By placing a booking with us, you acknowledge the following important information:

• we act as your booking agent: TripADeal is a booking services provider, and curates the Travel Offers available on our website. We act as your booking agent, and we receive payment for the Booking Services as part of the booking price, however, we do not provide any of the Travel Services (flights, accommodation, tours or other products or services) included in your booking – the Travel Services are provided by a number of third party Travel Suppliers.
• each booking is unique: our Travel Offers are made up of a variety of different components and are, during the booking process, uniquely tailored to suit your requirements, for example, departure dates and ports, flight and room upgrades, tour inclusions, etc.
• changes/modifications to your booking may not be possible: once your booking has been made, changes or modifications may not be possible, and where possible, may incur a fee. It is important to ensure that the information you provide during the booking process is accurate and up to date, and that you read the Travel Offer carefully before placing your order.

We recommend that you obtain travel insurance as soon as you make a booking with us.

Carnival Sunshine

Everything the sunlight touches on Carnival Sunshine has been doused with extra fun. There's plenty to find atop this ship, where you can spend your days kissed by the sun's warm rays. Visit the biggest Serenity area ever, featuring three decks, plenty of recliners... and even a waterfall. Carnival WaterWorks™. There's also SportSquare™, where you can let your inner champion run free (around the jogging track), traverse the Ropes Course high up above, or even engage in a little one-on-one, from ping pong to foosball to giant chess.

It is your responsibility to be travel-ready and ensure you comply with any destination or travel requirements, including obtaining all of the required travel documents.

For Australian citizens, check your visa requirements online at Smartraveller or the respective embassy or consulate. As visa rules are subject to change, please check with the relevant embassy or consulate once you receive your documentation to ensure you have the latest information.

Passengers who are not Australian citizens must also check with the respective consulate or visa agency to determine what their visa requirements are and what personal identification is required.

We suggest you start arranging your visa well in advance of departure to account for any delays due to consulate operating timeframes. TripADeal is not responsible for any passenger’s failure to obtain a visa or if you obtain an incorrect visa.

• Gratuities are assessed on all guests, with the exception of children under the age of 2.
• Gratuities apply regardless of the dining options selected, such as eating at the casual dining restaurant or open seating dining.
• For beverage purchases, an 20% service charge will be added to the bill.
• A 20% service charge will be added to the reservation fee of all Specialty Dining venues as well as the nominal à la carte fee at Bonsai Sushi, Emeril’s Bistro, Guy’s Pig & Anchor Smokehouse | Brewhouse and Seafood Shack. Additional gratuities can be added at the guest's discretion.
• A 20% service charge will be added to the bill in the Main Dining Room for Steakhouse selections and Bonsai Sushi boat on dinner menu, Emeril's Bistro selections and fresh pressed juices on Seaday Brunch and breakfast menus. Additional gratuities can be added at the guest's discretion.
• A gratuity may be extended to room service staff as service is rendered. A 20% service charge will be added to the bill for beverages ordered from the bar through room service.

Guests are required to be 21 years of age (on embarkation day) to travel on their own. Guest ages will be verified at embarkation. Guests not conforming to this policy will result in denied boarding and no compensation will be provided at embarkation.

Infant Policy
Domestic and Europe Cruises
Infants must be at least 6 months of age at the time of embarkation in order to sail with the exception of the following cruises:
Children must be at least 12 months of age at the time of embarkation in order to sail on trans-ocean crossings and remote itineraries, where there are more than 2 consecutive sea days.

Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia and South Pacific Cruises
Infants must be at least 6 months of age at the time of embarkation in order to sail on domestic cruises (cruises to Australia, Tasmania or Cruises to Nowhere), with the exception of the following cruises:
For any cruise, regardless of length, if it includes at least one International port (Pacific Islands, New Zealand, Singapore, Hawaii or Willis Island in Australia), an infant must be at least 12 months of age at the time of embarkation in order to sail. This includes most cruises 7 days or longer.
In addition, any itinerary that includes more than 2 consecutive days at sea, an infant must be at least 12 months of age at the time of embarkation in order to sail.  

All staterooms and suite accommodations are an entirely smoke free environment, including the outside balcony. This policy includes all forms of smoking, including but not limited to, cigarettes, cigars, electronic cigarettes (E-cigarettes), tobacco pipes and personal vaporizers. 

• Cigarette, E-cigarette and personal vaporizer smoking will be allowed in the night clubs (except on Carnival Sunshine and Carnival Vista) and in certain areas within the casino (for playing guests while at designated slot machines and table games) and the casino bar.
  
• Cigarette, E-cigarette, personal vaporizer, cigar and tobacco pipe smoking will be allowed in the Jazz clubs on the following ships: Carnival Triumph, Carnival Victory, Carnival Conquest, Carnival Glory, Carnival Valor, Carnival Liberty, Carnival Freedom and Carnival Splendor. 
• Cigarette, E-cigarette, personal vaporizer, cigar and tobacco pipe smoking will be allowed in designated exterior open deck areas. 

Note: Guests who smoke in their staterooms or on their balconies will be assessed a $250 cleaning and refreshing fee on their Sail & Sign account. Information on this fee is included in Carnival's cruise ticket contract. Guest agrees to strictly comply with Carnival’s non-smoking policy.
