“I’m definitely more open to new experiences when I’m on holiday. Like hot air ballooning – I’d never do it at home, but I was told that going up over Cappadocia, in Turkey, was special, so we did it and it ended up being the highlight for me. Up there with over 100 other balloons, the colours were just amazing. I’m usually not keen on heights, but you get in a different mode when you’re not stuck in your usual nine-to-five.”
