By placing a booking with us, you acknowledge the following important information:

• we act as your booking agent: TripADeal is a booking services provider, and curates the Travel Offers available on our website. We act as your booking agent, and we receive payment for the Booking Services as part of the booking price, however, we do not provide any of the Travel Services (flights, accommodation, tours or other products or services) included in your booking – the Travel Services are provided by a number of third party Travel Suppliers.
• each booking is unique: our Travel Offers are made up of a variety of different components and are, during the booking process, uniquely tailored to suit your requirements, for example, departure dates and ports, flight and room upgrades, tour inclusions, etc.
• changes/modifications to your booking may not be possible: once your booking has been made, changes or modifications may not be possible, and where possible, may incur a fee. It is important to ensure that the information you provide during the booking process is accurate and up to date, and that you read the Travel Offer carefully before placing your order.

Freestyle Cruising starts with a wide range of dining options all included in your cruise price, and all available on your schedule. The freedom continues with entertainment for everybody. From Broadway shows, to adults-only clubs where you can dance 'til dawn, to supervised activities for kids and teens. When it's time to recover from the excitement, you can retreat to accommodations designed for the way you cruise.

It is your responsibility to be travel-ready and ensure you comply with any destination or travel requirements, including obtaining all of the required travel documents.

For Australian citizens, check your visa requirements online at Smartraveller or the respective embassy or consulate. As visa rules are subject to change, please check with the relevant embassy or consulate once you receive your documentation to ensure you have the latest information.

Passengers who are not Australian citizens must also check with the respective consulate or visa agency to determine what their visa requirements are and what personal identification is required.

We suggest you start arranging your visa well in advance of departure to account for any delays due to consulate operating timeframes. TripADeal is not responsible for any passenger’s failure to obtain a visa or if you obtain an incorrect visa.

The service charge is not automatically added into your cruise fare price, however it can be prepaid on a per Guest per day basis (for Guests three years and older).

Guests sailing to Hawaii will be charged an additional 4.275% Pre Paid Service Charge GET Tax.

Norwegian Cruise Line will not accept guests who will have entered their 24th week of pregnancy by the time their travel with Norwegian Cruise Line concludes. A statement from the expectant mother's doctor (letterhead form required), stating her due date and fitness to travel must be sent to Norwegian Cruise Line’s Access Desk. Norwegian Cruise Line will not be responsible or liable for any complications of pregnancy which arise or occur during the cruise.

Kids of all ages 3-17 can find their happy place thanks to the complimentary youth programs – Splash Academy and Entourage. Alongside the well-trained staff, your children will experience a wide range of exciting activities with kids and teens their own age. And while they’re having the time of their lives, you can too, knowing they’re in a safe and supervised environment.

Guppies Programs (6 months – under 3 years)

Guppies Hosted Activities: Fleet wide for parents and babies. Guppies Open Play: Fleet wide for parents and babies. Fee based drop off nursery.

Splash Academy (Ages 3 – 12)

When your little ones are having a great time, you’re having a great time. Sign them up for the complimentary youth program where they can enjoy creative play, sports and more. From theme night activities to cool parties, the youth staff has a knack for this stuff.

Entourage (Ages 13 – 17)

Run off and play while your teenagers hang out in a place filled with video games, movies, arts, music, sports and people their own age. From the coolest lounge at sea to the hippest dance clubs at night, there’s always something going on at the teen centers. Best of all, it’s all complimentary and supervised.

Late Night/Port Play

Drop off the kids and make it a romantic night out. Available on days in port and evenings for children ages 3 – 12, the Group Sitting is supervised by the certified youth staff. Late Night Fun Zone is a group-sitting, drop off, fee-based service. Late Night Fun Zone is run by the Youth Staff inside Splash Academy. Late Night programming continues the theme throughout the day. Open Nightly: 11:00 p.m. - 1:00 a.m.

Age requirements: Infants under six months of age are not eligible for travel on Norwegian ships. Infants sailing onboard a Norwegian vessel must be at least six months of age at time of sailing. However, for voyages that have 3 or more consecutive days at sea, the infant must be at least 12 months old at time of sailing.

A minor is defined as an individual under 18 years of age at the time of embarkation.

A young adult is defined as an individual between the ages of 18 and 20.

Company policy dictates that a passenger under 21 years of age must be accompanied in the same or connecting stateroom by a passenger 21 years of age or older at the time of embarkation.

For passengers under the age of 18 traveling with an accompanying adult, who is not the minor’s parent or legal guardian, a PARENT/GUARDIAN CONSENT RELEASE FORM that authorizes the minor’s travel and further authorizes medical treatment in case of an emergency must be delivered to a Norwegian representative at the pier during check-in. Failure to produce this letter at embarkation may result in boarding being denied, with no refund of cruise fare provided.

Note: Two people under the age of 21 may travel together in the same stateroom if they are a married couple and provide proof of marriage to a Norwegian representative at the pier before embarkation.

To register - On all ships, a one-time digital registration form is to be completed by a parent or guardian (if child is not traveling with their parent) for each child/teen age 3 - 17. Children/teens can then participate as frequently as they choose during operating hours with space availability.

Norwegian Cruise Line wants you to be comfortable on board, so public areas throughout all the ships are smoke-free. If you smoke regular or electronic cigarettes, you can do so on your balcony, in the casino or in the Cigar Bar (where available). If you prefer pipes or cigars, you can smoke in the Cigar Bar or designated smoking lounge. Also, you can smoke cigarettes, pipes and cigars outside on open decks (just not around food venues, sports decks, kids’ pool areas and other designated nonsmoking areas). Smoking inside your stateroom will result in a $250 cleaning charge added to your onboard account.
