Tipping of local guides and drivers on shore excursions is at the individual guest's discretion, however it’s usually appreciated.

Although most services on board Seabourn are included in your cruise fare, discretionary purchases will be charged in USD to a shipboard account. A detailed statement will be delivered to your suite the night before disembarkation and processed automatically at the end of the voyage.

Yes. Seabourn has a number of tours that may take you to a winery, distillery or other venue where you can purchase alcoholic beverages. You are free to bring those back to the ship and no corkage fees apply.

Seabourn highly recommends that all guests carry a passport that is valid for at least six months beyond the completion date of your travel. Passports are normally surrendered to and held by the pursers onboard to facilitate clearances in ports of call. It is prudent to photocopy the identification page of your passport and pack it separately, in case of loss or damage to the original.

While children are able to sail on Seabourn, this cruise line is more tailored for an adult experience. If you are travelling with children, infants must be at least 6 months of age at the time of embarkation. Children must be at least 12 months of age at the time of embarkation on trans-ocean crossings and on remote itineraries.

Seabourn includes complimentary Wi‑Fi with unlimited minutes for all bookings. All Seabourn ships are equipped with next generation Wi‑Fi connectivity. This allows you to access the internet throughout your voyage from anywhere on the ship. 

Seabourn uses Zodiac boats (inflatable boats) on its expedition cruises to explore remote and pristine destinations. This allows for close-up wildlife encounters and unique cultural experiences. Transport by Zodiac is included in your cruise fare.
