You can pre-book dining through the Carnival Cruise Line app or by visiting the specialty restaurant (Dragon Lady) on Deck 6 once onboard. You can also call from your stateroom or make reservations at the specialty restaurants in person. For pre-booked rotational dining, your times will be in a letter in your stateroom upon boarding.
