Game Day Tickets
Included in your NRL Las Vegas Experience are silver tickets to attend the opening round of the 2026 NRL Premiership season at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas.

Ticket upgrade options are available to either a Gold, Diamond or Elite via the cart. Please see the seating map for more details on where the seats are located within the stadium. 

Allegiant Stadium is a mobile-only venue. This means your ticket is available to present on your mobile phone, PDF/paper tickets are not valid. Mobile ticketing allows you to manage and transfer your tickets conveniently and minimises the risk of lost or counterfeit tickets. Your tickets will be available to view/use on the Las Vegas Raiders + Allegiant Stadium App, and we encourage all fans heading to the game to download the App early and familiarise themselves with the process. You can download the App via the Apple App Store or Google Play here. Once downloaded, you will be required to create a free account to access and save your tickets.

Please note:
• You must use the same email address for your Raiders account as was used on your travel booking to ensure the tickets display in your account. See the PDF instructions here, or visit the Raiders Mobile Ticketing link below and follow the steps for more information about accessing your tickets.
• You will receive your tickets at least four weeks prior to departure (tickets may not appear in your account prior to this). 

Merchandise
Included in your Rugby League Las Vegas package is an exclusive 2026 Rugby League Las Vegas cap, which you will be able to pick up from a collection point in Las Vegas. Further details about where and how to pick this up will be provided closer to the event in your travel pack information (via email). 

Lounge Access at Allegiant Stadium (Elite Ticket Holders Only)
Fans who have upgraded to an Elite ticket will have access to either the Modelo Cantina Club or Twitch Sideline Lounge, depending on which side of the stadium their tickets are allocated. 

To gain entry into your designated area, please enter the bar from the entry closest to the outside of the stadium (not the field side). You will need to scan your ticket the first time you enter, and you will then be given a stamp to come and go as you please. If you are unsure where to locate these bar areas, please ask one of the stadium hospitality staff, who will be happy to help.

A reminder that the legal drinking age in the USA is 21+, so anyone under the age of 21 will not be able to purchase alcohol from the bars located in these lounges.

• Food and beverage at either the Modelo Cantina Club or Twitch Sideline Lounge is not included.
• Please see available ticket upgrades in the cart. 

Getting To The Event 
Plan your trip in advance to ensure getting to and from Allegiant Stadium is part of the game-day fun.
• The best walking option for accessing Allegiant Stadium is from Las Vegas Blvd via Hacienda Bridge, which will be closed to automobile traffic on select event-days, allowing fans to safely walk across.
• Rideshare options are available at Allegiant Stadium. Rideshare pick-up and drop-off is located in Lot N, just north of the stadium.
• Once you are on the Strip, the RTC’s Deuce bus runs 24/7 every 15 minutes from 57 stops along Las Vegas Blvd with the closest stop near Hacienda Bridge at Mandalay Bay. A 24-hour pass, priced at $8 USD, allows you to ride the Deuce to the game, back and anywhere else on the Strip you would like to go. Passes can be purchased on the RTC app.
• A dedicated area west of the Stadium near Diablo and Procyon is available for taxis, shuttles, and general drop-off and pick-up before and after games.
• Single-event or game-day parking passes are available via the SpotHero app and must be purchased in advance.
• If you are driving your own car, allow plenty of time to get to the Stadium, many of the streets in the area will be converted to one-way on game or event days. Vehicles are not permitted to park overnight prior to game day.

Please note: A reminder also that Allegiant Stadium is a cashless stadium. Payment for parking and concessions must be made by debit/credit card or mobile payment.

Gratuities/tipping

Land
Gratuities are not included in the package price for additional services. In the United States, it is customary to tip at restaurants, cafes, and diners, as well as for services provided by taxi drivers (excluding Uber), valet attendants, porters, and hotel housekeeping staff. A general guideline is 15%–20% of the total bill at dining venues, while tips for service staff are left to your personal discretion. Some sit-down restaurants may automatically add a gratuity to your bill—if this occurs, no additional tip is necessary unless you wish to recognise exceptional service. 

Please note: Tipping is always at your discretion. However, it is considered a standard part of income for many service workers in the U.S., and it is not uncommon for staff to request a tip. There is no need to feel uncomfortable in these situations.

Las Vegas, USA
In Las Vegas, February brings mild winter weather with plenty of sunshine. Expect daytime temperatures around 16–20°C, while evenings can be cooler, dipping to around 5–10°C—a light jacket is a good idea, especially after dark.

New York City, USA
In late February, New York City typically experiences cold winter weather. Average temperatures range from -2°C to 7°C (28°F to 45°F). Snowfall is still possible, though less frequent than in January, and days are gradually getting longer. You can expect a mix of chilly winds, overcast skies, and occasional sunny spells, with the potential for rain or light snow. It's advisable to dress in warm layers, including a coat, scarf, gloves, and waterproof shoes.

Seat Selection & Frequent Flyer Points
We do not arrange seat selection. It is essential to highlight that some airlines do not allow pre-selected seats. We strongly suggest you contact the airline directly with seating allocation requirements and/or arrive at the airport earlier to arrange your seating. While we do not add frequent flyer member details to bookings, you can do this directly with the airline once you have your flight information.

Dietary Requests
Meal options and availability differ between airlines and routes and therefore not all dietary requests can be accommodated. If your flight includes meals we will select the most suitable option available based on the dietary requirements you have specified. All meal requests are subject to airline approval and are not guaranteed, therefore we recommend preparing for your flight by bringing appropriate food for yourself, as required. 

Passport Validity
Customers must provide valid passport details either at the time of purchase or no later than 90 days before the departure date. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the booking. Customers will be responsible for any costs and fees incurred in this instance.

Luggage
You will be responsible for all your personal belongings whilst on tour. You must carry your own luggage from the vehicle to the hotel room and back to the vehicle.

Fitness Level Required
Adventure (and spontaneity) create some of the best travel memories. Bear in mind that your home schedules and timings may not be adhered to on tour - it's all part of the fun!

A relaxed level of fitness will be required. Expect a comfortable pace of touring with a focus on leisure time and gentle activities. This may include city tours, and the ability to walk up and down small flights of stairs and gentle slopes. You will be responsible for your own luggage and have the ability to board all modes of transport without assistance.

Please note:
• Some areas may be inaccessible to wheelchairs or mobility scooters, with personal walking sticks and other aids required should they be needed. Although some assistance may be available, every traveller should be self-reliant during all aspects of their travel.
• It is expected that every traveller must be self-reliant and able to undertake all aspects of their own travel. Please speak to your booking agent about your personal circumstances and any assistance requirements to ensure this tour is right for you.
• If you have any concerns, please consult your healthcare provider prior to purchase/travel.

Yellow Fever
A valid international certificate of vaccination against Yellow Fever is required in many countries. You may need to present this on arrival at the airport or border crossing. If not, you'll need to get a visa before you travel. Supplier Fees
In the event the tour package you have purchased is unable to proceed, and/or a Travel Supplier is unable to fulfil the tour due to external circumstances (Limitation of Liability e.g. a Force Majeure event), there may be a fee or amount of money that is withheld by our Suppliers and is unrecoverable. This may be due to non-refundable airline tickets, cancellation penalties with cruise cabins or unrecoverable payments with our land/accommodation partners. If refunds are not available from Suppliers, we will endeavour to obtain a travel credit on the best terms available and communicate these outcomes to you. In the event we are unable to obtain a refund or travel service credit, or part thereof, this cost is passed on to the customer as a Supplier Fee.
