TripADeal reserves the right to modify, change, extend, or withdraw published cruise terms such as cruise line selection and/or scheduling with respect to the travel offer at any time due to changes beyond our control.
For example, this may mean cruises may depart or dock slightly earlier or later than the listed cruise itinerary, involve a change in published itinerary, or involve a substitute cabin or cruise line. Cabin category selection, cabin upgrades, and any other cruise-related requests are strictly subject to availability and are not guaranteed. Cabins are allotted on a run of ship basis and some cabins will have obstructed views.
Cruise itineraries and cabins are confirmed and booked in accordance with the cruise operator’s terms and port regulations. Such terms may relate to online and/or at the port or onboard passenger check-in, baggage tagging procedures, and/or disembarkation procedures.
Travellers booked via TripADeal will not be entitled to receive any cruise line customer loyalty discounts. Similar to airline frequent flyer programs, this is outside of the TripADeal booking process. However, customers may contact the cruise line direct upon receiving their TripADeal travel documents to request any membership benefits they are entitled to. TripADeal accepts no responsibility for any matters regarding cruise line loyalty or members benefits.
Each cruise line operates differently with the type of documentation that they supply and how to obtain it. You will receive instructions on how to complete your online check-in and obtain any relevant documentation as part of your TripADeal travel documentation, sent approximately 4-6 weeks prior to departure.
In addition to our Terms and Conditions, whilst onboard any cruising vessel, all travellers are additionally bound by the local laws and Cruiseline’s Specific Terms and Conditions of carriage. TripADeal accepts no liability for any breach of these onboard regulations.
Furthermore, legal drinking age limits and currency used onboard may be specific to the ships origin and/or the destination you are travelling within.
It is important to be aware of your travel insurance and/or health providers limitations to ensure you have the correct level of cover whilst cruising. It is highly recommended to ensure your insurance policy covers you for a suitable level of accidental injury, hospitalisation abroad, and medical evacuation at sea.
A Comprehensive Insurance policy is often a mandatory requirement for some cruise lines.
It’s important to note that neither TripADeal nor the Australian New Zealand Government will pay for your medical expenses whilst overseas or for any medical evacuation costs.
We ask travellers who embark from, dock at or disembark into any Australian Port, to check smartraveller.gov.au - cruise information to ensure you understand any Medicare coverage for your journey.
