You are certain to leave with amazing memories, and pictures, as you cruise through Schollart Channel near Antarctica. Take in the mesmerising sights of massive ice flows, humpback whales, waddling penguins, leopard seals and more in their natural, and somewhat extreme, element. - Paradise Bay, Antarctica Scenic Cruising: 2:00pm to 4:00pm: This name aptly reflects the stunning beauty you'll find here, just as the clear waters beautifully reflect the spectacular mountains, such as Rojas Peak, Bryde Peak, and the Petzvol Glacier. Within these waters you may see Minke whales feeding and Gentoo penguins curiously observing from the rocky shores. - Gerlache Straight, South America Scenic Cruising: 5:00pm to 7:00pm: A number of geographical anomalies around this channel make these waters among the most plankton-rich in the world. You’re likely to see a profusion of whales feeding in the rich ecosystem, which is a sight you’ll not soon forget.

This tiny island in the Weddell Sea plays a role in one of seafaring history's most legendary exploits. When the brave crew of the Endurance, led by intrepid explorer Sir Ernest Shackleton, was trapped in the ice during a 1914 polar expedition, they took refuge on this island until help arrived.

Home to more than five million residents, it is a city of contrasts where you can see remnants of its colonial past and also the ultra-modern high rise buildings. The European influence in the city’s culture is noticeable. To begin, the city tour visits the San Francisco church, which was built between 1572 and 1618. The tour continues by the sector of Club Hípico. Here you can see one of the most beautiful horse racing tracks in South America. Next the tour heads to the Barrio Concha y Toro before arriving at the grandiose Plaza de Armas. On this square you will find historic buildings such as the cathedral, and close by the main post office building, the Natural History Museum and the “Palacio de la Moneda” (seat of government). The tour then makes its way up San Cristóbal Hill, where you can take in the fine views of Santiago and the Andes.
