Whizzing around Singapore can take a matter of minutes, thanks to one of the world’s most efficient and widespread public transport systems. Hankering for breakfast in Little India, but want to visit the temples in Chinatown before lunch? No problem, you’ll be there in a jiffy using the sparkling MRT system – and why not stop at Marina Bay for a spot of shopping on your way? For something a little different, head to the small island of Pulau Ubin - a biodiverse spot to explore on foot or by hire bicycle. Singapore’s island of Sentosa is also home to numerous theme parks including Universal Studios, Mega Adventure Park, Adventure Cove Waterpark and more.

Optional Activity: $80 per person - Half Day Singapore City Tour/

This half day city tour will reveal some of Singapore's best attractions such as China town, Little India, the Colonial district and more. The trip beings and ends at your hotel and gives you a great introduction in to what Singapore has to offer. This half-day tour starts with a pick up from your hotel at 9am. First stop is Chinatown, an ethnic enclave distinctly Chinese cultural elements, located in the central area of Singapore. Continue on to the National Orchid Garden within the Singapore Botanic Gardens. Home to 60,000 orchid plants - consisting of 1000 species and more than 2,000 hybrids - it is truly a dazzling sight. Next move on to Little India, located east of the Singapore River - across from Chinatown. There is a lot to learn here from its historical beginnings to its modern day place in a more cosmopolitan society. Finally visit the Colonial district, which forms the very heart of Singapore and walk around the neo-Palladian buildings lining the banks of the Singapore River. You will be returned to your hotel at the conclusion of the tour.

The Stadthuys (also known as the red fort), which was built between 1641 and 1660 on the ruins of a fort which belongs to the Portuguese. It is believed that the Stadthuys is the oldest Dutch building in the East.

See the oldest Hindu temple in Malaysia as well as a Chinese-style mosque and a Chinese temple dedicated to Taoism, Confucianism and Buddhism. Today is a free day at leisure to explore Kuala Lumpur.

Malaysia’s sultry capital is a feast for all the senses. Here you'll find historic monuments, steel-clad skyscrapers, lush parks, mega-sized shopping malls, bustling street markets and lively nightspots. Essential parts of the vibrant mix are the incense-wreathed, colourfully adorned mosques and temples of the country’s Malay, Chinese and Indian communities. A reverence for these ancient cultures is balanced with a drive to be plugged into the contemporary world, a desire that's reflected in a creative contemporary art and design scene; an ambitious riverbank-regeneration project; and dynamic architecture: the new Exchange 106 tower is taller than the iconic Petronas Towers.

Overnight: Hotel Alpha Genesis or similar, Kuala Lumpur
Meals included: Breakfast

This morning depart Kuala Lumpur for the scenic Cameron Highlands region in the interior of Malaysia. After departing your hotel in Kuala Lumpur, head to the Batu Caves on the outskirts of the city. This expansive Hindu site became more famous after the installation of a golden statue of Lord Murugan and the Malaysian Tamilians. There are a lot of steps to climb to the top, but it’s worth it for the beautiful views of Kuala Lumpur city.

Leaving the caves, continue your journey to the Cameron Highlands with a stop at a butterfly farm and a visit to the Boh Tea Plantation. This is a great place to learn more about tea making process, the history of Cameron Highlands and the flora and fauna of the region. Be dazzled by the marvellous tea valley from the viewing deck while enjoying a fresh cup of tea.

After a local lunch, continue onwards to a strawberry farm - an absolute must when visiting the Cameron Highlands. See these rows of endless strawberries in the farm and pluck your own for an additional cost. The strawberry farm also has hydroponic farming in large scale with arrays of butterhead lettuce and red and green coral vegetables. Lastly, visit a rose garden before travelling onwards to your hotel accommodation, where you will enjoy the rest of the day at leisure.

Overnight: Heritage Hotel Cameron Highland or similar, Cameron Highlands
Meals included: Breakfast;Lunch

Today is free at leisure to explore the Cameron Highlands region.

Emerald tea plantations unfurl across Malaysia's largest hill-station area. Temperatures in these 1300m to 1829m heights rarely top 30°C, inspiring convoys of weekenders to enjoy tea and strawberries in the restorative climate. The Cameron Highlands encompass a string of townships, including (north to south) Kampung Raja, Tringkap, Brinchang, Tanah Rata and Ringlet. Named after explorer Sir William Cameron, who mapped the area in 1885, the highlands were developed during the British colonial period. Gardens, bungalows and a golf course sprang up during the 1930s, cementing the highlands' reputation as a refuge for heat-addled Brits to mop their brows.

TOUR GUIDE VS. TOUR LEADER
Tour Guide:
Often locals with intimate knowledge of an area, its culture, and history. Their role entails providing commentary, routing the tour, and seeing that people have a good time. They are a licensed, qualified expert who supplies specific information on history, art, architecture and culture of the city/village/attraction in which he or she is guiding the tour. The guide meets the group at the required place and leaves the group at the end of the tour, they do not travel with the group.

Tour Leader:
An experienced person tasked with ensuring the smooth operation of tours, as well as providing practical support to passengers throughout the whole trip. Their role primarily includes assisting with accommodation, transportation between locations, and communication with tour guides in each stop. A tour leader may provide general guidance around a city or village, and offer information on the place visited on the bus, however they are not required to have specific knowledge on art, architecture, or history. They are not allowed to provide a guided tour or commentary of a city/village/attraction once there and if caught doing so, can be fined.

Please note: Tour leaders/guides are not a standard inclusion in all travel offers. Tour leaders/guides will only be made available when particularly required to enhance the experience of the destination featured.

Its mean annual temperature is 18 °C (64 °F). During the day, the temperature seldom rises over 25 °C (77 °F); at night, it can drop to as low as 9 °C (48 °F) at the higher reaches Its yearly precipitation is more than 2,700 mm (110 in)

Penang:
As in the rest of Malaysia, Penang has a tropical rainforest climate bordering on a tropical monsoon climate, although the state does experience slightly drier conditions from December to February of the following year. The climate is very much dictated by the surrounding sea and the prevailing wind system. Average day temperatures are between 30-32 degrees celcius, with night time temperatures being between 23-25 degrees celsius
