Day 3 Rugby League Las Vegas Fan Fest

This morning is yours to enjoy at leisure. Continue exploring the many highlights Las Vegas has to offer.

In the afternoon, make your own way to Fremont Street in downtown Las Vegas for the Rugby League Las Vegas Fan Fest. This is a free event hosted by the NRL to celebrate the launch of the 2027 season. All six competing teams will be in attendance, and you’ll have the chance to enjoy live music and entertainment. Hear from each of the teams and maybe score a selfie with your favourite player or pick up some giveaways.

Beyond the Rugby League event week festivities, Fremont Street offers a great selection of dining options so you can grab a bite while soaking in the famous light show (not included). Keep an eye on the NRL’s official website and social media channels for the latest details and official event timings.

You could choose to add an optional activity to your morning with a visit to the geological wonderland of the Valley of Fire State Park.

Optional Activity: Half-Day Valley of Fire
Valley of Fire State Park derives its name from the red sandstone formations that are featured prominently throughout the park. Formed from great shifting dunes during the age of dinosaurs, these are the centrepiece of the park's attractions and often appear to be aflame when reflecting the sun's rays. You'll start your tour at the Visitor Center where you'll get an introduction to the park’s geology, ecology and history. You'll then enjoy time for light hiking in the park to view ancient petrified trees and petroglyphs dating back more than 2,000 years. Included in your Rugby League Las Vegas Experience are silver tickets to attend the opening round of the 2027 NRL Telstra Premiership season at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas.

Ticket upgrade options are available to either a Supporter Bay, Gold, TryZone, Diamond or Elite ticket via the cart. Please see the seating map located on this page for more details on where seats are located within the stadium. 

Allegiant Stadium is a mobile-only venue. This means your ticket is available to present on your mobile phone only - PDF/paper tickets are not valid. Mobile ticketing allows you to conveniently manage and transfer your tickets, and minimises the risk of lost or counterfeit tickets. Your tickets will be available to view/use on the Las Vegas Raiders + Allegiant Stadium App, and we encourage all fans heading to the game to download the App early and familiarise themselves with the process. You can download the App via the Apple App Store or Google Play here. Once downloaded, you will be required to create a free account to access and save your tickets.

Please note:

Merchandise

Lounge Access at Allegiant Stadium (Elite Ticket Holders Only)
Fans who have upgraded to an Elite ticket will have access to either the Modelo Cantina Club or Twitch Sideline Lounge depending on which side of the stadium their tickets are allocated. 

In order to gain entry into your designated area please enter the bar from the entry closest to the outside of the stadium (not the field side). You will need to scan your ticket the first time you enter, and will then be given a stamp to come and go as you please. If you are unsure where to locate these bar areas, please ask one of the stadium hospitality staff who will be happy to help.

A reminder that the legal drinking age in the US is 21+ so anyone under the age of 21 will not be able to purchase alcohol from the bars located in these lounges.

Please note:
• Food and beverage at either the Modelo Cantina Club or Twitch Sideline Lounge is not included.
• These venues may also be used for private hospitality functions. Entry to these functions is not included.

Getting To The Event 
Plan your trip in advance to ensure getting to and from Allegiant Stadium is part of the game-day fun.
• The best walking option for accessing Allegiant Stadium is from Las Vegas Blvd via Hacienda Bridge, which will be closed to automobile traffic on select event-days, allowing fans to safely walk across.
• Rideshare options are available at Allegiant Stadium. Rideshare pick-up and drop-off is located in Lot N, just north of the stadium.
• Once you are on the Strip, the RTC’s Deuce bus runs 24/7 every 15 minutes from 57 stops along Las Vegas Blvd with the closest stop near Hacienda Bridge at Mandalay Bay. A 24-hour pass, priced at $8 USD, allows you to ride the Deuce to the game, back and anywhere else on the Strip you would like to go. Passes can be purchased on the RTC app.
• A dedicated area west of the Stadium near Diablo and Procyon is available for taxis, shuttles, and general drop-off and pick-up before and after games.
• Single-event or game-day parking passes are available via the SpotHero app and must be purchased in advance.
• If you are driving your own car, allow plenty of time to get to the Stadium, many of the streets in the area will be converted to one-way on game or event days. Vehicles are not permitted to park overnight prior to game day.

Please note: A reminder also that Allegiant Stadium is a cashless stadium. Payment for parking and concessions must be made by debit/credit card or mobile payment.

Gratuities / tipping

Land
Gratuities are not included in the package price for additional services. In the United States, it is customary to tip at restaurants, cafes, and diners, as well as for services provided by taxi drivers (excluding Uber), valet attendants, porters, and hotel housekeeping staff. A general guideline is 15%–20% of the total bill at dining venues, while tips for service staff are left to your personal discretion. Some sit-down restaurants may automatically add a gratuity to your bill—if this occurs, no additional tip is necessary unless you wish to recognise exceptional service.

Daytime temperatures typically range from 17°C to 21°C, while nighttime lows are usually between 6°C and 9°C. The weather remains mostly dry with low humidity and minimal rainfall.

FLIGHTS
Seat Selection & Frequent Flyer Points:
We do not arrange seat selection. It is essential to highlight that some airlines do not allow pre-selected seats. We strongly suggest you contact the airline directly with seating allocation requirements and/or arrive at the airport earlier to arrange your seating. While we do not add frequent flyer member details to bookings, you can do this directly with the airline once you have your flight information.

Dietary Requests
Meal options and availability differ between airlines and routes therefore not all dietary requests can be accommodated. If your flight includes meals we will select the most suitable option available based on the dietary requirements you have specified. All meal requests are subject to airline approval and are not guaranteed, therefore we recommend preparing for your flight by bringing appropriate food for yourself, as required.

Passport Validity:
Customers must provide valid passport details either at the time of purchase or no later than 90 days before the departure date. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the booking. Customers will be responsible for any costs and fees incurred in this instance.

Luggage:
You will be responsible for all your personal belongings whilst on tour. You must carry your own luggage to and from your accommodation.

Expect a comfortable pace of touring with a focus on leisure time and gentle activity. This may include city tours, the ability to walk up and down small flights of stairs and gentle slopes. You will be responsible for your own luggage and have the ability to board all modes of transport without assistance.

Australian and New Zealand passport holders must apply for an electronic travel authorisation (eTA) before travelling to Canada by air. An Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) is an entry requirement for visa-exempt foreign nationals travelling to Canada by air. An eTA is electronically linked to a traveller’s passport. It is valid for up to five years or until the passport expires, whichever comes first. If you get a new passport, you need to get a new eTA.

In the event the tour package you have purchased is unable to proceed, and/or a Travel Supplier is unable to fulfil the tour due to external circumstances (Limitation of Liability e.g. a Force Majeure event), there may be a fee or amount of money that is withheld by our Suppliers and is unrecoverable. This may be due to non-refundable airline tickets, cancellation penalties with cruise cabins or unrecoverable payments with our land/accommodation partners. If refunds are not available from Suppliers, we will endeavour to obtain a travel credit on the best terms available and communicate these outcomes to you. In the event we are unable to obtain a refund or travel service credit, or part thereof, this cost is passed on to the customer as a Supplier Fee.
