Can I Arrive Early or Stay Behind after the tour?The option to Arrive Early or Stay Behind is available on select holidays and may be added to a booking during the check-out process. Please check the Important Information section of the deal to see if these options are available. These options incur a fee for adjusting the departure or return dates. This fee does not include extra nights’ accommodation, meals and/or airport transfers, which will be at your own cost.
In addition, airport transfers listed as an inclusion on the Travel Offer are considered void in the event that you select an Arrive Early or Stay Behind option.

Can I request a Stop Over?Many of our international deals provide both pre and post-tour stopover packages at check out. These typically include two nights of accommodation, return transfers and daily breakfast.
What’s the difference between Tour and Tour Only?Tour Packages include international flights and travel arrangements from start to finish, so you can take the guess work out of planning. The Tour Only option offers the same exciting tour itinerary and inclusions, but allows you to organise your own flights and transfers for more flexibility.
Are airport transfers included in tours?Please refer to the individual deal page to confirm if airport transfers are included. Please note, if you choose to Arrive Early or Stay Behind, you'll need to arrange your own transfers.
What is a full-service airline?Where possible, we use full-service airlines on long-haul flights. These typically offer in-flight entertainment options, checked baggage, meals and beverages.
Can I select or upgrade the airline?We may ticket you on any airline based on availability and routing. For some deals, you may have the option to select a preferred airline or upgrade. Please note that these selections are subject to availability, pricing, routing and stopover compatibility. If you pay an additional cost for this selection and we are unable to fulfil your request, the added cost will be refunded. To see whether a deal offers a preferred airline or upgrade, refer to the Important Information section of the deal. It will also be shown at checkout.
If you have a preferred airline that is not listed for a particular deal, you can contact our team to request a customised flight option. However, please note there is no guarantee that we will be able to fulfil these requests.
How many people are on each tour?The amount of people on each tour will vary depending on the tour chosen. You can visit the ‘Important Information’ section on each individual deal page for a general guide of minimum and maximum group sizes. Small group tours have no more than 20 travellers per vehicle.
Will I have to pay for extras on tour?We make every effort to list all mandatory charges, fees and taxes in the Important Information section of the deal. In that section, you will also find a list of exclusions that you must read before you proceed with booking a deal. Any additional purchases you make such as shopping, extra meals or activities not included in the offer, are your responsibility.
Can I use Qantas Points to book a tour?Yes, you can use Qantas Points for Tour bookings. During the checkout process, you can choose to redeem the total value of your booking using points alone or use a combination of Points Plus Pay.
Can I earn Qantas Points when I book a tour?Yes, Qantas Frequent Flyer members can earn 3 points per $1 spent on all TripADeal bookings.

How do I cancel my Tour booking?A request for cancellation can be made by calling us on 1300 831 406, or submitting an enquiry through the TripADeal Support Page on our website.
Once we receive confirmation from you that you would like to proceed with a cancellation, you are immediately authorising TripADeal to cancel all elements of the booking for the passenger(s) provided. All cancellations are considered non-reversible once actioned by TripADeal and are subject to the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Are Tour bookings refundable?While some exceptions may apply (such as rights you have at law or specific Supplier Terms applicable to your booking), Tour bookings are generally non-refundable for change of mind or failure to make an instalment payment.
