garv, kept us entertained on the bus, and we had the best fellow travelers.

Our guide was amazing. He had lots of knowledge and information. He also made the trip a lot of fun. We enjoyed being in a group situation and having everything taken care of. We wouldn’t have seen so many of the places we visited if we were doing this on our own.

My daughter and I really enjoyed this snapshot view of Sri Lanka. Well organised and run. Our tour leader Dash made us feel safe. Bus driver was excellent. Thank you so much for the experience.

A very well put together tour with a great combination of both group and independent activities. It was a fantastic way to see the Barossa by getting out amongst it all on a bike whilst sampling the best food and wine on offer, and it felt a lot more relaxing than the traditional road-trip holiday. Matt the guide was very helpful and the final night at Glenelg beach was a lovely touch.

This was a brand new experience for me in which I thoroughly enjoyed. It was well organized with some great inclusions, thank you.

Loved experiencing the culture, customs and diversity of India. Enjoyed travelling in rickshaws, tuk tuks, trains, also walking around different places. Good choice of cities on this tour. Highlights were Agra - the Taj Mahal and river cruise on Ganges at Varanasi. So pleased I took the option to visit Varanasi. All meals were delicious with great variety in well selected restaurants. Guides were knowledgeable, very friendly and helpful. I tried to attach photo but wasn’t successful.

I would have given 5 but for the travel arrangements. Travelling from Perth to Sri Lanka via Melbourne (or Sydney) is appalling. The trip home - Male-Colombo-Melbourne - Perth in one hit is an experience not to be repeated. I would not recommended this Trip a Deal offer to any West Australian. I realise that price is the selling point hence the flights at 6am when a later Perth - Mel journey would have done. I sought advice on the journey prior to booking but was told that we would get the info a month before travel. Too late then. Having said that, once we got there, both parts of the holiday (Sri Lanka and Maldives) was really good as I will show in the rest of my evaluation. I will certainly consider Trip a Deal again but now understand that if a city is being allocated a surcharge, the travel will be very convoluted.

Our guide had an exceptional knowledge of all things Sri Lankan and was very patient and gave us a good insight into the Sri Lankan way of life. The bus driver was great and very highly skilled and the assistant was very helpful keeping us hydrated and making sure our luggage was loaded and helped us getting off and on the bus. The trip was amazing and such a surprise at how beautiful and lush the country was. I would have liked to have done the blue train trip but I realise recent storms had impacted on the tracks. Otherwise on a whole the trip was great- thanks

We loved our time in Vietnam and India. The tour guides in both countries were informative, friendly, funny and very knowledgeable of the culture and history of their home country. This is our second adventure with Trip A Deal and we will be booking again!

Aimee the guide was very knowledgeable and so kind. The upfront tipping was a great idea and removed the stress of remembering to tip. Early starts ie 430 were hard when on holidays and hard to find bfast and lunch on travel days. Relaxing days should have been at Bohol beach resort which was quieter and more relaxing than Boracay. Overall excellent all guides were well educated

Our guide James and our bus driver Papi were fantastic. James was very knowledgeable. Our highlight was getting to see Orangutans in the wild.

Highlight was definitely Angkor Wat at sunrise & Hoi An first evening tour which weren’t originally offered as an optional Angkor Wildlife & Aquarium would be a nice addition Name tags for first day would have been wonderful

The tour guides were amazing went above and beyond to make our trip amazing. It was the best time of the year as it was Chinese new year. Each activity was different and gave us a good idea what life is like in Vietnam included meal gave us a good in sight to there food Ba Na hills was amazing. The fellowship from the other travelers in the group was great. Really enjoyed the trip and experiences.

Loved all aspects of the holiday in Vietnam. The top , middle and southern areas of the country were interesting and diverse. The local people were very friendly, accommodating and receptive to tourists. My wife and felt safe all of the time visiting attractions or shopping by ourselves away from our tour group. In all, a wonderful travel experience.

Highlights was the accomodations and safari tours all were amazing! Loved all the food at all accommodations the staff , tour guides and transportation people were so lovely and friendly and very helpful with lots of information. Everything went extremely smoothly and communication was excellent!

Antarctica was mind blowing, we had set the bar high and the SH Vega surpassed it! Every day was an adventure with gorgeous scenery and wildlife passing by, often the captain would announce wildlife sightings so we'd all run to get a glimpse and he would manoeuvre the ship so we'd all get a spectacular view. Everything was perfect from the fabulous food and wine to the excursions going like clockwork, even when the weather tried its best to challenge the team. The SH Vega has a remarkable crew, a very capable ship with an unflappable Captain who pushed us through to places we would never have imagined always keeping his calm demeanour. We couldn't fault anything and feel blessed to have seen this magic part of the world in all of its glory. Thank you so much

My husband and I just returned from an unforgettable 17-day holiday through Vietnam and Cambodia with TripADeal, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. The tour was well planned and the tour guides were very informative, always happy to please every one in our group and basically amazing. In Hanoi Cat was eager to have everyone enjoy themselves. In Hoi Ann Mingh was funny, approachable and extremely knowledgeable. (Our Best) Our other guides for Saigon Phnom Penh and Siam Reap were also first class. We thoroughly enjoy ourselves and will travel with you again. Thank you TRIP A DEAL.

Fabulous itinerary, comfortable coach, wonderful driver and knowledgeable tour guide. My only feedback would be to have usb ports on the coach and in the hotels.

The trip was amazing Our guide Marcelo was truly wonderful The trip went seamlessly with no issues Only had one hotel room that was too small to accommodate two people That was in Luleå Highlights were Husky Expedition and the Snowmobile Safari The Sauna experience was also fantastic Our trip was certainly enhanced by having Marcelo guiding us with his knowledge and enthusiasm

The whole trip was amazing! Marcelo the guide was absolutely outstanding, bringing knowledge and humour to the trip. The glass igloos at Santa’s village were fantastic as was Santa’s village, albeit a bit over commercialised, the sauna experience was beyond words. Such a truly amazing and once in a life time experience. The only thing that I’d change would have been taking up the opportunity to have a few extra days in Helsinki and Stockholm at the beginning and end of the trip.

Our Trip-A-Deal tour guide, Edward was an excellent guide who provided consistently informative and interesting information about Malaysian culture, history and people. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the sites that we visited and this made the trip very immersive. Our family came away with such a wonderful view and understanding of what it means to be Malaysian and why Malays are so proud of their country! The itinerary of the trip was well organized, and we found the mix of full, half-day, and free days very suitable for our family. On the days where Edward foresaw that the locations of the planned itinerary were going to be too crowded, he helped schedule new activities in that we would enjoy & give us a good taste of the cities we visited. Highlights of the trip included the trek up to Brinchang, visiting the tea plantations at Cameron Highlands, the rickshaw ride and the boat ride/tour around Kilim Geoforest Park. If you have a free day in Penang and would like to get some delicious, cheap local food, head to New World which has many hawker stores. David, our driver was also very friendly and provided great service to us throughout the trip.

Great mixture of events at each location. I was a little disappointed when we reached Rebak Island, thinking it wouldn’t be enjoyable. How wrong I was, great way to finish the trip and wind down. Your guide Eddie was fantastic. So accomodating and even contactable after hours. Loved Malaysia.

Whole trip, extremely well managed. SS Vega was superb, everything was perfect. Well worth the money spent, couldn't ask for better. Would and have recommended this trip to others.

Very friendly tour guides, good planning of the tour by Tripadeal, and they are always helpful for all of us. we safe and all the time secure.

We loved the animals we got to see we only missed out on seeing the Pygmy Elephants as the river was in flood. Our Tour Guide Brendon is an excellent wildlife photographer and spotter and he was able to point out a lot of birds and monkeys. We also learnt a lot about the Sandakan to Ranau Death March during WWII where over 2400 POW’s lost their lives and only 6 soldiers survived. Overall we really enjoyed our trip and the people on our trip were really great and we all got on well.

Everything was taken care of and a very well organised trip. The guides were available as we landed to receive us. The Guides suggested optional extra activities and the guides were quite knowledgeable.

The entire holiday was extremely well organised and everything went to plan. The staff who assisted with our booking were well informed and helpful. All of the tour guides were very professional, friendly and informative about the places they were showing us. Their love of their country was quite apparent and they wanted to share their country’s culture with us. All of the tour guides went out of their way to help you with any request. The bus drivers were very capable and efficient. We were very happy with all of our accommodation. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The only hiccup of the trip were the flight delays, however this is beyond anyone’s control.

The whole trip from the time we left Melbourne to returning was amazing. The Vega is faultless and cruising in Antarctica is spectacular and incredible. We have over 40 cruises under our belt but this one blew us away. The scenery was spectacular. Cruising past icebergs.and whales and the zodiac landings were unbelievable. We had so many pinch me moments. The Vega wilth only 140 passengers was amazing and we had many landing on Antarctica which wouldn't happen on a bigger ship.

We loved that being on a tour meant we did not have to navigate our way to and from each location, thanks to our driver Annie. Our tour guide Dragon and his assistant Blaire were fantastic with the instructions, directing us ensuring we got to the destination. They sorted out the tickets which is something that could cause lots of confusion with us not speaking Japanese. We were blessed with visibility of Mt Fuji on three separate days, even with the snow. Having the blessing of snow in Nara (which has not happened in 7 years) there was a down side the next day with road closures impacting the planned itinerary. Yet Dragon and his team organised us alternatives that were just fabulous. We would not have hoped for any better. Hotels provided everything we needed and grateful for the planning of an apartment mid-way through that had clothes washing facilities.

The whole trip was really good, above our expectations. Dragon was the tourist guide and he and the whole team were all excellent, very kind and helpful. I really recommend this trip to everyone and specially Dragon and the whole team assisting in the bus.

Our guide Arch was very knowledgeable, informative and organised. Saw many great sights, excellent overview of Sri Lanka. Favourite stay/section was in Sigirya, possibly even a bit rushed. Only 1 night in Nuwara Eliya would’ve been enough, perhaps a night in Yala would’ve been good or an extra night in a beach town. Happy with all the accommodation and meals. Maldives was beautiful. We upgraded to a seaplane flight back to the airport through the hotel, could be a good optional extra thru TripaDeal as was worthwhile.

Great hotels. All luxurious and well appointed Ben the guide was informative knew history and delivered it in a easy to understand and interesting way. He wa caring and made sure no one got lost and had plenty if comfort stops. Taiwan has lots of interesting and diverse things to do and see. Enjoyed most of them.

It was an adventure not a holiday and thoroughly loved it. Small group became a 'family' and looked after each other. Not entirely primitive adventure but not luxury... but it was expected as such! Saw so much of African life and culture as well as so many animals.

Loved the trip. Very busy and restful at the end. Would have liked a bit more time in lots of the places we visited. Hide very informative.

I really enjoyed that we got to see the crazy city kaos, then to the peaceful wild jungles and then my highlight out to the snow-capped mountain views.

It was so well organised from start to finish . Accomadation was beautiful. A very good mix of activities and down time Guide was amazing and so very helpful My only suggestion would be to add some more optional things to do on our free days especially authentic cooking classes ,places of interest etc

10 days winter season trip was very well organized. Nina our guide in Beijing was excellent, a forward thinker & well experienced. John our guide from Shanghai is a knowledgeable historian. Would be more convenient if the hotel location is more central near CBD especially in Shanghai & Beijing, Overall we will recommend this trip o other people, we will do the same trip in Summer

Flights arrangements timing is good. Hotels are clean and comfortable. Have optional tours that participants want to participate. More guidance on which restaurants to visit at Saigon and Hanoi.

Antarctica was unbelievable. The scenery, the animals. the cruise with its wonderful staff and incredible food. We felt privileged to have experienced such wonderful things.. Great memories for life. Also the hotel stays in Buenos Aires were incredible luxury. TripADeal staff were helpful and efficient and dealt swiftly with any enquiries we made. The flights were well co-ordinated and we found the ground and flight staff helpful and pleasant. I can't think of any improvements which would be needed!

The entire trip was amazing and seemless. The flight connections were good, even though a 2 hour delay leaving Sydney due to a storm caused a missed connection, it was rebooked to a later flight without us needing to do anything. And Antarctica was just magical with Seabourn delivering such high quality.

The whole trip was great but the highlight was the lion chase - our driver took off unexpectedly & was racing the other safari drivers to get to the lion's sighting first. Improvement would be for the operators to have a printed list of the excursions & the prices for each. More safari days would be good.

SwannHellenic cruise on The Vega was absolutely amazing. Could not fault it. Food was excellent, rooms were clean and everything was good. Only improvement could be that they organise maybe Trivia or Bingo as some activities during the sailing stretches to & from Antarctica. Staff on the ship are also very friendly and knowledgeable 👍👍
