On arrival in Las Vegas, you’ll be greeted by a local representative and transferred via coach to Encore Hotel & Casino. This is where you’ll settle in for a 5-night stay in the heart of this vibrant and iconic city.

Hotel Check-In Information
Flights may arrive in Las Vegas in the morning with hotel check-in typically from 15:00–16:00. Confirmation of flight times will be provided in your travel pack prior to your departure date. If your flight arrives in the morning and you’d prefer to access your room immediately upon arrival, we recommend contacting the hotel directly to organise an early check in. If early check in is unavailable, you may wish to purchase an additional night’s accommodation to guarantee access to your room. Please be aware that both of these options are strictly subject to availability and will be payable directly to the hotel.

In the afternoon, make your own way to Fremont Street in downtown Las Vegas for the Rugby League Las Vegas Fan Fest. This is a free event hosted by the NRL to celebrate the launch of the 2026 season. All six competing teams will be in attendance, and you’ll have the chance to enjoy live music and entertainment. Hear from each of the teams and maybe score a selfie with your favourite player or pick up some giveaways.

Beyond the Rugby League event week festivities, Fremont Street offers a great selection of dining options so you can grab a bite while soaking in the famous light show. Keep an eye on the NRL’s official website and social media channels for the latest details and official event timings.

You could choose to add an optional activity to your morning with a visit to the geological wonderland of the Valley of Fire State Park.

Optional Activity: Half-Day Valley of Fire
Valley of Fire State Park derives its name from the red sandstone formations that are featured prominently throughout the park. Formed from great shifting dunes during the age of dinosaurs, these are the centrepiece of the park's attractions and often appear to be aflame when reflecting the sun's rays. You'll start your tour at the Visitor Center where you'll get an introduction to the park’s geology, ecology and history. You'll then enjoy time for light hiking in the park to view ancient petrified trees and petroglyphs dating back more than 2,000 years. • This optional activity is approximately 5 hours with a 1-hour drive each way and 3 hours in the park. Exact departure times are still to be confirmed but you can expect to be back at your hotel by no later than 14:00.

The Grand Canyon is the result of millions of years of wind and water erosion. It's an endless expanse of shapes, colours and impenetrable shadow. This morning you'll enjoy a 2.5-hour drive to the Grand Canyon West Rim, the sacred land of the Hualapai Native Americans. Upon arrival, board a hop-on hop-off shuttle to visit the park including stopping at Guano Point and Eagle Point. Take in the breathtaking scenery and surroundings before hopping back on the bus for your transfer back to your hotel. Please see the current pricing in the Important Information section.

Strap yourself in because game day is here with three huge back-to-back games hitting the field! In 2026, the NRL Telstra Premiership season will once again kick off on American soil at the renowned Allegiant Stadium.

In the afternoon, make your own way to Allegiant Stadium in time for the celebrations to commence. Catch all the action between Super League sides Hull KR and Leeds Rhinos, then NRL showdowns between the Newcastle Knights and the North Queensland Cowboys, and the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs and St. George Illawarra Dragons. There will also be loads of fan activities, food trucks, drinks, merchandise and much more available for purchase throughout the day!

Today, at the appropriate time, you will be transferred via coach to Las Vegas International Airport for your return flight to Australia. Once you've arrived in Australia, please make your own onward travel arrangements.

• Flight departures may be scheduled for the evening. Confirmation of flight times and coach pick up times will be provided in your travel pack prior to your departure date. If your flight departs in the evening and you’d like to arrange a late check out, please contact the hotel directly with this request. • Customers returning to Newcastle will transit via Sydney, with all flights being exclusively chartered for the NRL.
