Use the Royal Caribbean App or, once onboard, visit guest services on the Royal Promenade, Deck 5, to make reservations. Some activities may be reserved during the check-in process prior to boarding.

What are the Symphony of the Seas rules?

There are a number of rules you must follow while onboard Symphony of the Seas. They apply to essential safety drill attendance, boarding and re-boarding practices, smoking prohibitions both indoors and on cabin balconies. It is also prohibited to bring drugs, weapons, drones and alcohol onboard. The onboard drinking age limit (over 21 years when cruising from the USA), avoiding disorderly behaviour and maintaining the appropriate conduct while onboard, pool and lounge chair etiquette, and general safety concerns are also important to consider.
