Cruise

Itinerary 2 - 2027 Dates
Msc Divina Ship:
Inspired by the glamour of Sophia Loren, the MSC Divina is a Fantasia-class ship. While the MSC Seaview is all about modern, open-concept "beach condo" vibes, the Divina offers a more classic, elegant European cruise experience with its famous Swarovski crystal staircases and stone-paved piazza.

Dining
Dining on the MSC Divina is a blend of Mediterranean heritage and international favourites. The ship features two elegant main restaurants, The Black Crab and Villa Rossa, serving multi-course Italian and international menus. The Calumet and Manitou buffets provide casual dining with a wide variety of stations, including a popular authentic Italian pizzeria open late. Key dining highlights include Butcher’s Cut (American steakhouse), Galaxy Kaito (sushi), and La Cantina di Bacco, which serves as both a wine bar and a pizzeria. Guests in the Yacht Club have exclusive access to Le Muse, an upscale, private restaurant offering "my choice" dining times and gourmet menus.

Entertainment
The Divina focuses on high-production value and classic nightlife. The Pantheon Theatre is a massive, Broadway-style venue hosting six different shows per cruise, ranging from acrobats to vocalists. The Casino Veneziano offers a glamorous setting with a full range of slots and table games, plus its own dedicated bar. Unlike the newer ships, the Divina features a 4D Cinema for immersive short films and a full-size Formula 1 Simulator. Catch up or lounge at numerous themed bars, including the Golden Jazz Bar and the Black and White Lounge, which hosts live music and themed dancing nights.

Activities
The Divina offers a mix of relaxation and high-energy sports. The ship boasts the Infinity Pool at the back of the ship, which blends into the horizon, and the Aqua Park main pool. For cooler days, Le Sirene has a sliding glass roof. The MSC Aurea Spa offers Balinese massages and a thermal suite. Unique to the Divina is Aqua Cycling, where you can take a spin class on bikes submerged in the pool. Want a more thorough workout? Visit the large fitness centre with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, offering cardio and resistance machines alongside group classes. For over 18s, visit Top 18, an exclusive, adults-only sun deck for those looking for a quieter sanctuary away from the main pool areas.

Family-Friendly
Families are well-catered for with age-specific programming and dedicated spaces. The Kids' Club is a partnership with LEGO and Chicco, with the club space split into the Mini Club (3-6), Junior Club (7-11), Young Club (12-14), and Teens Club (15-17). The Divina also features a unique Smurfs-themed play area for younger children. Families can enjoy mini-bowling, the 4D cinema, and the F1 simulator together, along with sports tournaments like soccer and basketball on the sports court.

Technology
The Divina has been updated with modern conveniences like touchscreen kiosks around the ship to help with directions and theatre or dinner reservations. Cabins are equipped with interactive TVs where guests can order room service and see the ship’s daily itinerary. Guests can use the MSC for Me app to browse daily schedules, track onboard spending, and chat with other passengers without needing a paid Wi-Fi package.

Cabins
The cabins on Divina are characterised by rich fabrics and a sophisticated, traditional aesthetic.

Interior Cabins
Interior cabins provide a comfortable retreat for guests looking for a cozy space to unwind after a day of exploration. These cabins typically range in size from approximately 13 to 16 square metres, offering ample space for rest and relaxation.

Ocean View Cabins
Ocean view cabins feature large windows or portholes that offer stunning views of the sea and the destinations you'll visit. These cabins are slightly larger than interior cabins, typically ranging from approximately 12 to 20 square metres, providing plenty of room to stretch out and enjoy the scenery.

Balcony Cabins
For guests seeking a little extra luxury, balcony cabins offer the ultimate in comfort and convenience. These cabins feature private balconies where guests can enjoy breathtaking views and fresh sea air. Balcony cabins are typically larger than interior and ocean view cabins, ranging from approximately 14 to 19 square metres of indoor space, plus a 3 to 12 square meter balcony.

Please note:

TOUR GUIDE VS. TOUR LEADER
Tour Guide:
Often locals with intimate knowledge of an area, its culture, and history. Their role entails providing commentary, routing the tour, and seeing that people have a good time. They are a licensed, qualified expert who supplies specific information on the history, art, architecture and culture of the city/village/attraction where they are guiding the tour. The guide meets the group at the required place and leaves it at the end of the tour; they do not travel with the group.

Tour Leader:
An experienced person tasked with ensuring the smooth operation of tours, as well as providing practical support to passengers throughout the whole trip. Their role primarily includes assisting with accommodation, transportation between locations, and communication with tour guides at each stop. A tour leader may provide general guidance around a city or village and offer information on the place visited on the bus. However, they are not required to have specific art, architecture, or historical knowledge. They are not allowed to provide a guided tour or commentary of a city/village/attraction once there and, if caught doing so, can be fined.

Please note: Tour leaders/guides are not a standard inclusion in all travel offers. Tour leaders/guides will only be made available when required to enhance the experience of the destination featured.

Visas

European Union Entry/Exit System (EES)
From October 12, 2025, a new European Entry System (EES) replaced the manual passport-stamping process for non-EU travellers. Upon arrival in the Schengen area, Australian and New Zealand passport holders will have their fingerprints recorded and a photograph taken. Their entry and exit dates will be electronically registered. No previous action is required, but please be aware of longer wait times at border entry. From 10 April 2026, the EES will be fully operational at all external border crossing points of all the European countries (Schengen area) using the system.

European Travel Information & Authorisation System (ETIAS)
As an extension of the EES implementation introduced in 2025, ETIAS travel authorisation is a mandatory entry requirement for visa-exempt nationals travelling to any of these 30 European countries, including Australian and New Zealand citizens, that will be introduced in 2026. We advise you to monitor smartraveller.gov.au closer to your departure to ensure you are up to date on the requirements at the time of entry.

Important:
• Please start arranging your visa three weeks before departure to account for any delays due to consulate operating hours.
• Visa rules are subject to change. Please check with the nearest embassy, consulate or immigration department of the destination/s you are visiting once you receive your travel documentation to ensure you have the most up to date information.
• It is your responsibility to be travel-ready and ensure that you are aware and comply with any destination or travel requirements, including the validity of all required travel documents.
• Passengers who are not Australian citizens must also check with the respective consulate or visa agency to determine what their visa requirements are and what personal identification is required.
• It is also important to note that some areas of employment, such as journalism, government authorities and charity organisations, may have additional restrictions in applying for visas. This may, in turn, affect the type of application required.

Travel insurance

Embarking on your next trip is exciting, and while you hope the unexpected does not happen, it is best to be prepared. We strongly recommend you take out travel insurance when making your booking. Whether it’s a potential medical emergency, a flight cancellation, a delayed suitcase, or an unforeseen event, it's important to ensure you're adequately protected.
